France, Germany, UK Committed to JCPOA, Call on Iran to Return to Compliance

 

French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Angela Merkel and UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson said in a joint statement on Sunday that they remained committed to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) and urged Tehran to cancel all measures that go against the Iran nuclear deal.

 

"We stay committed to JCPOA and its preservation; we call on Iran to cancel all measures incompatible with the agreement," the statement, released by the Elysee Palaceโ€™s press office, read.

 

Paris, Berlin and London also urged Tehran to refrain from further proliferation and reaffirmed their readiness to continue dialogue with Iran in order to maintain stability in the region.

 

"Together, we unequivocally expressed our regret and concern after the United States' decision to withdraw from the JCPOA and reintroduce sanctions against Iran," the statement said.

 

The three European leaders added that Iran should return to full compliance with its obligations under the agreement.

 

"We must also determine a long-term framework for Iranโ€™s nuclear program," the statement read.

 

Macron, Merkel and Johnson noted that recent events in the Middle East have revealed Iranโ€™s destabilizing role in the region.

 

"We are always committed to the security of our allies and partners in the region. We must respond - diplomatically and substantively - to general concerns about Iranโ€™s destabilizing regional activities, including those related to its missile programs," the joint statement said.

 

The JCPOA was signed in 2015 by Iran, China, France, Germany, Russia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany, and the European Union. It required Iran to scale back its nuclear program and severely downgrade its uranium reserves in exchange for sanctions relief. In 2018, the United States abandoned its conciliatory policy on Iran, withdrawing from the JCPOA and hitting Iranian petroleum industries with sanctions.

 

On May 8, the first anniversary of the United States' unilateral withdrawal from the agreement, Iran announced a gradual reduction of its JCPOA obligations.

 

On Sunday, in the aftermath of the US drone attack that killed Quds Force commander Qasem Soleimani, Iran announced that it was discontinuing its remaining JCPOA obligations. Iranian Ambassador to the UN Majid Takht Ravanchi said on Tuesday that despite the JCPOA rollback, Tehran is not interested in possessing nuclear weapons.

Michel Trudeau was born at the Ottawa Civic Hospital in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada on 2nd October 1975. He was named after his paternal grandfather. He was the youngest of the three Trudeau sons born to Pierre Trudeau and Margaret Trudeau. Michel, as a four months old kid was visited by former Cuban Prime Minister Fidel Castro, when his parents were on a trip to Cuba. Castro nicknamed him Miche. Michel always was very โ€˜kind and adventurousโ€™ one of all her children, as recalled by his mother.

 

Killed in avalanche at age 23; BODY NEVER FOUND

 

Michel had just started working at a Mountain Resort in Rossland, British Columbia, but again, his adventures with his friends had become a part of his life, and whenever he found the time, he would embark on trips with them. On one such trip, this time in the Kokanee Glacier Park on 13th November 1998 with three of his friends, Michel embarked on a skiing trip. All four of them were having the time of their lives until the avalanche formed up and as brutish a force of nature that it is, it swept away Michel and separated him from his friends and he fell in the freezing Kokanee Lake.

Michel tried his best to reach the shore, but the freezing lake wouldnโ€™t let him give his 100 percent and eventually, after a lot of struggle, Michel gave up. His friends found themselves unable to help him and Michel drowned into the lake. One other of his friends was also swept away in the lake, but he managed to swim to the shore.

When the Trudeau family came to know of it, they were emotionally destroyed, and extensive search was initiated to locate the body, but all the efforts went in vain due to the extremely high altitude of the terrain on and very little days of open water into the frozen lake. A year later, the Trudeau family called off the search for Michel and accepted with bitter hearts, that Michel was no more with them.

Analysis of Q's London photos.

 

Photos of pedestrians crossing junction, of the Tattershall Castle, of the Corinthia Hotel (both daylight and night time), of a red bus near Leicester Square, of pedestrians and traffic at a corner at Piccadilly Circus, and of Winter Wonderland at Hyde Park.

 

Confirmation of locations and season during which photos were taken have been discussed previously with relevant pictorial evidence. What follows is discussion of timeframe within which each photo was taken. This is followed by considering all of Q's London photos as a complete series. After that, the data is transfered to a map of this part of London and analyzed in light of other Q posts and application of future proves past.

When were these photos taken?

 

A) Embankment and Tattershall Castle, Q's photo of the junction at Northumberland Avenue was taken after railings were removed from the pedestrian island but before the change in the colour scheme of the Tattershall's stack. The old steamer was unmoored in early JAN 2015 and then towed away for its updates and new colours. So These Q photos were taken before JAN 2015.

 

Railing on pedestrial island in the juction of Victoria Embankment and Northumberland Avenue was gone by summer of 2012. Given the winter scene in Q's photo of this junction, it could have been taken in the winters of 2012/2013, 2013/2014. and before JAN 2015.

B) Corinthia Hotel, docking stations, Northumberland Ave DS removed at least by AUG 2014, sign remained โ€“ sign gone JUL 2016, so Q photo taken between AUG 2014 and JUL 2016? Santander took over bike hire scheme and bikes went from blue to red colour scheme around APR 2015. The sign was gone in image of MAY 2015. So the daylight Q photo of CH was taken before APR 2015 and possibly as early as AUG 2014 (or earlier). Winter scene in Q's photo = either the winter of 2013/2014 or the winter of 2014/2015.

 

The Embankment and Tattershall photos combined with the daylight Corinthia photo, these, as a set, were taken between winter of 2013/2014 and first part of winter 2014/2015 (before JAN 2015).

C) The next photo in Q's series of London pics is of a red double-decker at a bus stand at the corner of Coventry Street and Whitcomb Street. The bus sign in this photo did not match the sign at that bus stand until some time after JAN 2013. And, by 2 MAR 2014, demoliton had begun on a building that featured in Q's bus photo. During that work, this building was surrounded by hoarding at the street level and then covered with fabric that was draped from to the ground. That fabric did not appear until 2 MAR 2014. None of these indications of construction work is apparent in Q's bus photo. The change in the bus sign is related to this work, according to city documents. Q's photo was taken during winters months that fell between JAN 2013 and MAR 2014.

 

The double-decker bus in Q's photo is a Routemaster, an RML, which was withdrawn from general service and then redeployed on a couple of Heritage routes. Heritage Route 9 was discontinued by JUL 2014. Given the winter scene depicted in Q's photo, it was taken during the winter between JAN 2013 and 2 MAR 2014.

D) The next two London photos are of the same street corner and sidewalk at Piccadilly Circus. One is a close-up, or zoomed-in view, within the other, taken moments apart. The current ticket kiosk on that site is not in Q's photo. It did not appear in satellite and street level images up to MAY 2014 but did appear by JUL 2014.

 

In the distance, at the back of Q's photo, there is a restaurant sign which featured red text on a black background. That sign had previously been comprised of red text on a silvery or metallic background until it was changed sometime between JAN 2012 AND FEB 2012. So these two photos were taken no earlier than the few weeks between JAN 2012 and FEB 2012; it could have been taken earlier, of course, and later โ€“ before JUL 2014. The winter scene in Q's photos indicates that these two PIcadilly shots were taken either in the winter months at the start of 2012 or in the winter of 2012/2013 or in โ€“ and no later than โ€“ the winter of 2013/2014.

E) Q provided two photos at Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park. The photos were taken moments apart. The rollercoaster ride in the scene is Wilde Maus. The version of this ride in Q's photo predates the version that debuted in 2014. Based on the layout of the amusement rides depicted in maps of the Winter Wonderland theme park, these photos appear to have been taken during the interval of mid NOV-to-DEC 2013.

Comparisons:

Of the series of Q London photos, all appear to have been taken before JAN 2015 โ€“ except for the possibile exception of the Corinthia Hotel photos (B) which may have been taken as late as MAR/APR of 2015. (Yes, there is pictorial evidence that Londoners and tourists wore winter clothing in colder days of APR 2015.)

Q's London photos could have been taken as early as the winter of 2013/2014 โ€“ with two exceptions. The Piccadilly photos (D) could have been taken earlier, ie during the winter months at the start of 2012. And the Winter Wonderland photos (E) were taken later, that is, no earlier than mid-NOV 2013.

The Winter Wonderland photos (E) were taken within the duration of the theme park's opening and closing, that is, the 6 weeks between mid-NOV and end of DEC 2013. The red bus photo (C) has the next most narrow timeframe: it was likely taken some time during the 8 weeks of JAN-FEB 2014.

Comparisons continued โ€ฆ

 

Some of the sites depicted in this series of photos have been captured in shots that "overlap" each other. For example there are two Embankment photos of pedestrians crossing the junction at Northumberland Avenue. These were taken within minutes โ€“ even seconds โ€“ of each other and can be "stitched" together to form a single panoramic view of the scene.

The photo of the Tattershall was dropped by Q some time after the two Embankment photos. The stack of the old steamer appears in all three photos. So, again, in this sense there is an overlap that pulls the images together as a set.

The Corinthia Hotel photos are of the same scene at the front entrance of the hotel. In this way they overlap. Now, the daylight image makes visibile the docking stations used to date that photo. It may be that there is more detail in the night time images that I have missed and which may change the dating of them. The day/night contrast may have significance. The day photo of the hotel may suggest a link with the day shot of Piccadilly. The night photos may suggest a time-of-day link with the night time shots of Winter Wonderland. The day/night contrast may depict the duration of the event in London to which Q has drawn attention.

Interestingly, when plotted on a map, these London photos in the sequence by which they were dropped, depict a route from the Embankment to The Corinthia Hotel to Leicester Square to Piccadilly Circus to Hyde Park. On the map this presents 4 dots connected from (A) to (E).

 

Such a configuration also suggests a network of sorts whereby there are points to triangles, or triads, with at least two locales serving as common hubs that lines (of communication) pass but which can also be drawn as points as well. This may be better described pictorially.

 

Q emphasized "The Corinthia Hotel" by naming it in a one-line post. The other locales were not named specifically. However, the Piccadilly photos included a traffic sign that made its location known indirect through an explicit message. These two locales appear to be hubs within the plotted dots connected on a map of Q's London photos.

So this photo appears as a point of a triangle that can be included only via hubs or connecting points on the map. Depending on how the triad connections are drawn, this locale can be cut out of the network, almost in the sense of taking a bus off-service at a bus stand.

 

The Embankment photos show a locale that also can be cut out of the network depending on how a triad is connected together on the map. The significance of the photo of the Tattershall may be suggestion in its title, LIsaMI6, and in its appearance in a drop that post-dated the other London photos. It murkily depicts the color scheme of the steamboat's stack at night. In this way it may link itself to the night time images of the Corinthia Hotel as a time-of-day flag.

 

There are other color schemes in the London photos that help date the scenes captured. In addition to the colors of the stack, there is the livery of the red bus, the text/background of the restaurant sign, the legends for the various transit maps including that of the Underground and that of the tour routes, the kiosk, the bike docking stations, and the bus sign. Showing colors, as it were, may send messages or have more than one meaning.

The Hyde Park locale is a distinctive point on the map as it can serve as a point in a few triads. In fact, it can be linked with each other point either directly or through a hub such as Piccadilly or the Corinthia Hotel. The attached pics and animations may get this notion across better.

 

Okay, so at this time I think I've established timeframes for dating each of the Q photos (both as individual photos and as parts of sets of photos) and have broached the largely undeveloped notion of triads or communication networks hinted at in the relevant Q drops. In Q's guidance we were asked when a map is useful, what is a sequence, and so forth. We were asked to think direction as well as misdirection.

 

In closing, among the ideas that have arose in studying these photos is that the red bus is the largest character in the red bus photo. It obscures the location, to some extent, but also indirectly gives away its location through reflecitons. It stands beside a sign that is very specific but is not easily read at low resolution and can only be deciphered by comparison with other bus signs in London across time and space. That bus is a Routemaster. It is the famous open-platform double-decker designed for the particulars of London traffic and which has become engrained in the identity of that city. The Routemaster has been taken out of service โ€“ in terms of government transit โ€“ but many remain available for private hire.

Now consider that the Routemaster (or RM) requires two men to operate. One to drive. One to conduct. Think of the various meanings of those two words โ€“ drive and conduct. For example, the conductor of an orchestra is also a type of director. Plots, such as coupes, are orchestrated largely from behind rather than at the steering wheel. Stops and starts, alighting and deboarding, emergencies are brought to the driver's attention by means of a simple code of bell rings that the conductor controls at the back of the bus. Take into account that the bus in Q's photo may well have been for private hire as it has no adverts on its side. And it may not have been on a typical government transit route โ€“ although it might have still be in service on the now defunct Heritage route. It may have been on its way to a special event and was resting or standing by at that bus stand. Its identifying numbers (and route number and such) are not visible in Q's image. Nor is its driver and conductor (or, if on tour, its guide).

 

The particular vehicle in the photo is an RML, that is to say, it is a Routemaster Lenghtened. It can seat an additional 8 individuals. Its square-shaped middle window tells us it is not an RM but an RML. RMLs comprised about 1 in 3 of the Routemasters that were in service in London on government transit. Not a rarity at that time. But by the time of Q's photo, most RMLs would have been "retired", re-deployed in some way, such as bought by firms offering them for rent for weddings and the like, or used for spare parts for active fleets.

 

One might think of double meanings especially in terms of private hires. This notion also links Q's red bus photo with the Corinthia daylight photo which also features hires โ€“ but this time bike hires which are made available for rent for Londoners and tourists. In fact, this series of London photos depicts varous means of transportation โ€“ on foot, bike, water, car, bus, and train (or tube). Transportation on the surface (above ground) and below the surface (underground) is depicted in Q's photos such as the entrance to the Piccadilly Underground or in the photo of the Tattershall which was taken from a pedestrian bridge (built beside a rail line and connecting points across the Thames). When one looks into the recent history of the Tattershall, it is revealed that its former location is now part of the Tideway tunnel system that serves to prevent rainwater and overflows from spilling into the Thames River but which has been dug beneath the city. LIke the pedestrian bridge, that tunnel system had to be dug and installed without overly disturbing previous means of transportation such as the rail bridge and the various tube routes and stations. This brings to mind Q's drop about how to repair a bridge without shutting it down.

โ€˜Youโ€™re Not Being Chargedโ€™: Cops Let Wasted Drunk Driving Police Captain Go

 

Cleveland, OH โ€” On Christmas night, Twinsburg Police Department (TPD) officers gave an unnamed captain of the Cleveland police department a stupendous Christmas gift. They caught the captain visibly drunk, behind the wheel of his car, and let him go without so much as a slap on the wrist. Not only did they not arrest him for being drunk and in command of his personal vehicle with his service pistol on his hip but allowed his wife to come pick him up from the side of the roadโ€”a convenience not often afforded to non-law enforcement.

 

The captainโ€™s identity is known but Fox 8 reporters are guarding his identity as a carefully kept secret principally because he was not charged with any crime whatsoever. Twinsburg police received a 911 call from a citizen who claims to have witnessed the captainโ€™s vehicle โ€œgoing across lanesโ€ on I-480. The motorist told TPD the car eventually pulled over to the side of the road. Dispatch sent out officers to investigate.

 

When TPD officers arrived, they found the captain behind the wheel of his car and began their investigation. They asked the captain from where he was coming and if heโ€™d had anything to drink. Undeniably slurry was the captainโ€™s speech when he told TPD he was coming from โ€œClevelandโ€ and that he didnโ€™t have โ€œmuch at allโ€ to drink. Later he changed his story and said he just โ€œgot tiredโ€ and pulled over. One TPD officer commented:

 

Well, thereโ€™s smell of alcohol in your car. Youโ€™re driving with alcohol in your system with a gun on your hip.

 

The two TPD officers who were on scene then conversed with themselves on what to do with the captain. While speaking with the captain, the female officer can clearly be heard asking questions and receiving answers. However, while speaking with her male colleague, the female copโ€™s voice could not clearly be heard leaving some to question if the TPD officers were attempting to conceal their conversation and statements from being recorded.

 

For example, when the female officer began speaking with her fellow boy in blue, the microphone kept picking up residual noise, banging and clanging, making it nearly impossible to intelligibly decipher their conversation.

 

Somewhere along the way, the decision was made to call the officerโ€™s wife and ask her to come pick him up. โ€œYou got somebody who can come pick you up,โ€ the Cleveland PD captain is asked. Then, on a call with a presumed superior at TPD, one officer described the situation. โ€œItโ€™s clear that heโ€™s highly intoxicated. And heโ€™s carrying a service weapon on himโ€ฆWe are giving him a courtesy and allowing his wife to pick him up and take him home,โ€ the female officer informs.

 

Still not seemingly understanding what was happening, the captain asked what he was being charged with. He, like most of our readers, was apparently baffled he could drive drunk and get away with it. The two TPD officers did, however, confiscate his service weapon from his person before letting his wife drive him home.

 

Fox 8 reporters dug deeper into the identity of the officer and it was determined the captain was the acting Fourth District Commander. When the press went to the Fourth District in an attempt to interview the captain they were denied an interview.

 

Because of their investigation into the free pass the drunk cop got on the side of the road Christmas Day, both police departments are conducting internal investigations.

 

These facts remain. A high ranking police officer inside the Cleveland Police Departmentโ€™s Fourth District was observed driving his vehicle erratically. When cops investigated they neither conducted a breathalyzer nor a field sobriety exam. They then called someone to come get him. Yes. Thatโ€™s right America. The so-called โ€œheroesโ€ of our society let an alleged criminal get away Scot free. And this is par for the course.

IEA: The Oil Glut Is Going Nowhere

We still expect production coming from, not just United States, but also Norway, Canada, Guyana, among other countries,โ€ Birol said, adding โ€œTherefore, I can tell you that the markets are, in my view, very well supplied with oil, and as a result of that, we see prices remain at $65 a barrel.โ€

 

Norway is about to experience a sharp jump in oil production in the next four years, a new forecast from its Petroleum Directorate has shown. After a steady decline over several years, production is set for a 43-percent increase between 2019 and 2024, the NPD said, reaching 2.02 million bpd in 2024. This will be thanks to the start of production at the Johan Sverdrup offshore field along with several smaller fields.

 

In Guyana, Exxon has just begun production from the Liza-1 well. Daily output from the deepwater field should reach 120,000 bpd before the end of 2020. Exxon is also building a second production vessel that should raise the total to 220,000 bpd.

 

In Canada, meanwhile, oil production is also set to grow despite a government-imposed curtailment aimed at supporting prices. The curtailment was relaxed twice in 2019 and it only concerns large producers, allowing smaller ones to pump as much as they can sell. Based on this, the Canadian Conference Board recently forecast oil production in the country will be growing at 4.2 percent annually between this year and 2024.

 

Demand growth, however, will be slow, according to Birol.

 

โ€œWe are expecting a demand growth of slightly higher than 1 million barrels per day,โ€ the top IEA man told Reuters.

 

This means that except sudden spikes in prices due to geopolitical factors or possible production outages in a major producer, oil prices this year will remain largely range-bound.

Reports compiling the anti-Christian acts during the year document a range of profanation including arson, defecation, desecration, looting, mockery, Satanism, theft, urination, and vandalism.

 

โ€œSadly, 2019 was punctuated by increasing incidents of desecration and vandalism of churches around Europe, along with the 2019 fire at the Notre-Dame Cathedral, which captured worldwide attention,โ€ the director of The Observatory on Intolerance and Discrimination Against Christians in Europe, Ellen Fantini, told Breitbart News on Saturday.

 

โ€œIn most instances the perpetrators of these acts were unidentified, but the Observatory has documented that churches and other symbols of Christianity in Europe are targets for many groups โ€” from Islamists to radical feminists, LGBT activists to anarchists and self-proclaimed Satanists,โ€ Ms. Fantini said.

 

In all, some 3,000 Christian churches, schools, cemeteries, and monuments were vandalized, looted or defaced in Europe during 2019, making it a record year for anti-Christian sacrilege.

 

The greatest number of acts of violence against Christian sites have occurred in France, where churches, schools, cemeteries, and monuments โ€œare being vandalized, desecrated, and burned at an average rate of three per day,โ€ according to reports citing government statistics.

 

Germany is not far behind, with attacks against Christian churches happening at an average rate of two per day. Meanwhile, attacks on Christian churches and symbols regularly occurred in 2019 in Belgium, the UK, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, and Spain as well.

 

While the violence overwhelmingly involves Roman Catholic sites and symbols, in Germany, Protestant churches have also been targeted.

 

Police and mainstream media almost always censor information about the identities and ethnic backgrounds of the perpetrators, so it is difficult to get a clear idea as to who is committing the crimes and the motives behind them โ€” especially when they are religiously driven.

 

In France and Germany, the sharp rise in anti-Christian attacks has coincided with the recent mass immigration from the Muslim world, yet the lack of official statistics makes it impossible to know precisely how many attacks can be attributed to Islamic anti-Christian hostility.

 

โ€œEuropean governments and politicians, with a few exceptions, seem reluctant to address this problem,โ€ Ms. Fantini told Breitbart.

 

Fantini said she agrees with former UK Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt that โ€œthe UK and other Western governments have not grappled with the issue perhaps because of a misguided political correctness or an instinctive reluctance to talk about religion.โ€

 

In 2019, only nine European states reported hate crime data relating to Christians to the OSCE for their hate crime report, Fantini noted, which is fewer than the number of states that report hate crimes with an anti-Muslim or antisemitic bias.

 

According to Bishop Dominique Rey of Frรฉjus-Toulon, we are โ€œwitnessing the convergence of laicism โ€“ conceived as secularism, which relegates the faithful only to the private sphere and where every religious denomination is banal or stigmatized โ€“ with the overwhelming emergence of Islam, which attacks the infidels and those who reject the Koran.

Frank Giustra, whose career has spanned the mining, entertainment and philanthropic worlds, filed a civil claim against Twitter this week in Vancouver over tweets that he alleges have damaged his business and philanthropic relationships. His lawyer, Fred Kozak of Reynolds Mirth Richards & Farmer LLP, said Mr. Giustra hopes to bring positive change to Twitter and other social-media platforms.

 

While Twitter and other social-media companies such as Facebook view themselves as platforms, Mr. Kozak said, he and his client view them as publishers with a responsibility for the content posted by users. The legal action sheds further light on the increasingly fraught world of policing content on social media. Earlier this month, Ottawa warned that such companies werenโ€™t doing enough to protect Canadian democracy, and threatened to regulate them.

 

Twitter users often complain that the website will not remove tweets about them that they say are defamatory or threatening. Few have the financial means to take a massive, publicly traded company to court. While Mr. Kozak noted that Twitter recently took steps to better respond to offensive tweets, he hopes the lawsuit will result in a better policy for all users.
