So…I worked a few years with a guy from Chyna that was in school here in the US during the Tiananmen Square crackdown. He said that

he was able to stay after he finished his PHD because of the Chinese Student Protection Act.

Anyway…the above vid got me thinking that if the Deep State has been dealing with Chyna for this long…then maybe Tiananmen Square / Chinese Student Protection Act

was implemented to enable Chyna's infiltration of our universities, businesses and military contractors.

passed on May 21, 1992, by the Senate, and passed by the House of Representatives on August 10, 1992. President

George H. W. Bush signed it into law on October 9, 1992.

The protests were halted in a deadly crackdown, known as the Tiananmen Square Massacre, by the Chinese government on June 4 and 5, 1989.

Christopher Cox [R-47th, CA] is a blackmail device. Parts of the report have

apparently been leaked out to the New York Times and members of the French

Press. It deals with serious national security violations in respect to top

nuclear secrets given to the Red Chinese. Reportedly directly implicated

bought-and-paid-for treason are President William Rockefeller Clinton , with

a somewhat lesser role by V.P Gore. Knowledgeable sources contend, based on

this in items even beyond the Cox Report and other data, there is sufficient

reasons available to force from office the President, the Vice President, and

the current Secretary of State Madeleine Albright who although 5th in line of

Presidential succession is not eligible as non-U.S. born…

FBI MUZZLING WITNESSES TO AID CLINTON AND BUSH FAMILY—THE BIG PURGE IN CHICAGO

America's secret political police, the FBI, are part of a big purge in Chicago, to muzzle witnesses against Bill Clinton and the George Herbert Walker Bush family.

As I have repeatedly pointed out, Bill Clinton has come repeatedly to Chicago to meet with and speak to the top honchos and traders on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Whatever speeches he has made to them, are generally not reported in the monopoly press.

Here is some background. A huge river of Red Chinese and other clandestine funds have been reportedly traveling into the Chicago markets, not only the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, but the Chicago Board of Trade, the Chicago Board Options Exchange, and the Chicago Stock Exchange. These monies and assets are disguised as currency trading, transactions in soybeans, corn, wheat, S & P contract, and other such items. Over a period of years, escalating during the Clinton Administration, Chicago has been the intake point for "China White", high purity heroin from Southwest China. Junkies prefer it since it can be smoked in a pipe and does not require a needle in the arm.

The highly corrupt Drug Enforcement Administration has taken no remedial action on the Red Chinese dope flooding in through the Windy City. Coming in, for example, through small suburban airports encircling Chicago. Our public access Cable TV Program has done stories about this since at least 1994. We told how we met with a top official of the DEA and outlined these crimes. THE DEA OFFICIALS ARE NOT INTERESTED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS, RATHER TO COVER IT UP, to protect the Red Chinese and the Banks.

The Red Chinese clandestine funds are from several sources:

[1] From the proceeds of "China White" flooding the U.S. through Chicago. A pal of the Bush family, Jim Thompson, while Governor of Illinois (1976 to 1990), reportedly arranged the financial and other mechanisms for these shipments and funds. In the 1980s on, it was to benefit the elder Bush, Ollie North, Bill Clinton, and their mutual cronies. The public is generally unaware that Clinton from time to time visited the Bush mansion in Kennebunkport, Maine.

[2] Red China has become a major supplier of human body parts for U.S. hospitals, pieces bought and sold like from a car. They are installed in sick folks with big bucks. The Chinese keep a quantity of political prisoners, particularly those who are healthy. When an order for a heart, liver, kidneys, etc., is received from a U.S. hospital, the Red Chinese condemn to death such a prisoner. Sort of on a "when needed" basis. To protect the human body parts, the prisoners are not shot but beheaded.

[3] The Rockefeller banks, such as what used to be called First National Bank of Chicago, loaned billions of dollars to Red China on the empty promise of repayment in gold from their western provinces. Reneging on payment in gold, the Chinese instead were given immunity from U.S. criminal enforcement, to make payment in "China White", missiles and nuclear weapons smuggling, shipping AK-47 guns, and such to or through the U.S. complicity.

Major fund raiser, campaign and otherwise, for Bill Clinton and his gang, has been Rahm Emanuel. He is an expert reportedly on dirty money through the Chicago markets, particularly the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, called the "Merc". In return, Clinton for five years had Rahm as White House Senior Advisor. On a local TV Show in Chicago, Rahm was shown with his desk right near the door to the Oval Office. He bragged he was the closest to the President. Rahm Emanuel has dual citizenship, U.S. and Israel. He is reputedly the acting deputy station chief for North America of Israeli intelligence, the Mossad (The Institute).

Apparently two-faced, Rahm both set up Clinton in the Monica Lewinsky Affair as well as repeatedly playing the role on network TV of Clinton loyalist…

To understand Wal-Mart, you have to have a handle on Arkansas. And to

figure out Arkansas, you have to be knowledgeable about the

Rockefellers. And to fathom the Red Chinese Secret Police, you have to

know a lot about the richest family in the world.

To begin. The Rockefellers like to own and operate entire states with a

sizeable geography, good natural assets, and a relatively small

population. That way, if need be, to win a so-called "election", they

could more or less find it cheap to buy all the votes they may need to

install their people. West Virginia is such a state. Like an ancient

Colossus of Rhodes, astride the entrance to a harbor, the Rockefellers

have a foot on both sides. On occasion, they pretend to be Democrats.

Other times, as Republicans. They have installed as U.S. Senator (W.Va.,

D.) John D. Rockefeller 4th, great grandson of John D. Rockefeller,

founder of the bloody and infamous Standard Oil Trust. Broken up by a

U.S. Supreme Court decree in 1911, the Standard Oil Trust, changing its

name slightly to fool novices, is back together again.

Historically, Standard Oil would bomb their own obsolete plants, to

blame onto a competitor, thereby gaining public support and strangling

competition. [Ida Tarbell wrote early in the 20th Century detailed

accounts of Rockefeller crimes.]

As U.S. Senator he calls himself Jay to be cute. His wife, Sharon Percy

that the Lusitania was a secret munitions carrier, a German U-boat sank the ship with

great loss of life including U.S. citizens. The British sacrificed the passengers as part of

a scheme to draw the U.S. into World War One to aid Great Britain. Remember: the

British and French Rothschilds, and the Rockefellers, created the conspiratorial Federal

Reserve just prior to the war, to use American assets to finance both sides of Europe's

war.

1918 - Flistory books declare that Russian Czar Nicholas 2nd and his family, following

the Russian Revolution, were assassinated by the Bolsheviks, July, 1918,in a basement

of a house in Ekaterinburg, Siberia. By the Treaty of Brest-Litovsk, arranged by Lenin, in

March, 1918, the Russians ended their war with Germany enabling the Germans to

ROME — Secretary of State Mike Pompeo recently published a sharp letter excoriating the Vatican’s plans to renew an agreement with the Chinese government on Church operations in China. He promoted the article in a tweet, concluding, “The Vatican endangers its moral authority, should it renew the deal.”

An indignant Vatican took the article more as a calculated affront than a diplomatic gesture. The friction broke into the open on Wednesday as Mr. Pompeo arrived in Rome and met with prelates and others who are hostile to Pope Francis, while the Vatican denied him a meeting with the pontiff and rebuffed his efforts to derail the deal with China.

“Pompeo asked to meet” the pope, who turned him down because Francis had “clearly said that he does not receive political figures ahead of the elections,” Cardinal Pietro Parolin, who, as secretary of state, is the Vatican’s second-ranking official, told reporters.

But to some observers on both sides of the tensions between the Roman Catholic Church and the Trump administration, Mr. Pompeo’s visit is as much about the coming presidential election as about China policy. Mr. Pompeo dismissed that suggestion as absurd, but intended or not, his trip signals that President Trump is on the side of those conservative American Catholics who worry about the church’s direction under Francis and think he is soft on China.

Francis and Mr. Trump, who have exchanged sharp words in the past, present starkly different visions on issues ranging from the environment to immigration to the threat of populism. In appealing to the Vatican’s support for religious freedom as a reason to drop its China agreement, Mr. Pompeo seemed to seek common ground, but in a way that upset the pope’s chief allies and delighted his chief critics.

Cardinal Parolin said Mr. Pompeo’s article had caused “surprise” at the Vatican, because this visit to Rome by the secretary and the meetings with high officials at the Holy See had already been in the works and would have been a “more opportune” forum for airing grievances. He added that Mr. Pompeo’s choice to publish in First Things, a conservative Christian magazine that has called Francis a failure as Pope, also mattered.

Trump Mar-a-Lago Aide Indicted by Florida Grand Jury in Classified Docs Case

Trump’s aide Walt Nauta was indicted by the Florida grand jury hearing evidence in Jack Smith’s classified documents case, according to a leak to ABC News.

According to reports, Walt Nauta was told to move boxes after the former president received a subpoena in May for classified documents.

Walt Nauta is a former White House employee and Navy veteran who worked valet for Trump and served as a personal staffer at Mar-a-Lago.

It is unclear what the charges are.

ABC News reported:

Walt Nauta, an aide to former President Donald Trump, has been charged by the special counsel as part of the probe into Trump’s taking of classified information, ABC News has learned.

Nauta was indicted by the same grand jury in Florida, sources told ABC News. It is not immediately clear what the exact charges are and an attorney for Nauta declined to comment when contacted by ABC News.

Nauta served as a valet in the Trump White House and left his role to join Trump as a personal aide in early 2021.

An aide to former President Donald Trump has been indicted in special counsel Jack Smith’s investigation into the mishandling of classified documents from the Trump White House, two sources familiar with the indictment tell CNN.

Walt Nauta’s indictment is the second in the special counsel’s investigation after Trump was indicted on seven counts on Thursday.

An attorney for Nauta declined to comment. Nauta was with Trump at his Bedminster, New Jersey, golf club this week.

The latest on the federal indictment of Trump in the documents probe

The specific charges against Nauta have not been revealed.

Trump responded to Nauta’s indictment on his social media Friday, writing, “They are trying to destroy his life, like the lives of so many others, hoping that he will say bad things about ‘Trump.’ He is strong, brave, and a Great Patriot. The FBI and DOJ are CORRUPT!”

Nauta’s involvement in the movement of boxes of classified material at Trump’s Florida resort had been a subject of scrutiny of investigators. Nauta, with the help of a maintenance worker at Mar-a-Lago, moved the boxes before the FBI executed a search warrant on the Palm Beach property last August.

According to court filings last year, the FBI found more than 100 documents marked as classified during the search, which took place weeks after a Trump lawyer signed a statement attesting that the Trump team had complied with a May subpoena seeking production of all documents with classified markings.

Investigators obtained surveillance footage showing Nauta and the worker moving boxes of the classified documents around the resort, CNN previously reported. Nauta had spoken to investigators repeatedly in the probe, at first telling them he hadn’t handled boxes or sensitive documents at Mar-a-Lago.

Latest Trump Indictment Proves Deep State Is Trying To Rig Yet Another Election

Democrats are dead set on indicting Trump because they know they can’t beat him fair and square.

he same institutions that tormented former President Donald Trump for years with false accusations of collusion with Russia are making yet another brazen attempt to rig the next presidential election against the wishes of the American people.

Democrats and their cronies in the Department of Justice and the FBI have a history of election meddling to achieve their political goals. The raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home and subsequent persecution of the former president by Special Counsel Jack Smith, sanctioned by the same corrupt players who have targeted Americans for wrongthink for years now, prove to be no exception.

There’s nothing the deep state isn’t willing to try to do to keep their biggest threat — Trump and his voters — from regaining power. Democrats and corporate media are so committed to this goal that they didn’t even try to keep their desire to change election outcomes a secret.

2016

In 2016, despite possessing no evidence of collusion from the beginning, the FBI latched onto a thinly-veiled narrative hatched by Clinton campaign operatives to screw over the ruling class’s political opponent. Instead, top Crossfire Hurricane players capitalized on their “open disdain for Trump,” “asserted that they would prevent Trump from becoming President,” and leaked information from the discredited Steele dossier to the corrupt corporate media.

It was around that same time that then-FBI Director James Comey declined to charge Hillary Clinton, whose campaign affiliates started and sold the Russiagate lie to willing participants like federal agencies, for knowingly rerouting classified information to her private email server.

Despite the deep state’s interference in the 2016 presidential race, Trump won the White House. His victory was a legitimate one backed by at least half the nation but that didn’t stop Democrats from officially objecting to his certification, as they have done to every Republican president this century.

This open attempt to undermine the president continued well into Trump’s administration, with two failed impeachments and incessant smears from the corporate media. By the time the 2020 election cycle rolled around, the ruling class’s general consensus that Trump shouldn’t hold office pervaded every major institution in the United States.

Undermining Trump wasn’t an easy task considering that under his administration, Americans and “America first” policies were flourishing at home and abroad. When a lab in communist China apparently got a little too careless with their dangerous viral experiments, the left knew it was go time. Cue nearly a year of what Federalist Editor-In-Chief Mollie Hemingway called “The Revenge of Fake News” in her book “Rigged.”

While leftist-backed riots rampaged the nation’s cities, Democrats all over the U.S., under the guise of “Covid-19,” made significant changes to several swing states’ election codes such as expanding mail-in voting, adding drop boxes statewide, and relaxing verification standards for absentee ballots. These changes benefitted Democrats and anyone who wanted to commit fraud, which is why so many blue state leaders attempted to make them permanent even after the height of lockdowns passed.

Not only were Democrats and the corporate media completely out for Trump, but Big Tech also jumped on the bandwagon. Social media platforms like Twitter repeatedly censored the president or made sure stories about President Joe Biden’s vast corruption never saw the light of day.

The collective decision by Big Tech and corporate media in October 2020 to nuke stories detailing what was found on Hunter Biden’s laptop and amplify a letter smearing the reporting as likely Russian disinformation — a project which was solicited by the Biden campaign and the CIA — influenced the outcome of the election. One in six Biden voters said they would have changed their vote if they had known about Biden’s numerous scandals.

Meanwhile, Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg funneled hundreds of millions of dollars toward a private takeover of government election operations that would heavily favor Democrats in key states.

It worked. But to the corrupt complex that schemed for years, handing Trump a carefully crafted loss and Democrats complete victory over the White House and Congress wasn’t enough. They wanted Trump out of the running permanently and the only way to do that was to make him a criminal.

2024

First, the FBI, at the direction of President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice, raided Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home. Then, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, encouraged by corporate media and Democrats, revived a case against Trump that several officials previously declined to pursue. Now, Trump faces punishment for the retention of presidential documents following his departure from the White House, something his predecessors did without any consequences. If the Biden administration gets its way, Trump will also be penalized for exercising his First Amendment rights on Jan. 6, 2021.

The Biden administration’s many cases against Trump are, by all legal standards, weak. This latest documents indictment, specifically, was clearly “a set-up from the start.” Even some of Trump’s biggest haters admit that the prosecutions conjured up by seething Democrats are a feeble attempt to keep the former president from winning the White House again. A majority of Americans similarly see the Biden regime’s definition of “justice” as a sham and want the FBI castigated for trading true accountability for partisanship.

The deep state does not care. As long as Trump is ousted and the conservative crusade to purge the powers that be of corruption dies, they will ensure the next election goes in their favor by whatever means necessary. Democrats are dead set on indicting Trump because they know they can’t beat him — nor the idea that the corrupt bureaucratic complex needs to die — fair and square.

As President Donald Trump now faces yet another indictment from an investigation spearheaded by Special Counsel Jack Smith, Republicans and conservative allies have taken a firm stance against prosecutorial abuse.

RSBN reported on Thursday that the president had announced his pending indictment via an official statement, writing, “I never thought it possible that such a thing could happen to a former President of the United States, who received far more votes than any sitting President in the History of our Country, and is currently leading, by far, all Candidates, both Democrat and Republican, in Polls of the 2024 Presidential Election. I AM AN INNOCENT MAN!”

This is Trump’s second indictment this year. In March, he was indicted and later arraigned in New York at the behest of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg on an astronomical 34 felony counts related to allegedly “falsifying” business records.

The newest indictment is related to the federal probe of supposedly “classified” documents that were taken from Trump’s personal home, Mar-a-Lago, in Florida last year after the FBI conducted an unprecedented raid.

“Imagine being naïve enough to believe that the Biden Bribe evidence and Trump indictment happening the same day was a coincidence,” wrote Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., on Twitter shortly after the news broke.

He was referring to the House Oversight Committee’s review of the FBI’s FD-1023 document, which revealed shocking evidence of alleged bribery in connection with Joe Biden and Hunter Biden, per RSBN.

Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, reacted to news of Trump’s indictment as well, stating on social media, “DOJ indicts former President/candidate Trump SAME DAY DOJ/FBI restricts access to unnecessarily redacted Biden allegations. And they wonder why ppl think there r two standards for justice[.]”

The House Judiciary’s official account tweeted out, “WITCH HUNT.”

“It’s shameful,” Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., wrote on Thursday night. “Pathetic really. Ultimately the biggest hypocrisy in modern day history. We must beat these sick people.”

Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, who is also the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, wrote, “Sad day for America. God Bless President Trump.”

Sen. J.D. Vance, R-Ohio, who won his 2022 election with the help of Trump’s coveted endorsement last year, slammed the indictment news. He stated, “The former president will be indicted for ‘mishandling’ his own government’s classified info. Yet everyone agrees the president has the authority to declassify anything. This is a moral and constitutional joke. Merrick Garland has disgraced this country.”

Trump ally and former Republican gubernatorial candidate of Arizona, Kari Lake, ripped the DOJ and the Biden administration for their actions.

“By indicting their chief political opponent, Joe Biden and Merrick Garland have just committed the most blatant act of election interference in our nation’s history,” she said in an official statement.

She continued, “…We will not cave to this deliberate attempt to interfere in the 2024 election. The Republican Party must unite to save our country from this historic corruption and work to return President Donald J. Trump to the White House in 2024.”

Survivors of childhood sexual abuse at the hands of Catholic priests and clerics are speaking out about the Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul’s explosive multi-year investigation that’s put Chicago’s archbishop on the defensive.

That comprehensive investigation details abuse by Catholic clergy and names 451 Catholic clerics and religious brothers who reportedly abused at least 1,997 children. The Catholic dioceses of Illinois had publicly listed only 103 substantiated child sex abusers.

‘Red flags everywhere’: high court asks Catholic church why it didn’t investigate priest’s abuse 50 years ago

The high court has pressed the Catholic church to explain why it didn’t have an adequate opportunity 50 years ago to investigate the extent of a priest’s abuse of children, given there were “red flags everywhere” about his crimes.

The court on Thursday began hearing a key case about a legal tactic now routinely being employed by the church and other institutions to permanently shield themselves from abuse survivors’ civil claims for compensation.

Institutions are now regularly seeking permanent stays, or a permanent halt to proceedings, by arguing the death of alleged perpetrators and the inability to obtain their response to a survivor’s allegations leaves them unable to receive a fair trial.

The approach has infuriated survivors and their advocates, who say the church is now effectively using the passage of time to avoid trial, despite the fact the church systemically and deliberately concealed abuse for decades in dioceses across Australia.

Settlements end $100M class action lawsuit by alleged Manitoulin Island abuse survivors

A $100 million class action lawsuit launched on behalf of alleged victims of sexual abuse by Catholic clergy on Manitoulin Island has been abandoned after the victims reached individual settlements with the church.

All of the 29 alleged victims are from Wiikwemkoong Unceded Territory and attended Holy Cross Mission, run by the Jesuit Fathers of Upper Canada.

The suit was launched in 2015 and named several defendants, including the Roman Catholic Episcopal Corporation of the Diocese of Sault Ste. Marie, the Roman Catholic Bishop of Sault Ste. Marie, the Estate of Father George Epoch and the Estate of Brother O’Meare.

"The action was brought on behalf of all persons who were abused as children by clergy or staff of the Holy Cross Mission in Wiikwemkoong (and) all parents, spouses, children and siblings of the abused persons," court documents said.

Abuse claims and outrage mount as Jesuit order and church in Bolivia undergo a tectonic shake

Revelations of rampant sexual abuse by deceased Jesuit Fr. Alfonso Pedrajas have prompted dozens of people in Bolivia to come forward with similar accusations of atrocities in the South American country, where the Catholic Church confronts a reckoning over the criminal acts of pedophile priests.

An investigation by Bolivian newspaper Página Siete found more than 170 victims of clerical sexual abuse being raised since early May, when the Spanish newspaper El País published its exposé into Pedrajas – a Spanish Jesuit who kept a record of his abuse of children by writing a diary.

"What El País has achieved has been the victims connecting with each other, interacting with each other, daring to speak out. Many of the victims are more than 50 years old," Raphael Archondo, an academic and former director of Fides, a news outlet supported by Bolivia's Jesuits, told OSV News.

"There's a wave of complaints and it's opened a lot of spaces for complaints to be filed," he said.

The bishops' conference has condemned the actions of pedophile priests, while acknowledging they failed victims, who "found a church deaf to their sufferings."

The Jesuit province in Bolivia apologized and expressed "shame" and "regret" for what happened and promised to seek justice for the victims. The Jesuits have suspended eight former provincials who failed to act against Pedrajas.

The Society of Jesus (the Jesuits) opened a "listen and care" channel for receiving complaints in May it allows for complaints to be received via email or WhatsApp messages but said in a June 4 statement it had received only four accusations, one each against a pair of deceased Jesuits and two against a priest in the Diocese of Tarija.

The statement identified the Jesuits as Pedrajas whose diary contained descriptions of sexual abuse over four decades of working in Bolivian and Latin American schools along with Fr. Jorge Vila, who was accused of abusing a 13-year-old student at a Jesuit school in the early 1990s.

The Jesuits died in 2009 and 2012, respectively. Vila had become known in Bolivia for his defense of children's rights, according to an obituary. He was a founder of Defensa de Niños y Niñas Internacional (DNI Bolivia – Defense of Children International).

The unidentified priest in the Diocese of Tarija was not a Jesuit, but the Jesuits said they have "supported the handling of two other cases of sexual abuse against a priest from the Diocese of Tarija, since for now it is the only channel of its kind that operates in the Bolivian church and cannot neglect the victims of persons from other ecclesial settings."

Illinois Catholic Church Sex Abuse Investigative Report Released

A recent report released by Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul’s office found that child sex abuse claims against Catholic clergy members amounted to more than 1,900 survivors in Illinois. This report was released after a five-year comprehensive investigation into sexual abuse cases in the Catholic dioceses in Illinois. The almost 700-page report contains shocking details about the nature of the widespread abuse and the clergy and lay religious brothers who committed these heinous acts.

The investigation began in 2018 by former attorney general Lisa Madigan. At the time, the six Catholic dioceses in the state only had confirmed 103 clergy as child sex abusers. Attorney General Raoul continued the investigation when he was elected in 2019. As the investigation concluded and with the release of its findings, an additional 348 clergy members were confirmed as child sex abusers, bringing the total to 451. The cases of child sexual abuse took place between 1950 and 2019. Of the 451 clergy members identified in the report, 330 have died.

Illinois Is Not Alone In Widespread Clergy Sex Abuse

The Illinois investigation began in 2018 after a Pennsylvania grand jury was presented with evidence that more than 300 priests sexually abused over a thousand children, potentially more, for 70 years. One of the revelations of this grand jury was evidence of how Catholic Church leaders protected clergy accused of sexual abuse. The files presented to the grand jury highlighted a playbook on how to conceal the truth about sexual abuse. Additionally, secret archive files were stored in the church, where the only key to access these files remained in the hands of the bishop. Many files contained euphemisms for the word rape and child sex abuse. When there were accusations of sexual abuse made, it was nearly impossible for the survivor to achieve justice.

After an extensive four-year investigation, a 2019 report about sexual abuse by the Archdiocese of Baltimore priests was released in April. Like the Illinois state investigation, the report is lengthy at nearly 500 pages but contains much of the same key information as Illinois and other states’ investigations. Church leaders worked carefully and diligently to cover up accusations. Survivors were rarely able to seek justice or believed by the Catholic Church. In many cases, the abusers were transferred to other dioceses. The Baltimore Archdiocese is the country’s oldest Roman Catholic diocese.

The release of this report also drew attention to how prevalent the abuse was. “The staggering pervasiveness of the abuse itself underscores the culpability of the Church hierarchy,” said the report.

The Baltimore Archdiocese report was kept private for several years until a Baltimore Circuit Court ruled to release a redacted version. It was kept confidential because it contains detailed information from grand jury subpoenas. In the redacted version, 37 accused abusers were removed. The court admitted that it may consider adding additional names at a later date.

A common thread continues to emerge throughout the investigations of the Illinois Catholic dioceses and other Catholic dioceses across the country. Clergy members were accused of sexual abuse and rarely punished. In many cases, those accused of these crimes kept their positions of power, careers or were simply transferred to a neighboring diocese.

Maryland, Maine, Vermont completely remove statute of limitations for child sex abuse cases

Maryland, Maine, and Vermont have become the only three states in the U.S. to remove statute of limitations for lawsuits alleging child sex abuse.

Statute of limitations for child sex abuse cases were repealed as more people alleged that they were sexually assaulted by priests when they were young kids.

Repealing all time limits on when sex abuse lawsuits need to be filed allows survivors to seek delayed justice.

Ann Allen loved going to church and the after-school social group led by a dynamic priest back in the 1960s.

The giggling fun with friends always ended with a game of hide and seek. Each week, the Rev. Lawrence Sabatino chose one girl to hide with him. Allen said when it was her turn, she was sexually assaulted, at age 7, in the recesses of St. Peter’s Catholic Church.
