I don't see it called out as a Notable last bread, Anon. Besides an Anon nominating posts singly in the bread, other good times to ask baker to include posts is after they post the 500ish first call for notables, and after the last notes bundle near the end of bread.

As far as why something isn't included the first time I scan, yes it's possible I miss something, but it's more usually that there either isn't sauce included or enough of an explanation what the digg is about or why it's significant. But without providing links here, I can't be more specific than that.
