James O'Keefe drops bombshell CIA insider footage

Investigative journalist James O'Keefe released undercover footage that confirms what millions of Americans suspected all along about the Russia collusion hoax.

A CIA officer who worked inside the agency for a decade told O'Keefe's team on hidden camera that top Trump administration officials deliberately withheld exculpatory evidence from President Trump during the Russia investigation.

The CIA insider named names: former CIA Director Gina Haspel, former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, former Attorney General William Barr, Special Counsel John Durham, and former National Security Advisor John Bolton.

These weren't low-level bureaucrats or Obama holdovers.

 

These were people Trump appointed or nominated to serve in his administration.

The source claims they kept evidence from Trump that would have exposed the entire Russia hoax as a fraud from day one.

Evidence that could have ended the investigation before it tore the country apart sat buried in classified files while the President faced a daily barrage of false accusations.

But the betrayal runs even deeper than just hiding evidence.

 

RINO warmonger Pompeo handed raw intelligence to Adam Schiff

According to the CIA insider, Mike Pompeo gave Congressman Adam Schiff access to raw intelligence logs inside CIA headquarters at Langley in late 2017.

The RINO turncoat who built his career pretending to be a Trump loyalist was secretly feeding intelligence to one of the President's worst enemies.

Schiff then weaponized those logs to build the public case against Trump.

"It was CIA Director Mike Pompeo, in late 2017 who covertly granted Adam Schiff access to raw intelligence logs and intelligence communications right out of a small room in Langley for Schiff to use in an attempt to overthrow the sitting President of the United States," the source stated.

 

Pompeo was supposed to be one of Trump's most trusted allies.

The warmonger presented himself as a fierce defender of Trump's America First agenda while secretly undermining it at every turn.

He served as CIA Director and later as Secretary of State, positions that required Trump's complete confidence.

 

Instead, Pompeo was running a side operation with one of Trump's fiercest enemies in Congress.

Schiff used every scrap of intelligence he could get his hands on to fuel the Russia collusion narrative on cable news and in Congressional hearings.

And Pompeo was his source inside Langley.

This revelation puts Pompeo's entire tenure in a new light.

Every time he stood beside Trump at a press conference or defended the President in public, he was hiding the fact that he'd given ammunition to the opposition.

The scale of the deception is staggering.

 

Anyone who questioned the Russia investigation got labeled a conspiracy theorist.

The media went after people who doubted the narrative, calling them "dangerous" and "un-American."

Social media platforms banned users who suggested the intelligence community was playing politics.

 

Turns out those "conspiracy theorists" were right all along.

And here's the question nobody in Washington wants to answer: if they hid evidence and fed intelligence to Trump's enemies during the Russia collusion hoax, what the hell were they doing during 2020 when everything was on the line?

Pompeo did more than just hide evidence or stay quiet.

He was actively arming Trump's enemies with classified intelligence while wearing a MAGA hat in public.

That's treason.

The warmonger never believed in America First.

Pompeo spent his entire career pushing for regime change wars and military interventions that sent American kids to die in Middle Eastern deserts.

 

Trump wanted to end endless wars and bring troops home.

That threatened everything the military-industrial complex stood for, and Pompeo was their man on the inside.

 

So when Schiff needed ammunition to take down Trump, Pompeo handed it over.

The CIA insider's testimony isn't just about the Russia hoax.

It's proof that Trump was surrounded by snakes who smiled to his face while plotting his destruction behind closed doors.

He didn't bring back Pompeo or any of the other neocon warmongers who sabotaged him the first time around.

Instead, Trump appointed actual America First loyalists who've proven their commitment to the movement.

 

Tulsi Gabbard as Director of National Intelligence, someone who left the Democrat Party because she saw through their corruption.

Pete Hegseth as Secretary of Defense, a combat veteran who actually understands what endless wars cost American families.

Trump surrounded himself with establishment Republicans in his first term because that's what political advisors told him to do.

He paid the price for listening.

Now he knows exactly who the traitors are.

Pompeo will never set foot in another Trump administration.

On December 9, 1992, 1,800 United States Marines arrive in Mogadishu, Somalia, to spearhead a multinational force aimed at restoring order in the conflict-ridden country.

 

Following centuries of colonial rule by countries including Portugal, Britain and Italy, Mogadishu became the capital of an independent Somalia in 1960. Less than 10 years later, a military group led by Major General Muhammad Siad Barre seized power and declared Somalia a socialist state. A drought in the mid-1970s combined with an unsuccessful rebellion by ethnic Somalis in a neighboring province of Ethiopia to deprive many of food and shelter. By 1981, close to 2 million of the country’s inhabitants were homeless. Though a peace accord was signed with Ethiopia in 1988, fighting increased between rival clans within Somalia, and in January 1991 Barre was forced to flee the capital. Over the next 23 months, Somalia’s civil war killed some 50,000 people; another 300,000 died of starvation as United Nations peacekeeping forces struggled in vain to restore order and provide relief amid the chaos of war.

This Day in History: 12/09/1992 - US Marines Storm Mogadishu

There are many days throughout the year that have historical significance, such as July 4th or September 11th. Have you ever thought about the historical significance of December 9th? It was on this day in 1992 when the United States stormed Mogadishu, Somalia. Harry Gold, a scientist convicted of treason, and Lynda Bird Johnson, the daughter of President Johnson, also share December 9th as a historical moment. It was on December 9th in 1950 and 1967, respectively, that he was sentenced and she was married in a White House Ceremony. In early December 1992, outgoing U.S. President George H.W. Bush sent the contingent of Marines to Mogadishu as part of a mission dubbed Operation Restore Hope. Backed by the U.S. troops, international aid workers were soon able to restore food distribution and other humanitarian aid operations. Sporadic violence continued, including the murder of 24 U.N. soldiers from Pakistan in 1993. As a result, the U.N. authorized the arrest of General Mohammed Farah Aidid, leader of one of the rebel clans. On October 3, 1993, during an attempt to make the arrest, rebels shot down two of the U.S. Army’s Black Hawk helicopters and killed 18 American soldiers.

 

As horrified TV viewers watched images of the bloodshed—including footage of Aidid’s supporters dragging the body of one dead soldier through the streets of Mogadishu, cheering—President Bill Clinton immediately gave the order for all American soldiers to withdraw from Somalia by March 31, 1994. Other Western nations followed suit. When the last U.N. peacekeepers left in 1995, ending a mission that had cost more than $2 billion, Mogadishu still lacked a functioning government. A ceasefire accord signed in Kenya in 2002 failed to put a stop to the violence, though a new parliament was convened in 2004.

As I first reported last Friday….Jocelyn Ballantine, the leader of the DOJ prosecution team in the Proud Boys case, is now handling Brian Cole Jr. case.

 

This is very troubling. Ballantine should be removed from DOJ not given such a sensitive, high profile case.

 

I just pulled up my copy of a March 9, 2023 court hearing during the PB trial. The defense had discovered an FBI spreadsheet containing messages that disclosed an agent asked for his name to be removed from a CHS (informant) report; that an agent had been asked by a supervisor to delete evidence; and that the DOJ had been monitoring communications between one of the incarcerated Proud Boys and his attorney.

 

Ballantine, who was not part of the litigation team but oversaw the case, swooped into court on March 9, a few days after Judge Tim Kellyher former colleague at the DC US Attorney's office where they had worked on at least one case togethercut short the cross examination of the FBI agent on the stand before the jury. A defense attorney started questioning the FBI agent (Miller) about the messages. Kelly adjourned the trial immediately.

 

Ballantine, as you can read here, claimed the spreadsheet with the incriminating and exculpatory messages contained "classified" material and needed to be returned to the government.

The U.S. Supreme Court today reversed a lower court decision against a group of Amish parents and school leaders who challenged the state of New York’s vaccine mandates for schools, ruling that the appeals court must reconsider the case.

 

Today’s ruling is a win for health and religious freedom advocates — one that could have implications for other states that don’t allow religious exemptions from school vaccine mandates, attorneys said.

 

Attorney Sujata Gibson told The Defender today’s Supreme Court decision is “checkmate” for states that refuse to accept religious exemptions. “It means we’re almost certainly getting the religious exemption back, not only in New York, but across the country,” Gibson said.

 

Today’s decision stems from a lawsuit filed on June 2, 2023, against the New York State Department of Health and New York State Education Department, alleging they violated the U.S. Constitution by preventing the plaintiffs from exercising their religion.

 

Attorney Aaron Siri filed the suit on June 2, 2023, seeking injunctive relief.

 

On July 31, lawyers, including Siri, asked the Supreme Court to hear the case, Miller v. McDonald, after the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit dismissed the suit in March.

 

Not only did the Supreme Court today announce that it would hear the case — which is rare, Gibson said — but it handed down its decision on the spot via a “summary deposition” in which it vacated the 2nd Circuit’s judgment.

 

“The case is remanded to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit for further consideration in light of Mahmoud v. Taylor,” the summary deposition stated.

“This is huge,” Gibson said, because Mahmoud v. Taylor — a Supreme Court decision released in June — negated the 2nd Circuit’s legal arguments for denying the Miller plaintiffs the right to a religious exemption.

 

“All of the reasons, basically, that the 2nd Circuit cited to say they weren’t giving relief were overturned in Mahmud v. Taylor,” Gibson explained.

 

“I don’t see any way that the 2nd Circuit could uphold its dismissal,” in light of the Supreme Court’s instructions, she said. “By vacating the dismissal, the Supreme Court signaled that Mahmoud applies to vaccine cases. Mahmoud provides incredibly broad protection to parental religious rights infringed by school policies.”

 

The 2nd Circuit will likely have to issue a decision that restores religious exemptions in New York, Gibson said.

 

Today’s Supreme Court decision will also likely affect other states that deny religious exemptions, said Children’s Health Defense (CHD) General Counsel Kim Mack Rosenberg. She told The Defender:

 

“While the Supreme Court’s decision in Miller v. McDonald directly relates to the religious exemption to vaccine mandates in New York state, it will have broader implications in other states that have stripped citizens of religious exemptions.

 

“As Supreme Court precedent, Mahmoud v. Taylor applies in all those states, not only New York, and should be considered by any court taking up these questions.”

 

Supreme Court paves way for constitutional protection of religious exemptions

 

Gibson broke down how and why the Supreme Court’s decision dramatically changes the legal landscape for religious exemptions to school-based vaccine mandates. She said:

 

“For decades, the problem with religious protection has been a case called Smith, where the Supreme Court said that you don’t actually get First Amendment protection for the exercise of religion until you can prove that the law that’s burdening your religion is either not neutral or not generally applicable.”

 

Since vaccine mandates apply to everyone and aren’t issued against a specific religion, it’s been challenging for those seeking religious exemptions to obtain protection. Lawyers have had to argue that there are certain exceptions to that rule, Gibson said.

 

One exception that the Supreme Court noted in its Smith decision involved Wisconsin v. Yoder, in which Amish families didn’t send their kids to high school because it violated their religious beliefs. “Even though the high school requirement is also neutral and generally applicable, the parents were still able to get strict scrutiny of that and get constitutional protection,” Gibson said.

 

Siri cited the Wisconsin v. Yoder case as justification for the 2nd Circuit to grant the New York Amish parents and school leaders relief from the state’s vaccine mandate for school entry.

 

The 2nd Circuit disagreed, arguing that the Yoder exception applied only to the exact situation detailed in that case.

 

However, this summer, the Supreme Court ruled in Mahmud v. Taylor that the Yoder exception applies more broadly.

For instance, the Mahmud v. Taylor case was about how public schools must offer opt-outs for parents who object to LGBTQ-themed elementary school books due to their religious beliefs.

 

The Yoder exception “basically applies any time parents have a religious objection to a school policy, even if that school policy is neutral and generally applicable,” she said.

 

That means the Yoder case can be used as a potent legal argument in vaccination contexts. “That’s what the Supreme Court did today by vacating (nullifying) the 2nd Circuit’s decision in Miller and ruling that the 2nd Circuit must redo its decision in light of Mahmud v. Taylor,” Gibson said.

 

The Supreme Court’s decision comes amid a litany of lawsuits seeking to restore religious exemption rights. Gibson said those lawsuits will continue “just to make sure” the law is applied correctly.

 

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced last week that it is investigating a complaint that a Midwestern school disregarded a valid religious exemption and failed to obtain parental consent when vaccinating a student.

 

“Today, we are putting pediatric medical professionals on notice: you cannot sideline parents,” HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said in a statement. “When providers ignore parental consent, violate exemptions to vaccine mandates, or keep parents in the dark about their children’s care, we will act decisively. We will use every tool at our disposal to protect families and restore accountability.”

 

HHS did not disclose the name of the school under investigation or the student who was vaccinated.

Today, the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division announced that it has opened a civil investigation into conditions within facilities operated by the Colorado Department of Corrections (DOC) and Colorado Department of Youth Services (DYS). The investigation will examine DOC and DYS policies and practices to ensure that DOC inmates and youths in the custody of DYS are being afforded their rights under the U.S. Constitution and federal law.

 

“The Constitution protects every American, whether they are a young person confined in a juvenile facility or an elderly person confined to a prison,” said Assistant Attorney General Harmeet K. Dhillon of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division. “We are committed to upholding our federal civil rights laws so that no one is subject to unconstitutional mistreatment when held in state custody.”

 

The Division has not reached any conclusions regarding allegations in this matter. The Division will investigate DOC and DYS pursuant to its authority to enforce the Civil Rights of Institutionalized Persons Act (CRIPA). Under CRIPA, the Department has the authority to investigate violations of prisoners’ constitutional rights that result from a “pattern or practice of resistance to the full enjoyment of such rights.” The department has conducted CRIPA investigations of many correctional systems, and where violations have been found, the resulting settlement agreements have led to important reforms. The Division will also investigate DOC under the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act of 2000 (RLUIPA), 42 U.S.C. § 2000cc, and DYS under Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994, 34 U.S.C. § 12601.

First X-Ray Detection of 3I/ATLAS

December 9, 2025

 

The first X-ray detection of the interstellar object 3I/ATLAS was just reported from the soft X-ray imaging telescope Xtend onboard the X-Ray Imaging and Spectroscopy Mission XRISM of the Japanese Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA).

Xtend consists of an X-ray telescope that focuses incoming X-rays and an X-ray CCD camera that detects the signal and spans a wide field of view of 38.5 arcminutes on a side.

The XRISM satellite also includes the instrument Resolve, which performs high-resolution X-ray spectroscopy.

 

The new X-ray image spans a projected square of 3 million kilometers on a side around 3I/ATLAS and shows a faint emission glow extending out to 400,000 kilometers from its nucleus.

Before this report, 3I/ATLAS was only detected in the UV, visible, infrared, submillimeter and radio bands.

 

X-ray emission from Solar system comets was first discovered in 1996 around the Comet Hyakutake (as reported here) and was later confirmed in other comets (as discussed here).

No X-rays were previously detected from interstellar objects. Given its large mass and extended coma, 3I/ATLAS provided an ideal target for X-ray observations.

 

The X-ray satellite XRISM conducted a Target of Opportunity observation of 3I/ATLAS a month after its brightest phase of perihelion on October 29, 2025 when it was hidden behind the Sun from Earth-based satellites.

XRISM can only observe the sky at a separation larger than 60 degrees from the Sun, and so its observation of 3I/ATLAS was timed accordingly from 23:20 UTC on November 26 to 20:38 UTC on November 28, 2025, with a total exposure time of 17 hours.

3I/ATLAS drifted slowly across the constellation Virgo during the observation, and so the satellite’s altitude was adjusted 14 times (every three hours) to keep 3I/ATLAS near the center of the field of view of Xtend.

The resulting findings were posted here.

 

A preliminary analysis of the images centered on 3I/ATLAS revealed a faint X-ray glow extending over an angular scale of 5 arcminutes, corresponding to a separation of 400,000 kilometers from 3I/ATLAS.

This suggests that the glowing X-ray halo is associated with the plume of gas around 3I/ATLAS which was detected by the SPHEREx Space Observatory (here) and the Webb Space Telescope (here) in August 2025.

 

A natural origin for reported signal is X-ray emission by the plume of gas around 3I/ATLAS as it interacts with the solar wind. As the wind’s charged particles exchange charge with the gas cloud particles, they result in X-ray emission.

Indeed, the Xtend spectrum shows excess emission components associated with carbon, nitrogen, and oxygen beyond the background emission from the Milky-Way galaxy or the Earth’s atmospheric emission.

This is an important clue that the observed emission may indeed arise from charge-exchange interactions between the gas surrounding 3I/ATLAS and the solar wind.

 

This pioneering detection of X-ray from an interstellar object will no doubt be followed on by other research teams.

It would be particularly interesting to check if there are any other X-ray features different from the expected signatures of charge-exchange reactions with the solar wind.

The Trump administration announced a proposed joint settlement with Missouri that could soon force millions of borrowers in a Biden-era payment pause back into repayment.

 

Student loan borrowers who remain enrolled in the Saving on a Valuable Education plan forbearance will need to select a new repayment plan, the U.S. Department of Education said in a press release on Tuesday.

 

The entire SAVE plan has been blocked since February, when the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals sided with Republican-led states that argued former President Joe Biden lacked the authority to establish the student loan relief plan.

NASA astronaut Jonny Kim returned to Earth on Tuesday alongside Roscosmos cosmonauts Sergey Ryzhikov and Alexey Zubritsky, wrapping up an eight-month science mission aboard the International Space Station to benefit life on Earth and future space exploration.

They made a safe, parachute-assisted landing at 12:03 a.m. EST (10:03 a.m. local time), southeast of Dzhezkazgan, Kazakhstan, after departing the space station at 8:41 p.m. on Dec. 8, aboard the Soyuz MS-27 spacecraft.

 

Over the course of 245 days in space, the crew orbited Earth 3,920 times, traveling nearly 104 million miles. They launched to the space station on April 8.

This mission marked the first spaceflight for both Kim and Zubritsky, while Ryzhikov completed his third journey to space, logging a total of 603 days in space.

 

While aboard the orbiting laboratory, Kim contributed to a wide range of scientific investigations and technology demonstrations.

He studied the behavior of bioprinted tissues containing blood vessels in microgravity for an experiment helping advance space-based tissue production to treat patients on Earth.

He also evaluated the remote command of multiple robots in space for the Surface Avatar study, which could support the development of robotic assistants for future exploration missions.

Additionally, Kim worked on developing in-space manufacturing of DNA-mimicking nanomaterials, which could improve drug delivery technologies and support emerging therapeutics and regenerative medicine.

 

Following post-landing medical checks, the crew will return to the recovery staging area in Karaganda, Kazakhstan. Kim will then board a NASA aircraft bound for the agency’s Johnson Space Center in Houston.

 

For more than 25 years, people have lived and worked continuously aboard the International Space Station, advancing scientific knowledge and making research breakthroughs that are not possible on Earth.

The station is a critical testbed for NASA to understand and overcome the challenges of long-duration spaceflight and to expand commercial opportunities in low Earth orbit.

As commercial companies concentrate on providing human space transportation services and destinations as part of a robust low Earth orbit economy, NASA is focusing its resources on deep space missions to the Moon as part of the Artemis campaign in preparation for future human missions to Mars.

US Senate committee advances renomination of Jared Isaacman as head of NASA

NASA may finally be on the cusp of regaining official leadership.

Jared Isaacman, the billionaire tech entrepreneur and sponsor of SpaceX's private Polaris spaceflight program, faced a key vote on Monday evening (Dec. 8) before the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation, which determined whether or not to send his nomination as NASA chief to the full Senate. And the vote passed.

 

"Mr. Isaacman, I know that you are as committed to American supremacy in the final frontier as is this committee and the entire Senate," Committee Chairman Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) said in an emailed statement on Monday evening.

"My hope is that you will be confirmed and in this role before the end of this year."

 

The hearing began Monday at 5:30 p.m. ET (2230 GMT). The Senate committee had said the proceedings will be broadcast live, but that turned out not to be the case.

Isaacman has flown to space twice. He privately funded both missions, which launched groundbreaking spaceflights aboard SpaceX Crew Dragons.

The first, Inspiration4, was also the first all-civilian launch, while his second, Polaris Dawn, included the first civilian spacewalk.

 

In his nomination hearing before the committee last week, Isaacman faced questions scrutinizing his relationship with SpaceX CEO Elon Musk and probing his position on NASA's science and human spaceflight programs.

It was Isaacman's second such hearing before the committee, which had the opportunity to press similar questions to him in April, during his first round through the nomination process.

 

Despite a positive and mostly bipartisan reception by lawmakers, a vote for Isaacman's confirmation earlier this year was halted when President Trump withdrew his nomination in May.

Janet Petro, acting NASA Administrator at the time, later ceded the role to Department of Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy when Trump appointed him to the position in July.

 

Isaacman quietly stepped aside, but little movement was made over the summer to nominate a new NASA chief as Duffy juggled dual roles at the space agency and DOT.

Then, an early November report from Politico exposed a 62-page document, known as "Project Athena," outlining Isaacman's vision to outsource certain aspects of NASA to the commercial sector in order to operate a leaner, more efficient agency.

A day after that report published, Trump renominated Isaacman for NASA's acting administrator.

 

In addition to Isaacman, seven other federal appointments face votes this evening, including John DeLeeuw, of Texas, and Michael Graham, of Virginia, to the National Transportation Safety Board, Steven Haines, of Virginia, as Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Industry and Analysis, Robert Harvey, of Florida, as Federal Maritime Commissioner, Richard Kloster, of West Virginia, to the Surface Transportation Board, Adm. Kevin E. Lunday as Commandant of the United States Coast Guard and McCormack, of Virginia, as Under Secretary of Transportation for Policy.
