Tech Giant Michael Dell and his Wife Commit $6.25 Billion Toward ‘Trump Accounts’ for Kids

 

A federal payment included in Trump’s ‘Big Beautiful Bill’ Act includes a federal payment of $1,000 for an account bearing the President’s name for every kid born during his second term.

Michael Dell, a one-time advisor to Trump, and his wife announced the donation of $6.25bn into the “Trump Accounts” of 25 million children, one of the largest single philanthropic donations in American history. They are offering to deposit $250 in an investment account for children 10 and under who meet financial criteria. The account will track the stock market and they can cash it in at age 18.

 

The Guardian criticized the gift and called it a “tool to curry favor with those in power.”

US To Ask Visitors For 5 Years Of Social Media History Under New Plan

 

The United States is planning to require visitors from dozens of countries on the visa waiver program to provide up to five years of their social media history, according to a proposal from the US Customs and Border Protection posted to the Federal Register on Wednesday.

 

Countries on the list include much of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Qatar, Israel, Chile and Brunei. Citizens or nationals of these countries have been allowed to freely travel to the United States for tourism or business for stays of 90 days or less without obtaining a visa. If the proposal is adopted, they'll have to share their online footprint - something that immigrant and nonimmigrant visa applicants from different categories have been required to provide since 2019.

 

According to the proposal, adding social media would be a "mandatory data element" for an Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) application, WaPo reports, adding that applicants would also be required to provide additional information "when feasible."

 

The list also includes;

 

Telephone numbers used in the last five years

Email addresses used in the last 10 years

IP addresses and metadata from electronically submitted photos

Biometrics - including facial, fingerprint, DNA and Iris data

Information about one's family - including names, telephone numbers, dates of birth, places of birth and residences.

The CBP proposal is open for a 60-day public comment period.

 

ESTA - an automated system, costs $40 and is generally valid for two years. An ESTA holder can enter multiple times during that period.

 

Farshad Owji, past president of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and partner at law firm WR Immigration, told the Post that it appears the Trump administration wants to evaluate social media histories to "understand the person’s view of general politics around the world."

 

The proposal would also require applicants to apply for ESTA via a mobile app, and would remove the option from the government's website. According to CBP, over 14 million people will use the mobile app annually after the changes come into effect.

Comer focused on Biden's autopen  activities from a date post debate where his decline is unquestionable. This removes 43 Judges without question because it is multi pronged. Military cases go through their own Court and their own Appeals process BUT subject to SCOTUS the same as a Federal case. They just do it faster. much faster. We could see the other 6 seditionists reach SCOTUS in as much as 10 years from now, but the Military Court of Kelly will be there in less than 12 months. How does that work if SCOTUS rules Kelly guilty long before the other 6 assholes get a trial in a lower Court? Ha!  so while Kelly case runs in military Court, a parallel case is happening in federal Courts for the other 5.Transfer this to Mark Milley and his void pardon. His case is in Military Court rapidly going through the system to reach SCOTUS as Biden family ( excluding Hunter because Joe signed his pardon) runs through our slow Federal Courts. How can SCOTUS rule 1 way for the military then later a different way for the same crime and same situation in a federal case? They can't. Ruling Military pardon void also means all other pardons void. It also means all Judges signed by autopen void. Once Trump gets 1 ruling of autopen voiding he gets 234 judges. Their past rulings stay in place because of a de facto law that they acted in a good faith belief of being legit. They do however have to exit the bench and cease collecting tax payer funded paychecks and benefits.
