A former Florida state lawmaker who is up for re-election as a court clerk was charged Tuesday with kidnapping and molesting a young child — allegedly even urinating in his mouth on a cruise, according to disturbing court documents.

Palm Beach County Clerk and Comptroller Michael Caruso — a father of seven and longtime Little League coach — was accused of repeatedly molesting the boy, who is not even 5, sources told the Miami Herald.

The shocking allegations came 13 years after his first wife accused him of child abuse, which he denied and blamed on her bitterness at the end of their 31-year marriage, the outlet said.

The current investigation stemmed from suspicious behavior while Caruso was on a seven-day Royal Caribbean cruise in August 2025, according to charging documents obtained by The Post.

The official disappeared for an hour, saying he was getting the boy ice cream — with the boy’s dad noting that his son returned in different clothes, and that Caruso’s hair was wet.

Shockingly, the boy then told his dad that Caruso made him have a shower with him — and that the elderly man “peed” in his mouth, which he said was “yucky,” the affidavit claimed.

It sparked an investigation that found the abuse began in November 2024, when Caruso took the boy to a fishing pond and “touched and tickled” his privates, according to the affidavit.

In another incident the same month, Caruso allegedly exposed his genitals to the boy, and played a game called “tickle monster” which included Caruso groping the minor’s buttocks and crotch, the documents state.

Hey DJT. Can we get something in writing that says that Farmers shall not be infringed upon, that no one shall tell them how to grow, what to grow or when to grow it. Water shall not, never now or in the future be a commodity. Farmers are to be allowed to dam what ever stream, river or other natural resource for their use. That being said, Farmers know what people need to survive, they are a people. Big business has stuck their corrupt, greedy dicks in the mouths of consumers, by limiting what their equipment can and cannot do in the field.

A large amount of “damning” new evidence against convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and his imprisoned accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell could soon come to light after a federal judge ordered a trove of case files to be unsealed.

Miami Herald reporter Julie K. Brown, whose reportage is credited with catalyzing the disgraced financier’s downfall, wrote on her Substack Tuesday about Manhattan Federal Court Judge Loretta Preska’s decision to unseal the “voluminous” documents.

The documents stem from a 2015 court case in which Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre, who died by suicide last year, sued Maxwell for defamation after she accused her of fabricating sex-trafficking allegations against Epstein and others, including former Prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

Brown wrote she and The Herald fought a nearly decade-long court battle to have the documents released, arguing that they weren’t properly sealed. The case was settled in 2017.

“Judicial records by law are supposed to be open to the public. In this case, the former judge (Robert Sweet, now deceased) issued a blanket sealing on all the documents because they contained “sensitive” and “private” information,” Brown wrote.

“Sweet placed a protective order on massive amounts of material, including hearings and judicial decisions made in the case — and voluminous evidence that Virginia presented to show that Epstein and Maxwell were operating an underage sex trafficking operation,” she continued.

“This is not the way sealing is supposed to happen, however. Each document that the lawyers want sealed has to be examined, and those requesting it be sealed must provide legal justification to the judge for doing so. This wasn’t done in this case.”

Maxwell, 64, last week attempted to stall the release of the materials but was smacked down by Judge Preska, who said the “Epstein Files Transparency Act superseded any earlier grand jury arguments that Maxwell was using to keep the records from the public,” Brown wrote in the Substack post featured by Mediaite.

NIH terminated the grant, Understanding the Risk of Bat Coronavirus Emergence, based on allegations that COVID-19 emerged from the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) in Wuhan, China. NIAID awarded the grant to Company 1 and Co-Conspirator 1, who made a subaward to the WIV.

Following the termination, Morens and Co-Conspirator 2 pledged to help Co-Conspirator 1 restore the termination of the bat coronavirus grant and counter the narrative that COVID-19 leaked from a lab. Rubio Announces Sanctions Against International Criminal Court President & Top Lawyer

Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced Tuesday new sanctions against International Criminal Court President Tomoko Akane and Senior Trial Lawyer Abdoulaye Seye as tensions flare between the court and the Trump administration.

“These individuals have directly engaged in efforts by the ICC to investigate, arrest, detain, or prosecute officials whose government has not consented to ICC jurisdiction,” his statement said.

The ICC, he added, has attempted to “assert authority over” over U.S. citizens and nationals of other nations that have not consented to the Rome Statute that set up the court.

The United States is not a party to the ICC.

“Our whole of government campaign to dismantle the threat posed by the ICC to national sovereignty will be sweeping and we expect more countries to join our campaign by ending their funding and participation in this politicized and unaccountable court,” Rubio said, suggesting that “additional measures” may be taken against the Hague, Netherlands-based body.

As Jack Phillips reports for The Epoch Times, the sanctions against Akane and Seye were issued ​under a Trump executive order last year authorizing sanctions against the court, according to Rubio.

In July, Rubio said that the Trump administration would seek to dismantle the ICC by using visa revocations, sanctions, the targeting of individuals, and diplomatic pressure on countries to withdraw from the body.

“The American people never agreed to any of this, and they never will,” Rubio said last month.

About the two of the four suspects in the arson attack near Zadar, a lot is already known. Daniel Stegnjaić is a farmer and beneficiary of state and European support, while Vladimir Ćupić is known to the public from the "Black Hill" affair. The other two suspects, however, are currently quite unknown.

The four are suspected of deliberately causing ten fires in the area of Bilo Briga in Zadar and in Zemunik Donji, Galovac, Donji Biljani, Zapužani, Zemunik, Zagrad, Lišani Tinjski, Škabrnja and Benkovac on August 14 and 15. They pleaded guilty.

In the first announcement, police said they had completed a criminal investigation of three Croatian citizens aged 42, 45 and 46 and a 33-year-old Polish national. Three men are of Serbian nationality, and according to police allegations, at the time of the commission of the act, they were under the influence of alcohol.

Their names soon made it public, and the case attracted a lot of attention due to the suspicion that fires at multiple locations were deliberately caused by the burning of dry grass with a lighter.

We are deep into the leverage phase now, and the Treasury market under your entire portfolio is the fuse.

The Fed spent 15 years trying to make markets safer. It built a $2.4 trillion time bomb instead.

Hedge funds now hold $2.4 trillion of US Treasurys, up from $600 billion a decade ago, levered as much as 100 to 1. Every time the Fed backstops the market to kill risk, it invites more borrowing. That trade has already detonated twice, in 2020 and again in 2025.

Here is the loop. A rescue kills risk, cheap risk breeds leverage, the leverage breaks, and the next rescue prints even more money. The leftover QE money is what lit the last inflation. We are deep into the leverage phase now, and the Treasury market under your entire portfolio is the fuse.

The U.S. will have to pay off Treasury debt this year, two thirds of it T-bills that it borrowed last. Until next August, 1/3 of the marketable Treasury debt will have to be paid. The volume of this debt is $10.5 trillion. The curve did not shift uniformly.

Over the past year, we saw a 0.43 point decline in 3-month bills, increase of 0.40 points in 2-year notes and a 30-year bond hit a yield of 5.27% on July 31, which last happened in 2007. In terms of bills, this curve is cheaper than a year ago. In terms of coupons, this curve is far dearer.

At the 2.9% coupon, $2.9 trillion of notes and bonds gets replaced at a 4.3% interest rate, and the $510 billion of 7-year notes of 2019 and 2020, of which a 1.10% coupon was issued, gets replaced at a 4.47% interest rate. This increases the interest payment on the maturing stack by $52 billion a year, only $12 billion of it from bills. This is manifesting itself in what Treasury actually pays. The rate was 3.35% in January, 3.44% in July, and has increased every month. Total federal interest is approximately $1,247 billion a year, or 3.8% of GDP.
