Cody Balmer, 38, is expected to face charges of attempted murder, terrorism and aggravated arson after Shapiro's home was set alight overnight as he and his family slept.

Balmer's social media profile is littered with political commentary and criticism about American institutions.

 

The 38-year-old Harrisburg father had made chilling posts about former president Joe Biden and his supporters, arguing that they 'shouldn't exist' and even suggesting Biden was going to be killed.

 

'Biden supporters shouldn't exist,' he wrote in one post dated January 2021.

 

'RIP Joe Biden… whoops that's in May. #notmypresident,' another read, while another added that 'knowing is half the battle… the other half is extreme violence.'

Balmer had separately noted during Biden's presidential term that gas was cheaper under President Donald Trump. He insisted at the time he did 'not play favorites especially since they all suck.'

 

Now, authorities in Pennsylvania are preparing a criminal complaint to level serious charges against him.

 

He allegedly scaled a fence to break into the grounds of the property, carrying with him homemade incendiary devices.

 

Extraordinary photos show the sheer extent of the damage to Shapiro's home.

 

Fire crews were dispatched to Democrat Shapiro's home in Harrisburg around 2am Sunday, the town's Fire Chief Brian Enterline said.

 

Everyone inside the home was in a separate part of the residence when the flames broke out and were able to evacuate safely.

 

While the toll of the attack could have been far worse, the shocking images show the charred remnants of the once-stunning rooms.

 

The living areas and common spaces have been left blackened with ash and soot with what's left of the furniture scattered haphazardly around the rooms.

Officials believe he had a plan, Bivens said, noting how quickly he was in and out of the residence and calling him "methodical in his approach."

 

Chardo, the DA, alleged that Balmer jumped over a fence to access the governor's home before forcibly entering the residence and setting the fire.

 

The break-in and setting of the fire happened while troopers were looking for the suspect, Bivens said.

 

The man "actively evaded troopers who were here to secure the residence, even while they were searching for him on the property," Bivens noted. A security review is underway, he said.

 

Balmer then exited the property the same way he entered, Bivens alleged — over the fence. He was taken into custody in Harrisburg on Sunday afternoon.

 

Bivens said Balmer had homemade incendiary devices with him.

 

Balmer has faced criminal charges in Pennsylvania before, court records show. He pleaded guilty to forgery and theft in 2015 and again to forgery in 2016. He was also charged with assault in 2023 in a case that is still open.

II. Technical Breakdown: How Voter Data is Embedded into Ballots

 

A. The Role of E-Poll Books and Ballot Printers

 

In Dallas County, ES&S epoll books were found to have glitched during a recent general election, failing to complete voter check-ins and printing ballots with repetitive barcodes used to create the "ballot style" for the voter. This malfunction in the ES&S epoll book equipment resulted in an untold number of voters receiving the wrong ballot style— meaning multiple voters received the same ballot tied to a single incomplete check-in.

 

These ballot identifiers, printed from epoll books directly, or using a peripheral machine to transcribe epoll book barcodes created for each voter, included human-readable and machine-readable codes (barcodes or hexadecimal-like identifiers) that were transferred from the epoll book to the ballot marking device, and then on to the ballot which is then scanned into a thumb drive. In many cases it is known that these incorrect ballots were printed and then unknowingly voted and cast, without these voters even being formally checked in, as the epoll books were stuck on the initial voter scanned in, and kept printing ballots for that original voter only, without anyone noticing. Election judges had no idea the voters they were scanning were not being checked in, and that they were all getting the same ballot style. This lack of understanding of how to conduct computerized elections and detect serious issues has created opportunities for multiple votes to be cast by or on behalf of a single registration without detection.

 

These system malfunctions were later patched mid-election through a firmware update, raising serious concerns about the legal chain of custody, the auditability of ballots, and the security of the voting process.

 

B. QR Codes and Access Codes as Data Carriers

 

In systems like HART InterCivic’s Verity Voting, a barcode generated at check-in is translated via a peripheral controller, typically into a six-digit access code that must be manually entered by the voter into the ballot marking device to create that voter's unique ballot. After voter selections are made, a QR code, and often an additional mysterious number which has gone unexplained by even this author's friend, Heider Garcia, is printed onto the ballot along with the voter selections. The structure of this data pathway suggests a multi-step digital fingerprinting process by which a single code, tied to the voter’s check-in, survives through every step of the voting process—from check-in to ballot generation to casting and potentially beyond.

 

Election officials claim that these codes contain no voter-identifiable information. However, without full transparency and vendor cooperation—and under threat of legal consequences for inspecting proprietary software—we cannot verify these assurances. The very structure of these systems, as demonstrated by technical audits and whistleblower reports, indicates the presence of relational logic: one piece of data triggering another, across multiple devices, creating a traceable chain.

III. Legislative and Procedural Failures

 

A. The SOS Redaction Order and its Implications

 

The Texas Secretary of State (SOS) issued a directive after the 2024 primary election requiring the redaction of “personally identifiable” information from cast ballot images and election records. This move followed reports—initiated by grassroots investigator Barry Wernick—revealing that ballots across multiple counties could be matched to individual voters using publicly available election data.

 

Rather than admit to a systemic issue, the SOS sought to cover it up through redactions, thus acknowledging the problem while simultaneously hiding its scale. Konotop Mayor Artyom Semenikhin has accused the head of the Sumy regional military administration,Vladimir Artyukh of being responsible for making a gathering of Ukrainian soldiers in the border city a target for a supposed Russian missile strike.

 

Sumy is a frontline city bordering the Russian Kursk Region, situated just a few miles away from the fighting. According to local authorities, a cruise missile strike on Sunday left over 20 people dead and more than 80 wounded.

 

Speaking in a Facebook stream on Sunday, Semenikhin, a member of the neo-Nazi party Svoboda and the head of a nearby town of Konotop accused Artyukh of being complicit in the deaths of Ukrainians in the attack.

 

“He organized an award ceremony for the soldiers of the 117th brigade in that building. He was warned that this should not be done,”Semenikhin said, adding that he’s risking a lot broaching the subject.

The Russian Defense Ministry has not commented on the strike as of Sunday evening.

IV. Ballot Fraud by Design: A Workflow for Undetectable Manipulation

 

TBTR Strategies has compiled all the available evidence from our own investigations, and from thorough examination of work completed by other dedicated American Patriots, that when compiled logically, seem to document a full chain of election manipulation, using both technical and procedural vulnerabilities:

 

  1. Inflation of Voter Rolls: Pre-election increases in active voter registrations, including reactivation of inactive voters.

 

  1. Ballot Generation Loopholes: Unlimited ballots can be created under one check-in, with systems not designed to flag duplicate ballots.

 

  1. Non-Sequential Ballot Numbering: Vendors have advised counties to eliminate sequential numbering, making insertion of fraudulent ballots undetectable.

 

  1. Excess Ballot Stock: Thousands of additional blank ballots were allocated to polling locations with historically low turnout. TBTX and TBTR Strategies trained poll watchers observed that election judges were trained only to count ballot stock on the log forms as they opened a packet, leaving thousands unaccounted for. We are only aware of these excessive ballot stock allocations because of properly trained poll watchers.

Broken, Missing or Incomplete Chain of Custody: The removal of lawful ballots and insertion of fraudulently created ballots could be occurring countywide with the severe Chain of Custody violations documented by TBTX and TBTR Strategies trained poll watchers. Five Below Falls As US-China Trade War Spurs Canceled Orders

Apr 11, 2025 (Bloomberg) –Five Below Inc. shares dropped on Friday after the retailer asked vendors to turn away products waiting for shipment in China before they set off for the US, according to a memo reviewed by Bloomberg.

 

Shares declined as much as 10% after shipping giant A.P. Moller-Maersk A/S sent a letter to suppliers on behalf of the discount retail chain saying that the company has elected to suspend its cargo shipments, following the US and China tariff impact. It was unclear from the memo if it went out to all Five Below vendors, or a subset. The stock rebounded later in the session to close down 2.1%.

 

The Maersk letter says that no containers are to be delivered to the yard starting April 10, and all containers that are loaded must be unpacked and returned to the carrier.

 

“In order to ensure maximum flexibility, we proactively paused orders from China given the escalation in the tariffs as we evaluate all options,” a representative for Five Below said in an email response to questions. “We are utilizing several tools to help mitigate tariffs and swiftly assessing the best of many available options.”

 

Steve Madden Ltd., which also has significant China exposure, saw shares decline by as much as 5.3% before closing down 1.8%.

 

Five Below’s decision to cancel shipments reflects an escalation of the chaos unfolded by the tit-for-tat tariffs between the US and China. On Thursday, the White House clarified US tariffs on China rose to 145%.

 

China is Five Below’s largest source for merchandise that is imported, the company disclosed in a securities filing last month. The specialty retailer also noted that the “significant majority” of its merchandise comes from outside of the United States.

 

The tariff increases should pose costs of 90% to 95% for Five Below, said Oppenheimer analyst Brian Nagel. He’d previously estimated costs in the range of 42% to 51% based on the initial tariff announcement Trump made on April 2.

 

Retailers and other businesses are on edge as the US-China trade war escalates and shipments between both countries drop off.

 

Amazon Inc. is among a number of retailers — big and small — that have begun canceling orders from China and other parts of Asia. Global container bookings made between April 1 and 8 dropped 49% from the seven-day period immediately before, according to estimates from Vizion Inc., a tech company that gathers supply chain data.

 

A Maersk spokesperson said the company does not provide any specific individual customer information publicly. “We are in close contact with our customers while they navigate a volatile and uncertain business landscape,” the spokesperson added.

UK moves toward nationalizing last steel plant

Scunthorpe’s Chinese parent company has said the site is hemorrhaging money due to tariffs and rising energy costs

 

The British government has opened the door to nationalizing the last primary steelmaking plant in the UK in an emergency bid to keep its blast furnaces running.

 

According toBritish Steel’s owner, Chinese company Jingye, the Scunthorpe plant has been operating at a loss of some £700,000 ($916,000) a day, affected by President Donald Trump’s 25% tariffs on steel imports into the US, massive CO2 emission fees, and high UK energy prices. The factory’s parent company reportedlyturned down a £500 million offer from the British governmentto keep its blast furnace “virgin steel production” working.

 

On Saturday, Prime Minister Keir Starmer recalled lawmakers from Easter recess to pass an emergency bill that would allow the UK to step in and take control of any “steel undertaking” at risk of stoppage.Such a recall of parliament has not happened since the Falklands War in 1982.

 

“The Secretary of State may do anything for the purpose of securing the continued and safe use of the specified assets [of] the steel undertaking”in the event the assets “are at risk of ceasing to be used,” the bill passed on Saturday reads.

 

Starmer said the government had stepped in to protect UK steel manufacturing.

 

“All options are on the table to secure the future of the industry,” he said in a statement on X on Saturday.

 

Jingye retains ownership of the plant as of now, but nationalization is a “likely option,” according to State Secretary for Business and Trade Jonathan Reynolds.

 

The UK is currently looking for a company to buy and take over British Steel, according to the BBC.

 

In a statement to the British state broadcaster, Reynolds said that themarket value of the business was “effectively zero” and the UK taxpayer would have to shoulder the steel plant’s £700,000 a day losses.

Perhaps recognizing how offensive such ties will be to voters concerned over future terrorist attacks on this country by radical Muslims professing allegiance to Sharia law, the Clinton campaign on Monday tried to downplay Ms. Abedin’s involvement in the Journal and the Muslim Brotherhood.

 

The Clinton surrogate group Media Matters claimed predictably there was “no evidence” that Ms. Abedin or her family had ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, and that Trump campaign staffers who spoke of these ties were conspiracy theorists.

 

To debunk the evidence, Media Matters pointed to a Snopes.com “fact-check” piece that cited as its sole source… Senator John McCain. This is the same John McCain who met Libyan militia leader Abdelkarim Belhaj, a known al Qaeda associate, and saluted him as “my hero” during a 2011 visit to Benghazi.

"Dunham’s boss atUSAID in Indonesia, Dr. Donald Gordon Jr., author of Credit for Small Farmers in Developing Countries for USAID (1976), was identified in Julius Mader’s 1968 book, Who Who’s in the CIA, as a CIA agent.9

Another boss, Peter Geithner, was future Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner’s father.

Ann obtained her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in anthropology at the University of Hawaii, writing a thesis which argued that Indonesian villagers were dynamic and could produce greater wealth if they had access to market incentives and capital.

Ann went to Indonesia in the mid 1960s at the time that the CIA supported a military coup led by General Suharto against the left-wing regime of Sukarno.

Over two million suspected members of the Indonesian Communist Party (PKI) were rounded up and massacred in its aftermath and thousands more were imprisoned—many for decades.

Much of Ann’s anthropological and consulting field work was carried out in East and Central Java, which provided a hotbed of support for the PKI—including among members of the Javanese women’s association and labor federation.

The CIA at this time employed anthropologists and development workers as undercover agents to gather information on villagers’ political affiliations, in which Ann, according to her thesis adviser, Alice Dewey, had taken an interest."

 

"In March 1965, Ann married an Indonesian Lieutenant Colonel, Lolo Soetoro, whom she met at the University of Hawaii’s East-West Center, a “kinder, gentler version of the School of the Americas,” according to one writer, and “cover for a training program in which Southeast Asians were brought to Hawaii and trained to go back to create agent nets,” as U.S. Information Service (USIS) Director Frank Scotten described it.

The head of the East-West Center in 1965 was Howard P. Jones, U.S. ambassador to Indonesia from 1958 to 1965.10

Jones was present in Jakarta as Suharto and his CIA-backed military officers planned the 1965 overthrow of Sukarno, who was seen, along with the PKI as an ally of China.

Jones later defended the coup in The Washington Post, writing that Suharto was merely responding to a communist coup against Sukarno led by Colonel Untung—which was actually set up by the CIA.11

A friend of Ann’s told her biographer that the marriage to Lolo was arranged, suggesting that Ann may have acted as a female “honeypot” for the CIA whose job was to recruit assets and help them obtain U.S. citizenship.

Hailing from an aristocratic family which lost out in Sukarno’s land reform, Soetoro was recalled to active duty in July 1965 before General Suharto’s right-wing coup and worked as an army geographer in Java and Papua New Guinea, where the Indonesian army brutally suppressed popular revolts.

Soetoro went on to become an executive at Mobil Oil and its liaison to Suharto, whose economic policies Dunham praised."

Jeffrey Epstein’s newly-revealed private calendar showed scheduled meetings with the current CIA director, a college president and attorney who served in the Obama administration, according to a report published Sunday.

 

New documents, which belonged to the rich convicted pedophile and were obtained by The Wall Street Journal, showed planned meetings with a slew of prominent individuals, including now-CIA Director William Burns, Bard College president Leon Botstein, Obama White House counsel Kathryn Ruemmler and professor Noam Chomsky.

 

All the scheduled meetings were slated to take place after Epstein was jailed in 2008 on charges of solicitation, including soliciting a minor. WSJ could not prove each scheduled meeting actually took place, and the documents did not reveal the purpose for the meetings.

 

A spokesperson for Burns, who has taken the CIA’s helm since 2021 under the Biden administration, said the nation’s spy chief met with Epstein a decade ago when he was trying to leave the government.

 

"Director Burns recalls being introduced by a mutual friend in Washington, DC, and then met with him once briefly in New York City, about a decade ago as the Director was preparing to leave government service," CIA spokeswoman Tammy Kupperman Thorp said in comment provided to Fox News Digital.

 

"The Director did not know anything about him, other than he was introduced as an expert in the financial services sector and offered general advice on transition to the private sector. The Director does not recall any further contact, including receiving a ride to the airport. They had no relationship."

 

Ruemmler had dozens of meetings with Epstein following her work for the Obama administration and before taking the reins as Goldman Sachs' top lawyer in 2020, according to WSJ. The documents show Epstein was planning on Ruemmler joining him for a trip to Paris in 2015 and another visit to his private island in the Caribbean in 2017.

 

A Goldman Sachs rep told the outlet that Ruemmler had a working relationship with Epstein when she was employed at law firm Latham & Watkins LLP, but did not travel with Epstein. The spokesperson said Epstein introduced Ruemmler to potential legal clients, such as Bill Gates.

 

"Many of Ms. Ruemmler's contacts related to a potential representation involving the Gates Foundation, a representation of the Edmond de Rothschild bank, and other business opportunities," a Goldman Sachs spokesperson told Fox News Digital on Sunday.

"I regret ever knowing Jeffrey Epstein," Ruemmler said, according to WSJ.

 

The Journal reported that the majority of people they spoke to said they met with Epstein for donations or to make powerful connections. Botstein, who has served as Bard College’s president since 1975, said he met with Epstein to try to get him to donate to the liberal arts school.

 

"I was an unsuccessful fundraiser and actually the object of a little bit of sadism on his part in dangling philanthropic support," Botstein told the outlet. "That was my relationship with him."

 

Other prominent figures on the documents included:

Ariane de Rothschild, chief executive of the Swiss private bank Edmond de Rothschild Group; Joshua Cooper Ramo, who at the time served on the boards of Starbucks Corp. and FedEx Corp; former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak; Harvard University professor Martin Nowak; and anthropologist Helen Fisher.

He promoted the article in a tweet, concluding, “The Vatican endangers its moral authority, should it renew the deal.”

 

An indignant Vatican took the article more as a calculated affront than a diplomatic gesture. The friction broke into the open on Wednesday as Mr. Pompeo arrived in Rome and met with prelates and others who are hostile to Pope Francis, while the Vatican denied him a meeting with the pontiff and rebuffed his efforts to derail the deal with China.

 

“Pompeo asked to meet” the pope, who turned him down because Francis had “clearly said that he does not receive political figures ahead of the elections,” Cardinal Pietro Parolin, who, as secretary of state, is the Vatican’s second-ranking official, told reporters.

 

But to some observers on both sides of the tensions between the Roman Catholic Church and the Trump administration, Mr. Pompeo’s visit is as much about the coming presidential election as about China policy. Mr. Pompeo dismissed that suggestion as absurd, but intended or not, his trip signals that President Trump is on the side of those conservative American Catholics who worry about the church’s direction under Francis and think he is soft on China.

 

Francis and Mr. Trump, who have exchanged sharp words in the past, present starkly different visions on issues ranging from the environment to immigration to the threat of populism. On 10 April 2010, a Tupolev Tu-154 aircraft operating Polish Air Force Flight 101 crashed near the Russian city of Smolensk, killing all 96 people on board.

Among the victims were the president of Poland, Lech Kaczyński, and his wife, Maria; the former president of Poland-in-exile, Ryszard Kaczorowski; the chief of the Polish General Staff and other senior Polish military officers;

the president of the National Bank of Poland; Polish government officials; 18 members of the Polish parliament; senior members of the Polish clergy; and relatives of victims of the Katyn massacre.

The group was arriving from Warsaw to attend an event commemorating the 70th anniversary of the massacre, which took place not far from Smolensk.

 

The pilots were attempting to land at Smolensk North Airport — a former military airbase — in thick fog, with visibility reduced to about 500 metres (1,600 ft). The aircraft descended far below the normal approach path until it struck trees, rolled, inverted and crashed into the ground, coming to rest in a wooded area a short distance from the runway.[2]

 

Both the Russian and Polish official investigations found no technical faults with the aircraft, and concluded that the crew failed to conduct the approach in a safe manner in the given weather conditions. The Polish authorities found serious deficiencies in the organization and training of the Air Force unit involved, which was subsequently disbanded. Several high-ranking members of the Polish military resigned following pressure from politicians and the media.

 

Various conspiracy theories have been circulated alleging that the plane had been deliberately brought down by the Russians in an act of political assassination, and that the 2011 investigations constituted a cover-up and that the Polish government of the time — primarily controlled by the Civic Platform party as opposed to Lech Kaczyński's Law and Justice party — was complicit in or aware of the plot, or at least aided in the efforts to cover it up.[3]

These conspiracy theories are regularly promoted by Law and Justice, particularly by party leader Jarosław Kaczyński (twin brother of Lech Kaczyński) and deputy party leader Antoni Macierewicz.[4][5][6][7]

Following Law and Justice's return to government, a new investigation was opened into the disaster, chaired by Macierewicz; its 2022 conclusion alleged a Russian plot.[8][9]

The new report did not produce any evidence that could conclusively challenge the 2011 reports,[3] was later indicated to have been the subject of tampered evidence,[10] and was revoked in December 2023 after a non-Law and Justice government came into power.[11][12]

The Molotov–Ribbentrop Pact, officially the Treaty of Non-Aggression between Germany and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics,[1][2] and also known as the Hitler–Stalin Pact[3][4] and the Nazi–Soviet Pact,[5] was a non-aggression pact between Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union, with a secret protocol establishing Soviet and German spheres of influence across Eastern Europe.[6]

The pact was signed in Moscow on 24 August 1939 (backdated 23 August 1939) by Soviet Foreign Minister Vyacheslav Molotov and German Foreign Minister Joachim von Ribbentrop.[7]

 

The treaty was the culmination of negotiations around the 1938–1939 deal discussions, after tripartite discussions with the Soviet Union, the United Kingdom and France had broken down, and committed neither government would aid or ally itself with an enemy of the other, for the next 10 years. Under the Secret Protocol, Poland was to be shared, while Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland and Bessarabia went to the Soviet Union.

The protocol also recognized the interest of Lithuania in the Vilnius region. In the west, rumoured existence of the Secret Protocol was proven only when it was made public during the Nuremberg trials.[8]

 

A week after signing the pact, on 1 September 1939, Germany invaded Poland.

On 17 September, one day after a Soviet–Japanese ceasefire came into effect after the Battles of Khalkhin Gol,[9] and one day after the Supreme Soviet of the Soviet Union approved the Molotov–Ribbentrop Pact,[10]

Stalin, stating concern for ethnic Ukrainians and Belarusians in Poland, ordered the Soviet invasion of Poland. After a short war ending in military defeat for Poland, Germany and the Soviet Union drew up a new border between them on formerly Polish territory in the supplementary protocol of the German–Soviet Boundary and Friendship Treaty.

 

In March 1940, parts of the Karelia, and eastern parts of Salla and Kuusamo regions as well, in Finland were annexed by the Soviet Union following the Winter War.

The Soviet annexation of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and parts of Romania (Bessarabia, Northern Bukovina and the Hertsa region) followed.

Stalin's invasion of Bukovina in 1940 violated the pact, since it went beyond the Soviet sphere of influence that had been agreed with the Axis.[11]

 

The territories of Poland annexed by the Soviet Union following the 1939 Soviet invasion east of the Curzon line remained in the Soviet Union after the war and are now in Ukraine and Belarus.

Vilnius was given to Lithuania. Only Podlaskie and a small part of Galicia east of the San River, around Przemyśl, were returned to Poland.

Of all the other territories annexed by the Soviet Union in 1939–1940, those detached from Finland (Western Karelia, Hanko) Estonia (Estonian Ingria and Petseri County) and Latvia (Abrene) remain part of Russia, the successor state to the Russian SFSR and the Soviet Union after the collapse of the USSR in 1991.

The territories annexed from Romania were also integrated into the Soviet Union (such as the Moldavian SSR, or oblasts of the Ukrainian SSR). The core of Bessarabia now forms Moldova.

Northern Bessarabia, Northern Bukovina and the Hertsa region now form the Chernivtsi Oblast of Ukraine. Southern Bessarabia is part of the Odessa Oblast, which is also now in Ukraine.

 

The pact was terminated on 22 June 1941, when Germany launched Operation Barbarossa and invaded the Soviet Union, in pursuit of the ideological goal of Lebensraum.[12]

I've been using Signal for texts and phone calls with only a small number of people for over a year. We've been very happy with it.

Nothing odd has happened with Signal, but we used to have strange things happen on the regular phone.

Despite official action to essentially wipe migrants out of the Social Security system, a new report said one bureaucrat refused to go along.

 

Greg Pearre, a manager who according to The Washington Post oversaw technology experts, was refusing to put names of migrants into what’s known as the “death master file,” which is usually used for Social Security recipients who have died.

 

As a result, on Thursday,security guards arrived at Pearre’s office at Social Security Administration headquarters in Woodlawn, Maryland, and escorted him out.

 

As with all Trump administration innovations, blocking access to migrants’ Social Security numbers has its critics.

 

“This is an unprecedented step,” Devin O’Connor, asenior fellow at the progressive Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, said in response.

 

“The administration seems to basically be saying they have the right to essentially declare people equivalent to dead who have not died. That’s a hard concept to believe, but it brings enormous risks and consequences,” he said.

 

But White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said removing illegal immigrants needs to be done.

 

She said putting migrants in programs that have been terminated into the death file so their Social Security numbers will be rejected shows that “the Trump Administration is protecting lawful American citizensand their hard-earned Social Security benefits, and ensuring illegal immigrants will no longer receive such economic entitlements.”

 

“Anyone who disagrees with the common sense policies of this Administration can find a new job,” she said.

 

According to The New York Times, immigrants who entered through Biden administration initiatives since ended by the Trump administration are the subjects of the effort.

 

The new approach targets about 1.4 million people who participated in two programs— the so-called CNVH program that opened the door for 500,000 migrants from Nicaragua, Venezuela, and Haiti, and the CBP One app that gave 900,000 migrants work permits so they could enter the U.S. and remain.

 

The Trump administration has ended those programs and urged participants to self-deport.

 

The first migrants to be put in the death master file included about 6,100 people who were in those programs, the Post and Times each reported. Thursday, another 102 names were added, the Post reported.

 

Leland Dudek, the Social Security Administration’s acting commissioner, sent staff members an email saying the “financial lives” of the migrants on the list would be “terminated,” the Times reported.

 

In a memo to Dudek on Monday, Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said the plan would “prevent suspected terrorists who are here illegally” from having “privileges reserved for those with lawful status.”

 

A White House official told the Post that of those migrants,almost 1,000 are collecting Medicaid benefits, 41 are on unemployment, and 22 have received student loans.

 

“They have no right to be in the country,” the official said.

 

Elizabeth Huston, a White House representative, told the Times that using Social Security data will help achieve President Donald Trump’s immigration goals.

 

“President Trump promised mass deportations, and by removing the monetary incentive for illegal aliens to come and stay, we will encourage them to self-deport,” she said in a statement. “He is delivering on his promise he made to the American people.”

with the patriot act, i believe there was all kinds of 'follow on' legislation that would have to be unwound as well.

 

I'd also move for a supreme court dismissal of it based on 'unconstitutionality' - a decision that further enshrines the assumed right to privacy, but doesn't spell it out. I feel like spelling it out leaves wiggle room for some other insidious sh*t legislation. That's why I don't want a "no medical mandate law" - because it is over legislation.

Almost every week, 60 Minutes, which is being sued for Billions of Dollars for the fraud they committed in the 2024 Presidential Election with their Interview of Failed Presidential Candidate Kamala Harris, mentions the name “TRUMP” in a derogatory and defamatory way, but this Weekend’s “BROADCAST” tops them all.

They did not one, but TWO, major stories on “TRUMP,” one having to do with Ukraine,which I say is a War that would never have happened if the 2020 Election had not been RIGGED, in other words, if I were President and, the other story was having to do with Greenland, casting our Country, as led by me, falsely, inaccurately, and fraudulently.

I am so honored to be suing 60 Minutes, CBS Fake News, and Paramount, over their fraudulent, beyond recognition, reporting.

They did everything possible to illegally elect Kamala, including completely and corruptly changing major answers to Interview questions, but it just didn’t work for them. They are not a “News Show,” but a dishonest Political Operative simply disguised as “News,” and must be responsible for what they have done, and are doing. They should lose their license! Hopefully, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), as headed by its Highly Respected Chairman, Brendan Carr, will impose the maximum fines and punishment, which is substantial, for their unlawful and illegal behavior.

CBS is out of control, at levels never seen before, and they should pay a big price for this. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!
