Roseanne Barr leaves AmericaFest crowd stunned with unhinged rant about communists, Nazis while wearing gold CLOCK pendant
Roseanne Barr stunned an AmericaFest audience in Arizona by saying that โhorrible communistsโ and โNazi fascistsโ will bring a Muslim caliphate across the globe.
The controversial comedian appeared Saturday at a Turning Point USAโs AmericaFest in Phoenix billed by the conservative group as โโthe largest celebration of our constitutional rights and freedoms.โ
She took the stage with a wobble and began by declaring that sheโs โall in for President Trump.โ
โI just wanna say that, Iโm just all in โฆ Because I know if I ainโt all in, theyโre going to put my ass in a gulag. If he loses, I know what theyโre gonna do,โ she yelled.
โAnd I donโt wanna go to a re-education camp and have to give all my money to a bunch of losers that never know how [to] get a job. I donโt care about them,โ she ranted.
โIf we donโt stop these horrible communists, do you hear me? Iโm asking you to hear me!โ Barr, 70, bellowed.
โStalinists! Communists! With a huge helping of Nazi fascists thrown in. Plus one caliphate to replace every Christian democracy on Earth now! Occupy! Do you know that?โ she went on.
After first cheering Barrโs address wildly, the crowd grew increasingly quiet as she continued her bizarre speech.
โI just want the truth โ we deserve to hear the truth! Thatโs what we want! We want the truth!โ she continued.
โWe donโt care which party is wrong, we know theyโre both nothing but crap! Theyโre both on the take! Theyโre both stealing us blind! We just want the truth about everything we fought and died and suffered to protect!โ Barr added.
Video of her speech shared on X by Ron Filipkowski, editor-in-chief of media outlet MeidasTouch, has been viewed more than 2 million times.
โRoseanne Barr appears to have had several cocktails and is screaming about Stalinists and communists and Nazis and by the time she gets to a Muslim Caliphate taking over the world the crowd is left in stunned silence,โ he captioned the post.
The four-day AmericaFest takes place in various locations across the US and Rolling Stone described this yearโs event in Phoenix as โinfested with antisemitism.โ
On Saturday, it wrote that many of the speakers, including Barr, have expressed a โdistrust, distaste, or outright hatred of Jewish people.โ
Charlie Kirk, the founder of Turning Post USA, also has been accused of making antisemitic claims on his podcast.
The comedianโs speech was met with widespread ridicule online.
โPoor Roseanneโฆ she coulda retired and kept her mouth shut, lived like a queen on her royalties and kept the legacy of her career intact,โ one user wrote on X. โBut she had to embrace Trump and everything Trump touchesโฆโ
Another wrote: โThe power of free speech is that it permits idiots and flat-earthers to identify themselves,โ while a third pointed out that โabsolutely no one in that room knew what โcaliphateโ means.โ
But some also expressed support for the controversial comic. โShe tells it like it is, gotta love that,โ one user said. โWe love this from Roseanne!!โ another added.
Barr did not immediately respond to The Postโs request for comment.
Barr is no stranger to crazed rants and conspiracy theories. The embattled celebrity recently came under fire when she claimed that โnobody died in the Holocaustโ during an episode of the podcast โThis Past Weekend with Theo Von.โ
โThatโs the truth. It should happen,โ she told the host. โSix million Jews should die right now because they cause all the problems in the world. But, it never happened. It never happened.โ
Prior to her comments on the Holocaust, the โRoseanne Barr: Cancel This!โ star had been discussing the idea of โtruthโ regarding the 2020 presidential election, which some believed to have been rigged.
โThereโs such a thing as the truth and facts and we have to stick to it,โ she said.
In 2018, ABC canceled Barrโs eponymous sitcom after she compared former President Barack Obamaโs adviser Valerie Jarrett to an ape and claimed George Soros was a Nazi sympathizer.
