Appreciate your concern, no problem on the split bake thing, makes sense to do this when it's at night (for most of us) and the bake is long. Early am bake was a three-split (I was baker #1), I think that was Saturday Sunday night. Can't do a graveyard every night but like it when possible, VERY good news shift but a lot moar gets posted when there's a baker in the house.
