RINO Maricopa County, AZ Election Official Stephen Richer is Bankrolled by Anti-Trump Billionaire and Prolific Democrat Donor Ried Hoffman for Reelection

 

Incumbent Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer, who has come under fire for his opposition to conservative candidates and involvement in the rigged 2022 Arizona elections, is reportedly funded for reelection this year by Jeffrey Epstein pal and LinkedIn founder Reid Hoffman.

 

The Arizona primary election is on July 30, and Richer faces two Republican challengers, including Arizona State Representative Justin Heap, who is endorsed by several top conservatives, including Kari Lake.

 

Hoffman is a major Democrat Donor who has stepped in to fund anti-Trump RINOs, including Nikki Haley. Hoffman is also a major funder of Joe Biden.

 

Richer came under fire after running in 2020 and telling voters during campaign stops and stump speeches that his predecessor, former Maricopa County Recorder Adrian Fontes, was a “criminal” and that election laws weren’t being followed. However, he later vigorously fought against an audit of the 2020 Presidential Election and various other election integrity efforts.

Court Just Nailed Hillary in $6 Million FEC Violation Case, 45x Bigger Than Trump's $130k So-Called Violation

he Washington D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Tuesday that the 2016 Hillary Clinton campaign and an affiliated super PAC violated federal election law in spending that totaled close to $6 million.

 

The amount in question is more than 45 times the $130,000 a Manhattan court convicted former President Donald Trump of misreporting in business records during the same 2016 campaign.

 

It should be noted that the Federal Election Commission and the Justice Department looked at the payments Trump made through his personal attorney at the time, Michael Cohen, to adult film star Stormy Daniels as part of a nondisclosure agreement and declined to prosecute him.

 

But Democrat Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg chose to bring the case under New York law, bootstrapping the alleged FEC violation as an underlying crime to the state business record violations.

 

The reimbursement payments made to Cohen were listed by the Trump organization as legal expenses. Bragg argued these payments made to Daniels initially by Cohen amounted to an illegal contribution to the Trump campaign.

 

Regarding the Clinton campaign case, the D.C. Circuit found the super PAC Correct the Record "set out to engage in a wide range of coordinated activities to support Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign."

 

"In an administrative complaint filed with the Federal Election Commission, nonprofit watchdog Campaign Legal Center alleges that Correct the Record spent close to $6 million in coordination with the Clinton campaign during the lead-up to the 2016 election, including to conduct polls, hire teams of round-the-clock factcheckers, and connect Clinton media surrogates with radio and television news outlets," the Court said.

 

The three-judge panel noted that Correct the Record coordinated all these activities with Clinton's campaign.

 

"But it characterized all of the committee’s myriad expenditures from staff salaries and travel expenses to the cost of commissioning polls and renting offices as 'inputs' to unpaid communications over the internet. For that reason, neither Correct the Record nor the Clinton campaign designated any of Correct the Record’s expenditures as contributions to the campaign," the ruling said.

 

In other words, Correct the Record committed FEC "business record" violations, if you will, by failing to properly account for money spent to help the Clinton campaign.

 

The FEC had dismissed the complaint against the Clinton campaign and Correct the Record, citing an internet exemption had allowed them not to list the coordination between the two, but the D.C. Circuit Court found that decision was in error.

 

"We hold that the Commission acted contrary to law in dismissing the complaint. Because we conclude that the internet exemption cannot be read to exempt from disclosure those expenditures that are only tangentially related to an eventual internet message or post,the Commission’s reading of the internet exemption stretches it beyond lawful limits," the ruling read.

Per Section 8 of Army Regulation 840-10, Army organizations are restricted to the use of four finials on their installations: the eagle for Presidential flagstaffs, the spearhead for Army flags, the acorn for markers and the ball for both outdoor wall-mounted advertising flags and the U.S. flag that the installation flies.

 

Air Force Guidelines

The Air Force directs that an eagle finial be used for Presidential flagstaffs and a silver spade finial be used for Air Force flagstaffs, in Air Force Instruction 34-1201. All other flagstaff ornaments are being phased out through attrition. The installation U.S. flagpole uses a ball ornament.

 

Navy Guidelines

The Navy has the most specific regulations for ornaments, as well as the greatest number of ornaments. Naval Telecommunications Procedures 13 states that the "topping ornament" for the U.S. flagpole at naval shore activities is to be a "brass ball of appropriate size."

 

Flagstaff ornaments are described in detail in Chapter 11. Guidons use a spearhead ornament. The Navy flag and battalion colors use a battle-ax flagstaff ornament. The U.S. flag, called the national ensign when displayed on a boat, receives a different topping ornament based on the rank of the individual in the boat. Likewise, personal flags and command or commission pennants use an ornament reflective of rank.

 

A spread eagle is used for individuals who receive a 19-gun salute or higher. A halberd is used for flag officers who receive lower than a 19-gun salute or a civilian that receives at least 11, but less than 19. A ball is used for officers who rank the same as the Captain in the Navy, as well as for certain diplomats, such as consuls. A star is used for officers of equivalent rank to the Commander in the Navy. A flat truck is used for officers below the rank of the Commander in the Navy. When personal flags or pennants are displayed indoors on staffs, the ornaments used are the same as those on boats.

 

The staff ornament for the U.S. flag when not on display in a boat is a battle-ax.

 

Marine Corps Guidelines

The Marine Corps uses Navy regulations for the display of the U.S. flag; therefore, Marine Corps installations use a brass ball on their U.S. flag poles. The Marine Corps Flag Manual also directs that flagstaffs for guidons, colors and standards use a spearhead ornament. Flagstaffs for advertising and recruiting use a ball ornament.

 

Coast Guard Guidelines

Under Title 14 of the United States Code, when acting in its military role, the Coast Guard follows the regulations of the Department of the Navy. Coast Guard activities on shore use a brass ball for U.S. flag poles.

That's interesting, because that's exactly the violation Bragg said the Trump Organization committed in relation to paying Cohen.

 

The initial complaint, according to the AP,charged that “[b]y intentionally obscuring their payments through Perkins Coie and failing to publicly disclose the true purpose of those payments,” the campaign and DNC “were able to avoid publicly reporting on their statutorily required FEC disclosure forms the fact that they were paying Fusion GPS to perform opposition research on Trump with the intent of influencing the outcome of the 2016 presidential election.”

 

"The Clinton campaign and DNC had argued that the payments had been described accurately, but agreed, according to the documents, to settle without conceding to avoid further legal costs," the news outlet noted.

 

Trump made the same point in relation to the payment for Cohen, but on stronger grounds.

 

Cohen was his personal attorney at the time and in addition to paying the lawyer's fees, the money had gone to reimburse him for funds paid to Daniels as part of a non-disclosure agreement, i.e., a contract.

How else was the Trump Organization accountant supposed to list the payment?

 

So Clinton and the DNC pay an FEC administrative fine and the matter is done with, but Trump has to go through a six-week criminal trial and faces potential jail time.

 

And Democrats wonder why they're accused of overseeing a two-tiered system of justice.

DOJ Filed Brief In Support Of Trans Inmate Who Sent Bomb To The DOJ

 

'He constructed destructive devices and mailed two of them via U.S. Mail to the United States Courthouse and Federal Building in Anchorage, Alaska, and to a federal facility at 1400 New York Avenue NW in Washington, D.C….'

 

Headline USA has uncovered the identity of an anonymous Georgia prison inmate suing the state for a sex change, and can reveal that the plaintiff is a convicted violent sodomizer who was indicted in April on multiple federal charges for constructing and mailing bombs to federal facilities.

 

The plaintiff, David Cassady, 55, an inmate at Phillips State Prison in Georgia, is represented by the big law firm Baker Botts, as well as the Murell Law Firm and the Florida-based group Rights Behind Bars. Additionally, the ACLU and the Justice Department have filed amicus briefs in support of Cassady’s lawsuit.

 

Ironically, the DOJ filed its brief in support of Cassady in January, while the inmate was presumably still under DOJ investigation for alleged bomb-making. Even more ironically, the inmate was under investigation for sending a bomb to 1400 New York Avenue NW in Washington, D.C.—a building that houses a DOJ office.

 

In other words, the DOJ filed an amicus brief in support of an inmate who apparently tried bombing the DOJ, according to the DOJ. To add a drop of stupidity, the DOJ refers to Cassady as a female in the sex-change litigation, but calls him a man in the bombing case.

 

The DOJ declined to comment, while the non-profit groups didn’t respond to an email inquiry. Georgia’s Department of Corrections also declined to comment, citing the pending litigation.

 

As Headline USA reported in May, a U.S. district judge ordered the Georgia DOC to provide Cassady—who was still anonymous at the time—with “breast and buttock padding.” That judge did deny Cassady’s motion to be transferred to a female prison, noting that the inmate was transferred to Phillips State Prison—a “Special Mission Facility”—in 2022, specifically because that facility was “uniquely situated to manage Plaintiff, given her history of violence.”

 

Headline USA was able to uncover Cassady’s identity thanks to a recent affidavit filed by attorney Thomas Vaseliou, one of the attorneys representing Georgia DOC.

 

In his affidavit filed on Wednesday, Vaseliou referenced several exhibits still under seal, including a court record of Plaintiff’s conviction in 1988 for aggravated sodomy; court record of Plaintiff’s conviction in 2020 for violation of the Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act; and an April 4, 2024, press release announcing the most recent indictment against the inmate. Headline USA found that April 4 press release, which identified Cassady.

 

“Cassady was an inmate in the now-closed Georgia State Prison in Reidsville, Ga., in Tattnall County, when he constructed destructive devices and mailed two of them via U.S. Mail to the United States Courthouse and Federal Building in Anchorage, Alaska, and to a federal facility at 1400 New York Avenue NW in Washington, D.C.,” the DOJ’s press release said, identifying Cassady as a man.

 

According to the DOJ’s website, 1400 New York Avenue NW is the Bond Building, where packages are sent for the DOJ’s “Fraud Section, Criminal Division.”

 

“The indictment alleges the bombs were sent in an attempt ‘to maliciously damage or destroy, by means of fire or explosive, a building in whole or in part owned or possessed by, or leased to, the United States,’ and ‘created substantial risk of injury to a person,’” the DOJ said in its press release.

 

According to the DOJ’s indictment, Cassady’s bomb-making occurred from September 2019 to January 2020. He faces one count of making an unregistered destructive device, two counts of mailing a destructive device, and one count of attempted malicious use of an explosive.

 

When the indictment was unsealed in April, WSB-TV in Atlanta revealed that Cassady sent a bomb to the widow of a man he sexually assaulted as a teenager.

What is a COURT JEW/COURT FACTOR?PART I

In the early modern period, a court Jew, or court factor (German: Hofjude, Hoffaktor; Yiddish: היף איד, romanized: Hoyf Id, קאַורט פאַקטאַר, Kourt Faktor), was a Jewish banker who handled the finances of, or lent money to, European,

mainly German, royalty and nobility. In return for their services, court Jews gained social privileges, including, in some cases, being granted noble status.

 

Examples of what would be later called court Jews emerged in the High Middle Ages[a] when the royalty, the nobility, and the church borrowed money from money changers or employed them as financiers.

Among the most notable of these were Aaron of Lincoln and Vivelin of Strasbourg.

Jewish financiers could use their family connections to provide their sponsors with finance, food, arms, ammunition, gold, and precious metals.[citation needed]

 

The rise of the absolute monarchies in Central Europe brought many Jews, mostly of Ashkenazi origin, into the position of negotiating loans for the various courts.

They could amass personal fortunes and gain political and social influence. However, the court Jew had social connections and influence in the Christian world mainly through the Christian nobility and church.

Due to the precarious position of Jews, some nobles could ignore their debts. If the sponsoring noble died, his Jewish financier could face exile or execution.

The most famous example of this occurred in Württemberg when, after the death of his sponsor Charles Alexander in 1737, Joseph Süß Oppenheimer was put on trial and finally executed.[1]

In an effort to avoid such fate, some court bankers in the late 18th century—such as Samuel Bleichröder, Mayer Amschel Rothschild, or Aron Elias Seligmann—successfully detached their businesses from these courts

and established what eventually developed into full-fledged banks.[2]

 

Prohibited from nearly every other trade, some Jews began to occupy an economic niche as moneylenders in the Middle Ages. Only they were allowed to take interest on loans,

since—while the Church condemned usury universally—canon law was only applied to Christians and not to Jews. Eventually, a sizable sector of the Jewish community were engaged in financial occupations,

and the community was a financially highly successful part of the medieval economy.[3][4] The religious restrictions on moneylending had inadvertently created a source of monopoly rents,

causing profits associated with moneylending to be higher than they otherwise would have been.[5]

By most parameters, the standard of living of the Jewish community in Early Medieval period was at least equal to that of the lower nobility.[6]

However, despite this economic prosperity, the community was not safe: religious hostility increased to the extent that it manifested itself in the form of massacres and expulsions,

Culminating in the repetitive expulsion of all Jews from various parts of Western Europe in the late medieval period.

Media Matters followed suit with several liberal outlets by laying off at least a dozen staffers following a federal probe and lawsuit by “X” chief executive officer Elon Musk.

 

Staffers, some of whom have been with Media Matters for years, took to social media announcing their sudden departure from the outlet. The layoffs followed federal probes filed by Republican Attorneys General Ken Paxton of Texas and Andrew Bailey of Missouri into the outlet for possible fraudulent activity by allegedly manipulating data on “X,” formerly known as Twitter.

 

Musk filed a defamation lawsuit against Media Matters in federal court in November, as the site has accused the outlet of “knowingly” manufacturing images showing advertisements from major corporations alongside posts made by white supremacists and neo-Nazis.

Jeffry Lane Flake (born 31 December 1962) is an American politician and diplomat who is the United States ambassador to Turkey. A member of the Republican Party, Flake served in the United States House of Representatives from 2001 to 2013 and in the US Senate from 2013 to 2019, representing Arizona. He was nominated by Democratic President Joe Biden and confirmed by the Senate for his ambassador post on 26 October 2021. He presented his credentials to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan at the Presidential Complex of Turkey in Ankara on 26 January 2022.

 

Born in Snowflake, Arizona, Flake attended Brigham Young University, from which he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations, and later his Master of Arts degree in political science. In the early 1980s, he became a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in South Africa, where he learned to speak Afrikaans. After returning to the United States, Flake served as executive director of the Goldwater Institute, before being elected as a Republican to the House of Representatives from Arizona's 1st congressional district in 2001. He served as the representative for the 1st district until renumbering following the 2000 census redefined the district to be Arizona's 6th congressional district, which he then represented until he entered the Senate in 2013.

One of things that anon believes is not talked about enough is the official statements reporting the speeds that the airliners were supposedly traveling at those low altitudes prior to impact.
