Millions of dollars sent to Barack Obama’s foundation has ended up being donated to a progressive fund that supported anti-Israel groups, accused of setting up encampments at Ivy League universities, according to public documents.

Donations to the Obama Foundation, set up by the former president to build a 19-acre campus including a museum, athletic facility and fruit and vegetable gardens in Chicago, totaling $2 million were instead sent on to Tides Foundation in 2022 and 2023, according to its latest available federal tax filings.

The cash was earmarked to “support local organizations that are working to reduce violence in communities,” according to the nonprofit’s filings.

Tides Foundation — also funded by Democratic mega-donor George Soros — is a network that operates as a fiscal sponsor for groups that have not registered with the IRS as charities.

The third-party grant-making group is under scrutiny by the House Ways and Means Committee for handling donations for anti-Israel groups such as the Adalah Justice Project, Samidoun and the People’s Forum. Such groups helped set up pro-Palestinian demonstrations and college encampments after the October 7, 2023, Hamas attacks on Israel that left 1,200 Israelis dead.

After this story was published Friday, a spokeswoman for the Obama Foundation told The Post that the $2 million was granted to more than 50 organizations across the country to help reduce “surging summer violence” and provide “safe spaces” for young people.

“The Tides Center played an administrative role in the program by processing grants while Cities United [a nonprofit] managed the application process,” the spokeswoman said in an email. Grants ranged from $15,000 to $30,000 each over the two summers.

Tides has also handled donations for Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation, which sued the group in California Superior Court last year. It alleged “egregious mismanagement” of more than $33 million in its funds, according to court documents. That lawsuit is ongoing.

In addition to sending donations to Tides, the Obama Foundation has sent more than $3 million in 2022 and 2023 in grants to Gofundme.org for undisclosed “grassroots leaders to empower girls through education,” according to the group’s filings.

Meanwhile, the foundation admitted it has so far spent more than $615 million building the Obama Presidential Center, which is scheduled to open in spring 2026, according to its website.

The group, which received just $129,320 in donations in 2022, spent more than $27 million on salaries.

Former FBI Director James Comey Indicted on Three Counts 1/2

Newly appointed U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan, from the Eastern District of Viginia, has released a criminal indictment of former FBI Director James Comey [SEE INDICTMENT HERE].

The indictment alleges three counts. Counts one and two are ‘false statements’ to Congress on September 30, 2020, [18 U.S.C. § 1001(a)(2)], and count three is ‘obstruction of a federal proceeding’ stemming from the same testimony. [18U.S.C. § 1505]

The first false statement charge surrounds Hillary Clinton’s “approval of a plan concerning” Donald Trump and the 2016 U.S. Presidential Election.

♦ COUNT #1 – James Comey claimed he could not remember being made aware of the Trump-Russia collusion plan, and there is ample evidence from his own previous public statements, from public and sworn statements by former CIA Director John Brennan, from former statements by officials in the January 5, 2017, meeting memorialized by Susan Rice, from statements that remain sealed as recounted by former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, and from statements under oath by the former Clinton campaign team -including campaign manager Robby Mook- that James Comey was well aware of the plan.

While this first count is based on the tenuous “I don’t remember” aspect, this count holds more material benefit than simply Comey’s recollection. This count could open the door to public testimony by McCabe, Rice, Mook, Brennan and even Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton herself as to Comey’s knowledge; each was a first-hand witness.

This first count holds strong material value in a public trial regardless of the outcome

. This first count establishes the baseline for USAO Lindsey Halligan to bring all material witnesses into court and publicly put them on record outlining the Trump-Russia collusion scheme.

You could say, I hope the intent is not just to incarcerate Comey per se’ –but rather to use what Comey represents to indict the entire enterprise around him. The facts behind Count #1 make this possible.

Let’s all hope this strategic intent unfolds.

♦Count #2, involves James Comey falsely testifyinghe did not direct former his FBI Special Government Employee (SGE) Daniel Richman to leak information to New York Times reporter Michael Schmidt.

This second count is easily evidencedthrough the prior investigation of Office of Inspector General Michael Horowitz and all prior witness statements therein. Again, that includes testimony to Horowitz given by former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.

Additionally,the second count is evidenced by the direct testimony of Daniel Richman himself, who was hired by James Comey and given special access privileges to classified information systems. Richman was likely a grand jury witness during the assembly of the case against Comey.Count #2 is the easiest to prove beyond any reasonable doubt.

A pair of illegal aliens are back in custody and facing significant charges after they attacked a U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) agent and escaped while en route to a detention facility in Texas this week, according to the Department of Justice.

The harrowing incident unfolded on Monday in the Houston area.

Authorities encountered two Mexican males and determined they were in the country illegally.

Juan Carmen Padron Mendez, 29, and Juan Carlos Padron Barron, 23, were restrained with plastic handcuffs and placed in the back of a USBP vehicle.

A lone female agent was transporting the Mexicans to a federal detention center when she “heard a seatbelt unbuckling. When she turned towards the back seat, Mendez quickly wrapped his arm around her neck and began choking her,” according to a criminal complaint.

Barron grabbed both men’s belongings from the front seat and they fled on foot, authorities say.

The agent, who said she feared for her life during the assault, was able to call for assistance and the Mexicans were quickly apprehended again.

Both men have been charged with assault, resisting or impeding a federal officer, and escape from custody of an officer of the United States.

They face up to 21 years in federal prison and $350,000 in fines if convicted.

Charles James Kirk (October 14, 1993 – September 10, 2025) was an American right-wing political activist, author, and media personality. He co-founded the conservative organization Turning Point USA (TPUSA) in 2012 and was its executive director. He was the chief executive officer (CEO) of Turning Point Action (TPAction) and a member of the Council for National Policy (CNP). IMO, WhenPatel, Ratcliffe and Gabbard were appointed, many Honorably Retired from the FBI and CIA warned these newbies, wouldn't know the corruption and could be defeated without even know they fucked up.

These volunteers absolutely knew the systems in the FBI and CIA, and how these appointees would be lied to, manipulated by the DS in the agencies without being aware of it. And a lot of them volunteered to help, it doesn't look like they took the help.

They all willingly volunteered to work with Patel, Gabbard and Ratcliffe to train them and show them how to defeat the deep state. I don't know if any or all of them took the offer, they should have, especially Patel and Ratcliffe. Gabbard seemed to learn fast and she had some very loyal CIA to assist her to maneuver the minefields. It seems Patel and Ratcliffe, relied on career agents, but had no idea if they were being deceived.

It would be an excellent idea for Patel and Ratcliffe admit they are over the heads and being duped continually, and find those who hand a record of truth and honor to help them overcome the DS in their agencies. I sense the Ratcliffe may be doing a little better than Patel, but they both needs outside retired honorably retired to come in now to assist them for the next 3-1/2 years; otherwise Patel will act like a monkey that is controlled by their DS controllers, which he is acting like. And Ratcliffe will try to get along with the very ones that sabotaged PDJT the first term.

They both desperately need help, otherwise PDJT's second term will be no better then the first.

Bondi needs a more educated DOJ leader or advice from a panel of higher ups that worked in the DOJ and were honorably retired or moved on, she is in particular, and needs a lot of training. I've always wondered why Trump has said Bondi is Great, was he doing it because he knew she had a lot of fear and not a lot of training. If she retired from going on TV news, etc. and get some professional help on how to run the DOJ, she may not be so lost to what her job is.

God, all three of these people need to stop fucking up, they are really not ready for the current war with the DS in and out of the government. The Supreme Court allowed the Trump administration on Friday to hold back $4 billion in foreign aid funds.

The justices temporarily halted an order by U.S. District Judge Amir Ali, a Biden appointee, directing the administration to pay out billions in foreign aid in early September.

“[O]n the record before the Court, the asserted harms to the Executive’s conduct of foreign affairs appear to outweigh the potential harm faced by respondents,” the Supreme Court’s order states.

The Trump administration previously argued Ali’s order presented “a grave and urgent threat to the separation of powers.” It would have required spending the funds, which Trump canceled through a “pocket recession,” by Sept. 30.

“To have any hope of complying in time, the Executive Branch would have to immediately commence diplomatic discussions with foreign nations about the use of those funds—discussions the President considers counterproductive to foreign policy—and notify Congress about planned obligations that the President is strongly opposing,” Solicitor General John Sauer wrote in a Sept. 8 emergency application.
