15 Democrats Arrested For Election Fraud

In rural South Texas, prosecutors have brought forward one of the most significant vote-harvesting cases in recent state history.

 

On May 1, 2025, a Frio County grand jury indicted six people, including multiple public officials, on felony election-fraud charges. The indictments, secured after a two-year investigation led by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s office, expose an organized ballot-harvesting operation that allegedly influenced multiple local races in a heavily Democrat region.

 

Among those charged were Frio County Judge Rochelle Camacho, who faces three counts of vote harvesting; former Frio County Elections Administrator Carlos Segura, charged with tampering with physical evidence; Pearsall City Council members Ramiro Trevino and Racheal Garza; Pearsall ISD Trustee Adriann Ramirez, who is Camacho’s sister; and Rosa Rodriguez, identified as an alleged ballot harvester.

 

State investigators say the scheme targeted elderly residents and those voting by mail, with ballots collected in violation of Texas election law. Under Texas’s 2021 election-integrity reforms, compensated ballot collection carries a penalty of up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

 

The arrests did not occur in isolation. In August 2024, Paxton’s Criminal Investigations Division executed search warrants in Frio, Bexar, and Atascosa counties, seizing evidence connected to what the Attorney General’s office described as an “illegal ballot-harvesting ring.”

 

The warrants were the culmination of years of complaints from local residents who claimed political operatives were systematically collecting and manipulating mail-in ballots. Investigators believe the operation was linked to a political network that benefited multiple Democrat candidates in local races.

 

The investigation expanded in mid-2025. On June 30, 2025, a second grand jury returned indictments against nine additional individuals, bringing the total number of defendants to fifteen. Among the newly charged was former Texas House candidate Cecilia Castellano, a Democrat, as well as former Bexar County Democrat Party Chair Juan Manuel Medina.

 

Other defendants include current and former city officials, school board members, and county commissioners across Frio County. The charges range from vote harvesting to tampering with government records, all tied to the same alleged coordinated ballot-collection network.

 

Court filings reviewed in the case describe how vote harvesters allegedly approached voters, particularly the elderly, under the pretext of offering assistance, then took possession of ballots before they were mailed.

 

In some instances, investigators say, those involved exchanged cash or electronic payments via apps like Cash App to secure ballots or voter information. Under Texas law, offering or accepting compensation for ballot collection is a third-degree felony.

 

Despite the scale of the operation and the number of public officials implicated, national Democrats and prominent state-level Democrats have been almost entirely silent.

 

For years, Democrats have claimed that voter fraud in Texas is virtually nonexistent. Yet here, in a single rural county, a two-year probe has resulted in fifteen criminal indictments, including against a sitting county judge, multiple city council members, and school district officials.

 

Texas law treats chain-of-custody breaches, compensated ballot collection, and tampering with election records as serious offenses for a reason. Mail-in ballots are especially vulnerable to exploitation when voter identities, ballot custody, and submission procedures are not strictly protected.

 

The Frio County case demonstrates how easily those protections can be circumvented when officials themselves are involved in breaking the law.

 

Election integrity is not a partisan issue, but the refusal of Democrats to address this case underscores a broader double standard. When allegations involve Republicans, Democrats demand full investigations, resignations, and sweeping reforms. When the accused are Democrats—especially in regions critical to their electoral strategy—silence prevails.

It was a predicated criminal investigation that was examining whether Hillary Clinton ran a pay-to-play scheme that delivered favors from her perch as Secretary of State, while foreigners and others paid large sums of money to her family foundation — the Clinton Foundation — run by Bill Clinton and their daughter, eventually Chelsea Clinton.

 

Three separate agencies, three separate bureaus — offices of the FBI — believed they had predicated evidence to pursue. But every time they tried to move the ball down the road in the shadows of the 2016 election, they got shut down. I mean, they got shut down at the highest levels of their agency.

 

Andrew McCabe, the Deputy Director — a man who potentially had a conflict of interest with Hillary Clinton; his wife got money from Hillary Clinton’s former allies to run for a Virginia State Senate seat — attended the meeting where that assistance was solicited. He eventually was conflicted out, but not before he gave the order to his agents that: You won’t investigate or do anything on this unless I approve it.

 

Downstream from them, four different U.S. Attorneys’ offices under Barack Obama were asked for help by the agents. Agents need help. We need a grand jury. We need to get evidence. We want to move the case down the road. All three of those four offices told the agents: You’re on your own. We will not assist you in your pursuit of criminal charges against Hillary Clinton.

 

Then, perhaps the most extraordinary statement in the document — that we are going to show you on screen now — the Deputy Attorney General for Barack Obama, Sally Yates, explicitly told the FBI: Shut it down, meaning the corruption probes of Hillary Clinton.

 

Think about this: while Donald Trump was out on the campaign trail chanting Lock her up, maybe there was a good reason to lock up Hillary Clinton — he would argue that every night — the Obama Justice Department was telling the FBI agents who also thought there might be a reason to lock up Hillary Clinton: Shut it down. Let's summarize our thought experiment: the AI Mania scores 100% on all eight metrics of a Psych-Ops.

 

Before you scream, "Oh no, not again–could somebody please take off his tin-foil hat?", hear me out. Let's do a thought experiment exploring this question: Is The AI Mania a Psych-Ops?

 

If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's a duck, and there is a strong case to be made that AI is walking and quacking like an immensely clever Psych-Ops. (Hey, maybe AI designed its own Psych-Ops…)

 

Let's start with a basic definition of Psych-Ops:

 

Psychological operations (PSYOPs or Psych-Ops) aim to achieve narrative dominance by molding perceptions and attitudes via multi-channel information and persuasive messaging. PSYOPs seeks to achieve control through non-violent means by influencing the minds of the target audiences.

 

Discussing Psych-Ops publicly is tricky, as the algos are quick to send you to Digital Siberia without recourse to protect the public. Been there, done that, so let's stick to examples that won't get me sent (again) to Digital Siberia.

 

Though the gummit is often fingered as the source of Psych-Ops, the most successful campaigns are public-private partnerships. Others are mostly private-sector efforts. For example, the masking of the takeover of the American economy by monopolies and cartels can be understood as a private-sector Psych-Ops aided by politicians, the agencies under their authority and the courts.

 

COINTELPRO is an infamous example of a domestic Psych-Ops:

 

COINTELPRO, the FBI's Counterintelligence Program from 1956 to 1971, aimed to disrupt and discredit various political organizations perceived as subversive within the United States. These tactics included surveillance, infiltration, and the dissemination of false information to create divisions within groups targeted by COINTELPRO.

 

Psych-Ops aimed at the general public often focus on generating support for a war of choice or support of economic policies that benefit the few at the expense of the many.

 

Examples include the Spanish-American War, the Vietnam War, the Desert Wars and the bailout of the players who triggered the Global Financial Meltdown in 2008-09. ("We had to bail out the Too-Big-To-Fail Bad Guys because if we didn't, they were gonna shut down the ATMs.")

 

It's, well, interesting, that the whole AI mania is constantly couched as an "AI war with China we can't afford to lose," as if we'll all be living in cardboard boxes beneath the freeway underpass if we don't "win this war," with AI Supremacy defined as whatever AI a merchant in Timbuktu or the jungles of Laos will use a few years hence.

 

So… quacks like a duck: we gotta win this war regardless of cost or who ends up with all the money. Not that anyone's thinking of anything as coarse and self-interested as where the trillions are flowing. No, of course not; it's only about "winning this war" and freeing us all from the rigors of labor via the Golden Calf of AGI, Artificial General Intelligence, so we'll all be Watched Over By Machines Of Loving Grace.

In July, at least 200 local pro-Palestine activists staged a community picket outside Bisalloy, successfully shutting down the company’s operations for a day.

 

On this week’s ABC Insiders, Defence Minister Richard Marles was pressed by host David Speers on whether the government considered the export of Bisalloy’s armoured steel for Israeli armoured vehicles to be acceptable. After a long, hesitant pause, Marles repeated the line, “We are not supplying weapons to Israel,” offering little further clarification.

No one is getting arrested. No one will face justice. All of this bloviating, 'muh thrust the clam' bullshit is a test that we will fail and they know it.

 

They wish push us to the limit of our patience just to see if we are really willing to put our money where our mouths are. They say "OK…we will preserve your precious 2nd amendment" and now that there a half-billion firearms in the hands of citizen, they are double-dog daring us to use them.

 

The thing is, it wouldn't take a million-citizen army to get their attention. If just one, high-profile, seemingly 'untouchable' person were to fall, gruesomely and publicly, maybe that would get their attention.

 

Isn't that their playbook? Isn't that what they demonstrated on Elm Street in Dallas in '63?

 

They've cucked us with vaccines, pills, poisoned food, poisoned air, poisoned water, and poisoned minds just like they TOLD us they would over a century ago.

 

All their laws and rules and bureaucracy, licenses/permission required to do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING. We will soon need a license to breathe and obtain water and food.

 

Look at what has happened in the UK. Just today they announced that beginning next year, any telephone call that exceeds 10 minutes in length will be recorded and archived by the government.

Question…how do you amend the 2nd amendment, to infringe the right to keep and bear arms…. without violating the second amendment in the first place?

 

It was done this way on purpose. So… some decided to give themselves immunity. However, they committed conspiracy to deprive rights under color of law.

 

Also, 18 USC does not exempt laws "on the books" so even with state gun control laws existing… it's still a federal crime to enforce them.
