(((Q))) team has a secret system. A machine that spies on you every hour of every day. Maybe they designed the machine to detect acts of terror, but it sees EVERYTHING. Violent crimes involving ordinary people. (((Q))) team and anyone else that has similar machines probably consider these people irrelevant, that's why they continue to keep it a secret.

 

They can see what you see, hear what you hear, etc. They can even make you dream like in the movie "Inception". The tech has most likely existed even before the movie "The Matrix" was created. They can probably take control of people remotely similar to how people in the movie turn into agents.

Cox, who was born in the wealthy San Francisco suburb of Walnut Creek, hasn't condemned the boondoggle of course, and his congressional website doesn't offer anything in the way of water to farmers (he says he's hired a staffer connected to Feinstein who will work on it, which doesn't sound promising, given Feinstein's record). As for the water-starved farmers. he's introduced for them a bill to offer easier bankruptcy proceedings, the better to get them out of there.

US Agrees With Russia, China on Framework for Afghanistan Pullout

 

State Dept: Nations support 'orderly' withdrawal of foreign troops

 

A new joint statement from the United States, Russia, and China expresses their mutual agreement on the general framework of the withdrawal of foreign (i.e. NATO) troops from Afghanistan.

 

The general idea is that the US and allied forces would leave Afghanistan as part of a peace deal, which would come with a commitment from the Taliban to keep ISIS and al-Qaeda out of the country.

 

These are the terms which were already reported to have been coming out of US-Taliban talks, and the State Departmentโ€™s own statement said the other nations support an โ€œorderly and responsible withdrawal of foreign troops.โ€

 

Negotiating the specifics beyond this framework, including timing, has yet to be done, and US efforts to get the Taliban talking with the Afghan government are on hold after Afghan officials failed to show for last weekโ€™s meeting.

 

Getting Russia on board with this deal is particularly important, as Russia has long feared that the inevitable NATO defeat, and withdrawal from Afghanistan was going to destabilize the region, and threaten some of Russiaโ€™s close allies, former Soviet states in the vicinity.

Death Toll in East Ukraine Coal Mine Blast Climbs to 17

 

KYIV โ€”

The death toll from a coal mine blast in a separatist eastern region of Ukraine rose to 17 on Saturday, rebel authorities said.

 

The gas blast on Thursday ripped through the mine in Yurievka village in the self-proclaimed republic of Luhansk, which broke away from Kyiv in 2014 and is run by Moscow-backed rebels.

 

"The tragedy took the life of 17 miners," Leonid Pasechnik, the head of the unrecognized Luhansk republic, said on Twitter.

 

He added that the bodies of all the miners that died have been recovered.

 

Earlier the death toll accounted to 13, with another four people missing.

 

Pasechnik called the explosion at the Skhidkarbon mine a "terrible tragedy" and declared April 29 a day of mourning.

 

Russia's emergency situations ministry sent mine rescuers to the separatist territory after it requested help, it said in a statement.

 

The Luhansk news agency said the mine was closed in 2014 due to the conflict between Kyiv's forces and the Russia-backed separatists, but was reopened in 2018.

 

Most of Ukraine's coal is produced in its eastern region, where the ongoing fighting has cost some 13,000 lives.

 

Kyiv has tried to boost the operations of other pits under its control in the west of the country.

Houthis Capture More Military Positions In Saudi Arabiaโ€™s Jizan

 

The Houthis launched a new military operation in the southern Saudi province of Jizan on April 26. In the course of the operation, the Yemeni group captured several key positions from the Saudi-led coalition east of the al-Nar mount.

 

A video showing the newly-captured positions was released by the Houthis media wing. Several light weapons, which were captured by Houthi fighters during the clashes, can be also seen in the video.

 

Few days ago, the Houthis launched a similar attack on the Saudi-led coalitionโ€™s positions near the al-Dud mount. As a result of the attack, the coalition lost several positions. Furthermore, many Sudanese soldiers were reportedly killed in the clashes.

 

The recent advance by the Houthis in Jizan indicates that the performance of Saudi-led coalition forces deployed along Yemenโ€™s border is actually getting worse. The Yemeni group will likely try to take advantage of this by developing its operations not only in Jizan, but also in Asir and Najran.

From what I heard there were four people taken to nearby hospital-unknown how bad injury's are. Suspect alive and detained. Did Mueller peek at Trump's tax returns?

 

President Trump shouted replies to media questions on the White House lawn Wednesday morning, laying down his spanking new defense for stonewalling Congress and the multiple requests and subpoenas emanating from their expanding inquiries.

 

The President noted that he had completely cooperated with the Mueller investigationโ€™s many demands for documents and witness interviews and in so doing felt that there was no need, now, to cooperate with the multiple Congressional inquiries cropping up.

 

Secretary Mnuchin rejected Chairman Nealโ€™s second request for Trump-related tax returns and the Trump legal team filed suit to prevent, or at least delay production of Mazars USA โ€” Trumpโ€™s accounting firm โ€” submission of financial statements and documents to the House Oversight Committee.

 

Trump pointedly noted that: โ€œMueller, I assume, for $35 million, checked my taxes, checked my financialsโ€ฆ They checked my financials, and they checked my taxes, I assume.โ€ The inference being that since Mueller had looked at them, there was no need for Congress to review them also. But is that a false assumption and therefore a new false narrative foundation being created?

 

The Mueller report was fastidious in its adherence to the directive provided the Special Counselโ€™s team โ€” investigate allegations of Russian election interference and evidence of any coordination by the Trump campaign with that interference. How would Mueller justify requesting Trump-related tax returns from the IRS with regard to investigating the narrow directive noted above?

 

It's entirely possible Mueller did not look at Trumpโ€™s tax returns or financials.

 

Multiple legal pundits expressed surprise upon release of the Mueller report that there was no section that โ€˜followed the money.โ€™ There was no reference to Deutsche Bank financial transactions, despite well-publicized reports that Trump owed Deutsche over $300 million dollars, having received financing of over $2 billion since 2000 and of Deutsche being subject to multiple fines for money laundering and other financial transgressions. Then there was the prize-winning New York Times article denoting how Trump took part in suspect schemes to evade taxes back in the 1990s. More recently, SDNY prosecuted Trumpโ€™s personal lawyer Michael Cohen for campaign finance violations at the direction of โ€œun-indicted co-conspirator Individual-1โ€ with regard to the hush money payments made to alleged paramours of โ€˜the Donaldโ€™ prior to the 2016 Presidential election. Some would question whether anyone looked at all the โ€œmoney pouring in from Russiaโ€ as Donald Trump Jr. once boasted.

 

While Mueller may have entertained thoughts of requesting Trumpโ€™s tax returns or those related to the Trump Organization, he may have held off given the lack of obvious connection to his directive and also the requirements of IRC section 6103, otherwise known as the IRS Disclosure law. This is the part of the IRC that became famous in passing with regard to Chairman Nealโ€™s request for Trump tax returns. But why would this section give Mueller pause?

 

Many old-time Federal prosecutors have openly stated on various cable news shows that whenever they had a white collar case, they would automatically request Federal income tax returns from the IRS via a letter signed by a U.S. Magistrate/Judge known in the parlance as an ex-parte order or 6e letter. Back in the day, these letters were often no more than one or two sentences wherein the AUSA would simply say he/she needed them in regard to a financial investigation that was being conducted that may result in prosecution of some type of white collar crimes e.g. wire fraud, mail fraud, bank fraud, etc. Once again, back in the day, these 6e requests were pretty much rubber stamped and walked over to the IRS Disclosure office and submitted with little push back. But that was back in the day.

 

IRS takes its responsibility to safeguard the privacy/confidentiality of tax returns in its possession very seriously. Any one of its 100,000 employees who might be tempted to look at or leak someoneโ€™s tax returns could be fired, fined, jailed or all of the above. That might explain why no one with the IRS has ever leaked Trump-related tax returns.
