Oh yeah…if you post on 8ch and voat a lot and then also start baking, you might want to consider cutting down on your posting elsewhere. Reason being, eventually you are going to blow your fukken arms and hands out.

I took a few days off, drank/ate a bunch of protein (bodybuilding approach to baking, kekek) and used ICE + dead hanging on my pullup bar to strengthen my shit.

Honestly it helped a LOT. Seriously. Feels way better today.
