this is my baking philosophy: if you would like to nominate something for notables or have an objection to something already added, please don't wait until the very end of the bread (600-751) to raise your concerns. to be fair, no one really knows definitively who is a shill and who is a real anon. some shills are good at their jobs and like you said, break us down and make us calloused to real feedback. that's why it's important that little unspoken rules like the above are followed, otherwise my first instinct is to assume ill intent, because you're putting me in a position where i can't correct or address your objection in time and yet the "baker is comped wtf notables suck" post remains there for other anons (and shills) to see and piggyback off of.

 

i add things to notables that are not nominated, because my job is to be able to separate the wheat from the chaff. that being said, another unspoken rule is that anons DO nominate. anons used to nominate a lot more than they do now. i'm one anon, no different than you or anyone else, so my one opinion should not be the end all be all. i encourage anons to voice their opinions about what should go in notables and i always welcome timely' input

 

but bc shills exist, if i genuinely don't think something is notable, i believe i have the right to omit it, especially if it seems like shills are nominating it. sometimes, i disagree with real anons. i have the right to disagree. in those cases, i ask for second nominations. when i disagree, it tends to be someone who is self-nominating. i would think all of this would be self-evident as typical baking procedure to anyone who frequents Q Research.

i know you haven't baked because this is only relevant in slow breads. i don't typically have time to communicate like this. baking involves a lot of quick decisions. and yea, sometimes i give in and include something even when i don't think it's notable because i'm a human, not a robot, and sometimes i just don't want to deal with bullshit, crying, complaining, attacking. if no one else objects then it's my call.

i try to vet as best as i can - again not perfect, not omniscient, and typically don't have much time

 

like i said earlier in the bread, i'm doing my best.

notables are absolutely important, but 1) they are not endorsements 2) after a couple of days they basically disappear unless anons go searching through older breads and 3) there are always future breads for things to be posted in. another baker is free to add whatever i didn't want to add etc.

i was that baker for the record. and no i did not come back a whole other night arguing for it. it was brought up while i was baking and i addressed what happened.

 

every single time i bake, without fail, some decision that i've made while baking previous breads gets drudged up and thrown in my face. and the cherry on top is always a flagrant lie like the one you just told about me coming back and arguing for its inclusion as if i have nothing better to do with my life than argue about a graphic i already apologized profusely for including. are you done?

this shit is half the reason i don't bake anymore. i don't have the energy.

 

even when i don't namefag, avatarfag, use my pastebin account or even my regular ip hash, still without fail you manage to come back while i'm baking and complain. that happened months ago. i'm truly sorry, again, that i included that wildfire notable once.
