Hero dad who saved daughter from accused child rapist now charged with murder after deadly roadside rescue

A former police chief was arrested for 43 counts of molesting and raping a 13- yr old girl and was released on a 50k bond with a no contact order, happened in Arkansas.

The victims family woke early one day with their dog barking. The dad went to his daughter’s room and found she was gone and a car driving away. The dad gave chase, ran the car off the road and found his daughter inside with the suspect. A confrontation ensued and the dad, Aaron Spencer shot and killed the suspect. Spencer then called police, reported the incident and was arrested for second degree murder.

There’s no doubt Aaron saved his daughter’s life, the suspect was probably trying to eliminate the only witness.

This case was sent to me by a retired police officers association who are backing Aaron and started a defense fund.

Calling the Lonoke County Circuit Court’s gag order in the case a “gross abuse of discretion,” the Supreme Court struck the order in its entirety.

The facts of the case, which quickly drew attention inside and outside of Arkansas, are straightforward. Fosler was arrested in July and charged with 43 counts including sexual assault of a minor, internet stalking of a child, and possession of child pornography, some or all of which related to a relationship between Fosler and Spencer’s then-13-year-old daughter. Circuit Judge Barbara Elmore released Fosler on bond.

Second Court Ignores Landmark SCOTUS Ruling, Issues Nationwide Injunction

In a 6-3 ruling late last month, Justice Amy Coney Barrett minced no words when it came to so-called “universal injunctions,” lower-court rulings that extended far beyond that court’s jurisdiction.

“It is unnecessary to consider whether Congress has constrained the Judiciary; what matters is how the Judiciary may constrain the Executive,” Barrett wrote in the decision.

“That goes for judges, too,” Barrett added. “When a court concludes that the Executive Branch has acted unlawfully, the answer is not for the court to exceed its power, too.”

That decision, by the way, did not decide the merits of the case in which the universal injunction was issued: President Donald Trump’s administration has argued that the 14th Amendment does not grant birthright citizenship because those born to citizens of other countries within U.S. borders are not among “persons born in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof.”

The meaning of this language, and whether children of foreign nationals are “subject to the jurisdiction” of the United States will eventually be decided one way or another before the high court. But the ruling itself was clear: Before that, nationwide universal injunctions were the judiciary acting in a way that exceeded its power.

So, for the second time since the decision, the judiciary has exceeded its power, because what the heck?

In a 2-1 decision handed down late Wednesday by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, judges ruled that the plaintiffs — attorneys general from four Democratic-led states, Arizona, Illinois, Oregon, and Washington — could receive a nationwide injunction because that was the only way to obtain requisite relief, according to The Hill.

“States’ residents may give birth in a non-party state, and individuals subject to the Executive Order from non-party states will inevitably move to the States,” U.S. Circuit Judge Ronald Gould wrote in the opinion of the court.

Both Gould and Judge Michael Hawkins, who voted to issue the universal injunctions, were Bill Clinton appointees.

The dissenter was Judge Patrick Bumatay, who was a Trump appointee.

“Courts must be vigilant in enforcing the limits of our jurisdiction and our power to order relief,” Bumatay wrote in his dissent.

“Otherwise, we risk entangling ourselves in contentious issues not properly before us and overstepping our bounds,” he added. “No matter how significant the question or how high the stakes of the case — at all times, we must adhere to the confines of ‘the judicial Power.’”

As The New York Times noted, this is the second time that the same case has received a universal injunction from a lower-court judge despite the fact that I believe they call it the Supreme Court because, in large part, it has supremacy over lower courts.

Judge John C. Coughenour of the Western District of Washington first issued the injunction, ruling that, to use the Times’ words, “Mr. Trump’s executive order would force them to put in place new systems to determine who is eligible for state benefits, and reduce the payments they receive from the federal government.”

Of course, the states could abide by the order until it’s decided before the Supreme Court — which I would assume will happen in relatively short order given the nature of the case — but that isn’t the point.

The point, again, is that the Supreme Court is only so supreme when it acts as rubber-stamp branch of the left. It no longer does so. Now, the left relies on lower courts to do that. The Supreme Court ended that, too.

Their response? Well, apparently, their argument is something along the lines of the fictional non-jurist Jeff “The Dude” Lebowski: “Well, you know, that’s just like uh, your opinion, man.”

It’s almost as if they’re setting out to prove the Trump administration’s point.

Food Network Star Anne Burrell Died by Suicide

July 24, 2025

As we reported, Anne was found unresponsive in her Brooklyn home last month after EMS personnel got a call for a woman in need of assistance. Paramedics could not revive Burrell and she was declared dead.

Anne's husband, Stuart Claxton, found her lying on the shower floor inside a bathroom in their home … and our sources told us cops found a bunch of pills nearby.

Anne, a native New Yorker, hosted Food Network shows "Worst Cooks in America" and "Secrets of a Restaurant" … among others. She also appeared in the 'Iron Chef' franchise.

Burrell was only 55 years old … and she appeared happy in her last social media post before her death, smiling in a selfie last Thursday on a beautiful day in Brooklyn.

FDA Commissioner Says Fluoride In Water, Supplements May Be ‘Carpet-Bombing’ Internal Organs

Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Commissioner Marty Makary warned that the chemicals making up the fluoride being used in drinking water could be ‘carpet-bombing’ the organs of American children.

Makary criticized the practice of fluoridation in drinking water in a speech for The Fund for American Studies on Wednesday in the Hart Senate building. The commissioner warned that the practice could damage the microbiome in the body’s GI tract.

“We’re putting a chemical in the food supply, in the drinking water that, if it does reduce cavities, it’s because it’s what we call bacterial-cidal, that is, it kills bacteria in the teeth. Well, if it kills bacteria in the teeth, what’s it doing to the microbiome? ” Makary said.

Makary described the body’s microbiome as “the garden of a billion different types of bacteria that line the GI tract that live in an equilibrium.” And he questioned the effects that the disruption of this microbiome via fluoride can have on a “generation of kids.”

“Is it carpet-bombing the microbiome like we’ve seen antibiotics do and other drugs? And are we permanently altering the microbiome?” Makary added.

Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. decried the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) recommendation of community water fluoridation earlier this year. In the May press release regarding FDA action to end prescription ingestible fluoride, the HHS secretary praised Makary’s “leadership on this vital issue.”

“Ending the use of ingestible fluoride is long overdue,” RFK Jr. said in a prepared statement at the time. “I’m grateful to Commissioner Makary for his leadership on this vital issue — one that directly safeguards the health and development of our children. The FDA held a public meeting regarding fluoride supplements on Wednesday. A final decision on banning these supplements is not expected until October.

A group of some 50 Jewish summer campers from France was forcibly removed from an airplane at an airport in Valencia, Spain, on Wednesday evening after a confrontation with staff, according to reports.

Their supervisor, reported to be a woman aged 21, was forcibly detained by security.

The Kineret Camp claimed the incident was rooted in an antisemitic attitude by staff.

Vueling, the low-cost Spanish airline on whose plane the incident happened, said the youths from Kineret Camp, who were returning to Paris from a trip to Spain, “engaged in highly disruptive behavior and adopted a very confrontational attitude, putting at risk the safe conduct of the flight.”

It said they “mishandled emergency equipment and actively disrupted the mandatory safety demonstration” and ignored “multiple warnings,” leading the crew to summon security.

Once at the terminal, some members of the group "remained aggressive," with certain individuals displaying "violent behavior" toward authorities, leading to one arrest, Vueling added.

Alabama bunker horror. Children drugged and sold. Fourth arrest made. Sex ring ran under storm shelter

Authorities in Bibb County, Alabama have confirmed the existence of a child sex trafficking ring operating out of an underground storm shelter near the town of Brent. The investigation began in February 2025 after a tip from the Department of Human Resources. Prosecutors say the abuse was systematic, prolonged, and involved multiple perpetrators. The youngest victim was 3 years old. The oldest was 10.

The shelter was located beneath a concrete pad next to a residential property. Inside were beds, chairs, restraints, and a pole. Children were reportedly drugged and tied to furniture. Prosecutors say individuals paid money to enter the bunker and sexually assault the children. Assistant District Attorney Brian Jones said, “They were tied to the bed, into the chair, into a pole. And then people would come and pay money to have sex with these children.”

Four men have been indicted so far. All are being held without bond.

Investigators say the traffickers earned up to $1,000 per night. The shelter was disguised as a storm bunker and hidden under a carport.

Sheriff Jody Wade said, “I’ve been in law enforcement for 33 years. This is the most horrible thing I’ve ever seen when it comes to the victimization of children.” He confirmed more arrests are expected. One additional suspect has already been indicted but not yet located.

The six confirmed victims are now under the care of the Alabama Department of Human Resources and the Central Alabama Regional Child Advocacy Center. Officials say the children will require long-term therapy. Some may never fully recover.

A pastor in Brent said, “We didn’t know this was happening in our backyard.” A neighbor said she saw strange activity near the property but didn’t report it. A teacher in Tuscaloosa said, “This case will haunt our community for years.”

Under Alabama law, any conviction involving a child under six carries a mandatory life sentence without parole. Prosecutors say they will pursue the maximum penalty.

The investigation is ongoing. Authorities are asking anyone with information to contact the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.

Trump launches campaign to remove Rep. Thomas Massie over Epstein file push and defiance on spending bill

On July 22, Trump attacked Rep. Thomas Massie on Truth Social, calling him “the worst Republican Congressman” and “an embarrassment to Kentucky.” That was no stray insult. Trump is recruiting a primary challenger and says he plans to campaign in Kentucky to remove Massie from office.

The breaking point was Epstein, not just policy. Massie filed a discharge petition to force a vote on releasing all unclassified files tied to Jeffrey Epstein’s trafficking network. Flight logs, phone records, case files. Speaker Mike Johnson abruptly shut down the House for summer recess before the vote could happen. Massie said the move was meant “to keep everybody else in line.”

The petition requires 218 signatures. Massie already has six Republicans supporting it. More are expected when Congress returns in September. The FBI and DOJ claim no client list exists. Massie refuses to accept that. He said, “If it’s a hoax, then Maxwell should be pardoned.” He also suggested Epstein may have ties to Israeli intelligence. No proof was given, but the implication hit hard.

Massie represents northern Kentucky with about 768,000 residents. He won his last primary with 76 percent of the vote. His campaign reported $1.7 million raised for 2026. Donations surged after Trump’s attack. Elon Musk publicly backed Massie on July 21, calling him “awesome” and pledging support. Musk had just launched the America Party to oppose Trump’s spending plan.

Massie opposed Trump’s trillion-dollar spending bill and the Iran airstrikes. He said the bill adds trillions to the deficit and the strikes violated the Constitution. Trump fired back calling him “lazy” and “a loser.” A new MAGA super PAC called MAGA Kentucky started a $1 million ad campaign against Massie. The ads twist his voting record. Fact-checkers found he supported border security and tax cuts but opposed budget gimmicks.

Locally opinions differ. A state representative in Frankfort said Massie reflects the district’s independent streak. A GOP consultant said the primary will be costly and divisive. A Boone County voter said, “Massie is the only one who tells the truth. That’s why they hate him.”

Massie’s allies include Rand Paul and a growing Liberty Republican group. They reject deficit spending, foreign wars, and centralized power. Trump’s team sees them as enemies. The midterms will decide if loyalty or principle wins.

Massie says this fight is bigger than him. It is about whether Congress thinks independently or just rubber-stamps the executive branch. He is betting voters still care about that.

Someone Is Systematically Targeting Syria’s New Army

A massive blast rocked the outskirts of the town of Ma’arrat Misrin in the northern countryside of Idlib in northern Syria on July 24, wounding or killing more than 100 people.

Syrian authorities remained silent on the causes of the blast, but the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that the explosion emitted from an ammunition depot of the Turkistan Islamic Party, a formation mainly made up of Chinese Uyghurs which dissolved itself and joined the ranks of the new Syrian military after the fall of the Assad regime.

The London-based monitoring group said that 12 people were killed and 107 others were wounded by the blast. However, the Syrian Health Ministry said that just six were killed and over 140 others were injured.

Videos posted to social networks showed a small fire prior to the blast, which later wiped out very much everything in its vicinity.

The blast near Ma’arrat Misrin was the most recent in a series of explosions that rocked multiple bases and ammunition depots of the Syrian military in recent months.

Just a day earlier, a very similar massive blast rocked the 64th Regiment Base close to the town of Shinshar in the southern countryside of Homs in central Syria.

Amid record high homelessness, Trump wants to move homeless people from the streets and into treatment centers.

President Donald Trump is set to take executive action making it easier for cities and states to remove homeless people from the streets.

Under an executive order Trump is prepared to sign on July 24, the president will direct Attorney General Pam Bondi to "reverse judicial precedents and end consent decrees" that limit local and state governments' ability to move homeless people from streets and encampments into treatment centers, according to a White House summary of the order reviewed by USA TODAY.

Trump's signature will redirect federal funds to ensure the homeless people impacted are transferred to rehabilitation, treatment and other facilities, the White House said, though it was not immediately clear how much money would be allocated.

AIPAC-Funded Reps Seek 'Crack Down on Anti-Semitism' With Bill to Censor Social Media

A bipartisan pair of AIPAC-funded congressmen have introduced a new Anti-Defamation League-backed bill to censor social media sites as a way to "crack down on anti-Semitism."

Reps. Josh Gottheimer (D-NJ) and Don Bacon (R-NE), both of whom have the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) as their top donor, on Wednesday introduced the "STOP HATE Act."

The bill will force social media companies to pay fines up to $5 million a day for failing to comply with their censorship and spying demands.

They're trying to sell the censorship bill as a measure to fight "terrorists" but it's clearly aimed at censoring speech critical of Jews and Israel.

Reps. Josh Gottheimer (D-N.J.) and Don Bacon (R-Neb.) announced legislation on Wednesday designed to counter Jew-hatred on social media and the use of those platforms by terrorist groups.

Backed by the Anti-Defamation League, the bill would impose a daily $5 million fine on social-media companies that fail to report publicly on violations of their terms of service and how they are addressing those violations.

"We're announcing a new tool in our online arsenal to protect our nation against terrorist organizations and adversaries that continue to innovate and threaten us in new ways," Gottheimer stated. "Using social media platforms, state sponsors of terror and their proxies, especially Iran, Hamas and its affiliates, are turning online content into a tool of propaganda and disinformation."

"There's no reason why anyone, especially terrorists or anyone online, should access social media platforms to promote radical, hate-filled violence," he said. "Social-media companies can no longer hide the crimes taking place on their platforms, especially when they pose a threat to America's national security."

Bacon argued that antisemitic online content is creating a false permission structure for young people to engage in Jew-hatred.

"We need to work with our social media companies to clean this up, because what is going on is wrong," the Nebraska Republican said. "We need to hold these companies accountable and work with them to take it off the airwaves."

That would likely affect dozens of companies based in the United States or with a U.S. presence.

Jonathan Greenblatt, CEO and national director of the ADL, said those requirements would not be onerous for large tech companies like Meta and X.

"It is hard to build a trillion-dollar business. It is hard to build products that reach billions of people every day," Greenblatt said. "You know what's easy? To knock off the Nazis. That's not so hard."

There’s a circular nature to UAP whistleblowing.

First, you whistleblow. You get momentary attention but quickly become sidelined and end up on the fringes. Then you join the community and inspire the next generation of whistleblowers.

Mike Herrera is a self-identified UAP whistleblower who claims he attended classified SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) briefings where non-human intelligence, biologics, and covert asset recovery programs were discussed.

Herrera has been trying for two years to secure a Congressional hearing but remains outside the official whistleblower process.

He gained traction in 2023-2024 through TikTok, X, and livestreams, where he speaks emotionally and urgently about being betrayed by the system.

Unlike David Grusch, Herrera has no verified credentials, but he's become a polarizing voice in online disclosure circles – seen by some as sincere, by others as unraveling.

A video clip of Herrera was recently posted onto the hugely popular r/UFO subreddit. Speaking in a very roundabout way, he appeared to discourage more whistleblowers from coming forward, and got a huge response in the comments.

Decoding the word salad – what Herrera is actually saying

The rant from Herrera was just that. As if appearing reluctant to say it as it is – potentially of being tapped up from the feds – the video appears to be a cautious warning to whistleblowers not to fuel the self-perpetuating feedback loop.

Reddit responds – mixed sympathy and skepticism

The bellowing video from Herrera brought about a mixed reaction from the community.

User @shortnix, for example, pertinently asked: “Is this a genuine but clumsy attempt to protect those with information, or has he been co-opted?”

And taking that question into account, it feels a little more coherent and refined than a video post, which understandably might be a little muddled when filmed in a car's passenger seat rather than the studio.

And because the whistleblower community becomes marginalized, they’re required to have a semblance of safety in numbers.

The systemic failure of the UAP whistleblower pipeline has been exposed again by Herrera’s rant – no safety net, no funding, no incentive is offered – just isolation.

It represents the rise of mutual-trauma networks online, where abandoned whistleblowers seek validation from each other rather than Congress or the media.
