There is a potential plausible deny ability story prior to this part of the story as well I believe. There were news reports week before…maybe 2 weeks….stating the Navy was hacked (They made inferences to China or something). Data was taken from what I found on this dig.

Looking at the weather cam shot. Note the wind. Direction and speed. In these waters …clouds can roll through very fast. Winds were outta the SE 4mph with gusts up to 8mph. Trident subs are the latest tech. Designed to conceal their locations when launching a missile. From my observations it looks like they missed the timing with the clouds. Too early or too late not sure. If they nailed it the cam and surrounding area would not have seen the launch engine stream of this missile. This is a active area so residents are familiar to the noise that comes along with it…the F16s and other air traffic. The noise / activity would not be out of the ordinary. Even at 03:56:14 am.

Local media wrote this off as a camera flair light shadow from the "digital" camera or some other BS. The overtone of the news reporting was pfffttt common a missile being launched near Whitby? That's crazy we would have heard something about this….keep in mind this is the day after weather cam captured the images. That was clearly a missile being launched.

WHIDBEY ISLAND, Wash. – You can put that tinfoil hat away.

A mysterious object was spotted by a local photographer over the skies of Whibey Island early Sunday morning, leading to lots of speculation and questions, but no solid answers at the time.

Greg Johnson of Skunk Bay Weather was looking through the pictures snapped by a weather camera on the Kitsap Peninsula when he spotted a photo with a mysterious object. The picture – snapped at 3:56 a.m. Sunday by a high-quality, 20-second exposure camera – shows a bright orange streak in the early morning sky over Whidbey Island.

Johnson told Q13 News he was hesitant to release the photo. Mostly, because it appears to be a missile launched from Naval Air Station Whidbey Island. "I feel strongly it was a missile launch," Johnson said at the time.

But Tom Mills, a spokesperson for NAS Whidbey Island, said it wasn't a missile launch from the facility. There are no missile launch capabilities on the Navy base at Whidbey Island. In fact, Navy workers are wondering what it was, too. "There's a lot of speculation around here," Mills said, suggesting it could be lens flare. "But it's definitely not a missile launch."

Cliff Mass, a professor of Atmospheric Sciences at the University of Washington, posted the photos on his blog Monday. Speculation in the comments runs from a Photoshopped picture to airplanes. But Mass agreed with Johnson's assessment. "It really looks like an ascending missile," Mass wrote on his blog.

On Wednesday, it appeared the mystery had been solved. Johnson tweeted that a helicopter pilot with the Airlift Northwest ambulance service said on Wednesday that his chopper has a searchlight that was pointing straight down when he took off – and that's what left that vertical light streak in the sky.

"This morning I contacted Air Lift NW to find out if the Nav lights on the helicopter were different in any way," Johnson wrote on his Skunk Bay Weather Blog. "I got a fairly quick response back from them after they talked with the pilot. Here is the text:

"'They were transiting from Bremerton to Bellingham on a standard instrument flight plan, flying in the clouds with night vision goggles. The search light was retracted flush under the nose, but did not switch off and was facing straight down.'

"So, the path of the helicopter matches perfectly and now that I know the searchlight was in a locked down position and still on, it makes sense now," Johnson wrote. "I know my cameras very well. This was a unique situation that would have resulted in exactly this type of image. I never thought it would be solved like this…. What an adventure. "I know that many folks will vehemently disagree with this assessment, much as I did in the beginning. Former New York Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver (D.) was sentenced to seven years in prison Friday.

Silver initially received a 12-year sentence after being convicted in the case in 2015, but that conviction was overturned by an appeals court, NBC News reports.

This spring, a jury found him guilty once again of taking nearly $4 million in return for legislative favors.

Silver directed grants to a cancer researcher who then referred patients to Silver's personal injury law firm, enriching him in the process.

Bobby Cuza of Spectrum News NY1 reported from the courtroom that "it was an act of mercy by the judge," U.S. District Judge Valerie Caproni, who took into account Silver's health and age.

But Caproni also castigated the 74-year-old as being "exactly what people think all politicians are: deeply corrupt," and she said Silver's actions were motivated by "unmitigated greed."

Silver also has to pay a $1.7 million fine and forfeit the money he earned from his illicit schemes, which amounts to at least $3.7 million.

The former assembly speaker pleaded for mercy and said "I have brought great distrust to New York government," and wrote that "I pray I will not die in prison."

His sentencing comes less than two weeks after former New York Senate leader Dean Skelos (R.) was convicted of extortion, wire fraud, and bribery.

Silver had served as speaker of the New York Assembly for 21 years when he resigned in the wake of his 2015 arrest.

Facebook suspended Jones’ personal profile on the platform for 30 days on Thursday. Facebook also took the step of removing four videos related to the pages.

Jones’ temporary ban from the social media platform means that he cannot post content to his own personal page or use it to post content to the Alex Jones and InfoWars Facebook pages. His personal profile is still active, however, and other page administrators can keep posting to them if they want.
