UAP forum will let public hear from lawmakers, whistleblowers on disclosure

This Thursday, nearly two dozen lawmakers, former intelligence officials, researchers, and whistleblowers will come together for a first-of-its-kind forum on UAP disclosure and its implications.

The event, called Disclosure Forum 2026, is taking place in Washington, D.C. The theme, “Humanity at the Edge of Discovery,” will guide panels, presentations, and roundtables with congressional lawmakers, as well as discussions on security, defense, and policy.

Featured speakers include U.S. Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y., U.S. Rep. Eric Burlison, R-Mo., and U.S. Rep. Tim Burchett, R-Tenn.

 

Disclosure Foundation board members Professor Avi Loeb and Mike Gold will also speak. Both joined NewsNation to discuss this week’s event. “There are few issues that can unite humanity like UAP,” Gold told NewsNation’s Hena Doba on Sunday.

“So, at this forum this week, you’re going to see leading Republicans, leading Democrats coming together to look at this issue that, by the way, has robust bipartisan support among the public …

And the event coming up this week will be a demand for transparency, for accountability and the truth.”

 

According to a poll conducted by the Disclosure Foundation, 89% of Republicans and 88% of Democrats want more information released about UAP.

 

UAP a ‘national security issue,’ Gold says

One issue many point to is the potential risks posed by UAP — and whether they should be viewed as emerging threats.

“UAP is not just a science issue, not just humanity — it’s a national security issue,” Gold said. “We must take UAP seriously, and we must get past that stigma, not just for scientific advancement, but also for national security reasons.”

“If we are dealing with drones as being these orbs that were not identified,” Loeb said on “NewsNation Prime” on Sunday, “then we are facing technologies that are not understood by the Pentagon, the intelligence agencies, and we need to figure it out.”

 

Loeb was recently appointed by the White House to lead the new UAP Science Advisory Council. The team will assist the federal government in determining the nature of UAP.

“That’s why resources need to be allocated to further research on the existing data, but also collecting new data that will be clearer,” he said.

 

Not every council member is a UAP believer

Not everyone on the advisory council believes in UAP. Loeb said he intentionally included a skeptic to help avoid bias in the group’s research.

“If he starts from a different view than many of us have and, by the end of the process, sides with us,” Loeb said, “that would indicate we accomplished our mission and reached robust conclusions.”

 

To show there are no hard feelings, Loeb said they even have a wager.

“I have a bet with this skeptic that by 2030 we will figure out the nature of UAP and that they might be extraterrestrial in origin,” he said.

 

Advisory Council findings to remain unclassified

Some have questioned how much transparency the UAP Advisory Council will provide, given that it works with the Pentagon, a Defense Department entity that has been accused of withholding UAP information for decades. Loeb said the public will have access to the council’s findings.

“All the information that will be processed by the council will be unclassified,” he said. “This council brings together an exceptional group of brilliant people. I know each of them personally, and I can guarantee to you that we’ll do our best to justify the trust that the public gives us.”

 

One set of data the group is expected to review is within NASA archives. A transcript recently released by the Department of Defense details Apollo 17 astronauts’ accounts of observing UAP during three periods in 1972.

“We need to go through those NASA archives,” Gold said. “I think there’s a treasure trove of data and imagery like this that could not only help unlock the mystery of UAP but provide some incredible scientific advancement as well.”

 

While the transcript was part of the Pentagon’s third batch of previously unreleased UAP files this year, some critics say it’s not enough. Gold disagrees.

“This is what winning looks like for disclosure, for transparency, and kudos to everyone in Congress who’s making this happen,” he said.

Blaze in India study center leaves at least 14 dead

A blaze in a commercial building in the northern Indian city of Lucknow on Monday has left at least 14 people dead, most of them students.

 

The fire broke out in a building located in the Aliganj neighborhood, which housed a pet shop and veterinary clinic on the lower floors, in addition to an animation studio and a study center upstairs.

 

The deputy chief minister of the northern state of Uttar Pradesh, Brajesh Pathak, confirmed that 14 bodies have been recovered, while ten people were undergoing treatment in a hospital.

 

Local media reports that several people were injured. Rescue efforts were coordinated by officials from the fire department, police, and district administration.

 

Authorities have not determined the cause of the blaze. Videos circulating on social media showed people shimmying to the ground on makeshift ropes, as well as a person falling from the first floor while trying to escape. Local media later reported that the man has been hospitalized.

 

Some animals rescued from the pet clinic were also injured.

 

Firefighters broke open a wall to gain entry to the building as thick smoke hampered rescue efforts. Exhaust fans were used to clear the smoke.

Thousands of Brazilians in a number of states were shocked and puzzled by emergency alerts sent to their cell phones in the middle of the night, some containing gibberish while others warned them to brace for an imminent alien attack.

 

The false alarms were sent between Friday night and early Saturday morning through Brazil’s Civil Defense Alert platform, a system normally reserved for serious warnings about floods, landslides, storms, and other emergencies.

 

People in several cities were awakened by ‘extreme alert’ notifications containing the word ‘misanthropy’ – meaning hatred or distrust of humanity – while others received messages that sounded less like public safety advice and more like the opening scene of a low-budget sci-fi film.

 

“Protect yourself: ALIEN ATTACK. Humans, we have arrived,” read the message received by some residents of Belo Horizonte,the capital of Minas Gerais state, according to G1 Globo. Another version warned of a supposed tornado in the metropolitan region.

 

There was, officials later clarified, no alien invasion. The real emergency, according to the National Civil Defense, was much more earthly: The alert platform had apparently been compromised.

 

The agency said the system was taken offline at 1:30 AM on Saturday after an unauthorized third party remotely triggered alerts to several regions of the country. The Federal Police launched a probe, as technicians work to restore the platform.

 

For many Brazilians, the first response was not concern but memes. Others were less amused, noting that the same alert system is supposed to warn people of real disasters and that a false ‘extreme’ message in the middle of the night could easily cause panic.

 

Residents in Belo Horizonte reportedly called Civil Defense, firefighters, and police in search of explanations after the alerts blared on their phones. Some said they woke family members or looked for safer rooms after seeing the tornado warning, while others quickly suspected a hoax after reading the extraterrestrial portion of the message.

 

The incident came at an awkwardly cosmic moment. Just days earlier, the Pentagon released another batch of declassified files on unidentified anomalous phenomena, the official term for UFOs, including witness accounts, photos, and videos of unexplained objects.

The “parable of the weeds” (also called the parable of the wheat and tares) is a story Jesus tells in Matthew 13 to explain why good and evil coexist now, and why final separation and judgment are delayed until “the end of the age.”

 

The story itself

Jesus says the kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed (wheat) in his field, but an enemy came at night and sowed weeds among the wheat.

 

When the plants grew, the servants noticed both wheat and weeds together and asked if they should pull the weeds out. The owner said no, because uprooting the weeds might also uproot the wheat; instead, both should grow together until harvest.

 

At harvest time, he will tell the harvesters: first gather the weeds, tie them in bundles to be burned, then gather the wheat into his barn.

 

Jesus’ own explanation

Later, the disciples ask Jesus to explain, and he gives a direct, symbolic key:

 

The sower of good seed = the Son of Man (Jesus).

 

The field = the world.

 

The good seed (wheat) = people of the kingdom (those who belong to God).

 

The weeds = people of the evil one.

 

The enemy who sows the weeds = the devil.

 

The harvest = the end of the age.

 

The harvesters = angels.

 

He says that just as weeds are pulled up and burned in the fire, so it will be at the end of the age: everything that causes sin and all who do evil will be removed, and the righteous will “shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father.”

 

Main lessons people draw from it

Good and evil will coexist in the world until the end; God does not remove all evil immediately because doing so now would damage or uproot the good as well.

 

The “field” is explicitly the world, not just the church, so this parable is about God’s patience and final judgment on a global scale, not a command to tolerate unrepentant sin inside the church body forever.

 

Final separation and judgment are God’s work, in God’s timing (the harvest), carried out by God’s angels—not by humans trying to “purify” the world themselves.

The actor quietly launched a TikTok account, @jamesfranco2319, on June 3, posting a string of cryptic videos in which he repeatedly insists he’s “really James Franco,” claims he’s not promoting anything, and promises followers he’ll soon reveal “some crazy stuff.”

 

After years away from the spotlight, the actor has launched a TikTok account that has left fans questioning whether they’re watching a publicity stunt or something else entirely

“I know, I maybe seem crazy,” Franco says in one video. “I can’t say too much right now… I just need you to follow me, then I’ll know who’s down, and I’m going to show you some crazy stuff.”

In later videos (June 17), Franco references mysterious “alien friends” and suggests strange events are unfolding, even claiming something is “not human” in his garage. He swears “it’s not a bit.”

 

In another clip, Franco is visited by friends doing a “wellness check” who ask if he’s “working with Spielberg on something,” theorizing a nod to the latest UFO-themed film Disclosure Day (since Franco has referenced extraterrestrials).

While some viewers initially questioned whether the videos were generated with AI, Franco tried to authenticate the account by holding up a handwritten sign displaying his TikTok username and performing gestures he jokingly suggested AI couldn’t replicate.

 

But now many TikTok users believe the videos were planned and filmed well before they were posted, pointing to several things they say don’t line up.

One cited example involves the later and aforementioned “wellness check” video in which Franco says he has “read the comments.”

Viewers argued that would be impossible because the footage seems to have been recorded on the same day as the earlier videos (meaning the comments were still coming in).

They point to the same clothing, lighting, camera angles, and background details that remain consistent across multiple uploads.

 

Others have also noted that several videos contain jump cuts, graphics, and editing effects that appear unusually professional for someone supposedly creating a TikTok account for the first time.

Franco has somewhat remained out of the public eye since 2018, when multiple women accused him of sexual misconduct.

He has denied many of the allegations but acknowledged in later interviews that he had engaged in inappropriate behavior and settled a civil lawsuit brought by former acting students without admitting wrongdoing.

The controversy effectively ended his long-running collaboration and friendship with actor Seth Rogen, who has publicly said he no longer plans to work with Franco.

 

Whether Franco’s videos are the beginning of a documentary or scripted social media experiment, or he’s taking advantage of the public’s current interest in UFOs and aliens… remains unclear.

CIA Drug Pilot Claims to Have Flown JFK Assassins Into Dallas

 

Former CIA pilot of four decades Robert “Tosh” Plumlee details in his new memoir Deep Cover, Shallow Graves intimate details of numerous crimes committed by the Central Intelligence Agency, including their role in the assassination of President John F Kennedy.

 

In a February 1985 episode of the hit NBC television series Miami Vice, Eagles singer Glenn Frey played a swashbuckling CIA pilot, Jimmy Cole, who flies ace detective Sonny Crockett (Don Johnson) and Rafael Tubbs (Philip Michael Thomas) to Colombia to conduct a drug deal.

 

Crockett and Tubbs had been recruited by the DEA to work undercover as drug smugglers to help bust cartel operatives.[1]

 

Frey’s character was loosely modeled after Robert “Tosh” Plumlee, a CIA pilot whose exploits over a 40-year career are detailed in a new memoir, Deep Cover, Shallow Graves, with Ralph Pezzullo.

 

Contrary to the depiction on Miami Vice, Plumlee’s memoir shows that the CIA often worked hand-in-glove with organized crime and was the one at times smuggling drugs into the U.S.

 

Plumlee claims that, on the morning John F. Kennedy was killed, he flew Johnny Roselli, a CIA-Mafia liaison, and other members of the assassination team into Dallas.

 

From Juvenile Delinquent to Covert Agent

Plumlee starts his story by noting that he was paid as a CIA pilot for years through cut-out companies like Riddle and Dodge Corporation and Atlantic Richfield, which had secret government contracts, or through fake “shell companies” like Intermountain Aviation and Mountain State Airlines.

 

That Plumlee and his colleagues did not know the overall mission was by design, since the world that he worked in was “deeply compartmentalized,” with no “HR” or “discernible structure.” Its hallmarks were “illusion, deception and sleight of hand.”[2]

 

Plumlee was recruited into this clandestine world at age 16, when he became part of an experimental army unit for juvenile delinquents attached to military intelligence at Fort Bliss, Texas, designated as Triple “A” Recon Training Command, Dog & 8 Company (AAA RTC D-8).

 

A product of a broken home who would routinely skip school, Plumlee’s father worked for Lockheed Aircraft at Dallas Love Field, a top secret military base where the B-17 bomber (known as the Flying Fortress) and P-38 Lightining were built.

 

As a kid, Plumlee and his friends would stand at the edge of the runways and inch as close to the flight paths as possible without getting hit.[3] After he was caught sneaking into a plane, an Air Force pilot named Pat McDonald agreed to teach him to fly. Plumlee then forged his birth certificate and joined the Texas National Guard.[4]

 

Plumlee claims that his group was modeled after a World War II demolition unit called the Filthy Thirteen—a hodgepodge of outcasts trained to infiltrate behind enemy lines who became the inspiration for the 1967 Hollywood film The Dirty Dozen starring Ernest Borgnine, Jim Brown and Charles Bronson.[5]

 

Plumlee says that, in 1957 at age 19, he was recruited to fly to central Cuba for the purpose of supplying ammunition and weapons to Fidel Castro’s rebels, who were fighting against dictator Fulgencio Batista, who was also being supplied by the CIA.[6]

Her spirit is given freely to all life on earth, whether humans recognize all of these forms as life or not. Whether or not the life forms embrace and benefit from this spirit energy, comes down to choice.

 

You feel it when you see the sun, or feel the wind. Tiny little reminders of a power and beauty beyond our own imagination. You see it in the colours of flowers. You hear it in the laughter of a child.

 

She never went anywhere. Some just forgot to pay attention.

 

She is patient. Probably more so than humans may like or from their mind, agree with. She will allow natural processes to complete, planning her subtle whispers of balance as she sees fit. But when the unnatural happens, and that patience is lost, she defends herself accordingly.

Channel 12 reported on Sunday that the IDF has been urging the political leadership to ramp up negotiations with the Lebanese government to reach a deal and thereby avoid pressure from Washington to act according to Iranian demands.

 

Lebanese President Joseph Aoun likewise alluded on Monday to his desire to keep Hezbollah and Iran on the sidelines of any deal his country makes with Israel.

 

“We negotiate for ourselves, and we do not accept any other party doing so for us,” Aoun said, cautioning that although Beirut welcomes “any assistance that comes from any country to end the war,” it expects those countries to avoid “interfering in our internal affairs.”

Vance, in his remarks, did not address the fact that a similar mechanism was created as part of the November 2024 Israel-Lebanon ceasefire brokered by the Biden administration.

While the original monitoring mechanism included representatives from Israel, Lebanon, the United States, France, and the United Nations, the network claimed that the new oversight body would include the US, Iran, Lebanon, Qatar, and Pakistan — but not Israel.

 

That would appear to contradict Vance’s own public statements that Israel would be part of the conversation, and the IDF would almost certainly have to be looped in regardless.

 

If true, the decision to shut Israel out of the monitoring mechanism would be a continuation of the rough treatment it received during negotiations between the US and Iran, from which it was shut out entirely, despite having launched the offensive on Iran together with the US on February 28.

Texas governor Greg Abbott said the town of San Marcos must comply with Texan law which prohibits Israel boycotts, or see cuts to their funds.

 

Texas Governor Greg Abbott has threatened the town of San Marcos with funding cuts after its council suggested a resolution calling for an arms embargo on Israel as well as an immediate and permanent ceasefire in the war-battered Gaza Strip, US media reported on Tuesday.

 

Abbott said his office would slash active monetary grants for "non-compliance" with Texas law amid the calls for an economic boycott of Israel, and that any future grants would not be agreed upon with the city.

 

According to the resolution considered by the city council, it identified that at least $4,434,675, which came from San Marcos residents’ taxes, was directly sent to Israel. This prompted members to call for the funds to be reallocated to fund local matters.

 

The Republican governor lashed out at the suggestions, saying the town must comply with state law when entering into a grant agreement with the state of Texas, which includes laws that prohibit calls to boycott Israel.

 

In the text, the San Marcos council also said it would discuss permanent Palestinian sovereignty over the occupied territories. The US ambassador to Israel, Mike Huckabee, famously opposes a two-state solution for the Palestinian territories and has claimed that there is no such thing as an occupation of the West Bank, which he refers to as Judea and Samaria.

 

Texas law explicitly prohibits "state agencies and political subdivisions from contracting with businesses that boycott energy companies, discriminate against firearm entities or associations, or boycott Israel".

 

In 2017, the Texas Legislature passed these restrictions, which were signed into law by Governor Abbott. The law was stressed upon by the state's Attorney General Ken Paxton following the October 2023 attack by Hamas on southern Israel, which triggered Israel's deadly military onslaught of the Gaza Strip.

 

In his letter to the San Marcos council, Abott wrote: "I have repeatedly made clear that Texas will not tolerate antisemitism. Anti-Israel policies are anti-Texas policies…I issued an executive order addressing antisemitism in higher education. I have proudly signed legislation prohibiting government entities from supporting efforts to boycott, divest from, and sanction Israel. That remains the law here."

 

"Israel is a stalwart ally of the United States and a friend to Texas," he continued in the letter.

 

The US has been Israel’s staunch ally over the decades, signing trade and arms deal and providing annual military aid to the country.

 

The US has particularly delivered billions of dollars of weaponry to the country amid its war on the Gaza Strip, ongoing since 7 October, 2023, which has killed more than 51,4000 Palestinians amid international outcry.

Technology

This is not the new devil. We have made mistakes with the use of technology we will need to avoid.

 

The problem has always been that it gets used to replace understanding, knowing and our own - natural - abilities.

 

The way to avoid this is to maintain our connection to nature instead of seeing ourselves as superior to it. Using technology (and our energy) to serve everything and everyone on this planet and not trying to rise above the natural organic hologram. Too far too fast, is the common mistake. Instead of developing natural abilities to their potential and then implementing technologies to assist in the more mundane but necessary processes, the tenancy of many races is to skip ahead in their development with technology.

 

Controlling races nurture this tendency and tempt it. Often convincing races to accept technology as a form of gift, meant to make life easier or perceived as better. The result of this gifting is more often than not a disconnect from the planet the beings live on.

 

It must be remembered that planets are beings. They have their own hearts, dreams, hopes and wishes. As races develop on planets they are assisted and shaped by the frequency of the planet. Disconnecting from that, and allowing different frequencies to assist and shape the race, results in a mutation. It allows beings to be deceived quite easily.

Australia Claims First H5 Bird Flu Detection After Spending More Than $1 Billion Preparing for It

 

Governments on every continent now claim H5 bird flu has reached their territory, completing the worldwide adoption of the H5 narrative.

The US government is becoming a shareholder in American companies

 

This is one of those changes that sounds almost impossible until you look into it.

 

The US government is no longer only handing out grants, loans, and tax credits to support key industries.

 

In some cases, it is taking ownership.

 

Through programs like the CHIPS Act and other strategic investment programs, the government has started turning financial support into direct equity stakes or warrants that can become ownership later.

 

The target is not random companies.

 

The focus is industries considered critical for national security:

 

Semiconductors.

 

Critical minerals.

 

Defense supply chains.

 

The biggest example is Intel.

 

The government took a stake reported around 9% to 11%, worth more than $4 billion, through CHIPS Act support.

DAYTON, Ohio – U.S. Attorney Dominick S. Gerace II announced today with federal law enforcement partners the results of an eight-week operation to fight gun violence and drug trafficking in Dayton. Forty-seven defendants face federal charges, and 43 individuals are in federal custody following arrests last week. During the operation, which began on April 27, agents seized 176 firearms, as well as machinegun conversion devices and kilogram quantities of fentanyl, cocaine, and methamphetamine.

Two passenger trains have collided in the Bedford area, leaving a driver dead and dozens of passengers and crew injured.

Emergency crews were on the scene after the crash happened between two East Midlands Railway (EMR) services shortly after 17:00 BST on Friday.

Confirming the death shortly before 21:00, the British Transport Police (BTP) said a major incident had been declared.

Nine people were in a critical condition as of Saturday morning, out of a total of 28 who were still in hospital, according to the emergency services.

The total number of people who were seriously injured in the fatal train collision on Friday has been raised to 32 in an update by the East of England Ambulance Service.

The number of people who suffered minor injuries has also increased to 57.

This brings the total number of people injured as a result of the incident to 100, including the 11 individuals who sustained "very serious" injuries.

Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer said reports of the collision were "hugely concerning", and that his thoughts were with the family of the person who died and with those seriously injured.

I'm not saying they should or they shouldn't. Again, not a catholic, so I really don't care which way it comes down. I just find it interesting that they can't seem to keep their position square. The way I heard it the original dispute boiled down to attracting new followers vs. maintaining control as only the highly educated of the time knew latin, so if the sermons were in latin then god said whatever the priests claimed god said.
