Ex-Democrat Lawmaker Accused of Stealing THOUSANDS from Her Mother’s Helpless Elderly Boyfriend Flees the Country After Being Freed on Bail

 

A former Democrat lawmaker from Oregon has apparently taken advantage of soft criminal laws her party has passed over the years and escaped justice.

 

As The Daily Mail reported, 44-year-old Melissa Fireside crossed the U.S. border with her young son after her former partner discovered she had taken the 9-year-old out of school last Wednesday.

 

She then booked a flight from Mexico to Amsterdam. It’s unclear whether she is residing in the Dutch city.

 

Fireside, who served as a Clackamas County Commissioner, is accused of trying to scam her mother’s 83-year-old boyfriend out of $30,000. She resigned from her role after being charged with fraud.

In Monday’s court documents, the FBI references a “Person 1″ – someone who is under 18 years old. That person was part of conversations between “brothers” in an encrypted conversation, according to the criminal complaint.

 

“Person 1 and Ali were referenced in third-party conversations conducted in July, September, and October 2025 via an encrypted communication application in which other individuals stated that ‘brothers’ to specifically include Person 1 and Ali are planning to conduct a terrorist attack in the United States on behalf of the designated foreign terrorist organization ISIS.”

 

The complaint says Mahmoud was also found to be involved in the planned attack.

 

FBI officials said Ali bought a shotgun, an AR-15-style rifle, and gun accessories like a forced reset trigger that increases the rate of fire for a semiautomatic weapon.

 

Mahmoud is accused of buying an AR-15-style rifle in September 2025. He is also accused of buying gun accessories.

 

In October 2025, Mahmoud bought more than 1,600 rounds of ammunition for the rifles he and Ali bought, according to FBI officials in the complaint.

 

Mahmoud, Ali, Person 1, and two co-conspirators referred to throughout the complaint as co-conspirator 4 and co-conspirator 5 practiced shooting at gun ranges in September and October, according to the FBI.

 

“Based on my investigative experience, I believe this was to develop their firearms skills in furtherance of an attack,” FBI special agent Nicholas Czech wrote.

 

The complaint provides various dates when some combination of the five people went to shooting ranges. It also says that Ali, Mahmoud, and Person 1 met at parks in or around Dearborn on multiple nights in October.

 

“Based on the information described below, I believe Person 1, Ali, and Mahmoud traveled together to scout potential attack target locations in Ferndale, Michigan,” Czech wrote.

 

The complaint says all five people regularly communicated with each other and other people who showed knowledge of the possible attack plans.

 

The group is also accused in the complaint of sharing “extremist and ISIS-related materials that encourage attacks similar to what they planned.”

 

“Person 1 and Ali discussed when to conduct their attack, when they appeared to set for Halloween, and they sought guidance from the father of a local Islamic extremist ideologue on this question,” the complaint reads.

 

FBI officials said they found three AR-15-style rifles, two shotguns, four handguns, more than 1,600 rounds of ammunition, optical sights, two GoPro cameras, a flash suppressor, tactical vests, and other gun parts and accessories at the homes of Ali and Mahmoud.

 

The 1,600 rounds of ammunition were compatible with the AR-15-style rifles, the complaint says.

 

In a storage unit rented by Ali and visited by Mahmoud, FBI agents said they found two more chest rig vests, two black tactical backpacks, and 24 empty magazines compatible with the three AR-15-style riles.

LA Firefighters’ Text Messages Reveal SCANDAL About Palisades Fire Origin!

 

The Lachman fire that burned 8 acres in the Palisades on New Years Day was contained and on Jan. 2nd. Firefighters warned their battalion chief that “the ground was still smoldering and rocks remained hot to the touch” at the site. But their battalion chief, identified as Mario Garcia, ordered them to roll up their hoses and pull out of the area on Jan. 2 rather than stay and make sure there were no hidden embers that could spark a new fire. The first fire remained burning underground until the strong winds of Jan. 7 rekindled it and ignited the devastating Palisades fire.

LA Fire Department Interim Chief Ronnie Villanova said that the area had been ‘cold trailed’ twice meaning that the firemen used their hands to feel for heat, dug out hot spots, and chopped a line around the perimeter of the fire to ensure it was contained. However, officials failed to provide records that would have corroborated this story.

 

Although the Los Angeles Fire Department equips firefighters with thermal imaging cameras and also employs drones with similar infrared imaging, officials decided against using them.

 

Jimmy Dore pointed out that the 113-million gallon reservoir that hadn’t been repaired sat empty for two years and contributed to the fire that resulted in 12 deaths and massive property damage.

Big developments today in the case against James Comey from John Solomon. The lead prosecutor in the case, Lindsey Halligan, released hand written notes that were “found”by the FBI, which clearly show Comey was well aware that his assistant was leaking to the media. He wrote, “good job my friend!”

The notes also show that Comey thought he was going to be working for President-elect Hillary Clinton after the election.

Florida Sues California and Washington State Over ‘Deadly’ Commercial Driver’s Licenses

 

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier has filed a lawsuit directly with the US Supreme Court against California and Washington, claiming the two states’ sanctuary policies put a dangerous truck driver, Harjinder Singh, on the road who killed three people on Florida’s Turnpike. Singh was undocumented, could not proficiently read or speak English, and had failed 10 commercial driving exams in just a two-month time frame. Despite this record, both California and Washington issued him commercial driver’s licenses (CDLs).

A critic said that California and Washington were violating the Constitution (immigration laws).

 

Federal law requires commercial truck drivers to speak and read English well enough to understand traffic signs and signals, communicate with law enforcement, fill out the required paperwork, and respond to emergencies.

 

Florida argues California and Washington are deliberately ignoring these requirements as part of their sanctuary policies. The lawsuit targets “sanctuary states” where policies limit agencies’ ability to cooperate with federal immigration enforcement. The resistance to the federal laws has caused mayhem in other states. The lawsuit, if accepted by the Supreme Court, is a threat to sanctuary cities throughout the United States.

“The View” Co-Host Whoopi Goldberg Loses It on Live TV When She’s Handed a Note After Getting Caught Uttering a Despicable Lie About Trump (VIDEO)

The “View” co-host, Whoopi Goldberg, lost her mind on Monday after she was caught uttering a huge lie about President Trump.

 

During a discussion on Trump’s “60 Minutes” interview, Sunny Hostin mocked Trump for saying he had “no idea” who Changpeng “CZ” Zhao was before deciding to pardon him. Zhao is the convicted founder of Binance, which is the world’s largest crypto exchange by volume.

 

“The Trump family has made about $1.8 billion off of this government,” Hostin crowed. “And he said that Joe Biden didn’t know who he was using an autopen.”

 

“How come you (Trump) don’t know who this guy is?” she continued.

 

Goldberg then decided to interject with a despicable lie about Trump in an attempt to blow up his previous criticisms of Biden’s extensive use of pardons.

 

“Because he used an autopen!” Goldberg exclaimed.

 

We all know this is false because Americans have seen Trump actually sign pardons, unlike Biden.

 

A short time later, Hostin passed Goldberg a note, which the Daily Mail revealed came from the show’s producers.

 

They wanted her to correct the record that there is no evidence that Trump used an autopen to sign the Zhao pardon. Goldberg was not thrilled.

 

“What!?” Goldberg yelled when receiving the note. Then she got even angrier when she started reading the producer’s note.

“We don’t know if pen use…If Trump used an autopen to pardon…It was a joke!” she shouted.

 

“Oh, come on!” she added while furiously tearing up the note. “I’m sorry, the hardest thing about this job now is no one understands nuance.”

The MAGA world has erupted in outrage after Virginia Lieutenant Governor Winsome Sears denounced former President Donald Trump following underwhelming GOP midterm performances.

 

Sears, a Republican who in 2020 served as national chair of the group Black Americans to Re-Elect President Trump, said during a Fox Business interview on Thursday that she will not back the former president if he follows through with his expected announcement to run for president in 2024. Sears called Trump "a liability" for Republicans and urged him to "step off the stage" before doing more damage in the next election.

 

"The voters have spoken and they have said that they want a different leader," said Sears. "And a true leader understands, when they have become a liability, a true leader understands that it's time to step off the stage. And the voters have given us that very clear message."

 

"A house divided against itself cannot stand," she continued. "And indeed, that's where we are today… The voters are saying enough is enough."

 

Sears went on to say that she "could not support" Trump if he runs in 2024, reasoning that the former president's influence over the party was causing some voters to reject Republicans.

 

"In those states where he has endorsed the candidates, in fact, Republicans on the same ticket who he did not endorse overperformed," she said. "Whereas his candidates totally underperformed, by as much as 10 points. We have a clear mission and it is time to move on."
