Ever read the last page of a book just in case something happens between here and there? Only for a moment, let’s skip ahead. In May 2022, a report was provided to the Honorable Doug Ducey, Governor of the State of Arizona. Governor Ducey requested a narrative with evidence concerning corruption among Arizona’s city and county elected and appointed officials. He received several notebooks containing more than 3,000 pages of documentary evidence.

 

This Report concludes:

 

  1. Beginning in Illinois, Indiana and Iowa in the early 1980’s, cash earned or otherwise collected in the sale of illegal narcotics and from human trafficking activities conducted by the Sinaloan Cartel have been laundered through the purchase of single-family residences.

 

  1. Laundering of cartel monies in Arizona through purchases/sales of single-family residences began in or about 1994 and focused on new construction in San Tan Valley, Litchfield Park, Goodyear and Avondale.

 

  1. Cartel monies mostly come from illicit narcotics sales which narcotics include: crystal methamphetamine, cocaine, heroin and fentanyl.

 

  1. In addition to purchases/sales of single-family residences, cash is laundered through inflated and falsified construction invoices, falsified charitable donations, tuition paid on fake students allegedly attending private trade schools, and falsified bankruptcies.

 

  1. Wells Fargo Bank “bankers” in Arizona and in multiple additional states have engaged in opening checking and direct deposit accounts for “individuals” they knew were phantoms. Said employees’ actions violate federal banking regulations especially those concerning “AML” (anti-money laundering) and “KYA” (know your customer) requirements.

 

  1. Home builders have been integral participants in the laundering activities in Arizona.

 

  1. Resources, including city government agencies in Mesa, Arizona controlled by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints have also been integral to the laundering activities.

 

  1. Currently, cartel money laundering activities exist in most states but are most prevalent these states: Arizona, California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Colorado, Nevada, Tennessee, Texas, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, North Carolina, and Florida.

 

  1. Since 2010, said money laundering in the twenty states has exceeded more than $25 billion and has exceeded $7.5 billion in Arizona.

 

  1. In Arizona, laundered cash is used, in part to bribe elected and appointed public officials and support staff.

 

  1. Pentagon Chief Downplays Chances of Military Victory for Ukraine(You should have told us that sooner, Pompeo!)

Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin has downplayed the chances of a military victory for Ukraine, saying the war would likely end with negotiations.

 

In an interview with CNN taped on Thursday, Austin was asked, “Do you still ultimately think Ukraine can win this?”

 

Austin did not say “yes,” but instead said, “Ukraine’s goal is to take back as much of their sovereign territory as possible.”

 

And when asked if the war ends with negotiations or on the battlefield, Austin responded, “Most likely, it will end with some sort of negotiation.”

 

He then said Ukraine’s “going in point” for negotiations would probably be to get all Russian forces out of Ukraine, suggesting it would not be the outcome:

 

Most likely, it will end with some sort of negotiation. And what the Ukrainians are interested in is getting their — getting the Russians out of their sovereign territory. And I think that’s probably going to be their going-in point — point with — you know, I’ll let the Ukrainian speak for themselves.

 

Despite not predicting a military victory for Ukraine, Austin said the U.S. would continue supplying Ukraine with military equipment for as long as Ukraine is fighting.

 

“As long as Ukraine continues to conduct operations and continues to work to take back its sovereign territory, we’ll be there with them,” he said.

 

So far, the U.S. has provided at least $33 billion in military aid to Ukraine in one year alone. Other allies and partners have provided an additional $20 billion in military aid. This does not include tens of billions more in other kind of support.

 

Austin is not the only U.S. defense leader who believesthere will not be a Ukrainian military victory anytime soon. (They knew this from the start! Cowards!)

 

Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and President Joe Biden’s top military adviser Gen. Mark Milley last month said, “From a military standpoint, I still maintain that for this year it would be very, very difficult to militarily eject the Russian forces from all — every inch of Ukraine and occupied — or Russian-occupied Ukraine.”

 

Army Lt. Gen. (Ret.) Keith Kellogg, who served as national security adviser to the vice president during the Trump administration, slammed the Biden administration forhaving no strategy to end the war and just continuing to send more weapons.

 

“Look, this is an endless war,” he said Friday on Fox News. “We are starting to fall into the same trap…we haven’t figured out how to end this war. And there is a way to do it. We haven’t put that forth. And that’s what President Biden needs to do. He needs to say, ‘Look, this war can be brought to a conclusion. It needs to stop.'”

 

He added, “The American people are going to get very dissatisfied with it by putting all this money, and there’s no end state. Look, he’s got a great bumper sticker, ‘As long as it takes’…That’s not a strategy, that’s not a policy, and they need to come up with one to figure out how do they end this thing.”

 

Kellogg also said the war would turn into a war of attrition “shortly,” and the Ukrainian forces cannot win a war of attrition.

 

“Look, when I was in Ukraine, you look at a country that’s lost major cities…and you look at a country that a third of their population are now refugees. You look at 100,000 Ukrainian soldiers dead. You look at 150,000 Russian soldiers dead, is this going to keep going on?” he said.

 

“Somebody needs to say this is how we stop it. There are ways to do it. It can be done. But this administration is not leading the way to do it. And they need to. The free world looks at us to lead and right now we’re not — we’re just following,” he said.

Racial references have been removed from Ian Fleming’s James Bond novels following a sensitivity review.

 

Terms such as the n-word, which featured in his writing from the 1950s and 1960s, have been edited out of new editions of the 007 books, which are set for reissue in April.

 

Some depictions of Black people have also been reworked or removed, but references to other ethnicities, including the use of a term for east Asian people and Bond’s mocking views of Oddjob, Goldfinger’s Korean henchman, remain.

 

Revised lines include Bond’s assessment in Live and Let Die that African would-be criminals are “pretty law-abiding chaps I should have thought, except when they’ve drunk too much”, which has been changed to “pretty law-abiding chaps I should have thought”.

 

However, references to the “sweet tang of rape”, “blithering women”, doing a “man’s work”, and homosexuality being described as a “stubborn disability” have been kept in, reported The Daily Telegraph.

CIA Director William Burns claimed that the US is “confident” that China is considering providing Russia with equipment for the conflict in Ukraine — just days after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy threatened that if the CCP allies with the Kremlin against his nation, there will be World War III.

Burns made the assertion in a teaser of an interview with CBS’ “Face the Nation” that is scheduled to air in full on Sunday.

 

“We’re confident that the Chinese leadership is considering the provision of lethal equipment,” Burns said. “We also don’t see that a final decision has been made yet, and we don’t see evidence of actual shipments of lethal equipment.”

 

Secretary of State Antony Blinken also claimed this was the case last weekend.

 

“That’s why, I think, Secretary Blinken and the President have thought it important to make very clear what the consequences of that would be as well … because it would be a very risky and unwise bet,” Burns continued.

 

On Monday, China said Americans were trying to worsen the conflict and claimed that the CCP is “on the side of peace and dialogue.”

 

“It is the U.S., not China, that has been pouring weapons into the battlefield,” Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin said. “The U.S. is in no position to tell China what to do.”

 

Zelenskyy threatened World War III over it on Monday in an interview with German newspaper Die Welt.

 

“For us, it is important that China does not support the Russian Federation in this war,” the Ukrainian president said. “In fact, I would like it to be on our side. At the moment, however, I don’t think it’s possible.”

 

“Because if China allies itself with Russia, there will be a world war, and I do think that China is aware of that,” Zelenskyy threatened.

 

This week, Zelenskyy also trashed Americans that are opposed to giving him more of our money.

 

Then, the mood shifted as Zelenskyy addressed the Americans who prefer that taxpayer funds go to help Americans.

  1. Further, the Office has at least fifteen individuals whose appointments were falsified and thereafter kept hidden from the public during the 2020 the election cycle.

  1. In addition to election fraud, manipulation of the city and county databases includes falsified default judgments, falsified criminal restitution orders, and falsified child support orders.   1. Templates for the court documents have been provided by certain judges who have accepted bribes. The documents are then uploaded into the databases through judges whose names appear on the documents and their judicial assistants, all of whom have accepted bribes to allow this activity.

With respect to Mesa City Prosecutor [insert name],his office routinely files charges and convicts innocent individuals who knowingly or unwittingly pose a threat to the Church and the racketeering enterprises. With respect to judges John P. Tatz and Alicia Lawler, they preside over these invented cases filed by the City Prosecutor, Paul Hawkins,falsely convicting and sentencing the defendants.

 

  1. In the Maricopa County Superior Court Family Division, child custody evaluators commonly known as “Court Appointed Advisors” routinely accept bribes in exchange for favorable reports. Bribes are often facilitated by the attorneys representing one party.

Created and operated by Gilbert Police Lieutenant Joe Kacic, since 2014, the Town of Gilbert has been issuing “speeding” tickets fraudulently to motorists based on speeds allegedly measured by LIDAR. However, officers never turn on the LIDAR device, a device on which they have no qualifications to use.

 

  1. Arizona statutes setting forth the procedure for challenging a speeding ticket prevent the motorists from obtaining relevant documents and related discovery prior to trial.

 

  1. At time of trial, officers present falsified qualifications to use the LIDAR device and falsified calibration reports.

 

  1. Motorist defendants seeking to challenge a Town of Gilbert Court conviction must pay more than $2,000 in court costs and transcript costs thus rendering appeals nearly impossible.

 

  1. Supervising judges of city courts routinely and unlawfully edit appellate briefs filed by defendants prior to forwarding said briefs to the Superior Court.

 

  1. City court judges for Mesa and Gilbert are routinely employed through their respective city councils based on the revenue judges bring into the city coffers through fines. A failure to produce adequate revenue results in termination. As a result cities purposefully provide no oversight of any kind to ensure the quality of their jurists.

 

  1. The appellate process from city court to Maricopa County Superior Court is so biased in favor of the cities that from 2015 to 2018, not a single case brought by a defendant was reversed. However, the one case where a city appealed was reversed.

 

45.Offices of federal agencies located in Arizona have been infiltrated with individuals accepting bribeswho then support the racketeering activities. __MARTHA RADDATZ:__The chair of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, Congressman Michael McCaul who led his own delegation to Kyiv just one day after President Biden’s visit this week. Congressman McCaul joins us now. Good to see you. We’ve all been in Ukraine this week. You met with President Zelenskyy, you said in Ukraine while you were there that you’re seeing increasing momentum towards getting long range missiles and F-16. You heard what President Biden said. You heard what Jake Sullivan said. It doesn’t look like it.

MCCAUL: Yeah, that’s unfortunate. I was at the Munich Security Conference, met a lot of the high ranking military officials, including our Supreme Allied Commander, they’re all in favor of us putting not only F-16s in but longer range artillery to take out the Iranian drones in Crimea. In fact, the word I kept hearing was we need to put everything we have into there. I know the administration says, ‘as long as it takes,’ I think with the right weapons, it shouldn’t take so long and quite frankly, Martha, this whole thing is taking too long. And it really didn’t have to happen this way.

RADDATZ: But you heard Jake Sullivan say: look, our military is looking at the ground. What they need right now is tanks what they need is infantry. Why do you think F 16s would make a difference?

__MCCAUL:__Because it could travel the entire country with great speed. It can knock out targets. It can’t protect the country —(McCaul needs to retire now)

RADDATZ: Also it can get shot down. There are a lot of air defenses especially over on the border.

MCCAUL: It could. And you know, but the fact is, if we don’t give every — if they don’t get the momentum right now with the Russian offensive coming into the country right now, they have a window of time with the counteroffensive. That’s why it’s important. When I talk to these top military officers, give them everything they have — that you can now so they can win this thing.

When we give them what they can — what they can really use and ask for,they win(WTF??). When we slow-walk and slow-pace this thing, it drags it out. And that’s precisely what Putin wants. RADDATZ: What could you do at this point as chair, at this point legislatively? Is there really anything you could do?

MCCAUL: Yeah. Well, we can certainly write into our appropriations bills prioritizing weapons systems. We intend to do that. Israel agreed to “stop discussion of any new settlement units for four months and to stop authorization of any outposts for six months,” said the statement after the five-way meeting.

 

A senior official confirmed that Israel had told its interlocutors that there would be no additional announcements about settlement construction in the coming months.

 

But hours after the joint statement was released, Netanyahu tweeted that “the building and authorization in Judea and Samaria will continue according to the original planning and building schedule, with no change,” using the biblical term for the West Bank.

 

“There is not and will not be any freeze,” he continued.

 

“In the coming months Israel will authorize nine outposts and will approve 9,500 new housing units in Judea and Samaria,” he said in a statement. “There is no settlement freeze or change in the status quo on the Temple Mount, and there is no limitation on IDF activities.”

Dystopia Down Under: Facial Mood-Tracking CCTV Cameras Deployed at Mardi Gras Pride Parade

Surveillance cameras with the ability to measure a crowd’s “mood” and track the number of people by counting cell phone frequencies were deployed at the Lesbian and Gay Mardi Gras Parade on Saturday in Sydney, Australia.

 

The CCTV technology from the Dynamic Crowd Measurement firm was used to monitor Oxford Street in Sydney as the city’s LGBTQ-themed Mardi Gras parade was held for the first time since 2019, having been cancelled for the past three years due to the Chinese coronavirus.

 

According to a report from the Sydney Morning Herald, the cutting-edge cameras came equipped with the ability to track the mood of the crowd, with software being able to track facial expressions and determine whether they are displaying signs of happiness, anger, or neutrality.

 

The cameras also come with the ability to measure crowd density by counting the number of cell phone frequencies emitted in a given area. It was estimated that around 12,000 people attended on Saturday.

 

A spokesman for the Pride Parade told the paper that the cameras were only intended to “direct people to less crowded zones if areas become too full.”

 

“The technology helps with managing the safety of the crowd by measuring capacities, allowing operations to zone in on an area that needs immediate response or to plan ahead for where there are areas of growing crowds,” the Mardi Gras spokesman continued.

 

“There is no facial recognition tracking and it cannot track people from one place to another. It provides real-time metrics that snapshot the crowd across the entire route at any given point to inform proactive crowd management decision-making.”

 

The spokesman also claimed that the data would be handled by the parade organisers, who would feed “specific metrics” to police on the ground in order to direct the crowds, and that no other information would be handed over to the police.

 

The technology, which was previously used during New Year’s Eve celebrations in the city, is currently set to be taken down after Mardi Gras.

 

This year’s Lesbian and Gay Mardi Gras Parade was also notable in that it was the first such march to see a sitting prime minster attend, with the far-left Australian Labor Party leader Anthony Albanese joining the parade.

 

“This is a celebration of modern Australia,” Mr Albanese said, adding that he thought it was “unfortunate” that no other previous pm came to the parade.

 

“People want to see that their government is inclusive and represents everyone no matter who they love, no matter what their identity, no matter where they live=,” he said. (WTF???)

US Energy Dept joins FBI in assessment that Covid leaked from Chinese lab after 'new intelligence'

 

"Kudos to those who are willing to set aside their preconceptions and objectively re-examine what we know and don’t know about Covid origins."

 

The Covid pandemic likely began because of a leak from a Chinese laboratory, concluded the US Energy Department in a recent classified intelligence report.

 

The Wall Street Journal reports, "The Energy Department's conclusion is the result of new intelligence and is significant because the agency has considerable scientific expertise and oversees a network of US national laboratories, some of which conduct advanced biological research."

 

On CNN's State of the Union on Sunday, National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan said he "can't confirm or deny" the intelligence report.

 

In 2021, the FBI arrived at the lab leak determination with "moderate confidence" and maintains that view through today. The Energy Department had been undecided on the virus' origins until its recent conclusions, which they arrived at with "low confidence." Their conclusions were provided to select members of Congress and the White House via the classified intelligence report. Officials told the Wall Street Journal they were unclear if an unclassified version would be made available.

 

The Energy Department's judgment was added as an update to a 2021 document out of the office of Avril Haines, Director of National Intelligence on Covid's origins.

 

The National Intelligence Council still maintains an overall analysis of "low confidence" that Covid began from natural transmission between an animal and a human. The CIA and "another agency that officials wouldn't name," reports the Wall Street Journal, have not come down on either conclusion between natural transmission and the lab leak.

 

According to the Wall Street Journal, "Four other agencies, along with a national intelligence panel, still judge that it was likely the result of a natural transmission, and two are undecided."

 

All of the agencies maintain the consensus that Covid was not the product of a biological-weapons program out of China.

 

A Stanford University microbiologist who has served on scientific-advisory boards for the US government, David Relman, said, "Kudos to those who are willing to set aside their preconceptions and objectively re-examine what we know and don't know about Covid origins. My plea is that we not accept an incomplete answer or give up because of political expediency."

China continues to dispute, "that the virus could have leaked from one of its labs and has suggested it emerged outside China."

Last night, I got a USB drive in my mailbox with the Medicare data that links deaths and vaccination dates. Finally! This is the data that nobody wants to talk or even ask about.

The nice thing about this Medicare data is that nobody can claim that it is “unreliable.” Medicare is the unassailable “gold-standard” database. It’s the database that the CDC never wants us to see for some reason. They never even mention it. They pretend it doesn’t exist. So you know it is important.

Because the records show the opposite. That’s why they keep the data hidden from view and it’s why they NEVER talk about it.

The Wall Street Journal reports that the Energy Department has concluded that the COVID pandemic most likely arose from a laboratory leak. The conclusion is reportedly based on a classified intelligence report recently provided to the White House and key members of Congress. Many will be exploring why the scientific evidence of a lab leak was so slow to emerge from intelligence agencies. However, for my part, the most alarming aspect was the censorship, not the science. Biden Pentagon Orders Military Chaplains To Bless Putting Male Soldiers In Female Showers And Bedrooms

 

The nation is worried about serious national security threats, including Chinese spy aircraft, but the U.S. Department of Defense seems pre-occupied with misplaced priorities. “Woke” policies are taking leftist ideologies to extremes with enforced compliance, even if it hurts the institution.

 

Since January 2021, Defense Department officials have expanded woke transgender mandates in significant ways. A comprehensive policy analysis titled “Biden Pentagon Quietly Expands Woke Transgender Policies in the Military,” summarized here, compares Joe Biden and Lloyd Austin directives to the 2016 transgender policies of Barack Obama and Ashton Carter.

 

As in the Obama years, the Biden/Austin policy fully embraces the idea that individuals can change their “sex assigned at birth to a different gender role.” Department of Defense Instruction 1300.28, updated on Dec. 20, 2022, has changed the official vocabulary of this pseudo-science, using the phrase “self-identified gender” instead of “preferred gender” throughout.

 

The DOD Instruction stipulates that if a person “self-identifies” as a person of the opposite sex, and if the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) changes a person’s bureaucratic “gender marker,” a man claiming to be a woman must be treated as a woman, and vice versa.

 

Military commanders, doctors and nurses, chaplains, and military men and women at all levels must endorse and act on this ideological belief or suffer career penalties if they don’t. Alleged “biases against transgender individuals,” which are prohibited, could include anything from “misgendering” people with the wrong pronouns to expressions of concern about medically questionable hormone treatments or surgeries for adults or military-dependent children.

 

Individuals who are confused about gender identity deserve compassionate counseling, competent medical care, and complete information about the serious risks and irreversible consequences of “gender-affirming” treatments that do not change biological sex. Instead, a self-diagnosis of gender dysphoria permits only one course of treatment, pushing the service member toward life-changing, often-irreversible transgender “transition,” without an independent “second opinion.”

 

Commanders are directed to consult with designated “experts,” called Service Central Coordination Cells. The SCCCs have no responsibility for military operations or any obligation to put the needs of the patient first.

 

Biden’s regulations do not protect or even mention rights of religious liberty for chaplains and people of faith. Nor do they provide options for doctors, nurses, and other medical personnel who object to transgender ideology on moral or ethical grounds.

 

Once a military doctor approves, transgender transition can be deemed “complete” with or without surgical alteration of healthy body parts. At that point, as the DOD Instruction states several times: “[S]ervice members will use those berthing, bathroom, and shower facilities associated with their gender marker in DEERS.”

 

This policy denies human biological realities and violates minimal expectations of personal privacy and modesty between men and women. Human dilemmas are discussed in PowerPoint training slide “vignettes,” such as a “female to male” soldier announcing a pregnancy.

About That “Explosive” Arizona Senate Testimony Alleging Sinaloa Cartel Influence Over Public Officials

If it sounds too good to be true….

 

Okay folks, this is a story that dragged me into a rabbit hole for two days. If you have seen the video testimony of Ms. Jacqueline Breger in front of the Arizona Senate Committee investigating election issues, this outline is intended to help you navigate the story.

 

On February 23, 2023, Ms. Breger delivered testimony to the Arizona Senate claiming documentary evidence that shows judges, politicians, police, local and state officials as well as multiple groups, organizations and individuals associated within government and elections operations the state of Arizona are being bribed and under the influence of the Sinaloa Cartel from Mexico.

 

It is not coincidental that everything associated with this story seems explosive and astounding. It is also not coincidental that you could spend hours looking for specific details of the allegations, including watching interviews with each of the participants, and not find your answers. Things are NOT what they seem.

 

I am going to start by sharing the 42-minute video {direct Rumble Link here} of the allegations made by Ms. Jacqueline Breger, because this is the origination from which all downstream story details originate. This testimony hit the web and exploded in the alternative media ecosphere. WATCH:

 

As she outlines in the video Mrs. Jacqueline Breger, a forensic investigator, represents the interests of an attorney, Mr. John Thaler, in delivering information to the committee that would be pertinent to their interests.

 

The hook to grab immediate attention is to apply the accusations of bribery, public corruption, fraud and money laundering to one big name, Katie Hobbs, who is now the governor of Arizona

 

According to the claims, Mrs. Katie Hobbs and her husband were participants in a racketeering scheme originating from the Sinaloa drug and human trafficking cartel. Real estate transactions using dummy mortgage companies, holding companies and title companies are part of the alleged operation.

 

Essentially the primary real estate allegation works like this. The Sinaloa Cartel uses proxies in the U.S. to set up fraudulent corporations (mortgage companies etc). Those proxies then launder drug money through real estate transactions using the fraudulent companies. If they need to bribe a person, the cartel finances the mortgage of the individual as a way to pay the property owner. The mortgage is never paid back because the financing is the bribe. The mortgage company and the title company are essentially the cartel.

 

I am going to drop videos with Mr. John Thaler at the bottom of this outline so you can listen to the explanation of the allegations as they are claimed.

 

The money laundering allegations are widespread and involve bribing public officials, judges, police officers, city office holders, county clerks, court employees, politicians as well as a variety of local and state officials to include state representatives, state senators and various state officials. The fraud is claimed to encompass private sector payrolls, education systems, insurance claims, as well as setting up fake identities, fraudulent records by using illicit access, as well as fraud associated with local, state and federal tax evasions.

 

All of these issues are explosive in scale and scope, and Mrs. Breger together with Mr. Thaler, claim to have all the documentary evidence to support the allegations. Tens of thousands of documents detailing thousands of fraudulent transactions and several hundred examples of fraudulent records placed in the civic systems.

 

Again, I will put the videos at the bottom, if you want to spend several hours watching them (as I have already done) the option is yours.

 

♦ On the specifics of the allegations. There is no way to easily estimate whether or not the claims are accurate. On the specific allegations against Mrs Hobbs, the claimed real estate transactions could support the claims, but may also not support the claims because Breger and Thaler assert that “similar names” are used in the transactions. So, it could be Katie Hobbs and her husband, it could also be totally innocuous people with similar names. [This only applies to Hobbs]

But the issues with Hobbs only scratch the surface. The allegations are much more widespread and encompassing than just Hobbs.

 

This is where you as an information absorber need to apply a strong dose of skepticism, apply instinct and commonsense. This is also where we would say, wait a minute, who is this guy John Thaler and Ms. Jacqueline Breger, and (1) are they stable people; and (2) do they carry motives behind these allegations.

 

In my estimation, this is where major warning flags are located.

 

♦ The two principal agents working on the Sinaloa Cartel money laundering operation in Arizona are claimed to be Brittany Rae-Chavez and her mother Dawna Rae-Chavez. Mr Thaler identifies Brittany and Dawna as the epicenter of the criminal conduct on behalf of Sinaloa. Most, if not all, of the fraudulent documents as created are cited to Brittany Rae-Chavez (BRC) and her mother Dawna Rae-Chavez (DRC).

 

BRC and DRC may indeed be working for the Sinaloa cartel. However, Mr. Thaler has not provided specific evidence of that other than his word. It could be true that no evidence exists because no evidence is possible. However, the next detail puts a serious question mark on everything.

 

♦In addition to the claim of Brittany Rae-Chavez being the administrative consigliere to the cartel, she is also John Thaler’s ex-wife. That makes Dawna Rae-Chavez John Thaler’s ex mother-in-law. Additionally, John Thaler and Brittany have a five-year-old son together, and there is a custody dispute.

 

John claims he did not know of Brittany’s work with the cartel until he discovered her as part of his investigation of insurance and payroll fraud.

 

Yes, that is correct, John Thaler claims he found out his wife Brittany Rae-Chavez-Thaler was the person behind the widespread fraud he was investigating while they were married.

 

John and Brittany are now divorced.

 

The love interest in John Thaler’s life is Jacqueline Breger, the forensic investigator who delivered the senate testimony.

 

Everything John Thaler and Jacqueline Breger are claiming may be true. However, the motive for them saying it must be made clear.

 

John Thaler wants access to his son. Brittany and John are in a custody battle. Jacqueline wants to support John. The accusations against Brittany and her mother Dawna could support the interests of John in the custody battle. See the motive?

 

Additionally, in the divorce case of Thaler -vs- Thaler, the accusations made by Jacqueline Breger were made in court filings before presiding judge Douglas L. Rayes United States District Judge [SEE Opinion of Case HERE].

 

June 2022 – “Mr. Thaler’s prolix complaint alleges that Ms. Thaler, motivated by a fear a poverty, has engaged in an array of criminal enterprises across multiple states, including money laundering and tax evasion, allegedly accomplished via real estate transactions and non-profit organizations; insurance fraud, allegedly accomplished via phony personal injury claims made on behalf of non-existent persons; skimming money from state-run aid programs; narcotics trafficking; hacking into state databases and fabricating public records; bribing public officials, including judges, police officers, judicial assistants, inspectors, assessors, and accountants; bribing private professionals, such as real estate agents and brokers; bankruptcy fraud; election fraud, allegedly accomplished by creating fake ballots and manipulating others in order to influence, among other races, the 2020 election for Maricopa County Recorder; extortion via “crypto-viruses”; the creation of fake employees on payroll systems in order to collect paychecks and benefits; and murder. What’s more, Mr. Thaler alleges that high-ranking government and judicial officials in Maricopa County and the City of Mesa are in on the racketeering enterprise. Mr. Thaler’s complaint weaves a delusional and fantastical narrative that does not comport with federal pleading standards.” (link)

 

Are you starting to get that… “wait, wha.. OMG.. nah, hard pass” feeling yet?

 

Given the nature of the personal background of the people involved, their relationships and the emotional overlay of an ongoing child custody battle, it becomes almost impossible to assert the claims by Mr. Thaler and Ms. Breger are not motivated by the family drama.

 

Unfortunately, the claims by Thaler and Breger may be accurate as documented. The scale and scope do seem “delusional and fantastical,” and that might be… because it is.

 

Decide on your own.

 

I simply advise to proceed with caution, and I have now spent two days in this rabbit hole…. so there’s that.

White House distances itself from Covid ‘lab-leak’ theory

 

A major newspaper has claimed that the US government believes the Covid-19 pandemic most likely originated in a Chinese laboratory

 

White House national security adviser Jake Sullivan has rejected a Wall Street Journal (WSJ) report which stated that a US Department of Energy study concluded that the Covid-19 pandemic was likely the result of a failure of safety practices at a laboratory in China, stating that there is “not a definitive answer” as to the true origins of the virus.

 

The paper claimed on Sunday that the Department of Energy had viewed “new intelligence” which led them to believe that Covid-19 wasn’t naturally produced in the environment, but rather the result of a so-called ‘lab-leak’ – but it added that it has “low confidence” in its findings.

 

Responding to the WSJ report, Sullivan said that President Joe Biden has ordered a full investigation into the potential origins of Covid-19 but he stressed the various governmental bodies looking into the matter have yet to reach a unanimous verdict.

 

“President Biden has directed, repeatedly, every element of our intelligence community to put effort and resources behind getting to the bottom of this question,” Sullivan told CNN on Sunday.

 

“If we gain any further insight or information, we will share it with Congress, and we will share it with the American people. But right now, there is not a definitive answer that has emerged from the intelligence community on this question.”

 

The virus was first reported to have been discovered in Wuhan, the capital of China’s Hubei province, an area which also features a prominent virology institute which is an active research center for the study of coronaviruses.

 

The FBI has also backed the lab-leak theory but four other US agencies have determined that natural transmission was the more likely source of the virus. Two other agencies are currently undecided, according to the WSJ.

 

Last year, extensive studies conducted by the peer-reviewed ‘Science’ journal determined that the initial virus was very likely transmitted to a human from an animal at one of Wuhan’s wet markets.

 

Further studies into the lab-leak theory are expected to take place in the US in the coming weeks and months, after several Republican lawmakers included investigations into the pandemic’s origins among the key pledges on the campaign trail ahead of last November’s midterm elections.

China reveals plans to counter Musk’s ‘Starlink’

 

Beijing has expressed national-security concerns related to the SpaceX network

 

Chinese researchers are preparing to launch close to 13,000 satellites into a low-earth orbit, in a move which would dwarf – and potentially monitor – Elon Musk’s SpaceX ‘Starlink’ network, which first launched in 2019 and provides satellite internet access to 50 countries.

 

The project, which is codenamed ‘GW’ and is being led by associate professor Xu Can of the People’s Liberation Army’s (PLA) Space Engineering University in Beijing, will see 12,992 satellites operated by the China Satellite Network Group Co launched into orbit, and is designed to improve communications efficiency.

 

The launch schedule remains unknown but the team led by Xu said that they plan to deploy them “before the completion of Starlink.” They added that this would “ensure that our country has a place in low orbit and prevent the Starlink constellation from excessively pre-empting low-orbit resources.”

 

The projected number of ‘GW’ satellites would surpass Starlink’s current total of around 3,500. SpaceX plans to have 12,000 devices in its constellation of satellites by 2027, with that figure eventually rising to 42,000.

 

Xu’s team elaborated that they would place their satellites into “orbits where the Starlink constellation has not yet reached” and that they would “gain opportunities and advantages at other orbital altitudes, and even suppress Starlink.”

 

The ‘GW’ network could also be equipped with technology to provide “long-term surveillance of Starlink satellites,” the team of researchers added.

 

Xu and his team also suggested that the Chinese government could form an anti-Starlink coalition with various other governments which would “demand that SpaceX publish the precise orbiting data of Starlink satellites.”

 

Chinese military figures have previously expressed concern at the national security implications posed by SpaceX’s satellites, and called for the development of “hard kill” technology “to destroy the constellation’s operating system” should it be necessary.

 

China’s efforts to counter Starlink come amid growing concerns about the potential military applications of the global satellite network. The technology has been used to bolster communications by Ukrainian military forces throughout its conflict with Russia – though SpaceX took steps earlier this month to restrict its use in controlling military drones in the country.

The US Energy Department has come out and claimed that COVID was released from a lab. But no American entity has yet to claim that the release was intentional.

 

The U.S. Energy Department has concluded that the Covid pandemic most likely arose from a laboratory leak, according to a classified intelligence report recently provided to the White House and key members of Congress.

 

The shift by the Energy Department, which previously was undecided on how the virus emerged, is noted in an update to a 2021 document by Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines’s office.

 

“The new report highlights how different parts of the intelligence community have arrived at disparate judgments about the pandemic’s origin. The Energy Department now joins the Federal Bureau of Investigation in saying the virus likely spread via a mishap at a Chinese laboratory. Four other agencies, along with a national intelligence panel, still judge that it was likely the result of a natural transmission, and two are undecided.”

 

TGP was the first major publication to report on the Wuhan Lab and the likelihood of COVID being released from that lab. We also reported that the lab was working on live animals and information coming out of China showed that the Chinese reported that the lab was the source of COVID through February 2020.

 

However, one thing that the experts in the States give China a pass on is whether COVID was released intentionally or not.

 

Why would the experts in our country who only now report on the lab leak claim that the leak in a lab was a “mishap”?

 

Last April, Dr. Li-Meng Yan says China released the COVID intentionally. She said that COVID was not an accident. Dr. Li-Meng was a virologist in Hong Kong who fled after the COVID pandemic.

 

If China did release the COVID pandemic intentionally they had a reason to. Trump was destroying the China economy and they needed to get rid of Trump because they were hurting.

The corrupt Democrat New Orleans mayor is one step closer to being ousted.

 

Recall organizers working to oust LaToya Cantrell from office say they have gathered enough signatures to block her from another term.

 

Organizers seeking to recall New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell from office said they collected enough signatures to put the city leader’s second term at risk.

 

“Right now our mayor doesn’t love New Orleans so the citizens and the residents stood up,” Eileen Carter, vice chair of the No LaToya recall campaign, told Fox News. “We’re taking our city back, and we’re gonna save New Orleans.”

 

The campaign’s chairman, Belden Baptiste, and Carter launched the recall effort to remove Cantrell from office in August 2022. The organizers handed the petition filled with signatures to the Orleans Parish Registrar of Voters office on Wednesday. The Feb. 22 deadline required them to hand in around 50,000 signatures, which the organizers say they exceeded.

 

“Mayor LaToya, it ain’t that we hate you,” Baptiste told Fox News. “You didn’t do your job, and you’re about to be fired.”

 

Carter, who worked in the mayor’s social media department for three years, told Fox News it was difficult to watch Cantrell “quiet quit” in her second term. The mayor’s public calendar used to have regular meetings with department heads, but she hadn’t had any on her schedule in over a year as of November, according to a local Fox affiliate’s review of public records.

 

“It’s like a tale of two mayors,” Carter said. “I don’t think she’s making very good judgment decisions for the city at all, to the point of arrogance.”

 

Last year LaToya Cantrell came under fire for spending more than $30,000 of taxpayer money to fly first class to Europe.

 

Meanwhile violent crime is surging in New Orleans.

 

Cantrell argued the first class flights were for her safety as a black woman and to protect her from Covid.

 

In a press conference last week, Mayor Cantrell said, “my travel accommodations are a matter of safety, not of luxury…. I need to be safe as I do business on behalf of the city of New Orleans.”

 

Cantrell’s security guards traveled to Europe in coach.

 

LaToya Cantrell also partied maskless after imposing a mask mandate for the city of New Orleans.

Supreme Court to hear case over constitutionality of Consumer Financial Protection Bureau

 

The Supreme Court will hear arguments on Tuesday in a case over whether the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the regulatory agency established in the wake of the 2008 financial crisis, is constitutionally structured.

The case, key to the future of the CFPB, could also have broad implications on other independent federal agencies, according to experts. A decision is expected by the end of June.

The dispute turns on whether the CFPB's director is given too much independence. Under the 2010 Dodd-Frank Act, which established the regulator, the agency is headed by a single director who may be removed by the president from his or her five-year term only for "inefficiency, neglect of duty, or malfeasance in office."

The CFPB also sidesteps the traditional congressional appropriations process, instead getting most of its funding from the Federal Reserve system. The funding mechanism is similar to that of other financial regulators like the Comptroller of the Currency and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.

 

The bureau, which was envisioned by Sen. Elizabeth Warren when she was a professor at Harvard Law School, is designed to rein in abusive practices in consumer credit markets such as home Mortgages and credit cards. It returned $12 billion to consumers between 2011 and 2017, but largely stopped pursuing enforcement actions under President Donald Trump.

The bureau has been the subject of a number of lawsuits but has so far proved to be resilient. The latest suit was brought by the California-based consumer law firm Seila Law, which alleged that the CFPB's insulation from presidential control is unconstitutional. Seila Law challenged the agency after the CFPB targeted the firm in 2017 in an investigation into the marketing and sales of consumer debt-relief services.

The law firm is being supported by the Trump administration via the Department of Justice, which has submitted briefs to the top court supporting the theory that the for-cause removal provision is unconstitutional.

Joe Biden, Donald Trump and Mike Pence each got grief for taking classified documents home. But court cases show how easy it was for workers to bring home sensitive records from the FBI, CIA and NSA.

 

Nhgia Pho aimed for a promotion at the National Security Agency in taking records home.

Asia Lavarello printed classified documents for her thesis at National Intelligence University.

Some workers jailed for taking home classified records argued high-profile violators got off easier.

WASHINGTON – Beyond the high-profile cases of classified documents found in the homes of President Joe Biden, former President Donald Trump and former Vice President Mike Pence, federal court records portray a sloppy system for tracking the country's most important secrets.

 

Intelligence agency staffers and contractors were caught in recent years squirreling away enormous troves of documents. One contractor mailed home computer hard drives filled with secrets from Afghanistan to Texas.

 

Stashes of secret documents have been scattered through homes, sheds and cars. Staffers sometimes copied documents onto compact discs or even handwritten notes. It wasn’t always the documents that got workers caught. One path to thousands of pages of classified records was strewn with marijuana leaves.

 

They cost millions and last years:The U.S. now has 3 of them.

 

Despite the sloppy handling, the secrets at stake were among the country’s most important. The names of undercover intelligence agents. How the country gathers its information. But from the top to bottom, searches to recover the records often came years after the filching began.

 

Penalties for mishandling documents vary greatly. Biden, Trump and Pence face no charges. Retired Gen. David Petraeus, who led the war in Afghanistan and headed the CIA, was fined and not jailed for a misdemeanor for his infractions. But lower-level workers and contractors were sentenced to months or years in prison for felonies that lawyers argued were less egregious violations than Petraeus and others.
