Pentagon woos India amid China tensions

 

The US aims to strengthen its military ties with New Delhi, accusing Beijing ofchallenging the “rules-based international order”

US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin hosted a meeting on Monday at the Pentagon with Indian External Affairs Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, discussing ways to deepen their bilateral defense cooperation. The officials “reaffirmed their commitment to working together as steadfast partners to advance the United States and India’s shared vision for a free, open, and inclusive Indo-Pacific,” the Pentagon said.

 

The main challenge to that vision – at least as Washington sees it – is China, which has triggered territorial disputes with various nations in the South China Sea. Beijing also has vowed to reunify with Taiwan, which it sees as a breakaway province. China and the US have clashed increasingly over Taiwan in recent months, especially after House Speaker Nancy Pelosi visited the self-governing island in August, a move that Beijing saw as undermining its sovereignty. China responded by cutting off military and climate ties with Washington and holding military exercises in the Taiwan Strait.

 

“Regional security is especially important right now, due to China's increasing bellicosity, especially regarding Taiwan,” Austin said. “In recent months, we have seen the PRC intensify its efforts to challenge the rules-based international order.”

 

Austin added that the US and India face “sustained challenges to peace, security and prosperity around the world.” He also blasted Beijing for declining to condemn and isolate Russia over the Ukraine conflict.

 

“China continues to support Russia – a nation also seeking to overturn the rules-based order – amid its unprovoked and cruel invasion of Ukraine,” Austin said.

 

However, the US also has been unable to persuade New Delhi to stop doing business with Russia. In fact, India has sharply increased oil and coal imports from Russia this year. A US State Department official told reporters last week that Washington is in “deep” talks with Indian officials over the South Asian country’s reliance on Russian energy and weaponry.

 

Jaishankar =downplayed the Ukraine aspect of Monday’s meeting==, saying, “I do share with you that the global situation has become far more challenging this year [due to] a variety of reasons, the Indo-Pacific in particular. It’s important that the stability, security and prosperity of the Indo-Pacific should be secured. That is best done amongst others by cooperation between two countries.”

 

Austin hosted Indian Defense Minister Rajnath Singh at the Pentagon in April and spoke with Singh by phone earlier this month. While both sides said the call was “productive,” Singh lodged a complaint over a recent US deal to help extend the lifespan of Pakistan’s F-16 fighter jets.

What you have to understand is that so much of this celebrity gossip of "trading wives" and "doing favors" isn't what you think. These people are being forced to do this by use of a drug called datura that subjects the hippocampus to unending horror because it's unable to completely communicate with the forebrain and that's why you see so many celebrities go off the rails. This drug is fed to them by their "agents" who aren't just representatives of firms that book acting jobs - they're an extension of the CIA. They call it the actor's program. They see actors as the most visible representatives of American culture and so they control the lives of everyone from this female YouTuber/food journalist to this alliterate actress best known for a streaming show and make it look like they're nice and safe and pretty for the cameras while they're being sexually assaulted off screen by every executive that likes the look of their body or the shape of their hips or the sound of their laugh. MeToo was hijacked by a few very high profile cases that ended up insubstantially damaging the careers of a few individuals who haunt us every year with a Christmas message (Kevin Spacey) like one of those f**king ghosts rattling the chains outside of Scrooge's door. I was there in its formative moments and there was a woman (Moira Donegan) who compiled a list ("Media Men List" aka "Shitty Media Men") with which you might be familiar. Now the thing you need to understand is that these people are the ones we never thought would get caught. This includes people like another YouTube cooking star who makes meals you have seen in different places. They put a lot of these a-holes behind the scenes but they put plenty of them in front of the cameras as well. These individuals are all CIA agents who are given this drug datura to use whenever they please - and it works like a roofie. All of those men are confirmed sexual assaulters. These "stars" are constantly drugged and it is abhorrent what is being done to them. So - you're wondering who that man was - the dark figure - and I told you he had a beard when we met - he's very distinctive. It's on full display in that alliterate science fiction movie ("Mission to Mars") on the face of the man everyone knows as ________ but the world needs to know as one of the faces of the Pact known as Satan. There is a scene in that "film" where he lies to a man and says that the only way for him to save himself and his family is to go to Mars and the only way to do that is to murder an innocent child to prove his "worth". The man who "explained it to him in the hall" was none other than Elon Musk because that particular moment wasn't a fiction. That was this man showing off to the world that he could have a young boy murdered on screen and get away with it. He also delights in causing people to inflict pain on each other. (Natural News) On not one but two separate occasions, billionaire eugenicist Bill Gates ordered then-President Donald Trump not to investigate the potential dangers associated with mRNA (messenger RNA) covid “vaccines.”

The Microsoft co-founder turned “philanthropist” bragged – watch below – that his Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation heavily lobbied Trump against his proposed vaccine safety research project.

“In both of those two meetings [with Donald Trump], he asked me if vaccines weren’t a bad thing, because he was considering a commission to look into ill-effects of vaccines … And I said, ‘No … that would be a bad thing, don’t do that,'” Gates said about his interactions with Trump.

You may recall that Trump was not always a jab proponent, which he quickly became after launching Operation Warp Speed. Before that, and especially on the campaign trail, Trump seemed to oppose vaccines, or at the very least oppose their being forced on people.

Trump was apparently curious about the effects of mRNA injections and wanted further research to be conducted on them. Gates vehemently opposed this proposition, instead pushing Trump and his administration to just support the shots and ask questions later.

Trump never clearly indicated whether or not he actually went through with his vaccine safety research project. But what we do know is that Gates promised to stop it.

“There’s a rumor that he is going to do something in that area,” Gates said about Trump back in 2020. “But maybe I and others will convince him that that’s not worthwhile.”

We can only wonder what Gates is trying to hide. Did he know all along that the injections are linked to myocarditis? Did he know that they would destroy people’s immunity and give them vaccine-induced AIDS (VAIDS)?

It is important to point out that Gates pushed vaccines as a depopulation tool back in 2010 when he appeared at a TED Talk to discuss his eugenicist endeavors.

“The world population today has 6.8 billion people,” Gates said at the time. “That’s headed up to about 9 billion.”

“Now, if we do a really great job on new vaccines, healthcare and reproductive health services, we can lower the world population by 10-15 percent.”

In other words, vaccines are a genocide tool that the globalists are using to cull the human herd. Despite admitting to this more than a decade ago, some people still trust Gates and are willing to roll up their sleeves for the latest shots from the government and Big Pharma.

Capricorn One—the first crewed mission to Mars—is on the launch pad. Just before liftoff, astronauts Charles Brubaker, Peter Willis, and John Walker are suddenly removed from the spacecraft. Bewildered, they are flown to an abandoned military base in the desert. The launch proceeds on schedule, with the public unaware the spacecraft is empty.

At the base, NASA official Kelloway informs the astronauts that a faulty life-support system would have killed them in-flight. He says they must help counterfeit the televised footage during the flight to and from Mars. Another failed space mission would result in NASA's funding being cut and private contractors losing millions in profits. Kelloway threatens their families to force their cooperation.

The astronauts remain captive during the flight and appear to be filmed after landing on Mars, although they are actually inside of a makeshift TV studio at the base. At the command center, only a few officials know about the conspiracy until an alert technician, Elliot Whitter, notices that ground control receives the crew's televised transmissions before the spacecraft telemetry arrives. Whitter reports this to his supervisors, including Kelloway, but is told it is due to a faulty workstation. Whitter partially shares his concerns with a TV journalist friend, Robert Caulfield. Whitter suddenly vanishes, and when Caulfield goes to Whitter's apartment the next day, he discovers someone else living there and that all evidence of Whitter's recent life has been erased. As Caulfield investigates, several attempts are made on his life.

Upon returning to Earth, the empty spacecraft burns up during atmospheric reentry due to a faulty heat shield, which would have killed the astronauts had they been on board. The astronauts realize officials will need to kill them to keep the hoax a secret. They escape in a small jet which quickly runs out of fuel, forcing a crash-landing in the desert. They split up on foot to increase their chances of finding help and exposing the plot. Kelloway sends helicopters after them. Willis and Walker are found, while Brubaker evades capture.

Caulfield interviews Brubaker's "widow" after reviewing a televised conversation between the astronauts and their wives. Mrs. Brubaker had seemed confused when her husband mentioned their last family vacation. She explains that the family had actually gone to a different location, where a western movie was being filmed. Brubaker was intrigued by how special effects and technology made it seem real.

Caulfield believes Brubaker would never make such a mistake and may have been sending his wife a message. Caulfield goes to the deserted western movie set and is shot at. As he investigates further, federal agents break into his home, arresting him for possessing cocaine that they planted there. His exasperated boss bails Caulfield out, then fires him.

A reporter friend tells Caulfield about an abandoned military base located 300 miles (480 km) from Houston. The base is deserted, but Caulfield finds Brubaker's necklace and medallion and concludes the astronauts were there. Caulfield hires a crop-dusting pilot named Albain to search the desert. They spot and follow two helicopters to a closed isolated gas station where Brubaker is hiding. They rescue him as he attempts to escape his pursuers. The helicopters chase their plane through a canyon but crash when Albain blinds them with crop spray.

Ultimately, Caulfield and Brubaker arrive at the astronauts' memorial service, where Kelloway and Brubaker's wife see them and live network TV coverage exposes the truth.

Hackers who crippled a French hospital and stole a trove of data last month have released personal records of patients online, officials have confirmed.

 

The cyberattackers demanded a multimillion dollar ransom from the Corbeil-Essonnes hospital near Paris a month ago, but the institution refused to pay.

 

The hospital said the hackers had now dumped medical scans and lab analyses along with the national security numbers of patients.

 

“I condemn in the strongest possible terms the unspeakable disclosure of hacked data,” health minister Francois Braun tweeted on Sunday.

 

Hospitals around the world have been facing increasing attacks from ransomware groups, particularly since the pandemic stretched resources to breaking point.

 

The problem has been acute in France, where officials estimated early last year that healthcare institutions were facing on average an attack every week.

 

President Emmanuel Macron last year called the attacks during the pandemic a “crisis within a crisis” and announced an extra one billion euros for cybersecurity.

 

During last month’s attack, the Corbeil-Essonnes hospital shut down its emergency services and sent many patients to other institutions.

 

At one point, officials said the only technology still working was the telephone.

 

Rather than selling the trove of data, the hacker has dumped at least some of it for download on the “dark web” — a hidden part of the internet that requires special software to access.

 

Analysts said it seemed to be a tactic to put pressure on the hospital, even though public institutions are banned by French law from paying ransoms.

 

Cybersecurity researcher Damien Bancal, who revealed the leak and has seen the files, told AFP the worry is that other criminals will now launch scams with the data that has already been divulged.

 

In response to the leak on the weekend, the hospital severely restricted access to its systems and told patients to be extremely vigilant when receiving emails, text messages or phone calls.

Ok, fake moon landings?

 

I looked deeply into this some years ago. I can´t rule it out, but I´m not buying it was fake.

 

My conclusions: They did take off and went into orbit. Others have done that. We have the ISS.

..so, if apollo was fake, then why fake it? If you can go into orbit, the rest is relatively easy. You need to speed up at a certain place and time in orbit and you´ll make it to the moon.

 

If fake, then something stopping them taking the trip. The Van Allen belt was something I mostly considered, but they didn´t go through the strongest field and were in the belt only for a short while.

 

I´ve seen the footage of moonwalks with camera and crew, heard what Kubrick said, but not convinced. There were landing crafts like that on fake moon surfice, for practice.

 

I need a reason why it´s not possible to go from Earths orbit to the moon. Until I get that reason then I don´t think it was fake.

A whistleblower lawyer representing an FBI agent suspended after raising concerns about the treatment of Jan. 6 suspects says the bureau is using its control of security clearances to silence and punish critics.

 

Jason Foster, a former Senate investigator and head of the Empower Oversight whistleblower group, told Just the News on Monday his group is helping to represent Special Agent Stephen Friend, who last week made a whistleblower complaint to the Office of Special Counsel alleging he was suspended after raising concerns about treatment of Jan. 6 suspects, the use of SWAT teams and alleged manipulation of crime statistics.

 

Foster said the bureau was able to sideline Friend last week by suspending his security clearance pending a review, essentially leaving the agent in limbo and unable to do his job. Foster was asked whether he knew of any wrongdoing that Friend committed that would warrant suspending his security clearance. "No, absolutely not," he answered.

 

"This is a common tactic that we have seen with the FBI," Foster told the "Just the News, Not Noise" television show. "They're using it more and more, because they know that there's less oversight and less scrutiny of a security clearance decision because of the nature of it. It's harder to do oversight and have any kind of independent scrutiny.

 

"So rather than just suspending the person on a claim that they didn't do their job, or that they engaged in some misconduct, they'll simply suspend their clearance, which means that they can't do the work that they would normally do, then they can take them off the payroll, take their badge and gun, sideline them, and then hope that, you know, they can just sort of grind them into compliance or get them to quit rather than continue to fight because they don't have any money."

 

Before he started Empower Oversight, Foster was a chief investigator for Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) for two decades and oversaw major probes of law enforcement conduct that included Russia collusion and the Fast and Furious gunrunning scandal.

 

The FBI responded Monday night to Friend's suspension for the first time, providing a statement to Just the News after the news organization inquired about the allegations Friend made in a complaint to the Office of Special Counsel

The bureau said it could not discuss the specifics of Friend's case but addressed the process for handling such whistleblowing allegations.

 

"While we cannot comment on the specifics of personnel matters, all FBI employees understand they are held to the highest standards because their work is critical to fulfilling our mission of protecting the American people and upholding the Constitution of the United States," the FBI statement said.

 

"Employees who don't carry out their responsibilities are held accountable through an objective administrative process," it added. "FBI employees who report evidence of wrongdoing through a protected disclosure are protected from retaliation. Such reporting supports the FBI's mission and is fully consistent with our core values."

 

In his whistleblower complaint reviewed by Just the News, Friend acknowledged he told a supervisor he "was going to refuse to participate in any J6 cases" because of concerns about violations of some defendants' constitutional rights.

 

"I expressed my concerns about violating citizens' Sixth Amendment rights due to overzealous charging by the DOJ and biased jury pools in Washington D.C," he told the Special Counsel's office.

 

Just the News reported earlier Monday that Friend alleged he believes the bureau and Justice Department are violating the constitutional rights of Jan. 6 defendants, falsifying statistics on domestic extremism and misusing SWAT teams to make misdemeanor arrests.

 

"I believed the investigations were inconsistent with FBI procedure and resulted in the violation of citizens' Sixth and Eighth Amendment rights," Friend wrote. "I added that many of my colleagues expressed similar concerns to me but had not vocalized their objections to FBI Executive Management.

 

Foster, who worked to protect other FBI whistleblowers when he worked in the Senate, described how quickly Friend went from an agent earning awards and high ratings to a pariah inside the bureau.

 

"He was an exemplary agent," Foster said. "He had received awards. You know, he did his job. But the moment that he reported wrongdoing related to J6 cases, all of a sudden, now he is put on suspension. He's walked out of the building, and they're taking his paycheck away."

 

He said Friend can temporarily exhaust his vacation time but eventually will go on unpaid status and "will have no paycheck anymore."

 

Foster said one of the "more disturbing" allegations his client made involved deploying SWAT teams to arrest suspects on misdemeanor charges. Friend served for years on an FBI SWAT team before being moved to Florida.

 

Friend was concerned about "the threat to public safety by executing search warrants in … cases where it wasn't appropriate, in Steve's view and according to his history and practice of serving on a SWAT team in another field office," Foster said .

 

"What they were doing was even if it's a misdemeanor case, a nonviolent case, and even if it's a case where the person is represented by counsel and cooperating with the government, there are cases like that that Steve indicated that they were insisting on, executing warrants via SWAT, which is actually, in the point he made, a threat to public safety. Because if you use more aggressive means than is necessary then you risk a Ruby Ridge or Waco type situation. … Anytime you're sending agents in, knocking down doors with guns, you're creating more risks than you have to if that's not necessary."
