I had a very good conversation this morning with the Prime Minister of Thailand, Anutin Charnvirakul, and the Prime Minister of Cambodia, Hun Manet, concerning the very unfortunate reawakening of their long-running War. They have agreed to CEASE all shooting effective this evening, and go back to the original Peace Accord made with me, and them, with the help of the Great Prime Minister of Malaysia, Anwar Ibrahim. The roadside bomb that originally killed and wounded numerous Thai Soldiers was an accident, but Thailand nevertheless retaliated very strongly. Both Countries are ready for PEACE and continued Trade with the United States of America. It is my Honor to work with Anutin and Hun in resolving what could have evolved into a major War between two otherwise wonderful and prosperous Countries! I would also like to thank the Prime Minister of Malaysia, Anwar Ibrahim, for his assistance in this very important matter.

Killing the penny was just the start. Trump is rewriting the rules on America’s coins

 

The next signs of the nation’s political divide might be jingling in your pocket next year.

 

The administration plans to issue a $1 coin with President Donald Trump’s likeness on it next year, despite a century-old precedent of not honoring sitting, or even living former, presidents on coins.

Instead of quarters honoring the abolition of slavery, granting women the right to vote and the Civil Rights movement, the Treasury will instead issue historical quarters featuring white men from the 18th and 19th centuries who were already well represented on currency and in historical tributes.

The new coins, coming after the administration stopped issuing new pennies earlier this year, underscore Trump’s drive to put his own stamp on the presidency far beyond the confines of the White House – whether it’s by putting his own face and name on US institutions or by pulling back on diversity efforts to reframe the story of America itself.

 

The US Mint on Thursday released the final coin designs for historical quarters celebrating the country’s 250th birthday next year. Rather than the fight against slavery or giving women the vote, the designs primarily honored a more homogeneous view of US history: George Washington for the Revolutionary War, Thomas Jefferson and the Declaration of Independence, James Madison and the Constitution, Abraham Lincoln and the Gettysburg Address, as well as pilgrims to celebrate the Mayflower Compact.

 

“The designs on these historic coins depict the story of America’s journey toward a ‘more perfect union,’ and celebrate America’s defining ideals of liberty,” said Kristie McNally, the acting director of the Mint, in a statement.

He is president for life and rules above the legislative, a president who was made dictator.

 

The Enlightenment state on the other hand cannot solve any issues of the populace. It drags the people around towards its will. It injects them. It feeds them propaganda. It calls them enemies (Starmer) for not accepting its decisions to promote "equality" by giving the state more power. The Enlightenment state commits the cardinal sin where people trade God for poverty and slavery, where as the Enlightenment had as prerrogative the faustian bargain of trading God (tradition, religion, and so on) for money.

 

Liberals have already lost. Their ideology loses land and followers. The people they lord over refuse to breed. Their slaves are miserable, sterile, doped to endure life.

Kientz is working with ALEC, the American Legislative Exchange Council that drafts legislation, and is educating state lawmakers in sound money that maintains its purchasing power over time through scarcity, durability, and resistance to arbitrary inflation or manipulation. Kientz says he is pushing for states to buy gold and silver reserves. Kientz is lobbying legislators and explained how people can donate their time or money to the cause to get states onboard.

A system that can act “on behalf” of a person is also capable of observing and predicting their decisions.

Earlier this week, federal agents and Absecon, New Jersey, cops arrested twin brothers Ricardo Antonio Roman-Flores and Emilio Roman-Flores for threatening to murder ICE agents. They also threatened to torture and hang Department of Homeland Security (DHS) spokesman Tricia McLaughlin.

Mexican cartels have created a three-tiered bounty system to monitor, harass, and assassinate federal agents for cash. Gangs in Chicago including the Latin Kings, deployed rooftop spotters “equipped with firearms and radio communications,” reportedly track the movement of ICE and Border Patrol (CBP) agents “in real-time.” The spotters then relay the agents’ coordinates. “This surveillance has enabled ambushes and disruptions during routine enforcement actions, including recent raids.”

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) today released preliminary findings from its supervisory review of debanking activities at the nine largest national banks it supervises: JPMorgan Chase Bank, Bank of America, Citibank, Wells Fargo Bank, U.S. Bank, Capital One, PNC Bank, TD Bank, and BMO Bank.

 

The OCC conducted its supervisory review in accordance with the President’s Executive Order “Guaranteeing Fair Banking for All Americans” to determine whether these institutions debanked or discriminated against any customers or potential customers on the basis of their political or religious beliefs or lawful business activities.

 

“The OCC is committed to ending efforts – whether instigated by regulators or banks – that would weaponize finance,” said Comptroller of the Currency Jonathan V. Gould. “Although our work continues, the OCC is today providing visibility into the debanking actions against customers and lawful businesses taken by the nation’s largest banks to ensure public awareness, and to halt these harmful and unfair practices.”

 

The OCC’s preliminary findings show that, between 2020 and 2023, these nine banks made inappropriate distinctions among customers in the provision of financial services on the basis of their lawful business activities by maintaining policies restricting access to banking services or requiring escalated reviews and approvals before providing certain customers access to financial services. For example, the OCC identified instances where at least one bank imposed restrictions on certain industry sectors because they engaged in “activities that, while not illegal, are contrary to [the bank’s] values.” Sectors subjected to restricted access included oil and gas exploration, coal mining, firearms, private prisons, tobacco and e-cigarette manufacturers, adult entertainment, and digital assets.
