Large scale operation to be carried out in cooperation with States and industry

​Around 11,000 seafarers are expected to be evacuated from the region.

Following the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States, IMO Secretary-General Mr. Arsenio Dominguez issued this statement:

“After months of hardship and distress for thousands of innocent seafarers, and negative impact for the whole world, I welcome with deep satisfaction the peace agreement concluded between the United States and Iran, marking a decisive step towards restoring maritime security and bringing to an end the unacceptable attacks against civilian shipping.

I want to pay tribute to the fourteen innocent seafarers who tragically lost their lives during this conflict. Their dedication in service of global trade will not be forgotten.

We will begin the implementation of the evacuation plan for over 11,000 seafarers still stranded in the region. This large-scale operation will be carried out in close cooperation with Iran, Oman, all other coastal States in the region, the United States and the maritime industry.

We have secured the necessary safety guarantees and have thoroughly verified the conditions for safe navigation to support these operations.

We remain fully committed to ensuring the safety of seafarers and the continuity of global trade.”

Exclusive: Downed US pilot reported seeing Iranian drones swarm in ‘jellyfish’ formation

A US fighter jet pilot rescued by special forces after being shot down over Iran in Aprildescribed a shocking sight before ejecting from his aircraft: multiple Iranian drones hovering in the air, moving as one, in a formation that resembled a jellyfish, according to four sources familiar with the matter.

The account, which has not been previously reported, was shared by the F-15 pilot with intelligence officials during a debriefing after the incident.It immediately set off a firestorm of debate within the US intelligence community that has yet to be resolved.

If the airman really saw what he described —a formation moving in unison — it would be an alarming advancein Iranian drone capabilities.

“Multiple drones interconnected and =moving as one with smaller drones below the bigger drones like legs,” one of the sources familiar with the pilot’s witness account told CNN. “Real alien sh*t.”==

Another source told CNN the pilot described witnessing a “minefield of drones” in the air.

While the exact cause of the F-15 downing is still being investigated, initial reports indicated that it was possible the drone formation had in some way enabled Iran to shoot down the American jet, according to two of the sources.

The F-15 carried a crew of two— a pilot and a weapons system officer. US forces immediately launched search and rescue efforts, CNN previously reported.

The downing of the F-15 fighter jet marked the first time a US aircraft has been shot down over Iran during the conflict.

The pilot was rescued hours after ejecting from the aircraft, while the weapons systems officer evaded Iranian capture in the mountains for more than a day before also being rescued. It is not clear if the weapons systems officer also saw the drone formation.

A second aircraft, an A-10, was downed during the rescue effort but that pilot managed to eject safely outside of Iranian airspace.

US intelligence officials disagreed on how to interpret what the F-15 pilot described, and whether the pilot could recount the incident clearly.

For one thing, he was concussed in the crash. It was his second time being shot out of the sky during the Iran war: he had also been among the pilots downed in a friendly fire incident by Kuwaiti forces early in the conflict, according to two of the sources.

MTG captures Earth at June solstice

Yesterday, at 10:24 CEST, the Sun reached its most northerly point in the sky, marking the longest day of the year and the summer solstice in the Northern Hemisphere, when Earth’s North Pole is tilted towards the Sun.

This image of Earth, with the day-night terminator line clearly visible, was captured by the Meteosat Third Generation (MTG) mission.

The MTG-Imager satellite (MTG-I1) passed overhead at 10:30 CEST and was able to make the acquisition just six minutes after the June solstice.

The image shows the African continent and Europe bathed in sunlight, while lights are visible off the eastern coast of South America, which is still in night-time.

A third satellite for the MTG constellation – MTG-I2 – will launch this summer on Ariane 6 to join the two MTG satellites already in orbit.

The mission is designed to produce images in unprecedented detail. It provides completely new data products and capabilities for European weather forecasting, especially suited to nowcasting of severe weather events.

The MTG-Imager satellites carry two instruments: a Lightning Imager and a Flexible Combined Imager. The MTG satellites are developed by the European Space Agency (ESA) for Eumetsat.

While the specific drone capability described by the pilot was notsomething that US intelligence agencies had previously assessed Iran possessed, there is a trail of reports indicating that Iran had been receiving assistance in developing its drone technology from China and Russia, according to two sources familiar with the matter.

The technical term for thecapability described by the pilot is “one-to-many meshed networking,” according to the sources.

In general, meshed networking allows an operator to command several drones at a time.

Other countries — Russia and China — are believed to have the capability. Any development in Iran’s already-sophisticated drone warfare program would be a concern for US forces and its allies in the region.

Meshed networking could also theoretically be used to provide internet connectivity in remote areas without existing infrastructure, noted one US official — in theory, a benign function.

Iran aggressively employed its attack drones as an asymmetric weapon during the weeks-long conflict against US and Israeli forces as well as nearby Gulf countries.

“We will spend huge, huge dollars, like a lot of blood and treasure, protecting ourselves from something that can coordinate like that,” Emma Bates, a drone warfare and defense modernization expert who founded the company Cachai, told CNN, referring to the threat posed by meshed networking capabilities for drones.

“If it can coordinate itself into a recognizable shape and maintain that shape, and if it’s got explosives on board, and if it isholding resources in reserve to attack whatever the first volley didn’t destroy – that’s a very capable approach,” Bates said.

WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court on Tuesdayruled that ExxonMobil can sue Cuban state-owned companies in American courts over property on the island nation that was seized after Fidel Castro took power.

The 6-3 decision was the second in as many months in favor of U.S. owners of Cuban property that was confiscated by the Communist government more than 65 years ago.

The outcome in the two cases could be an additional lever for the Trump administration toexert pressure on Cuba, which is already being squeezed by a U.S. oil embargo.

At issue was whether the 1996 law known as Helms-Burton removes the shield from lawsuits in U.S. courts that typically cover foreign countries and state-owned businesses.The justices reversed a lower-court ruling that found that the Cuban state-owned companies are immune from lawsuits in U.S. courts.

ExxonMobil is seeking compensation for the confiscation of assets owned by subsidiaries of Standard Oil, Exxon Mobil’s predecessor,including more than 100 service stations and an oil refinery.

Last month, the court ruled in another case involving confiscated property in Cuba, reviving claims by the U.S. company that operated docks in Havana against four cruise lines that brought tourists to Cuba during the brief thaw in relations during the Obama administration. That case turned on the same section of Helms-Burton allowing lawsuits over seized property.

Congress passed the law in response to the 1996 downing of civilian planes flown by Miami-based exiles.

Title III of the law allows Americans to sue almost any company that engages in commercial activity or benefits from property confiscated by Cuba’s government.

Before the first Trump administration, every president had suspended the provision because of objections from U.S. allies doing business in Cuba and the effect on future negotiated settlements between the U.S. and Cuba.

But Trump lifted the suspension in 2019, and ExxonMobil filed its lawsuit the same day.

The U.S. Foreign Claims Settlement Commission, an arm of the Justice Department,said in 1969 that the value of ExxonMobil’s property in Cuba is $71.6 million, plus 6% annual interest beginning in 1960. That would be worth around $3 billion today, plus treble damages.

In addition, the commission found that nearly 6,000 individuals and businesses held claims worth $1.9 billion, before adding in interest or damages.

SMILE Satellite Marks New Chapter in China's Space Science Development

The newly launched Solar wind Magnetosphere Ionosphere Link Explorer (SMILE), a collaborative satellite mission between China and Europe, has successfully entered its designated orbit.

This mission marks a groundbreaking advance in solar-terrestrial exploration. Using innovative soft X-ray imaging a global first SMILE will achieve panoramic imaging of the Earth's magnetosphere.

As the last mission of the strategic pioneer program on space science (Phase II) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, SMILE addresses a gap in China's space exploration capabilities and marks a pivotal transformation – from isolated breakthroughs to a constellation of space science satellites.

Space science defines the frontier of deep-space exploration and serves as a key benchmark of national scientific and technological strength. For many years, China's space science program operated from a relatively modest foundation, lacking self-developed high-end exploration satellites and independent data streams. Research largely depended on publicly available foreign datasets, creating major constraints on advanced, frontier scientific research.

A structured national program dedicated to space science satellites began in 2011. This launched a concerted effort over the subsequent decade.

A series of dedicated science satellites were successfully developed and launched, including the Dark Matter Particle Explorer (DAMPE) Satellite, the world's first quantum science satellite Micius, the X-ray astronomy satellite Insight-HXMT (Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope), and the Advanced Space-based Solar Observatory (ASO-S), the country's first comprehensive solar observation satellite, achieving major breakthroughs across multiple fields.

DAMPE has detected high-energy cosmic particles all year round in its ongoing search for dark matter, generating critical data to help unravel the mysteries of the universe's origins.

Micius was the first to achieve space-to-ground quantum communication over distances of more than 1,000 kilometers, placing China at the forefront of space-based quantum applications.

Insight-HXMT has monitored extreme astrophysical phenomena, precisely detecting burst signals from black holes and neutron stars and yielding a series of major original achievements.

Each of these missions pursued distinct scientific objectives with unique capabilities. Progress across multiple fields within space science has been remarkable, propelling China from a late entrant to a significant global contributor.

This progression has steadily fortified the technological bedrock essential for future deep-space endeavors.

The 350 foot gash, made by a very sharp knife or razors, is actually numerous slashes over a very long 350 foot length. It was purposefully and criminally done, and somebody had to work very hard, probably in the dark of night, to create such a condition. Likewise, the small area at the bottom of the Pool was cut and powerfully lifted off the surface leaving very jagged, uneven edges. The large areas of grass are being replaced. In any event, even prior to fixing those areas, the Reflecting Pool is as beautiful as it can be. Officials at a Louisiana prison cut off Damon Landor's dreadlocks in violation of his religious beliefs. The case centered on whether he could seek damages.

WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court on Tuesdayruled against a devout Rastafarian who sought damages after Louisiana prison officials cut his dreadlocks despite his claim that it violated his religious rights.

The court ruled 6-3 that Damon Landor cannot seek damages under a law called the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act, or RLUIPA. The court was divided along ideological lines, with conservatives in the majority and liberals dissenting.

The ruling saw the conservative majority depart from its regular support for religious claims, although recent high-profile wins tended to involve conservative Christians.

“I am disappointed but not defeated. What happened to me violated my faith and my dignity. I will continue pursuing accountability. What happened to me should not happen to anyone else,” Landor said in a statement released by his lawyers.

The underlying incident took place in 2020 at the Raymond Laborde Correctional Center, where Landor was moved while serving a five-month sentence on a drug-related charge.

Officers handcuffed Landor to a chair and shaved his head despite his protestations.Beforehand, he had shown them a copy of a binding court ruling that said it would be a religious rights violation to cut a Rastafarian’s dreadlocks.

Prior to the incident, he had not cut his hair for 20 years, in accordance with a practice known as the Nazirite vow.

Writing for the majority, conservative Justice Neil Gorsuch said that RLUIPA, which applies to any local prison that accepts any federal funding,does not allow for claims against individual officials.

The only way the suit could go forward would be if the officials had consented to face liability under the federal law, and they had not,Gorsuch added.

“Mr. Landor’s case cannot proceed against them any more than a breach of contract action might proceed against a defendant who never formed a contract,” he wrote.

In dissent, liberal Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson said the entire purpose of RLUIPA is to “ensure that state and local prisons respect prisoners’ right to religious exercise.”

But the Supreme Court has now effectively eviscerated the provision that had allowed prisoners to bring lawsuits, she added.

“Prisoners like Landor who suffer violations of their religious freedom in state prisons — no matter how blatant — will often be left remediless,” she added.

The state did not contest that Landor was mistreated and said in court papers that theprison system has changed its grooming policy to ensure that other Rastafarian prisoners do not face similar situations.

But Louisiana argued that it should not be liable for damages because RLUIPA applies to federal, not state, officials.

“We condemn the conduct as alleged in this case and have taken steps to prevent this problem from recurring, but we are grateful the court agreed with the state in this matter,” Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill, a Republican, said in a statement.

She added that religious rights are “deeply important” but that the state has its own laws that protect them.

Landor’s lawyers had asked the Supreme Court to rule that damages should be allowed under RLUIPA, citing a ruling in 2020 that said damages are available under a similar law called the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.

Lower courts had sided with Louisiana, leading Landor to appeal to the justices.

Zack Tripp, one of Landor’s lawyers, said there was some encouragement in “the awareness this case has raised about this important issue,” as shown by Louisiana’s move to change its regulations.

Congress could also take action to amend the law to ensure that prisoners whose religious rights are violated are able to obtain damages,” he added.

NATO countries have forced Moscow to take action to defend its interests and label it as a threat to justify increased military spending, the president says

Western nations are no longer hiding their preparations for war with Russia, President Vladimir Putin has said, adding that NATO and EU leaders are using “false claims” about the supposed ‘Russian threat’ to justify rampant militarization.

Putin made the remarks on Tuesday during a ceremony in the Kremlin for graduates of Russia’s military, security, and law enforcement academies, saying NATO’s posture has shifted from supporting Kiev with weapons and funding to outright preparations for war.

“Now, they are openly saying that they are preparing for war with us, increasing military offensive budgets,” Putin said. He argued that Western governments are using the same playbook that has always been used against Russia.

“At first, they create threats for our country, force us to take actions necessary for self-defense, and then immediately accuse us of all mortal sins to justify the continuation of their aggressive policy,” he said, drawing parallels to the attempts by Nazi Germany and other Western countries to label the Soviet Union as the aggressor after Germany launched a surprise invasion in 1941.

Putin’s remarks come as NATO’s European members and Canada raised defense spending by 20% in real terms in 2025, reaching a combined $574 billion, citing the supposed ‘Russian threat’. Moscow has dismissed speculation that it plans to attack NATO countries as “nonsense.”

Turning to Ukraine’s drone campaign against Russian cities, Putin said the strikes on civilian infrastructure are designed “to rock society” rather than achieve military aims.

“When the whole West is working for them, with this huge flow of drones, [the aim is] to create doubt in the actions of the Russian Armed Forces,” he said.

Anthony's appeal pro bono after murder conviction in Austin Metcalf's death

A group of well-known civil rights and criminal defense attorneys announced Monday that they are representing Karmelo Anthony pro bono in the appeal of his murder conviction and 35-year sentence in the death of Austin Metcalf.

Almost two weeks ago, Anthony filed a notice of appeal less than 24 hours after a jury found him guilty of murder in the fatal stabbing at a Frisco track meet last year, according to Collin County court records.

A jury in Collin County sentenced Anthony to 35 years in prison on June 9. Following the 35-year prison sentence, Collin County District Attorney Greg Willis said "justice was served" and praised jurors, prosecutors, witnesses and the family of Austin Metcalf.

According to the announcement, Anthony's appeal team will include Russell Wilson with the Law Office of Russell Wilson II; Gary Bledsoe with the Bledsoe Law Firm PLLC and President of the Texas NAACP; Michael L. Ware with the Law Office of Michael Ware; Brooke Cluse with Ben Crump Law; Sean Daredia with the Daredia Law Firm, and Justin A. Moore with Stafford Moore PLLC.

"Our appellate team has been retained following the conviction to conduct a fresh, independent review of the trial record," the group said in a statement. "We recognize the profound loss suffered by one young man's family and the uncertainty facing another, and we extend our respect to everyone whose lives have been forever changed by these events.

"Our responsibility is to determine whether a legal error occurred and to ensure that every issue supported by the record is fully and vigorously presented on appeal.

Judge blocks Biden-era immigration rule hours after Texas AG and Stephen Miller’s group sued DOJ

A federal judge in Texas blocked a Bidenadministration rule on Monday that allowed immigration judges to indefinitely close a deportation case against immigrants on the same day Texas sued to stop the rule.

The rule, which was adopted in 2024, allowed immigration judges to close a deportation case after hearing argumentsfrom the federal government and the immigrant in deportation proceedings,especially if the person could qualify for a benefit that allows them to stay in the country legally.

But on Monday, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit in the Northern District of Texas in Wichita Fallsto block the rule with U.S. Judge Reed O’Connor, who was appointed by former President George W. Bush.

The lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Justice was also co-filed by America First Legal Foundation, an organization founded by Stephen Miller, a senior adviser to President Trump who has focused on ways to limit both legal and illegal immigration to the country. America First Legal Foundation also previously filed various lawsuits representing Paxton against the Biden administration’s immigration policies, which helped derail President Biden’s immigration agenda in his lone term.

In this latest complaint,Paxton’s office said in the 43-page lawsuit that the Biden-era rule “effectively grant(s) indefinite amnesty to aliens illegally present in this country.”

Lawsuits usually take several months to years to settle,but in this case O’Connor ruled late on Monday in favor of Texas after the Department of Justicefiled its response saying it agreed with Paxton’s office.

Paxton’s office and the DOJ did not respond to immediate requests for comment.

President Trump, in keeping with his campaign promise, has cracked down on immigrants, using many of the federal government’s resources to limit immigration and fast-track deportations, including undocumented people and others who were allowed to be in the U.S. by previous administrations.

O’Connor has been known as conservative leaders’ favorite judgebecause he has routinely ruled in favor of Paxton, who has strategically filed lawsuits against the Obama and Biden administration.

The fast-paced end to the rule echoes a similar maneuver conducted by the DOJ and Paxton’s office last year, when the federal agency sued Texas over a lawallowing undocumented students to qualify for lower tuition rates at public universities. Hours after the suit was filed, Texas also asked Judge O’Connor to find the law unconstitutional, which he did.

After the law was overturned, legal experts said a state working with the federal government so closely for the swift overturning of a state law was unusual and raised questions about collusion.

The quick resolution to the case late on Monday washeavily criticized by immigration law experts.

“This is madness! Deliberate collusion with a federal judge to rapidly erase regulations without any input from affected parties,” said Aaron Reichlin-Melnick, a senior fellow with American Immigration Council, a group in Washington, D.C.,that advocates for immigrants. “It’s clearly an unlawful act by all, and now litigants will have to seek to intervene in the already-completed lawsuit to overturn his actions.”

NATO countries have forced Moscow to take action to defend its interests and label it as a threat to justify increased military spending, the president says

Western nations are no longer hiding their preparations for war with Russia, President Vladimir Putin has said, adding that NATO and EU leaders are using “false claims” about the supposed ‘Russian threat’ to justify rampant militarization.

Putin made the remarks on Tuesday during a ceremony in the Kremlin for graduates of Russia’s military, security, and law enforcement academies, saying NATO’s posture has shifted from supporting Kiev with weapons and funding to outright preparations for war.

“Now, they are openly saying that they are preparing for war with us, increasing military offensive budgets,” Putin said. He argued that Western governments are using the same playbook that has always been used against Russia.

“At first, they create threats for our country, force us to take actions necessary for self-defense, and then immediately accuse us of all mortal sins to justify the continuation of their aggressive policy,” he said, drawing parallels to the attempts by Nazi Germany and other Western countries to label the Soviet Union as the aggressor after Germany launched a surprise invasion in 1941.

Donald Trump's approval rating is rebounding after the White House made strides to end the war in Iran, sending oil prices tanking.

The President's approval rating has ticked up to 47 percent, while his disapproval hovers at 53 percent, according to the latest exclusive Daily Mail/JL Partners survey.

It is the 80-year-old's highest approval rating this year, since the end of February, just days before the US launched its war against Iran in conjunction with Israel.

For the past three months, Trump's approval rating in the Daily Mail/JL Partners polls has consistently stayed at 43 percent, up a tick from his all-time lowest approval rating this year at 42 percent in mid-March.

The improvement signifies American voters' appreciation of the administration's efforts to end the nearly four-month-long war.

The poll was conducted June 19-21, just after the President visited France for the G7 meeting of world leaders, where Iran peace was a hot topic of discussion. Trump talked repeatedly about wrapping up the war and how its end will juice global markets.

Trump also signed a memorandum of understanding with Iran to extend the ceasefire and hash out specific terms to end hostilities, and markets have reacted positively.

Gas prices in the US have been on the decline during the same period, dropping to $3.93 from $4.52 per gallon of regular grade, according to AAA.

Trump Privately Told Zelensky To Act 'More Boldly' Toward Russia: Ukrainian Media

While the globe's attention has been fixated on efforts to finally achieve US-Iran peace, based on negotiations in Switzerland, the Russia-Ukraine war has been quietly (or not so quietly) heating up, as evidenced in the increasingly brazen Ukrainian drone attacks on Moscow and Crimea.

A slew of Ukrainian publications on Tuesday are reporting that this is in large part due to a White House greenlight to bring the war to Russian territory, in order to finally get significant concessions from Moscow, after over four years of grinding and a largely stalemated conflict.

"Ukraine now believes it has secured White House backing for a campaign aimed at forcing Russia into meaningful negotiations, the Kyiv Independent has learned," one such prominent English-language publication says.

The key claim is that President Trump privately told President Volodymyr Zelensky to act "more boldly," a senior Ukrainian official has claimed to several outlets.

"Trump says he doesn't really believe (Vladimir) Putin will do anything without pressure," the official, said to have been briefed on a recent Trump-Zelensky meeting, added.

"President (Trump) believes in peace through strength," one US official separately added.

According to Trump, who was recently asked about lukewarm efforts to get the warring sides back to the negotiating table…

"I don't mind," the American President said. "I mean, let them deal."

Ukraine's Zelensky had just days ago proclaimed: "I will not travel to Moscow to meet with Putin. We can meet in Turkey, Switzerland, or the Middle East."

Washington has clearly taken a step back after the prior big Putin-Trump summit in Alaska failed to produce any significant or lasting results in Ukraine, other than perhaps improving Moscow-Washington relations.

If it's true that Trump did indeed tell Zelensky to act 'more boldly' - this will music to the UK, France, Germany, and Baltic states' ears… they have wanted a clearer US greenlight to impose heavy costs on Russia.

But obviously the situation remains highly dangerous, given if they poke the nuclear-armed Russian bear too much, the war could finally escalate beyond just Ukraine and Russia's borders.

The problem is that this has all been tried before, and Russia only escalates in turn, seeking to clarify its red lines to the West. It's long been a proxy war, but things can always slide into dangerous open confrontation and conflict with NATO.

Scientists at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) revised the autopsy results of children who died after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine, reducing the number of children the agency classified as having likely died as a result of their vaccination, according to documents released last week by Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.).

The documents show that in November 2025, the FDA’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER) identified 10 child deaths related to the COVID-19 shots. But in December 2025, it reduced the number to seven and downgraded the probability that those deaths were connected to the children’s vaccination.

The Daily Caller, which first reported, quoted two former FDA officials and a forensic pathologist who performed two of the children’s autopsies. One of the FDA officials told the outlet the emails reveal “a coverup” by the FDA and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Johnson included the documents in a letter sent last week to U.S. Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., CDC Acting Director Jay Bhattacharya and FDA Acting Commissioner Kyle Diamantas.

Even the reduced number of deaths was enough to trigger concern among some FDA scientists about the safety of the COVID-19 shots, Johnson’s letter stated.

“Although what drove the decision to change these three cases remains to be seen, what is clear is that these officials appear to have determined that the seven cases warranted warning about the risks,” Johnson wrote. These risks “should have raised serious concerns at HHS and CDC about the mRNA COVID-19 Injections.”

Even after the downgrade, the FDA’s Division of Pharmacovigilance recommended revising the label of the Pfizer and Moderna mRNA COVID-19 vaccines to include a warning about the risk of “myocarditis with fatal outcomes.”

The change was never made, for reasons that are not clear.

Myocarditis is widely associated with the mRNA COVID-19 vaccines and, with reports of deaths connected to the vaccines, particularly among teenage and young adult males.

Sen. Johnson: ‘The biggest government scandal’ of his lifetime

Johnson, who chairs the U.S. Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, is investigating a potential federal cover-up of COVID-19 vaccine risks.

In a post on X earlier this month, Johnson called the cover-up “way bigger than Watergate.” In a follow-up post, he called it “the biggest government scandal” of his lifetime.

According to the Daily Caller, the children’s deaths occurred in 2021 and 2022, but were not revealed until 2025.

One of the unnamed FDA officials who spoke to the outlet said, “One wonders if there was internal pressure at the FDA during that time not to report these pediatric deaths in a timely manner.”

Attorney Greg Glaser said the FDA’s “maneuvering to obscure the true devastation of these vaccines is the definition of a fraudulent act” to protect Big Pharma.

Johnson is asking the CDC to provide him with all records relating to its decision to award Pfizer new contracts for its COVID-19 shots, and all CDC and FDA records about child deaths related to COVID-19 vaccination and any deliberations that occurred over whether to change the labels of the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines.

Brian Hooker, Ph.D., chief scientific officer for Children’s Health Defense (CHD), said the number of child deaths linked to the COVID-19 shots is likely much higher, citing reports from the federal Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). He said:

“VAERS reports (for U.S. only) show 84 child deaths (17 and under) from the COVID shot. We know that because of the gross underreporting of VAERS and the consistent efforts by the medical profession to mask vaccine deaths, 84 child deaths are only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to mortality associated with the COVID shot.

“In light of this, it seems ridiculous to quibble over the HHS [U.S. Department of Health and Human Services] trying to reduce the number of deaths from 10 to 7. However, it belies the fact that when it comes to vaccines, the deep state within HHS, past and present, will lie through their teeth about a death or injury related to vaccines.”

LAUSD Superintendent Alberto Carvalho Resigns Months After FBI Raid

Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) Superintendent Alberto Carvalho resigned effective June 21, months after the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) raided both his home and office.

In mid-February, FBI agents raided Carvalho’s home and office, as well as a third location in Miami. The FBI has not said what it is investigating regarding Carvalho or whether anything was seized during the raids.

Following the investigation, the LAUSD Board of Education unanimously voted to place Carvalho on paid administrative leave, NBC News reported.

“The Board remains steadfast in its commitment to ensuring stability, continuity, and continued progress through strong leadership. Our focus remains unchanged: providing every student with a high-quality education, supporting our dedicated workforce, and maintaining the trust of the communities we serve,” LAUSD said in a statement provided to NBC.

Federal prosecutors have an open case against Joanna Smith-Griffin, founder of AllHere, a now-defunct tech company that LAUSD contracted to build a chatbot called “Ed” for students in the district. Federal prosecutors have charged Smith-Griffin with securities fraud, wire fraud, and identity theft.

By the time AllHere collapsed, LAUSD had paid more than $3 million in advance, according to NBC News. Carvalho had publicly supported “Ed” on numerous occasions.

Carvalho released a statement in March, following the initial FBI raid, maintaining his innocence: “Mr. Carvalho remains confident that the evidence will ultimately demonstrate that he acted appropriately and in the best interests of students.”

Carvalho’s name is not mentioned in the Smith-Griffin case, and he has not been charged with any crimes.

LAUSD said in a statement that Acting Superintendent Andrés Chait will continue in his role. Carvalho had been Superintendent since 2022.

IDF says it hit Hezbollah operatives in Lebanon, as new Jerusalem-Beirut talks begin in DC

Terror group claims civilians were killed, truce was violated; Lebanon’s Aoun voices hope that Washington talks will be ‘decisive,’ says he won’t accept less than full IDF withdrawal

The Israel Defense Forces said it struck armed Hezbollah operatives spotted near Israeli forces in southern Lebanon in two separate incidents on Tuesday, as Jerusalem and Beirut kicked off another round of direct talks in Washington.

In the first incident, the IDF said a cell of Hezbollah gunmen was spotted in the Ali Taher ridge area, close to Nabatieh and north of the Israeli-held security zone in southern Lebanon. It said the operatives were targeted by troops “to remove the threat.”

Lebanese media reported that Israeli fire in the area killed two and injured two in the incident.

Hezbollah disputed the claim that the targets of the strike were terror operatives, and accused Israel of opening fire on a “group of civilians” who were “working to clear roads and recover the bodies of martyrs from beneath the rubble” near Nabatieh.

The Iran-backed terror group claimed that in doing so, Israel had violated the terms of a ceasefire that has largely held since Sunday.

“What the enemy has done constitutes a blatant violation of the ceasefire, which [Hezbollah] has adhered to until now,” it added.

In a separate incident several hours later, the IDF said it fired on four Hezbollah operatives who crossed into Israel’s security zone in southern Lebanon.

According to the military, troops spotted the four Hezbollah operatives crossing into the zone in a bulldozer and on a motorcycle near the Ali Taher ridge, “in a manner that posed an immediate threat.”

After detecting the operatives, troops fired warning shots toward them.

“After the operatives continued to approach and did not respond to the forces’ calls, additional fire was carried out in order to remove the threat,” the military said, adding that at least one was hit.

The flare-up in southern Lebanon came as representatives from Beirut and Jerusalem gathered in Washington for another round of direct talks hosted by the US State Department.

Tuesday’s session was expected to focus on both political and security issues, before being split off into separate sessions on the two topics on Wednesday and Thursday, respectively.

Israel and Lebanon were represented at the talks by their respective ambassadors in Washington, while State Department Counselor Dan Holler and Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs Dan Zimmerman represented the US.

A “fiery” night over occupied Crimea: Ukraine’s drone forces logged a 60-target sweep

Among other targets, the Unmanned Systems Forces now count 23 Russian air-defense assets destroyed this month, with two launchers, a radar, and an AA-gun added overnight.

A Ukrainian commander of the Army's drone branch has put an official tally on the overnight assault that monitoring channels flagged across occupied Crimea earlier on 23 June.

Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces (SBS) said the strikes ran through air defenses, fuel sites, and three costly Russian drones on the ground. The count topped 60 targets.

Ukraine's middle-strike campaign, including stripping Russia of its air cover over the occupied territories, keeps widening, part of a push to destroy the Russian logistics in southern and eastern occupied parts of Ukraine and turn the Crimean peninsula into a logistical island.

"Moscow will go down in Crimea"

SBS commander Robert "Madyar" Brovdi said: "Moscow will go down in Crimea. The SBS 'birds' will keep doing their part," he wrote.

He called the overnight assault a "fiery" night in the occupied peninsula. The strikes reached deep into Russian-held territory.

Air defenses, fuel, and drones on the list

The targets spanned occupied Crimea and the southern front. Brovdi counted four air-defense systems among them. SBS hit a Pantsir-S1 system, a Russian short-range air-defense vehicle, near Baherove.

It struck an S-300 launcher, part of a long-range missile system, and an anti-aircraft gun at Kurortne. Drones also hit a Nebo-U radar at Kerch.

The footage put SBS's June count of destroyed Russian air-defense assets at 23. The latest strikes added two launchers, a radar, and an anti-aircraft gun. Each loss further thins the cover Russia relies on over the peninsula.

The commander confirmed the strikes on the Kerch oil depot, a gas-distribution station, and an electrical substation.

Three Orion drones caught near Kerch

SBS destroyed three Russian Orion drones near Kerch, Brovdi said. The Orion is a reconnaissance-strike aircraft that carries guided bombs and small cruise missiles.

Footage confirmed one drone fully destroyed, likely as crews prepared it to fly, Militarnyi noted. The other two sat under camouflage nets.

That left it unclear whether they were real Orions or full-size decoys. Russia increasingly fields such decoys to waste Ukrainian strike drones.

Convoys and fuel across the occupied territories

SBS units also hit multiple Russian supply and fuel trucks.

They hit supply transport at Pryazovske in Zaporizhzhia Oblast. More convoys went down across Crimea and four occupied oblasts.

A Russian drone-pilot training ground near Debaltseve was also hit.

Part of a wider assault

The drone strikes reported by Brovdi formed part of a broader overnight attack on Crimea, setting a Kerch power plant ablaze and blacking out much of the peninsula.

In the same push, the military intelligence hunted down the Russian supply trucks trying to enter Crimea from the north, while Ukraine's special forces also destroyed a railway bridge over the North Crimean Canal.

Squeezing the crossings

Ukraine has battered the northern bridges to Crimea through June. It hit four bridges near the entrance on 11 June.

It struck the Chonhar road bridge and rail bridge, then the bridges at Chonhar and Armiansk on 15 and 20 June. On 20 June, the drone force also struck Crimea's gas infrastructure.

Eight of the ten Antifa members convicted of terrorism charges for an attack on a Texas ICE detention center were sentenced to at least 50 years in prison on Tuesday.

The Antifa ringleader Benjamin Song was sentenced to 100 years in prison.

Eight people who were found guilty of terrorism-related charges earlier this year for a 2025 attack on an ICE detention facility in Alvarado, Texas, learned their punishments on Tuesday.One member of the group, identified as the group’s leader, was sentenced to a century in prison.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Texas said on Monday that sentencing for the defendants would happen Tuesday morning.The verdicts, handed down in March, came as the defendants stood accused in the July 4, 2025, plot targeting the Prairieland ICE detention center following weeks of testimony from investigators, law enforcement and cooperating witnesses.

Benjamin Song was hit with the longest prison sentence: 100 years behind bars.Maricela Rueda was sentenced to 70 years in prison. Autumn Hill was sentenced to 50 years, along with Zachary Evetts, Savanna Batten, Meagan Morris, and Elizabeth Soto. Daniel Rolando Sanchez-Estrada was sentenced to 30 years in prison.

Prosecutors said that the group launched a premeditated terror attack on the detention facility inspired by antifa ideology, by setting off fireworks, vandalizing property, and shooting at police officers who responded. One officer was struck in the neck with a bullet and survived.

In March, a jury found nine Antifa members guilty of terrorism charges in an attack on an ICE detention center in Texas.

The nine indicted defendants: Cameron Arnold, a/k/a Autunm Hill, Zachary Evetts, Benjamin Song, Savanna Batten, Bradford Morris, a/k/a Meagan Morris, Maricela Rueda, Elizabeth Soto, Ines Soto, and Daniel Rolando Sanchez-Estrada.

Last 4th of July, nearly a dozen Antifa members dressed in black bloc and body armor descended on the Prairieland ICE Detention Center in Alvarado, Texas.

The terrorists fired off explosives, vandalized federal vehicles, and fired shots at police officers.

A police officer was shot in the neck.

The defendants were found guilty on riot charges, providing material support to terrorists, conspiracy to use and carry an explosive, and using and carrying an explosive, three counts of attempted murder of an officer, three counts of discharging a firearm during a violent crime, corruptly concealing a document and conspiracy to conceal documents.

“Today’s verdict shows the FBI remains committed to identifying, locating, and dismantling Antifa and its funding networks across the country,” said FBI Director Kash Patel. “Acts of violence against our law enforcement partners will not be tolerated, and we continue our work to protect communities across the country from domestic terrorism.”

Senate Homeland Security Chairman Rand Paul issued a subpoena Monday to force former National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director Anthony Fauci to testify in front of his panel after the Biden administration official declined to do so voluntarily.

The senator claimed Fauci previously agreed to testify in front of the panel, but former Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard on her last day in office last week declassified a several-hundred-page agency report on Fauci related to when he was NIAID director, the COVID-19 pandemic and the continuing, unresolved issue of the origin of the deadly virus.

Paul said the new hearing will take place in a public forum next month.

Mysterious pay-for-play antisemitism attacks now targeting Canada. Who benefits?

A wave of strange property attacks targeting Jewish sites in Canada is attributed to apolitical youth paid in crypto. The violence follows the same playbook seen in Australia and the UK. While Iran and Palestine solidarity campaigners are blamed, Israel exploits the tension.

Canada is the latest in a string of nations to attribute a wave of high-profile but mostly low-consequence attacks to a mysterious online “gun-for-hire” plot. If Canada follows the pattern set in Australia, Europe and the UK, the “foreign entity” its government is already blaming for orchestrating the petty violence will be identified as Iran.

According to the Toronto Star, “Police believe that several young people have been hired to carry out shootings throughout the city and the wider GTA, including the U.S. consulate shooting, shootings at synagogues and Jewish schools, as well as shootings targeting the waste management company GFL Environmental.”

But there’s another nation with a history of hiring locals to perpetrate crimes, employing low-level violence to poison third-party bilateral relationships, fanning anti-semitism to justify its own carnage, and using local Jewish populations as pawns.

It is Israel, which happens to be the only nation to have extracted any political benefit for the growing wave of pay-for-play attacks on Jewish targets in the West.

Canadian police say consulate, synagogue shootings are linked to shooter-for-hire network

Canadian police recently announced that they believe many of the recent attacks on synagogues and other apparently unrelated targets are actually the work of paid criminal elements.

On June 16, police in Toronto said at least 27 shootings in the Greater Toronto Area appeared to be the work of a gun-for-hire network, in which mostly young men were recruited over encrypted messaging apps like Whatsapp to commit disparate acts of violence for which they’d be paid $1,000 in cryptocurrency. The gunmen film themselves committing the crimes as proof for their paymasters, they say.

Toronto Police Chief Myron Demkiw declared, “What we know is that bad actors are using criminal elements in our city to carry out these dangerous incidents” and that “it is clear that some of the people hiring these criminals want to create a sense of fear in our communities, including in the Jewish community.”

According to Demkiw, the identity of the person or group behind the attack was still a matter under investigation. However, Canadian Secretary of State for Combating Crime Ruby Sahota seems to have narrowed it down somewhat. She said on June 17 that “the shooters were paid and hired by a foreign entity.”

This is not the first time a foreign entity has been accused of orchestrating small scale attacks in a Commonwealth nation.

Tip from Israel leads Australian authorities to blame Iran for 2024 fire bombings

Last year, Australia came to the conclusion that a foreign entity was behind two fire bombings that occurred in late 2024, one at a kosher restaurant in Sydney and one at Adas Israel Synagogue in Melbourne – one of the few non-Zionist congregations in the country. The attacks generated outrage and were immediately attributed to antisemitism.

However, Australian authorities soon determined that “overseas actors” were instigating the attacks, and that the perpetrators were not antisemites, but paid dupes.

Two men were arrested last summer in connection with the attacks, and a third on June 19.

In August 2025, the Australian government declared that Iran had been behind the attacks, with the head of the Australian Security Intelligence Organization investigation saying a “painstaking investigation” had “uncovered and unpicked the links between the alleged crimes and the commanders in Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps, the IRGC.”

This was difficult, as ASIO Director General Mike Burgess said Iran had used a “complex web of proxies to hide its involvement” in both antisemitic attacks.

Israeli government signs $40 million deal to launch pro-war propaganda campaign aimed at Christian Republicans

The state of Israel is spending a record amount of money in a desperate attempt to halt the collapse of its standing among American conservatives, an Israeli media outlet reported last week.

According to a June 18 article in the Israeli news outlet Haaretz, the Israeli government is paying $40.5 million for an influence campaign aimed at Christian Republicans. This is three times the budget originally allocated to the campaign, as the Israelis seek to reverse their plummeting approval ratings among Americans from whom they typically receive their most enthusiastic support.

This is damage control on steroids.

The campaign began with the signing of a public relations contract in November 2025, but now that campaign is being expanded with a refocused message in an attempt to justify the war in Iran, Haaretz reported.

Documents filed with the U.S. Justice Department further reveal that Israel has signed a new contract with a New York production company to produce a pro-Israel digital storytelling campaign, at a cost of nearly $1 million, Haaretz reported.

The Trump administration launched the war against Iran on Feb. 28, largely on the advice of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who reportedly met with President Trump in the White House situation room on Feb. 11, two weeks before the war started and convinced Trump that Iran’s government could be toppled within days or weeks. The war lasted nearly four months and the hardline regime is still firmly in place in Tehran. Both Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Trump himself have since admitted the decision to attack Iran was made not because it was necessarily the best thing for America but because it was thought to have benefitted Israel. Even that is now debatable.

The war did not achieve any of its initial objectives despite having cost American taxpayers tens of billions of dollars. An estimate from Moody’s Analytics said the war has already cost U.S. consumers and taxpayers around $132 billion.

Haaretz revealed last November that Israel had signed agreements worth millions of dollars with American content and media companies to run pro-Israel campaigns aimed at Christian conservatives on its behalf, against the backdrop of the plunge in support for Israel since the war in Gaza, including among segments of the public traditionally considered pro-Israel.

The central contract, worth $6 million, was signed with a public relations firm owned by Brad Parscale, who ran U.S. President Donald Trump’s digital election campaigns in 2016 and 2020. In February, Haaretz exposed some of the products that the firm delivered, chief among them a network of propaganda sites featuring pro-Israel and anti-Palestinian content, designed to appear neutral and factual. The sites’ central aim was to influence the answers provided by search engines and AI-based chatbots.

Since then, Israel’s standing on the American right has deteriorated even further. Polls conducted in March, at the height of the war with Iran, show this trend is especially strong among young Republicans. According to a survey by the Pew Research Center, about 41 percent of Republicans and 57 percent of young Republicans (under 50) hold a negative view of Israel. Overall, about 60 percent of Americans now hold a negative view of Israel, compared with 53 percent last year and 42 percent in 2022. Americans’ trust in Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is also declining: Nearly 60 percent of the American public doesn’t trust Netanyahu’s decision-making on the international stage, compared with 52 percent last year and 42 percent in 2023.

Documents recently filed by Parscale’s firm under the U.S. Foreign Agents Registration Act show that its agreement with the Israeli government has been updated and expanded, so that the state is now paying $4.5 million a month for the campaign instead of $1.5 million, bringing the total to $40.5 million for “digital advertising” over the course of a year.

Cyberattack Hit Iranian Banks After Progress In Talks With U.S.

Iran’s state-owned Informatics Services Corporation (ISC) announced on June 23 that cyberattacks disrupted card-based banking services at the banks of Melli, Saderat and Tejarat.

This prompted a temporary suspension of all card-related operations at the three banks to prevent further unauthorized access, the banking technology provider told state TV, noting that cybersecurity teams are working to restore normal operations.

Meanwhile, the London-based Persian-language Iran International also reported a serious distribution in service as a result of the same cyberattack in the banks of Pasargad, Mellat, Sepah, Tose’e Ta’avon, and Resalat. The distribution in these five banks may be, however, the result of the temporary suspension implemented by the ISC.

Major banks including Melli, Saderat, Tejarat and the Export Development Bank of Iran have faced disruptions first reported on June 14 after a cyberattack targeting a shared communication infrastructure, Iran’s banking coordination council said at the time. Iranian state media said those took several days to resolve.

The earlier cyberattack did not compromise customer data, according to Iranian officials, who didn’t identify the side responsible.

Iran previously blamed hostile foreign actors, namely Israel, for similar cyberattacks, and in many cases there was evidence of this.

The latest incident came just a day after the United States lifted sanctions on Iranian oil exports for a temporary period as a result of “encouraging” talks with the Islamic Republic in Switzerland in the framework of the memorandum of understanding signed earlier in the month.

It is more than likely that the cyberattack was orchestrated by Israel in response to this progress in the American-Iranian talks. While Israel has not outright rejected the deal, many of its senior officials made it clear that they were not fully pleased with it.

'Frankenstein' rabbits with tentacles sprouting from their heads invade several US states

Reports of rabbits appearing as grotesque, horned creatures with black, tentacle-like growths sprouting from their heads are on the rise.

Americans in Wisconsin, Minnesota and New York have shared images online of the creatures in recent months, likening them to 'something that escaped from a horror movie.'

The rabbits are infected by the cottontail papilloma virus (CRPV), also known as Shope papilloma virus, which causes cancerous lesions resembling horns, typically on or near the animal's head.

The strange-looking rabbits made headlines in August of 2025 when numerous sightings emerged in Fort Collins, Colorado.

At the time, Colorado Parks and Wildlife urged the public to avoid touching infected rabbits or attempting to help them, noting that while the virus is not believed to spread to humans or pets, people should still keep their distance.

Another sighting was shared on Reddit about five months ago, writing: 'I have never seen this. Didn't even know about this. Anyone else seeing infected rabbits like this in Minnesota?'

Meanwhile, Cheryl Maplethorpe, from River Falls, Wisconsin, had a similar sighting on June 11.

She shared an image of the rabbit in her yard, capturing tentacle-like growths sprouting from the back of its head.

The virus spreads mainly via mosquitoes and ticks, which bite an infected animal and pass on the DNA-altering condition.

Scientists noted that SPV rarely spreads through direct contact between these rabbits, and there are no known cases of insects infecting people with it through a bite.

Former New Hampshire State Representative and Massachusetts Daycare Worker Sentenced to Decades in Prison for Child Exploitation

BOSTON – A New Hampshire woman, formerly employed at a daycare in Tyngsborough, Mass., and her former intimate partner have been sentenced in federal court in Boston for child exploitation and child pornography charges.

Lindsay Groves, 41, of Hudson, N.H., was sentenced on June 2, 2026 by U.S. Senior District Court Judge F. Dennis Saylor IV to 262 months in prison, to be followed by five years of supervised release. Stacie Marie Laughton, 42, of Nashua, N.H., a former New Hampshire State Representative, was sentenced on June 18, 2026 by U.S. Senior District Court Judge F. Dennis Saylor IV to 400 months in prison, to be followed by five years of supervised release. In October and November of 2025, the defendants pleaded guilty to three counts of sexual exploitation of children. Groves also pleaded guilty to one count of distribution of child pornography.

Groves and Laughton were arrested and charged by criminal complaint in June 2023 and July 2023, respectively. They were both subsequently indicted by a federal grand jury in July 2023.

“Parents rely on daycare centers to provide safe, nurturing and heathy environments for their children. These defendants exploited parents’ trust in the most egregious way imaginable. All to satisfy their disgusting prurient interests. The victims in this case were toddlers – children who were not yet old enough to care for themselves and, in some cases, not even fully verbal. Everyone who learns about the conduct in this case should be outraged. The defendants striped these children of their innocence – something that can never be undone,” said United States Attorney Leah B. Foley. “The sentences imposed reflect the depravity of the conduct and the seriousness of the crimes. My office will seek the most serious charges and the stiffest sentences for anyone who preys on children.”

“This is one of the most abhorrent and disturbing crimes ever investigated by this office. It represents a profound violation of trust and the safety of vulnerable children. Groves and Laughton exploited their positions and betrayed the trust of parents and the community,” said Jeff Grimming, Acting Special Agent in Charge of Homeland Security Investigations in New England. “There are few crimes more disturbing than the sexual assault of a child, and no person more disturbing than one who stands accused of preying upon the most innocent members of our communities. HSI New England will continue to prioritize public safety by working tenaciously to remove child sex predators from our New England neighborhoods.”

Groves worked at Creative Minds located in Tyngsborough, Mass. Between May 2022 and June 2023, Groves took nude images of children at the daycare and sent the photos to Laughton, with whom she was previously in an intimate relationship. Specifically, Groves used natural bathroom breaks for the children (routine diaper/pull-up changes prior to “naptime”) to take multiple photos of the prepubescent children in a private bathroom and then sent the photos to Laughton via text message at Laughton’s request.

Forensic review of Grove’s and Laughton’s cellphones revealed over 10,000 text messages between them during an approximate one-month period in 2023. These messages included discussion about, and transfer of, explicit photographs that Groves had taken of children while employed at Creative Minds – including at least four sexually explicit images of children who appear to be approximately three to five years old.

All minor victims involved in this matter have been identified and their families have been contacted by law enforcement.

Drone strikes target Kordofan infrastructure, disrupt services, UN says

(UNITED NATIONS) – Escalating violence and drone attacks in and around the North Kordofan state capital of El Obeid have put civilians at risk and severely disrupted essential services, a United Nations spokesperson said.

Between Thursday and Sunday, drone strikes reportedly targeted multiple locations in El Obeid, including a power substation and a fuel station, according to U.N. Spokesperson Stéphane Dujarric during a press briefing on Monday.

The local medical group Sudan Doctors Network reported that the attacks forced the closure of several medical facilities in the city, including a dialysis centre. The strikes also caused water stations to shut down, further cutting off essential services for residents.

Elsewhere in North Kordofan, local sources said two key bridges south of Um Ruwaba were targeted by drones on Monday.

The bridges sit along the main road connecting North Kordofan and South Kordofan. Despite the damage, humanitarian partners reported that movement along the corridor remained possible.

Additional drone attacks were reported on Monday in the city of Ar Rahad, located southeast of El Obeid along a key highway. Recent days have also seen drone strikes in North Darfur and White Nile states, causing civilian casualties and infrastructure damage.

Meanwhile, in nearby West Kordofan, a cholera outbreak continues to worsen. The UN attributed the spike to limited humanitarian access, insecurity, ongoing displacement, and a lack of safe drinking water and sanitation.

The U.N. and its partners have supported the provision of cholera treatments, supplied medical materials, and established treatment centres in the state, alongside running awareness campaigns.

Dujarric reiterated calls for all warring parties to uphold international humanitarian and human rights law, protect civilians and infrastructure, and facilitate unhindered humanitarian aid.
