Liposomal Vitamin C

Ingredients:

Water - 26.8% (254.6g)

40% vodka or spirit - 35.6% (337.8g)

Ascorbic acid - 16.9% (160.5g)

Lecithin granules - 20.7% (197.1g)

Total weight 950g

Makes about 800ml liposomal vitamin C after the bubbles have been removed.

Instructions:

Place the water, alcohol and vitamin C on the stove and heat while stirring. Be sure to turn off the heat when the vitamin C starts to dissolve.
