The city has several unarmed response programs, such as Mayor Karen Bass' CIRCLE Program, which is also a 24/7 service that deploys trained teams to address non-urgent LAPD calls. The difference is that CIRCLE teams respond to calls related to homeless individuals.

 

Additionally, Rodriguez said "this one (UMCR) is trying to lead a more comprehensive approach in redirecting these resources."

 

City officials also noted they implement the program in areas where a "gap" was identified – neighborhoods not being serviced by an unarmed response model. Officials also emphasized that three nonprofits were able to more quickly begin their work in those areas.

 

"We are in the process of recalibrating all of our responses, including LAPD and the L.A. Fire Department, to make sure that people are getting the response that they need," Rodriguez said. "This is about right- sizing the calls and making sure that we're giving people the resources and the response that they need."

 

UMCR personnel will typically respond to calls for service that have a social services component, do not involve violence, and are related to wellbeing checks, according to city officials. These calls for service can range from people experiencing homelessness; individuals suffering from a mental and/or behavioral health crisis; conflicts that could be resolved through mediation or other resolution strategies; and other low-acuity or non- criminal matters, city officials said.

‘Shocking Cover-up’: DOJ Lawyers Committed Fraud in Vaccine Injury Case, CHD Attorney Alleges in Motion Filed Today

 

Rolf Hazlehurst, a Children’s Health Defense (CHD) staff attorney and father of a son with autism, today filed a motion in federal court alleging lawyers representing the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) fraudulently concealed evidence that vaccines can cause autism.

 

In a motion filed in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, Hazlehurst alleged that U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) lawyers who represented HHS in vaccine injury cases repeatedly defrauded the judicial system — from the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP) to the U.S. Supreme Court.

 

That fraud led to thousands of families of vaccine-injured children being denied the right to compensation and the right to have their cases heard, according to the motion.

 

“This motion makes very serious and well-substantiated allegations of a massive scheme of fraud on the courts,” said Kim Mack Rosenberg, CHD general counsel who also is of counsel to Hazlehurst in the federal case.

 

“The evidence submitted in support of the motion clearly shows that attorneys from the Department of Justice concealed and misrepresented highly relevant information from the special masters in the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program and the judges in the courts,” Mack Rosenberg told The Defender.

 

Hazlehurst’s son Yates regressed into autism after being vaccinated as an infant. In the early 2000s, his family and thousands of others filed cases seeking compensation for vaccine-induced autism through the NVICP.

 

The program consolidated all of the petitions into the Omnibus Autism Proceeding (OAP) and selected six representative “test cases” — of which Yates’ was the second — as the basis for determining the outcome of the remaining 5,400 cases.

 

Unbeknownst at the time to the petitioners and the NVICP special masters, the DOJ’s star expert medical witness, Dr. Andrew Zimmerman informed DOJ attorneys during the ongoing omnibus proceedings that he had reversed his original opinion and determined that vaccines can and do cause autism in some cases.

 

In what Hazlehurst alleges was “a shocking cover-up,” instead of allowing Zimmerman to share his revised opinion, the DOJ attorneys relieved Zimmerman of his duties as a witness.

 

However, they continued to use excerpts from his unamended written opinion to make their case that vaccines did not cause autism — misrepresenting his position and committing “fraud on the court.”

 

According to the motion, the DOJ’s first act of fraud snowballed into a scheme of deception with far-reaching implications in which DOJ attorneys repeatedly misrepresented Zimmerman’s opinion and concealed other evidence that emerged during the test case hearings in the OAP in subsequent cases before multiple courts.

There are several themes in the New Testament that have come under fire for their use as justification for anti-Semitic attitudes.

UPDATE: Texas Secretary of State Jane Nelson puts out statement that, while reassuring, doesn’t explain why the Social Security website shows over 2 million potential voter registrations without Voter ID in the past 6 months alone. The TX SoS is continuing its investigation.

"It is totally inaccurate that 1.2 million voters have registered to vote in Texas without a photo ID this year. The truth is our voter rolls have increased by 57,711 voters since the beginning of 2024.

 

This is less than the number of people registered in the same timeframe in 2022 (about 65,000) and in 2020 (about 104,000).

 

When Texans register to vote, they must provide a driver license number or a Social Security number. When an individual registers to vote with just a SSN, the state verifies that the SSN is authentic.

 

While federal law allows individuals to register to vote without a photo ID, Texans must actually show proof of ID to vote. The 1.2 million figure comes from the Social Security Administration’s (SSA) website, which is supposed to report the number of times states have asked to verify an individual’s social security number.

And in order for the mass ascension, it takes for all of you that are ready for ascension yourselves to be a part of the greater whole, to be a part of the greater ascension plan for everyone.

 

Will everyone ascend at this time in this space? Likely not. But that is not your concern. Your concern is to prepare the way yourself first and for all of those to come after you. That is what you came here to do, to pave the way, to show the way. Just as I came those thousands of years ago to show the way to prepare it for those to follow after me. Was I the only one, the only son of God? Certainly not. Did I die for your sins? No, I did not. I did not die. I did not resurrect a lifeless body. That was not what actually happened.

 

I ascended just as you have the ability to ascend at this time. I showed the way. Here is the way for all of you. And now you are going to show the way for others after. For the Christ consciousness is there for all of you to find it within yourselves. Just as I found the Christ, you can find the Christ and become the Christ as well individually and as a collective. You can have a collective Christ consciousness across the planet. Imagine what that would be like, what that will be like, to have everyone across the planet feeling and knowing the Christ consciousness within them, knowing and understanding the I AM presence within each, each one being one with the Father, Mother, God all connected as one, unity consciousness together. That is the goal, that is the plan, the universal plan for mankind here upon this planet. And know that ascension is not only happening here on this planet, but is happening throughout the solar system and the galaxy. And ascension has happened many times before in many other planets and systems and stars and everywhere. You have participated in ascension many times before. This is not the first go around for each of you, but it is the first remembrance of doing so since you last went through the ascension.

 

As you all know, you all volunteered to come here to lower yourselves in consciousness, to lower yourselves in vibrational frequency, and to be a part of the greater awakening here on this planet and the greater extension process for all to achieve this that are ready to do so. You, my friends, my brothers and sisters, are the chosen ones.

 

You may not like that term, but you are indeed the ones that have chosen and then been chosen to be here. So continue to follow your path, whatever that is, wherever that will take you. But know that it is a process that you have intended when you first came here and a process that you are continuing on each and every one of you.

Is it possible to change your DNA? Now we have examined this before and we have said yes, but not as you think it would be changed or even measured. What I’m about to tell you is an extension from last week’s channel. And for those of you who did not hear it, there is a new system coming.

 

We called it a prophecy, because it talks about the future lives of lightworkers and old souls on this planet; that you have graduated from the old energy to the extent that there will be a complete and total erasure dropping of all kinds of karmic energy. It will not transmit to your next life. Many of you, old soul, will come in clean. That is to say, not only will there be no karmic energy, but your Akash, that is to say the record of all of the past life energies will be also gone.

 

This is a total departure from all religious history, from all spiritual history that depended upon these things to shape and create lifetimes and what you did and what your desires were. Imagine that they’re missing.

 

So here is a channel that is going to tell you what is going to replace them. You may not have thought of that. We presented a case for this. We said: Why would you ever carry an old energy system into a new energy? And you don’t. Some of you saw this coming. Some of you thought perhaps it would be slow. What I’m going to tell you now is what is happening to your DNA. Dear Ones, we’ve told you many times that you come in with apparently 23 pairs of chromosomes. You are the 23 version of the human being and that is not the version that you’re going to find a few hundred thousand years ago. And your science is showing you that now. You didn’t come from what you think your human ancestors were. Now I didn’t make that up and that’s not necessarily an esoteric fact.

 

Anthropologists, scientists, are starting to discover you are not like your ancestors. There is a total and complete break in the evolutionary system, scale, timeline, whatever you want to say, and suddenly you had 23 chromosomes. And we’ve told you this is intervention. Now that’s not the subject of this channel. We have told you that before.

 

The subject of this channel is far more grand. You don’t have 23 chromosomes, Dear Ones. You have 24, but only 23 of them are studied and visible with your science. You’re still looking at things, visually you’re still examining things in a three-dimensional light. You’re still looking at what you think is there based upon four dimensions that you sit in. But when you start looking at things in a multidimensional way and have the instruments to measure it, you will discover on your DNA right where you think it should be the 24th pair. It’s there.

 

Now, how long has it been there? And this is important. It’s been there since you got 23. When you think there was a shift and a change and the human being came from that which is a system or an evolvement or a departure from your ancestors, and suddenly you saw 23 chromosomes. And the anthropologists are pulling that back to a certain place where it happened. What happened was you didn’t suddenly get 23. All of them changed, but you received the 24 that in the past were altered to make up the 23 you have now and another set was given to you, the multidimensional set, the 24th pair.

 

So you have had it all along. But what we’re here to tell you is that it just laid there doing nothing. That 24th pair is from the stars. The ones who are esoteric and want to hear this are listening carefully. The ones who are scientific are about ready to shut it off because it’s simply too bizarre. Consumer watchdog blog Mamavation and Environmental Health News used an EPA-certified lab to look for PFAS chemicals in the absorbent pads and adhesive flaps of bandages sold at major retailers, including CVS, Walmart, Rite Aid, Target, and Amazon.

 

The bandages that contain high levels of fluorine above 100 parts per million include brands Band-Aid, Care Science, Curad, CVS Health, Equate, First Honey, Rite Aid brand, Solimo (Amazon brand), and Up & Up, Target’s brand.

PFAS Found in 21 Major Toilet Paper Brands

 

Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances, also known as PFAS or forever chemicals, have been identified in toilet paper from brands around the world in a new study. The research adds to a growing list of studies finding PFAS in everything from rainwater to tap water to even umbilical cord blood.

 

The study, published in the journal Environmental Science & Technology Letters by researchers at the University of Florida, detected PFAS in 21 major toilet paper brands (although brand names were not shared) sourced from around the world, including in North America, western Europe, Africa, Central America and South America.

The researchers extracted PFAS from and analyzed the toilet paper and sewage, finding disubstituted polyfluoroalkyl phosphates (diPAPs) as the primary compound along with five other PFAS compounds. According to a press release shared to American Chemical Society, the diPAPs can convert to other, more stable PFAS, including the potential carcinogen perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA).

 

The amount of PFAS found in toilet paper and sewage in the study was at low levels, but the researchers did not evaluate potential health risks of using toilet paper containing PFAS.

 

“I’m not rushing to change my toilet paper and I’m not saying that people should stop using or reduce the amount of toilet paper they use,” Jake Thompson, lead author of the study and a graduate student at the University of Florida, told The Guardian. “The issue is that we’re identifying another source of PFAS, and it highlights that the chemicals are ubiquitous.”

 

The study authors also combined their findings with other studies analyzing PFAS in sewage around the world. With this information, they determined that toilet paper contributed up to 89% of 6:2 diPAP in sewage in France, up to 35% in Sweden and about 4% in the U.S. The researchers noted that their findings show that toilet paper is, for some countries, a major source of PFAS in wastewater treatment systems.

 

PFAS are a group of toxic, synthetic chemicals linked to various health implications, including reproductive impacts in adults, developmental impacts in children and higher risk of cancer. These substances have earned the name “forever chemicals” because of their inability to break down in the environment. PFAS are found in thousands of sources, including firefighting foam, waterproof gear and clothing, and household items like carpets or cleaners.

 

According to Thompson, the low levels of PFAS suggest that chemicals are added to the paper pulp to prevent sticking during manufacturing, but American Forest & Paper Association (AF&PA) issued a statement to WSVN 7News in response to the study, saying that PFAS are not used to manufacture toilet paper in the U.S. Thompson said that PFAS may or may not be intentionally added, noting that the toilet paper brands may not be aware of PFAS added to the manufacturing instruments.

 

“The fact that it’s there to begin with is alarming,” Thompson told WSVN 7News. “We need to think of as a society how we can limit the use of these compounds in a number of our consumer products.”
