Elections Department Sends Out Wrong Ballots to ‘Undetermined Number of Voters’

 

Almost two years after Kalispell, Montana, approved new ward and voting precinct boundaries, the Flathead County Elections Department used the old ones in mailing out absentee ballots for Tuesday’s elections.

 

Elections officials made the announcement Tuesday as balloting was taking place, according to the Flathead Beacon, which said the issue impacted an “as-yet undetermined number of voters.”

 

“The Flathead County Election Office acknowledges this oversight raises concerns regarding a safe and accurate election process,” a news release from Flathead County Public Information Officer Kim Grieser said.

 

“The elections department is fully aware of the gravity of the situation and is unwaveringly committed to ensuring error-free execution of our elections,” the release said.

VP of Customer Operations of Voting Machine Company that ‘Flipped’ Votes Says “It Was a Human Error Someone From Our Team Programed the Election”

 

As The Gateway Pundit reported earlier, several voting machines in multiple districts across Northampton County had to issue emergency paper ballots due to “votes getting flipped and not recording properly” on their voting machines.

 

Shortly after the error occurred Northampton County Executive Lamont McClure was clearly frustrated about the problems at the polls and told Lehigh Valley News “I’m livid at the election folks and ES&S.”

 

ES&S (Election Systems & Software) ExpressVoteXL machines were used in Northampton County elections.

 

Shortly after the machine errors occurred Northhampton County held an emergency press conference and invited Linda Bennett the Senior Vice President of Customer Operations at Election Systems & Software to explain why votes were switched in the retention race between Judge Jack Panella and Judge Victor Stabile for the Pennsylvania Superior Court.

 

When asked by an attendee of the press conference why the voting machines had errors Bennett responded “It was a human error, based on someone from our team that programmed the election.”

 

She continued “They made a mistake putting the printed text on the card as opposed to the screen. … Someone from our team inadvertently put the wrong name.”

Pennsylvania: Electronic Voting Machines ‘Flipped’ Votes in Superior Court Election

 

Pennsylvania: Several voting machines in multiple districts across Northampton County were down due to “votes getting flipped and not recording properly.” Northampton County Elections Office stated: “It appears that when a voter selects a “Yes” or a “No” for one of the candidates for retention to the Pennsylvania Superior Court, the selection is recorded on the paper ballot and on the machine for the other candidate.” The voting machines only flipped votes in the retention race between Judge Jack Panella and Judge Victor Stabile for the Pennsylvania Superior Court. Workers at several voting locations shut down machines affected by the error and had voters use paper ballots instead.

The only job offers I would get were for bad neighborhoods in Chicago, Flint, Atlanta suburbs, and the likes. As a driver of supposedly war-endangered children, the man says that he was forced to drive children from cities in Ukraine and deliver them to pedophiles elsewhere in Europe, including in extremely wealthy and well-connected areas in London and Berlin.

A little-seen video on Youtube entitled “La Fondation Olena Zelenska est impliquée dans le trafic d’enfants” reveals the claims of a masked man who says that he transported children out of Ukraine for Olena Zelenska’s foundation, and at least one of the children made him believe that the foundation was engaging in child sex trafficking. The video was uploaded by the account “Daniel Schmidt.”

 

As noted by TheIntelDrop.org, the Olena Zelenska Foundation launched in New York City in September 2022 with a star-studded event. The launch of Olena’s foundation was hosted by the Metropolitan Opera and the guests included Democrat politician Hillary Clinton and celebrities Matt Damon and Jimmy Fallon, among others.

 

The Zelenska Foundation takes a special interest in overseeing “war orphans,” with the Ukraine government accusing Russia of kidnapping thousands of kids.

 

The man in the video makes his claims over the course of more than eight minutes speaking in French. The quotes below come word for word from the English closed captioning translation service on Youtube.

 

“So, here I am recording this video to tell you about what happened in Olena Zelenska’s Foundation when I worked there. After I finish, I’ll send you this video via email together with the documents, all the facts of what had happened. To start my story, it was here in France. I had a friend there who worked with different foundations. And he was the one who told me that there is a foundation that pays well in Ukraine, which offers good conditions. And so, I thought, why not? So, I contacted this foundation and then I prepared my documents and I went to Ukraine. When I came, I came to work there as a driver. They offered me this job and I signed the contract. Even the contract was something bizarre. There were clauses, for example, in the contract, that said we must not talk with children, we must not ask questions about host families, things like that. For me it was weird, but I thought, well, I’m a driver it’s not my business. I signed the contract. After signing the contract, I was given the pass. This one. Here’s the pass,” the man said in the video, before showing documentation.

46 U.S. TROOPS WOUNDED IN IRAQ, SYRIA AS NUMBER OF ATTACKS EXCEEDS 40

 

United States forces in Iraq and Syria have been attacked with drones or rockets by Iranian-backed groups at least 38 times in less than a month, the Pentagon revealed on November 6.

 

Pentagon press secretary Brigadier General Pat Ryder said that the attacks wounded 46 U.S. troops, more than double the injuries previously reported.

 

“These could be things like shrapnel, headaches, perforated eardrums, tinnitus, rolled ankles,” Ryder said, adding “traumatic brain injuries” to the list.

 

The troops’ injuries occurred during four attacks: a drone attack at al-Harir Air Base near Erbil city in the northern Iraqi autonomous region of Kurdistan, where the drone crashed prior to exploding; two drone attacks at Ay al-Assad Air Base in the western Iraqi province of al-Anbar and another drone attack at Al-Tanf garrison in Syria in southeastern Syria.

 

All wounded personnel returned to duty following their injuries, Ryder told reporters. However, he noted that two U.S. personnel who had been treated for traumatic brain injuries and originally returned to duty were subsequently sent to Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany for further examination.

 

“They are in stable condition, so this is out of an abundance of caution,” Ryder said.

 

At least 16 of the attacks against the American troops were carried out after U.S. forces struck two facilities linked to Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in the eastern Syria governorate of Deir Ezzor on October 27.

 

November 5 marked the highest number of attacks in a single day since the attacks began. Three drone and rocket attacks targeted Ayn al-Assad Air Base, another attack targeted a U.S. base near Erbil International Airport and two more drone attacks at two bases housing U.S. troops in Syria.

 

Right after the Pentagon’s announcement, the number of attacks on U.S. forces in Iraq and Syria exceeded 40. Three drone attacks targeted two bases in northern Iraq and another targeted the Green Village base in al-Omar oil fields in Syria’s Deir Ezzor on November 7. A gas facility hosting U.S. troops in Deir Ezzor was also targeted with rockets on the same day.

 

An Iranian-backed shadowy armed group known as the Islamic Resistance in Iraq claimed responsibility for nearly all recent attacks on U.S. forces, saying that they were carried out in response to the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip.

 

The group formed a special operations room to support Gaza following the October 17 Al-Ahli Arab Hospital massacre and joined the war by launching attacks against U.S. forces. It later announced at least two strikes against Israel.

 

The recent attacks forced the U.S. to reinforce its bases in the Middle East with more than 1,200 troops and a dozen air defense systems. However, Washington continues to provide Israel with unconditional military support. This will definitely lead to more escalation in the region.

BOSTON (Reuters via PiQSuite.com) - U.S. prosecutors on Wednesday charged three people with running a high-end brothel network out of apartment complexes in greater Boston and northern Virginia whose customers included elected officials, tech and pharmaceutical executives, lawyers, professors and military officers.

 

Federal prosecutors in Boston did not identify any of the "wealthy and well-connected clientele" that they say paid up to $600 per hour for sexual encounters with predominantly Asian women who were being exploited through sex trafficking.

 

Acting U.S. Attorney Josh Levy announced charges against the brothels' alleged operators: Han Lee, 41, and Junmyung Lee, 30, of Massachusetts and James Lee, 68, of California.

 

Levy said the probe was "just getting started" and that investigators were gathering more evidence after executing search warrants at locations in Massachusetts, Virginia and California on Wednesday. The U.S. government meanwhile seized the domains for two websites tied to the prostitution ring, authorities said.

 

"We're committed to working closely with our federal, state and local partners to hold accountable the people who both ran this ring and the people who fueled the demand for this ring," Levy said at a press conference.

 

The three defendants, who are not related, were all arrested on Wednesday and charged with conspiring to coerce and entice women to travel to engage in illegal sexual activity.

BOJ’s Ueda sees volatile currency moves as cost of bond yield control

House Republicans Help Dems Preserve ‘Kill Switch’ Mandate That Could Shut Down Your Car

 

House Republicans failed to defund a federal “kill switch” mandate Tuesday night requiring all vehicles produced in 2026 and onward to feature technology that can automatically disable the vehicle “if impairment is detected.” This lays the groundwork for corporate and government access to monitor and interfere with personal movement.

 

By a vote of 229 to 201, the lower chamber rejected an amendment proposed by Kentucky Republican Rep. Thomas Massie to defund the mandate embedded in the 2021 Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. Massie’s measure received 210 “no” votes from Democrats and 19 from Republicans. Just two Democrats supported the amendment and 199 Republicans voted for it. Eight members did not participate in the late-night vote.

 

The 2021 infrastructure law passed by Congress requires car manufactures to include “advanced drunk and impaired driving prevention technology” as “standard equipment” in vehicles. The provision requires such technology to “passively monitor the performance of a driver” and “prevent or limit motor vehicle operation if an impairment is detected.” In other words, manufacturers will be required to implement a “kill switch” mechanism on cars that can disable the vehicle based on performance.

 

USA Today sought to downplay the 2021 infrastructure bill’s “kill switch” provision with a January “fact check” labelings the warnings from Massie and others as “false.”

 

“Automobile experts told USA TODAY the bill does not direct a kill switch to be implemented in cars, nor does it give any third parties, including law enforcement or government officials, access to the in-vehicle technology,” USA Today reported.The paper’s next sentence read, “Rather, the bill in question directs a federal agency to require technology that would detect driver impairment and disable the vehicle in that scenario.” This leaves the question of how all new vehicles will function up to the descretion of unelected bureacrats in Washington, who could push manufacturers in dramatic directions.

 

The Associated Press also published a “fact check” on the issue in March last year accusing online commentators of “distorting” the law’s meaning. The AP concluded the term “kill switch” amounts to “hyperbole” because “none of the options being considered would include the risky move of lurching a fast-moving vehicle to an abrupt stop.”

My take on abortion is what Texas adopted a while back ago, if the heart beats it becomes human. Otherwise I can understand if a woman is raped then there can be certain exceptions IF they can prove they were actually raped. TIMELINE: 75 Years of Israel’s human rights abuses against Palestinians

 

For the record, we absolutely condemn the Hamas attacks on Israel a despicable display of violence against civilians. At the same time, it is no exaggeration to describe Gaza as a "concentration camp" run by Israel, meaning what occurred on Oct. 7th was more of a "prison break" than nation-on-nation violence, especially given that neither the United Nations nor Israel recognizes Palestine as a nation itself. When Israel says it "has a right to self-defense," that is true when you are talking about being attacked by other nations. The situation is far different, however, when Israel is the occupying force, having displaced millions of Palestinians and forced them into a tightly-controlled concentration camp known as the Gaza Strip, over which Israel exerts near-total police state control.

 

Oct. 7th was not the beginning of history between Israel and Palestine. In fact, it was the culmination of generations of extreme racism, violence, ethnic cleansing and genocidal actions carried out against the Palestinian people by Israel. Here's a summary timeline of that history. Each entry is credited to the appropriate source, and most of the links here refer to Amnesty International published documents.

 

Dec. 11, 1948 – UN Addresses Palestinian Displacement

Over the course of the Arab-Israeli war, at least 700,000 Palestinian refugees flee their homes in an exodus known to Palestinians as the Nakba, or catastrophe. Israel wins the war, retaining the territory provided to it by the United Nations and capturing some of the areas designated for the Palestinian state. Israel gains control of West Jerusalem, Egypt gains the Gaza Strip, and Jordan gains the West Bank and East Jerusalem, including the Old City and its historic Jewish quarter.

 

In 1948, the UN General Assembly (UNGA) passes Resolution 194, which calls for the repatriation of Palestinian refugees. The Israeli authorities suspect most of the detainees of being members of Hamas, the Islamic Resistance Movement.

Excitement surrounding the controversial startup peaked again Tuesday. But how much blood will be spilled on its path to success?

 

Elon Musk’s Neuralink re-entered public discourse Tuesday, when the world’s richest man announced that his neurotech startup is developing an implantable vision chip purportedly capable of curing blindness. While Musk says the release date for such a device is still years away, the announcement whipped up plenty of excitement among technology enthusiasts.

 

But, as Neuralink starts the daunting work of turning its sci-fi dreams into reality, the risk of human suffering exacted in the name of such experiments has never been higher.

 

Since 2018, Neuralink has killed roughly 1,500 animals in the process of trying to connect brains to computer interfaces, according to company records reviewed by Reuters. In the wake of that work, the company began actively recruiting for its first human trials in late September, after receiving FDA approval.

 

Many of the animals Neuralink killed were larger mammals with brains closer in size and likeness to those of humans, such as monkeys and pigs. And the details of their deaths are documented in vivid detail, to put it mildly.

 

Records from UC Davis’ California National Primate Research Center, first obtained by Wired, reveal that several monkeys who received Neuralink brain chip implants suffered immensely post-surgery. One such monkey, “Animal 20,” scratched at the chip insertion site until it became bloody, then pulled at wires connected to the implant until part of the device came out of its head. Neuralink eventually euthanized the monkey.

 

Another female monkey, “Animal 15,” began losing coordination after its brain implant surgery, and would shake uncontrollably whenever it saw lab workers. The animal's condition worsened until, months later, it too was killed by Neuralink employees. An autopsy later revealed the monkey had suffered immense bleeding in the brain, and that the Neuralink surgery had left parts of its brain in tatters.

 

Musk had denied that any monkeys ever died as a result of a Neuralink implant. But within days of Neuralink announcing its first human trials, a national group of physicians sent a letter to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), begging the federal regulator to investigate Musk for securities fraud on the grounds that the entrepreneur is misleading investors about the violent toll taken by Neuralink surgeries.

 

The group—the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine—has urged Neuralink to halt all animal and human experiments and instead focus on non-invasive brain-computer interfaces. Such devices, most of which are still in development, typically utilize electrode sensors placed close to the head to communicate with the brain without risking pain or harm.

In the western city of Troy, Republican Carmella Mantello was elected the first female mayor, after eight years of Democrat leadership under Mayor Patrick Madden.

 

Some of Mantello's top priorities include reducing crime and improving the quality of life, according to local news.

Meta to start labeling political ads with AI-generated images ahead of 2024 election

Facebook and Instagram will require political ads on their platforms to disclose if they were created with artificial intelligence so they can be labeled as such, Meta, the parent company of the social media giants, announced Wednesday.

 

The new policy, which will take effect worldwide Jan. 1, will place labels acknowledging the use of artificial intelligence on users' screens when they click on the advertisements, according to The Associated Press.

 

The development comes amid concerns that AI-generated images could be used to quickly develop lifelike images, video and audio that could be used fake videos of candidates and events. When shared on social media, it could confuse voters on a large scale.

 

Minnesota Democratic Sen. Amy Klobuchar hailed Meta's decision as positive but said more needs to be done.

 

"This decision by Meta is a step in the right direction, but we can’t rely on voluntary commitments alone," she said Tuesday after a spokesperson confirmed the plans earlier this week. "I’m continuing to push to pass stronger disclosure laws that account for AI-manipulated content in campaign ads, as well as to ban deceptive AI-generated content in our elections and counter the spread of election-related disinformation."

 

AI-generated ads are already being used in the U.S. Over the summer, a super PAC supporting Florida Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis for president launched an ad that used AI to mimic former President Donald Trump's voice to criticize Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds, who has since endorsed DeSantis.

In the aftermath of his 2008 sex trafficking conviction, Epstein hoped to seed the human race with his DNA by impregnating women at his ranch in New Mexico, one of his properties where young women, including minors, were allegedly abused, the newspaper reported in a major investigation.

Though there is little evidence the scheme ever progressed beyond fantasy, prominent scientists, including the late Stephen Hawking, regularly attended dinners, lunches and conferences held by Epstein, the Times said.

Epstein has long been accused of sexually abusing underage girls. He also has purported connections to Donald Trump, Bill Clinton and Prince Andrew, and moved in elite social circles in New York, Florida and elsewhere.

Epstein’s field of study was labeled “transhumanism” but was an updated version of eugenics. Lawyer Alan Dershowitz, who defended Epstein in 2008 and has been named in a civil suit brought by Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre, told the Times he was appalled by the financier’s interest in genetic manipulation, given the Nazis’ use of eugenics in the 1930s.

“Everyone speculated about whether these scientists were more interested in his views or more interested in his money,” Dershowitz told the Times.

According to the paper, Epstein’s circle included the molecular engineer George Church; Murray Gell-Mann, who proposed the quark; the evolutionary biologist Stephen Jay Gould; the neurologist and author Oliver Sacks; and the theoretical physicist Frank Wilczek.

On one occasion, Epstein held a lunch at Harvard’s Program for Evolutionary Dynamics, a program he had helped fund with a $6.5m donation. In 2011, he gave $20,000 to the Worldwide Transhumanist Association, a project that now operates as Humanity Plus.

The Harvard cognitive psychologist Steven Pinker said he considered Epstein as an “intellectual impostor”.

“He would abruptly change the subject, ADD-style, dismiss an observation with an adolescent wisecrack,” Pinker told the paper. The virtual reality pioneer Jaron Lanier said Epstein’s ideas did not rise to science that could be subjected to critical analysis.

The scientific community, like Trump and much of New York and Palm Beach society, would sooner forget their association with Epstein.

Humanity Plus vice-chairman Ben Goertzel, whose salary was once paid by Epstein, told the Times: “I have no desire to talk about Epstein right now. The stuff I’m reading about him in the papers is pretty disturbing and goes way beyond what I thought his misdoings and kinks were. Yecch.”

A man who claims to be a former employee of Ukrainian First Lady Olena Zelenska’s foundation says that the Olena Zelenska Foundation was involved with child sex trafficking. As a driver of supposedly war-endangered children, the man says that he was forced to drive children from cities in Ukraine and deliver them to pedophiles elsewhere in Europe, including in extremely wealthy and well-connected areas in London and Berlin.

 

A little-seen video on Youtube entitled “La Fondation Olena Zelenska est impliquée dans le trafic d’enfants” reveals the claims of a masked man who says that he transported children out of Ukraine for Olena Zelenska’s foundation, and at least one of the children made him believe that the foundation was engaging in child sex trafficking. The video was uploaded by the account “Daniel Schmidt.”

 

As noted by TheIntelDrop.org, the Olena Zelenska Foundation launched in New York City in September 2022 with a star-studded event. The launch of Olena’s foundation was hosted by the Metropolitan Opera and the guests included Democrat politician Hillary Clinton and celebrities Matt Damon and Jimmy Fallon, among others.

 

The Zelenska Foundation takes a special interest in overseeing “war orphans,” with the Ukraine government accusing Russia of kidnapping thousands of kids.

 

The man in the video makes his claims over the course of more than eight minutes speaking in French. The quotes below come word for word from the English closed captioning translation service on Youtube.

 

“So, here I am recording this video to tell you about what happened in Olena Zelenska’s Foundation when I worked there. After I finish, I’ll send you this video via email together with the documents, all the facts of what had happened. To start my story, it was here in France. I had a friend there who worked with different foundations. And he was the one who told me that there is a foundation that pays well in Ukraine, which offers good conditions. And so, I thought, why not? So, I contacted this foundation and then I prepared my documents and I went to Ukraine. When I came, I came to work there as a driver. They offered me this job and I signed the contract. Even the contract was something bizarre. There were clauses, for example, in the contract, that said we must not talk with children, we must not ask questions about host families, things like that. For me it was weird, but I thought, well, I’m a driver it’s not my business. I signed the contract. After signing the contract, I was given the pass. This one. Here’s the pass,” the man said in the video, before showing documentation.

On the cusp of a major wave of subpoenas, House Oversight and Accountability Committee Chairman James Comer vowed Tuesday night to hold recalcitrant witnesses in contempt of Congress and toeventually compel President Joe Bidento submit to an interview.

 

"You know, we're gonna start with the family," Comer told the "Just the News, No Noise" television show during a wide-ranging interview. "We have to ask the family specific questions. And then in the end, the very last person we'll interview will obviously be the President of the United States."

 

The man leading the impeachment inquiry said the next phase of the investigation will focus on pressing Biden family members and associates about the complex movement of foreign monies from Ukraine, Russia, Romania, China, and Kazakhstan through a matrix of limited liability companies and bank accounts. A fundamental question, he added, is "what role did Joe play in all of this?"

 

He said the revelation in recent weeks that President Biden received two checks marked as loan repayments totaling $240,000 in 2017 from James Biden after his brother received money from Chinese or domestic clients proves that the president benefited from his family's business deals. He added that, to date, his committee does not have enough evidence to show whether there were truly loans at the heart of the transactions between the president and his brother. "Joe Biden's $240,000 better off because of his family's influence-peddling scheme," Comer said. "That is a fact. And we do not have any evidence at the White House is saying that would prove that that was a loan."

 

Comer said his committee also wants to determine how often, if ever, first son Hunter Biden used business proceeds to help pay his father's bills over the years since there are emails on Hunter Biden's laptop that talk about that practice and even list certain transactions.

 

Asked how he plans to deal with witnesses or the White House if they are unwilling to provide documents and testimony, Comer did not hesitate."We['re] gonna go to (Speaker) Mike Johnson's office and knock on the door and demand that we try to hold these people in contempt of Congress," Comer said. "We have proven that there are a lot of questions that they need to answer. We've proven that this is a national security crisis. We've proven that the White House has lied time and time again about their knowledge and involvement in this shady influence peddling scheme.

 

"We expect people to come to Congress, and if they don't, thenI think they should be held in contempt. And I believe that a majority of the Republican caucus would agree with me," he added.

After receiving the president’s approval, the bank could issue preferred stock or seek loans backed by preferred stock from the Reconstruction Finance Corporation.

 

Title 4

Title 4 allowed the Federal Reserve to issue Federal Reserve Bank Notes on an emergency basis. Federal Reserve Bank Notes comprised currency secured by financial assets of commercial banks.

 

Title 5

Title 5 allowed the Emergency Banking Act to be effective.

 

Milestones Achieved by the Emergency Banking Act

The Emergency Banking Act was historic in that it gave the U.S. president powers to act independently from the Federal Reserve in times of a financial crisis.

 

Section 1 and 4, combined, took the United States off the gold standard.

 

The Emergency Banking Act was followed by the Banking Act, which introduced the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). The FDIC provides insurance to depositors in US banks.
