Dirtbag Brian Kemp Responds to President Trump’s Upcoming Press Conference on Election Fraud: “The 2020 Election in Georgia was Not Stolen

 

On Tuesday, Georgia’s dirtbag Governor Brian Kemp issued a statement in response to President Trump’s planned conference press conference to reveal election fraud in the state of Georgia.

 

President Donald Trump, alongside 18 others, was indicted on 41 charges on Monday night, a blatant attack on those who dared to challenge the integrity of the 2020 election. Additionally, 30 unindicted co-conspirators are being scrutinized for their role in exposing alleged election irregularities.

 

President Trump, never one to shy away from confronting those who seek to undermine him, announced that he will be holding a press conference next week to reveal a comprehensive and detailed report on what he insists is election fraud that took place in Georgia.

 

In a post on Truth Social, Trump wrote:

 

“A Large, Complex, Detailed but Irrefutable REPORT on the Presidential Election Fraud which took place in Georgia is almost complete & will be presented by me at a major News Conference at 11:00 A.M. on Monday of next week in Bedminster, New Jersey. Based on the results of this CONCLUSIVE Report, all charges should be dropped against me & others – There will be a complete EXONERATION! They never went after those that Rigged the Election. They only went after those that fought to find the RIGGERS!”

 

Dirtbag Kemp, who has been criticized by President Trump and conservatives for his handling of the 2020 election, responded directly to Trump’s Truth Social post.

 

“The 2020 election in Georgia was not stolen. For nearly three years now, anyone with evidence of fraud has failed to come forward – under oath – and prove anything in a court of law. Our elections in Georgia are secure, accessible, and fair and will continue to be as long as I am governor. The future of our country is at stake in 2024 and that must be our focus.”

The Gateway Pundit reported earlier that Brian Kemp signed a bill in May that will allow for the removal of elected district attorneys from office.

 

According to the provision of the bill signed by Brian Kemp, a district attorney or solicitor-general can be removed from office due to “willful misconduct in office, and conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice which brings the office into disrepute.”

 

  1. Willful Misconduct in Office: If a district attorney is found to have knowingly and intentionally violated their obligations or abused their powers, this constitutes grounds for removal. This includes a broad spectrum of behaviors, such as corruption, falsification of evidence, or purposeful disregard of legal procedures.

  2. Conduct Prejudicial to the Administration of Justice: This provision targets behaviors that may not be outright illegal but are detrimental to the integrity of the judicial system. This could include actions that bring the office of the district attorney into disrepute or undermine public trust in the legal system, such as exhibiting bias, leaking confidential information, abuse of process, conflict of interest, or engaging in inappropriate relationships that compromise their impartiality.

 

Suspicious premature posting of charges against President Donald Trump before the grand jury’s proceedings could potentially be viewed as misconduct or as actions bringing the office into disrepute.

 

Based on these provisions alone, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis must be removed!

 

But Brian Kemp is part of the political establishment that advocate for the removal of Donald Trump from office.

Connnecting some dots

I am passing this on from someone who's connecting some dots with input from sources he cannot reveal.

Here's what it looks like when all the pieces are sewn together

It smells like conspiracy and treason. Everyone needs to read this. Slowly, and patiently, because it’s very important……

From 2001 to 2005 there was an ongoing investigation into the Clinton Foundation.

A Grand Jury had been impanelled.

Governments from around the world had donated to the “Charity”.

Yet, from 2001 to 2003 none of those “Donations” to the Clinton Foundation were declared. Now you would think that an honest investigator would be able to figure this out.

Look who took over this investigation in 2005: None other than James Comey; Coincidence? Guess who was transferred into the Internal Revenue Service to run the Tax Exemption Branch of the IRS? None other than, Lois “Be on The Look Out” (BOLO) Lerner. Isn’t that interesting?

But this is all just a series of strange coincidences, right?

Guess who ran the Tax Division inside the Department of Injustice from 2001 to 2005?

No other than the Assistant Attorney General of the United States,

Rod Rosenstein.

Guess who was the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation during this time frame?

Another coincidence (just an anomaly in statistics and chances), but it was Robert Mueller.

What do all four casting characters have in common?

They all were briefed and/or were front-line investigators into the Clinton Foundation Investigation.

Another coincidence, right?

Fast forward to 2009….

James Comey leaves the Justice Department to go and cash-in at Lockheed Martin.

Hillary Clinton is running the State Department, official government business, on her own personal email server.

The Uranium One “issue” comes to the attention of the Hillary.

Like all good public servants do, supposedly looking out for America’s best interest, she decides to support the decision and approve the sale of 20% of US Uranium to no other than, the Russians.

Now you would think that this is a fairly straight up deal, except it wasn’t, America got absolutely nothing out of it.

However, prior to the sales approval, no other than Bill Clinton goes to Moscow, gets paid 500K for a one hour speech; then meets with Vladimir Putin at his home for a few hours.

Ok, no big deal right? Well, not so fast, the FBI had a mole inside the money laundering and bribery scheme.

Robert Mueller was the FBI Director during this time frame? Yep, He even delivered a Uranium Sample to Moscow in 2009.

Who was handling that case within the Justice Department out of the US Attorney’s Office in Maryland?

None other than, Rod Rosenstein. And what happened to the informant?

The Department of Justice placed a GAG order on him and threatened to lock him up if he spoke out about it.

How does 20% of the most strategic asset of the United States of America end up in Russian hands when the FBI has an informant, a mole providing inside information to the FBI on the criminal enterprise?

Very soon after; the sale was approved!~145 million dollars in “donations” made their way into the Clinton Foundation from entities directly connected to the Uranium One deal.

Guess who was still at the Internal Revenue Service working the Charitable Division? None other than, - Lois Lerner.

Ok, that’s all just another series of coincidences, nothing to see here, right?

Due to a series of tragic events in Benghazi and after the 9 “investigations” the House, Senate and at State Department, Trey Gowdy who was running the 10th investigation as Chairman of the Select Committee on Benghazi discovers that the Hillary ran the State Department on an unclassified, unauthorized, outlaw personal email server.He also discovered that none of those emails had been turned over when she departed her “Public Service” as Secretary of State which was required by law. He also discovered that there was Top Secret information contained within her personally archived email.

Sparing you the State Departments cover up, the nostrums they floated, the delay tactics that were employed and the outright lies that were spewed forth from the necks of the Kerry State Department, we shall leave it with this…… they did everything humanly possible to cover for Hillary. .

Now this is amazing, guess who became FBI Director in 2013? None other than James Comey; who secured 17 no bid contracts for his employer (Lockheed Martin) with the State Department and was rewarded with a six million dollar thank you present when he departed his employer? Amazing how all those no-bids just went right through at State, huh?

Now he is the FBI Director in charge of the “Clinton Email Investigation” after of course his FBI Investigates the Lois Lerner “Matter” at the Internal Revenue Service and he exonerates her. Nope…. couldn’t find any crimes there.

In April 2016, James Comey drafts an exoneration letter of Hillary Rodham Clinton, meanwhile the DOJ is handing out immunity deals like candy.They didn’t even convene a Grand Jury!

Like a lightning bolt of statistical impossibility, like a miracle from God himself, like the true “Gangsta” Comey is, James steps out into the cameras of an awaiting press conference on July the 8th of 2016, and exonerates the Hillary from any wrongdoing.

Do you see the pattern?

It goes on and on, Rosenstein becomes Asst. Attorney General,Comey gets fired based upon a letter by Rosenstein, Comey leaks government information to the press, Mueller is assigned to the Russian Investigation sham by Rosenstein to provide cover for decades of malfeasance within the FBI and DOJ and the story continues.

FISA Abuse, political espionage….. pick a crime, any crime, chances are…… this group and a few others did it:

All the same players.

All compromised and conflicted.

All working fervently to NOT go to jail themselves

All connected in one way or another to the Clinton's.

They are like battery acid; they corrode and corrupt everything they touch.How many lives have these two destroyed?

As of this writing, the Clinton Foundation, in its 20+ years of operation of being the largest International Charity Fraud in the history of mankind, has never been audited by the Internal Revenue Service.

Let us not forget that Comey's brother works for DLA Piper, the law firm that does the Clinton Foundation's taxes.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has toured several military units reportedly posted on the Donetsk front, including the notorious ‘Azov’ and ‘Aidar’ groups. In a video posted on his social media on Monday, Zelensky can be seen meeting with Azov founder and neo-Nazi Andrey Biletsky inside what appears to be a bunker-like structure.

 

An official statement by his office says Zelensky visited a number of units, including the 5th Separate Assault Brigade and the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade, as part of a working visit to the “Soledar sector.” The town of Soledar itself has been in Russian hands since January, and the nearby Artyomovsk (aka Bakhmut) since May.

 

The 3rd SAB was established in September 2022 from remnants of the original Azov battalion, mauled in the fighting for Mariupol earlier that year. Biletsky, who had vanished from the public eye in late 2019, became the commander of the “Azov Tactical Group.” In a 45-second video posted by Zelensky on his social media, Biletsky can be seen briefing the president and several other officers.

 

Biletsky was widely recognized as a white supremacist and neo-Nazi before ‘Azov’ was whitewashed by Western media after the February 2022 escalation of hostilities with Russia. A January 2021 TIME magazine article described his ‘Patriot of Ukraine’ organization as a “neo-Nazi terrorist group,” whose “manifesto seemed to pluck its narrative straight from Nazi ideology.” The group would morph into “Azov volunteer battalion” as Ukraine moved to crush dissent in Donbass following the 2014 US-backed coup.

The Muskegon Cover-Up: Gateway Pundit Investigators Visit Registration Fraud Epicenter and Find FBI Has Stalled Investigation and Silenced Officials, No Prosecutions in 3 Years

 

Critical information for investigating the Muskegon Michigan voter fraud in 2020 is being illegally withheld from public review. Investigating systemic voter fraud in the 2020 election in Muskegon requires examining the 8,000-12,000 likely-fraudulent voter applications submitted by Biden campaign-financed GBI Strategies in October 2020, but those files have been withheld from public review on the argument that they are part of an ‘ongoing investigation’ by law enforcement.

 

This tactic for evading FOIA at the state and federal level is well-known, but its use here to deny access to public records by removing them and not including a duplicate, is unique.

 

According to far-left Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel, these admittedly false and fraudulent voter applications were never added to the voter rolls. But no one can know for sure because the files themselves, in violation of state law, have been sealed and have been ‘under investigation’ by Nessel’s office and the FBI for three years for a criminal case with no prosecutions. There’s no way to know whether a fraudulent application wasn’t approved or later resubmitted in a less suspicious way in time to commit voter fraud in 2020.

 

The Muskegon Clerk Ann Meisch caught this fraud because 8,000-10,0000 were turned in by one person on one day.

 

And if these 8,000-14,000 total voter applications were indeed fraudulent, why has no one been prosecuted in the three years since?

 

For context, Muskegon Michigan has a population of 38,220, and a voting age population of roughly 29,697. It had roughly 28,172 registered to vote in the 2020 election according to the Michigan Qualified Voter File, also called the “QVF”, where 15,435 are recorded as having voted, 9,378 of which were voting absentee.

 

So when a group is paid $11 million to do ‘voter registrations’ by a Presidential campaign and submits enough fraudulent voter applications to effectively increase the voter rolls by 50% in a jurisdiction in a day, that’s apparently how much fraud it takes to refer it to an investigation — but not to actually produce any arrests or indictments within three years.

 

This is all relevant now because far-left Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel indicted 16 Trump 2020 electors on 8 felonies each because, she says, they signed a certification of their status as electors and tried to create an ‘alternative slate’ of electors knowing there were no legitimate ongoing voter fraud claims and no voter fraud investigations going on in the state.

 

Yet there were ongoing voter fraud claims, especially in Muskegon, and there has been an ongoing voter fraud investigation for the past three years – that no one knew about except Dana Nessel, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, and Governor Gretchen Whitmer!

 

The Muskegon Police Report on GBI Strategies not only confirms Dana Nessel as a liar but it shows the fatal flaw in her legal persecution of the Trump Electors: there were major irregularities in the 2020 election, widespread eyewitness accounts of voter fraud, and ongoing law enforcement investigations of voter fraud that have all been kept from public view by judges who dismissed challenges without hearing any evidence, a media that stuck to a false framing of ‘the most secure election’, and dishonest law enforcement officials like Dana Nessel.

 

The Muskegon voter fraud investigation shows that the Trump electors had no guilty mind or guilty intent when trying to create an alternate slate of electors in 2020.

 

Nessel, on the other hand, was threatening journalists with prosecution who dared to report about voter fraud since before the 2020 election.

The same investigators visited Jane Doe’s aunt and tried to interview her, too, as well as one of Jane Doe’s friends.

 

Leon Black’ attorney’s have filed a potentially consequential document with the court, hitting back at the woman accusing him of raping her at Jeffrey Epstein’s house.

 

The filing claims she is lying not only about the attack, but also about having Down Syndrome and autism. Other claims are that Jane Doe ‘never left home at age 16’ and ‘has a history of making up stories and diagnoses’.

 

Black’s defense states that Doe’s attorneys at the law firm Wigdor are ‘hell-bent on smearing him’ and bleeding him out of a settlement.

 

Jane Doe’s case is the third one brought by Wigdor attorneys against Black.

No pressure for peace from West – Kiev

 

Ukraine will not engage in talks with the Kremlin, security chief Aleksey Danilov has stated, adding that Russia “must be destroyed”

 

Kiev is under no pressure from Washington and its allies when it comes to potential peace negotiations with Moscow, Aleksey Danilov, the head of Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council, has claimed.

 

The Ukrainian authorities will deal with this issue on their own, he told Italy’s La Repubblica newspaper in an interview published on Tuesday.

 

The security chief claimed that all reports of Kiev being allegedly pressured into striking a peace deal with Moscow by its Western backers “exist only on the internet” and are not supported by any real evidence. He also suggested that “Russian trolls” might be behind such rumors.

 

Danilov’s comments come just days after Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba admitted that Kiev’s foreign backers might push the nation toward negotiations with Moscow as early as this autumn. “These voices [calling for talks] are getting louder,” he told Ukrainian media last week.

 

Germany’s Die Welt daily also reported in early August that “the West will pressure Ukraine into a ceasefire” at some point in the coming winter.

 

Ukraine does not need Western nations to deal with the issue of potential negotiations with Russia, the security chief said, adding that Kiev would never hold talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Danilov maintained that the conflict between the two neighbors can only have a military solution.

 

“Russia must be destroyed like a modern-day Carthage,” he stated, referring to the infamous proverbial phrase used by Roman Senator Cato the Elder to demand a third war with the ancient Mediterranean state of Carthage. “You cannot leave your enemy standing behind you,” Danilov added.

 

Danilov has been known as a hardliner when it comes to Ukraine’s dealings with Russia. The security chief, as well as other top Ukrainian officials, have repeatedly made derogatory remarks about Russians during – and even well before – the conflict broke out in February 2022.

 

In early August, he called Russians “Asians”and claimed that “humanity” is the key difference between them and Ukrainians. Danilov also repeatedly promised to “kill”Russians anywhere across the globe.

 

Moscow has stated throughout the conflict that it is ready to start peace talks with Kiev immediately, as long as its security interests and the new status quo on the ground are respected. In autumn 2022, four former Ukrainian regions, including the two Donbass republics, formally joined Russia following referendums.

 

Kiev has demanded the unconditional Russian withdrawal from territories Kiev claims as its own, including Crimea, and called it the only acceptable framework for talks. Russia has rejected these conditions as unrealistic.

 

In October 2022, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky banned any negotiations with Putin. Last week, Kuleba insisted that Zelensky will “never be able” to sit down at the negotiating table with the Russian leader.

‘Clockwork’: Four Trump Indictments Drop After Four Damning Biden Business Revelations

 

Four damning news cycles about the Biden family business bombshell revelations were each immediately followed by four indictments of former President Donald Trump, causing conservatives to question if the synchronization was just a coincidence.

 

On Monday night, a grand jury in Georgia indicted Trump for a fourth time. Trump’s first indictment was in New York State, and two more federal indictments followed in Florida and Washington, D.C.

 

Each indictment immediately changed the news cycle focused on Hunter Biden and the Biden family business revelations. The indictments enabled the establishment media to ignore growing allegations of impropriety of President Joe Biden and to focus on “getting” Trump.

Conservatives told Breitbart News the timeline seems very suspicious and suggested Democrats are trying to keep the spotlight off the Biden family.

 

“Every one of these nonsensical, politicized, and unconstitutional indictments against President Trump has been designed not only to hurt his chances come 2024 but also to coverup and deflect attention from the far more serious and egregious crimes of President Biden’s son and partner-in-crime, Hunter Biden,” Gavin Wax, president of the New York Young Republican Club, told Breitbart News.

 

“While Hunter committed real crimes that are being brushed under the rug, President Trump is being charged for speaking his mind, consulting with lawyers, and following the law,” he added. “Based on the latest indictment in Georgia, it seems the next thing these activist DAs will try to criminalize through precedent is mere thoughts that buck the leftist consensus.”

 

Luke Mahoney, a veteran digital strategist, told Breitbart News the “unprecedented lawfare” indictments occurred like clockwork.

 

“At this point, it’s like clockwork,” he said. “Every time there is a major revelation in the Biden investigation, the very next day President Trump gets indicted, which shifts the focus of the Republican donor base from defeating Biden and Congressional Democrats in 2024 to defending President Trump from this unprecedented lawfare.”

 

A conservative commentator who requested anonymity due to fear of retribution from the Hunter Biden legal team told Breitbart News that “Joe and Hunter Biden have to be the luckiest people in the world.”

 

“Every time bombshell revelations about the Biden Crime Family are revealed — from the Bidens taking millions from Russian and Chinese oligarchs or millions in bribes from the Ukrainian gas company Burisma — there’s another far-left prosecutor ready to hand down the latest indictment against Donald Trump,” he said.

 

“The Bidens can count on the corporate media covering the Trump news while ignoring the ever-growing mountain of evidence regarding the multitude of Biden family criminal enterprises,” he added.

Report: Kansas Newspaper Raided by Police Was Investigating Chief’s Misconduct Allegations

 

The Marion County Record, the small-town Kansas newspaper raided by the local police department last Friday, had reportedly been investigating sexual misconduct allegations against the chief.

 

Last week, First Amendment rights advocates were alarmed upon learning that the Marion, Kansas, police department had raided the local newspaper’s offices, confiscating computers, cell phones, hard drives, and a whole host of materials. Officers also seized materials from the home of journalist Eric Meyer, publisher and co-owner of the newspaper. Meyer claimed that his 98-year-old mother passed away one day after the raid on his house due to the stress of the situation.

 

“The U.S. Supreme Court, over the years, has said that people in authority — government officials — have to suffer a free press,” said Sandy Banisky, a lawyer who taught media law at the University of Maryland’s journalism school. “Incidents like this have to be examined and exposed thoroughly to be sure that the kind of raid that happened in Marion, Kansas doesn’t happen around the country.”

 

In the months leading up to the raid, the newspaper had been running a background check on the incoming Police Chief Gideon Cody. After publishing a story about his candidacy for police chief in the 2,000-resident town, the Marion County Record reportedly received a flood of tips about Cody’s tenure before retiring from the Kansas City Police Department.

 

“It was alarming, to say the least, the number of people who came forward, and some of the allegations they made were fairly serious,” Eric Meyer told NPR. “We were simply looking into the question.”

 

Meyer said the paper received claims of alleged sexual misconduct from over six anonymous sources who refused to go on the record. He added that the police chief knew the paper had been looking into his background. Meyer even claims the chief had threatened to sue the paper, adding he had a “reason to not like us.” Since officers seized the newspaper’s computers, Meyer said they can no longer consult with sources in their investigation.

 

“We can’t consult our source material,” he said. “It’s been taken away from us.”

 

Meyer also said that the police chief changed a “decades-long practice of releasing a list of the department’s routine activities each week,” which the paper would publish in its weekly edition. Meyer said the chief abruptly halted the practice, citing “reasons of privacy.”

 

“Tracing back 60 years, it’s been a regular feature of the paper,” he said.

 

Meyer further told the Handbasket Substack that he feels “paranoid.”

 

“I may be paranoid that this has anything to do with it, but when people come and seize your computer, you tend to be a little paranoid,” Meyer said.

Emails Show Hunter Biden Hired Specialists to Quietly Airbrush Wikipedia

 

Hunter Biden, like many powerful individuals and corporations, hired special consultants to edit Wikipedia without any fingerprints.

 

Powerful individuals and corporations routinely tap specialized consultants to edit Wikipedia for more favorable entries, often through anonymous accounts designed to appear organic.

 

Emails from Hunter Biden’s laptop show that he made continuous efforts to airbrush his image and the Wikipedia articles associated with his Ukrainian benefactors.

 

The outreach by high-priced consultants making stealth edits to Wikipedia, for a period, paid off.

 

In 2014, working at the time with FTI Consulting, a major public relations and lobbying firm, Hunter sought changes to his personal Wikipedia entry.

 

“Ryan- below is a start. Eric is my partner and cc'd- he's going to make additional edits,” wrote Hunter to FTI’s Ryan Toohey in May 2014, referring him to Eric Schwerin, the president of Hunter’s firm Rosemont Seneca. Hunter forwarded along edits seeking the deletion of unflattering lines in his Wikipedia biography, such as his ties to disgraced Ponzi scheme financier Allen Stanford.

 

Toohey, emails from Hunter’s laptop show, confirmed that his company would get to work.

 

Wikipedia maintains a semi-transparent system to show the edit history of any article on the website. The history shows that shortly after Hunter’s request, several anonymous Wikipedia accounts began a series of edits to his page, adding changes requested by Hunter and deleting embarrassing lines.

 

Hunter, the emails show, sought to delete a line explaining that the National Endowment for Democracy, which he previously worked with, had ties to the CIA. He also pushed to include more official titles from his various NGO board memberships.

 

On May 28, 2014, an account called "AmeliaChevalier" edited Hunter’s Wikipedia to delete any reference to "disgraced financier Allen Stanford." Over the next few weeks, more anonymous Wikipedia accounts began rapidly editing Hunter’s page, records show. Archives of Wikipedia show that a month after engaging with FTI, Hunter's Wikipedia page had dramatically changed, with negative references scrubbed, and lengthy passages added to discuss his volunteer work, service in government, and appointments to various boards and political committees.

Hawaii governor says state is looking to 'acquire land' that was destroyed in fires

 

He also announced a moratorium on any out-of-state property sales.

 

On Monday, Hawaiian governor Josh Green announced that his administration was considering acquiring properties in the seaside resort town of Lahaina that had been destroyed by the recent wildfires.

 

He vowed to prevent foreign buyers from swooping in to exploit the tragedy, suggesting the state was better suited to take control of the land.

 

"I'm already thinking of ways for the state to acquire that land so that we can put it into workforce housing, to put it back into families, or make it open spaces in perpetuity as a memorial to the people who were lost," Green said while standing amongst the rubble.

 

"We want this to be something we remember after the pain passes as a magic place. Lahaina will rebuild. The tragedy right now is the loss of life. The buildings can be rebuilt over time, even the banyan tree may survive, but we don't want this to become a clear space where then people from overseas just come and decide they're gonna take it. The state will take it and preserve it first."

 

In a separate press conference, Green reiterated his committment to ensure the land was protected for residents, and revealed that he had spoken with the Hawaiian attorney general regarding "options to do a moratorium on any sales of properties that have been damaged or destroyed."

 

"It's going to be a very long time before any growth or housing can be built, so you will be pretty poorly informed if you try to steal land from our people and then build here," he said, adding, "I will try to allow no one from outside our state to buy any land until we get through this crisis and decide what Lahaina should be in the future."

 

According to the Honolulu Civil Beat, over 2,000 structures were destroyed in the fire, three quarters of which were residential. Nearly 100 people have been found dead, though that number is expected to rise as crews continue searching the area.

One of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s top donors is a longtime funder of far-left socialist groups and Communist Party sympathizers, according to records.

 

Abby Rockefeller, the great-granddaughter of John D. Rockefeller, gave $100,000 to Democratic presidential candidate Kennedy's super PAC, American Values 2024, according to campaign finance records. For decades, Rockefeller and her husband, writer Lee Halprin, have also helped bankroll socialist newspapers, conferences, and the Democratic Socialists of America political party.

 

The news comes as many Republicans have embraced Kennedy and his gadfly primary campaign against President Joe Biden. Over half of Kennedy’s super PAC donations came from traditionally Republican donors, according to Politico, and he has a high favorability rating among Republican voters. Republican lawmakers have expressed support for him as well. House Judiciary chairman Jim Jordan (R., Ohio) invited the candidate to testify before the committee last month, while Republican presidential hopeful Ron DeSantis said that, if elected, he would consider appointing Kennedy to a position at the FDA or another federal health agency.

 

While Rockefeller is a major supporter of some mainstream Democratic groups—including the Democratic National Committee—she and her husband also contribute regularly to far-left fringe organizations.

 

She was one of the top donors to the Democratic Socialists of America’s "Anti-capitalist Capital Campaign" in 2016, according to the group’s newsletter. Between 2015 and 2020, Rockefeller and Halprin donated a combined $38,000 to the Progressive Change Campaign Committee, which backs many members of the DSA, including Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D., N.Y.) and Rashida Tlaib (D., Mich.), according to Federal Election Commission records.

 

Rockefeller is also a financial supporter of socialist media outlets and conferences. She gave at least $10,000 to the socialist magazine In These Times in 2022, according to its annual financial report.

 

She was listed as a donor to the 2015 Left Forum in the "Thanks to our comrades" section of its conference schedule. The socialist forum, hosted at John Jay College, was titled "No Justice No Peace: Confronting the Crises of Capitalism and Democracy" and included panel discussions on "Protest, Power and the Socialist Vision," "Art Against Capitalism," and "How To Teach Marxism."

 

Rockefeller was also listed as a regular donor between 2010 and 2019 to the Veterans of the Abraham Lincoln Brigade Archives project, a group established by U.S. fighters in the Spanish Civil War. The brigade of Americans was organized in the 1930s by Communist International—the world communist organization under the control of Joseph Stalin—and sent to Spain to fight for the Soviet-backed forces. After returning to the United States, the fighters "formed the Veterans of the Abraham Lincoln Brigade and have, in a militant manner, consistently endeavored to promote Communism in this country," according to a post-war FBI memo.

 

Rockefeller has a long history of far-left activism. In 1968, she founded the radical feminist group Cell 16, a women’s separatist organization associated with the Marxist revolutionary movement.

 

Rockefeller and Kennedy did not respond to a request for comment.

Israel launches national AI program to transform government services

 

Minister Ofir Akunis to ‘Post’: The potential influence of artificial intelligence on the economy and society is enormous.

 

Israel launched the first stage of its NIS 500 million National Artificial Intelligence program on Monday, calling on directors-general from various governmental ministries to submit their strategies for integrating AI into their operational frameworks.

 

"The field of artificial intelligence has been experiencing remarkable and unprecedented growth in recent years," said Innovation, Science, and Technology Minister Ofir Akunis. His ministry will oversee the national program, and he emphasized to The Jerusalem Post, "The potential influence of artificial intelligence on the economy and society is enormous."

 

He said that artificial intelligence has the potential to revolutionize operational systems in diverse areas, spanning employment and education to advanced agriculture and intricate financial designs.

 

"This program can help the internal workings of the government - its daily work - but, in the end, it means we will be able to provide better services to our citizens," Akunis said. "We want to reduce internal and external bureaucracy."

 

The program was approved as part of the Arrangements Law and passed in the Knesset alongside the budget. On Monday, the ministry announced it was putting the decision into action by calling for director generals and heads of government projects to submit proposals for funding and professional guidance.

 

Akunis sent a personal letter to all ministers asking them to encourage their professional teams to take advantage of the program. The deadline for submission is November 15. NIS 120 million is earmarked for this specific initiative,

How will Israel's new national AI program work?

 

The program is divided into three tracks: Small projects will cost no more than NIS 3 million and can be developed within a year. Medium projects are those whose budget will be at most NIS 9 million and can be developed and implemented within three years.

 

There will also be smaller NIS 500,000 grants for projects with high potential but that are not yet ready for implementation. These projects will be granted funds to support a six-month planning process.

 

Akunis said the initiatives are meant to address unanswered challenges within the internal workings of the government, promote efficiency in the public sector and, most importantly, improve citizen services.

AHPRA made a complaint to themselves under the pseudonym “John Smith” about a GP prescribing ivermectin to treat covid

 

A Sydney-based general practitioner (“GP”) is facing charges for prescribing ivermectin to treat covid. A dubious claim was made to the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (“AHPRA”) about the GP. When the GP investigated who had made the complaint, it appears as if AHPRA had made the complaint themselves under the name “John Smith.”

 

AHPRA had obtained the prescription information that formed the basis of the dubious complaint, as well as other prescriptions, directly from the pharmacy where the GP had left the prescriptions to be fulfilled. These prescriptions were made out before the Therapeutic Goods Administration (“TGA”) banned the use of ivermectin to treat covid, as announced on 10 September 2021.

 

Australian Doctor Receives Bizarre Complaint

 

The following is a copy of a tweet posted by Dr. My-Le Trinh a doctor in Sydney, Australia, who graduated from the University of Sydney in 1991. She has been a general practitioner for 27 years. On 27 October 2021, she was suspended from practice because she prescribed an off-label drug containing ivermectin in treating a patient with covid. Her tribunal begins on Friday 18 August 2023.

 

Background: With 27 years of experience as a GP, I have never had a complaint made against me. I co-own the practice for 10 years before selling it on, but I have continued to work in the practice. In total, I have worked there for 22 years. Additionally, I have devoted over 12 years to volunteering in impoverished areas of Cambodia, offering medical care to those in need.

 

Two complaints were made against me on the same day, within hours of each other through the same AHPRA portal system. In New South Wales, it’s uncommon to have complaints from via the AHPRA portal.

The John Smith Complaint

 

The complaint, filed under the name “John Smith,” has an email address that bounced back, a landline number that was disconnected, and no address. Furthermore, neither the Medical Council nor the HCCC [New South Wales Health Care Complaints Commission] were willing to confirm whether John Smith is a real person or not. The following were the allegations:

 

“This physician is promoting and writing prescriptions for ivermectin for community groups online for inappropriate clinical use of ivermectin and doxycycline and azithromycin. We called the medical centre to confirm and they confirmed the doctor is anti-vaccine and promotes other alternative unaccepted methods of treating/preventing covid. We have attached a friend’s prescription for ivermectin, said friend does not suffer from worms, its principal use as prescribed by the doctor is for preventing covid. We know of at least 3 cases where the doctor has done that and we have evidence of such. Due to patient confidentiality, we reserve the right to omit patient details. The complaint came with a redacted ivermectin script, fortunately, the Medicare number was accidentally left unredacted. Upon closer examination, I discovered that the script belonged to a family member for whom I had prescribed the medication. It turned out that I had taken the script to the chemist, but due to the unavailability of supplies, I had to leave it there with the assurance that it would be ready the following week. However, shortly after, the TGA banned ivermectin.

 

Upon receiving the complaint, I promptly visited the chemist to inquire about the script. The chemist informed me that AHPRA had requested all ivermectin scripts to be handed over, and an AHPRA agent had indeed collected the script.

Ukraine struggles to intercept Russian missiles – Kiev

 

The rockets Moscow uses to strike targets in Ukraine are capable of rapidly changing course, Kiev’s Air Force spokesman has said

 

It is becoming increasingly difficult for Ukrainian troops to intercept and shoot down Russian missiles, Ukrainian Air Force spokesman Yury Ignat told Radio Liberty on Tuesday.Projectiles launched by Moscow’s forces are capable of changing course in a matter of seconds, thereby becoming “invisible” to Ukraine’s air defenses, he admitted.

 

The Russian military is now employing more sophisticated tactics, “planning their strikes, programming the [missile] courses … to bypass air defenses in the most effective way and use weak spots,” he said.

 

The projectiles “are constantly changing course,” he explained, adding that a Ukrainian air defense serviceman can barely “write three words” to describe the incoming rocket’s trajectory before it has already changed. “Then, it changes direction once more, and again, and again,” he said.

 

In one such case, the Russian missiles flew as far as Ukraine’s westernmost Lviv Region before turning back and striking a military airfield in Khmelnitsky Region in the country’s center. Additionally, at some point, a Russian rocket “can disappear from the radars and become invisible to radio locators for a certain period of time,” he pointed out.

 

According to the Air Force spokesman, Russian drones are now also “going in circles”to make Ukrainian air defenses lose track of them.

 

Kiev is currently employing some of the supposedly top-notch air defense systems supplied to it by Washington and its allies. The list includes the US-made Patriot and German-made Iris-T air defense systems. Over the course of the ongoing conflict, the West has poured extensive military and financial aid into Ukraine, with the US alone allocating around $100 billion. Western nations have also repeatedly stated that they consider air defense a priority when providing military aid to Kiev.

 

In late July, Ignat admitted that Moscow had a significant advantage over Kiev in terms of electronic warfare. Russia had “plenty” of “powerful systems,” he said at that time, conceding that Ukraine “started late” in this regard.

 

Such systems are especially good at intercepting an enemy’s drones and forcing them to go down. The Russian Defense Ministry regularly reports downing Ukrainian drones without firing a shot.

Ukraine could give up territory to Russia – NATO official

 

The idea of trading land for peace is already being discussed within the bloc, Stian Jenssen told Norwegian media

 

Kiev could end up relinquishing some of its former territory in exchange for NATO membership, Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg’s chief of staff, Stian Jenssen said at a debate on Tuesday. In his own statements on the issue, Stoltenberg has insisted that Kiev will set its own terms for “victory.”

 

“I think that a solution could be for Ukraine to give up territory, and get NATO membership in return,”Jenssen said at the debate, according to Norway’s VG newspaper. This discussion is already underway within NATO, he said, suggesting that it could be a “possible solution” to the conflict.

 

No NATO leaders have publicly endorsed the idea of Kiev giving up its claims to the territories of Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson, or Zaporozhye, which were incorporated into the Russian Federation following referendums last September. Likewise, while Western officials have cast doubt on Ukraine’s ability to seize Crimea – an historical Russian territory which rejoined the Russian Federation in 2014, none have urged Kiev to abandon its claim to the peninsula.

 

Such an idea has apparently been floated behind the scenes, however. Swiss outlet Neue Zürcher Zeitung claimed in February, citing sources, that CIA Director William Burns had offered Russia a “land for peace” deal in which Moscow would keep “20% of Ukrainian territory.” The White House, the CIA, and the Kremlin all denied that such a proposal had been made.

 

Whether such a deal would be accepted by Kiev or Moscow remains doubtful. Russian President Vladimir Putin stated last year that securing the military neutrality of Ukraine was a key factor behind his decision to send troops into the country, and that having a NATO-aligned Ukraine on Russia’s borders would present an unacceptable security risk.

 

Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council chief Aleksey Danilov stated on Tuesday that Kiev will never negotiate with Putin’s government, that none of Ukraine’s Western backers are pushing for peace, and that “Russia must be destroyed like a modern-day Carthage."

 

Achieving this goal is proving extremely difficult for Kiev. Two months into its long-anticipated counteroffensive against Russian forces, the Ukrainian military has lost more than 43,000 men and nearly 5,000 pieces of heavy equipment, according to the latest figures from the Russian Defense Ministry.

 

Stoltenberg insists that NATO will “ensure that Ukraine gets the weapons it needs to be able to retake territory, liberate the lands and win this war and prevail as a sovereign, independent nation.”

 

While he has delivered variations on this statement throughout the conflict, NATO has been more evasive on when Ukraine can join the military bloc. After a summit in Lithuania last month at which Kiev was denied an offer of membership, NATO’s 31 members put out a joint statement explaining that Ukraine can join only “when allies agree and conditions are met.”

 

(This will never happen, the whole point is the US promised Ukraine will never be part of NATO. They could give up land and as part pf NATO the countries could attack Russia and steal it back and ultimately steal Russia.)

When The Justice System Falls Apart, So Does The Republic

 

Democrats’ crusade to weaponize the criminal justice system to put their chief political opponent in jail escalated again Monday night, with the release of an indictment pursued by Georgia’s Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis against former President Donald Trump. The indictment, targeting not just Trump but 18 of his lawyers and advisers, is a clear message that if you’re a Republican, challenging election results — something Democrats have done after every GOP presidential victory this century — is now a criminal offense.

 

Meanwhile, President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice is tripping over itself to insulate Biden and his son from scrutiny or criminal consequences for their apparent scheme to get rich off of peddling American political influence abroad.

 

The hacks at DOJ, by the way, also indicted Trump over a classified documents dispute, after raiding his house and rifling through his wife’s closet. Soon after, Biden was found to have classified documents lying around in his garage, but in his case, the feds are content to play nice. Oh, and Hillary Clinton also had a classified records scandal — in which her team destroyed emails and devices with BleachBit and literal hammers — but enjoyed the protection of then-FBI Director James Comey.

 

Speaking of Hillary, her campaign shopped a fake dossier full of lies about Trump to the FBI, which media and intelligence agencies used to smear Trump as a Russian stooge during and after the 2016 election. FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith, the one person handed criminal punishment for the operation, got 12 months probation.

 

Oh, and Hillary was one of many, many Democrats who screeched for Donald Trump’s entire presidency that the 2016 election was stolen and Trump’s win was illegitimate.

 

Lest you should think Trump is the only example of the double standard, remember that the DOJ raided the home of a pro-life pastor for pushing a threatening pro-abortion agitator away from his young son, while militant abortion activists firebombed Christian pregnancy clinics. Recall how they charged a man with homicide for defending subway riders from a threatening vagrant, but do nothing to stop criminals who terrorize law-abiding citizens. Think about the ongoing campaign to imprison anyone adjacent to a Republican protest that turned into a mob at the U.S. Capitol in 2021, after letting left-wing protests descend into fiery riots across the country for an entire summer. Excuse me, fiery but mostly peaceful riots.

 

The message couldn’t be clearer: Republicans can do nothing right in the eyes of the justice system, and Democrats can do nothing wrong. We have a two-tiered justice system, and 4 in 5 Americans know it.

 

Problems of hypocrisy are another day’s work in politics. The use of the criminal justice system — the leveler on which the basic functions of a society depend — to turn that hypocrisy into arrest warrants is something else entirely.

The Bill Clinton administration’s repeal in 1999 of the 1933 Banking Act, commonly known as the Glass-Steagall Act, ushered in the greatest kleptocracy America has ever known.

 

The Cambridge dictionary defines “kleptocracy” as: “a society whose leaders make themselves rich and powerful by stealing from the rest of the people.” In fact, the actual goal of repealing Glass-Steagall was to do just that.

 

The momentum for the repeal of Glass-Steagall came from the announcement in 1998 that Wall Street veteran, Sandy Weill, wanted to merge his trading firms, Salomon Brothers and Smith Barney (under the Travelers Group umbrella), with Citicorp, parent of the federally-insured Citibank commercial bank. Because of the Glass-Steagall Act, such a merger was illegal at the time.

 

The 1933 Congress that passed the Glass-Steagall Act had watched the stock market lose 89 percent of its value over the years following the 1929 stock crash. It had seen thousands of banks collapse and the onset of the Great Depression — all because of the Wall Street kleptocracy of that time.

 

To restore the public’s trust in banks, the Glass-Steagall Act did two simultaneous things: it created federally-insured deposits at commercial banks and it barred those banks from combining with their casino brethren on Wall Street – the brokerage firms and investment banks.

 

Weill had a self-confessed personal motive for the merger he proposed in 1998, which created the so-called “universal bank,” Citigroup. Weill told his merger partner, John Reed of Citibank, that his motivation for the deal was: “We could be so rich,” according to Reed in an interview with Bill Moyers.

 

The budding kleptocracy in 1998 didn’t waste any time in putting the plan into motion and reaping the windfall financial rewards. Clinton’s Treasury Secretary, Robert Rubin, who pushed for the repeal of Glass-Steagall, went directly from the Treasury Department to take a seat on Citigroup’s Board, where he was lavishly compensated to the tune of $120 million over the next decade. (The Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission, that was created after these Wall Street “universal banks” blew up the U.S. financial system in 2008, made a criminal referral of Rubin to the U.S. Department of Justice, asking that Rubin’s conduct at Citigroup be investigated. Nothing more came of it. The Wall Street kleptocracy has ruled the U.S. Department of Justice since the repeal of Glass-Steagall. Instead of indicting mega bank executives, the Justice Department now hands out non-prosecution and deferred-prosecution agreements to the banks — and winks at the bank as it violates each probation agreement.)

 

Weill made out much better than Rubin. Weill walked away from Citigroup as a billionaire, just a few years before it collapsed.
