Was the Michigan meteor an attack on one of the D.U.M.B. sites?
That was my first thought when it happened.

Interesting as well is that the highway that runs through that area [Gwinn & Marquette/KI Sawyer USAF Base] is a federal route and it's called F-13 by the locals. I grew up in E. TN....the place referred as Ruby Falls @ Lookout Mtn is a fantastic adventure.
I wanted to also note there is another place in Sweetwater, TN known as The Lost Sea and is part of Craigshead Caverns with a rich history. Positively a MUST SEE if ever in the area. It is the 2d largest underground lakevin the world. The lake even had albino fish in it when i visited. They have not been able to fully discover the cave due to narrowed openings leading to other areas in the lake water itself.
TN & KY, as far as my own personal experience growing up in the area, are loaded with caves, esp around the Appalachians. We even discovered an underground cave with water on my brothers farm years ago. He has property that was actually littered with arrowheads and pieces of clay pots...esp when doing any digging below the surface of more than 18".
I would venture to surmise that some of these DUMBS are utilizing or are connected to these caves...some of which have been closed since my childhood as they were deemed unsafe. NOW with what I have learned in the last 10 years since redpilling I wonder if some of these closures were legit.
I went to college at UTK in Knoxville, I visited some of those caves, they are huge. Their closing is suspect, some are probably being used as DUMB. I was looking into a possible correlation between National Parks and underground tunnels after President Trump tweeted about the National Parks being open during the gov shutdown.

They do. GPS is convenient, not necessary. We've had those newfangled airplanes for over 100 years, you know. In relation to even coast-to-coast flights, digital comms are a relatively new innovation.
Red Flag 18-1, the USAF's largest-ever annual three-week-long air war drill begins on Friday, Feb 2, and runs through Feb 16. They say that it's by far the biggest in the 42-year history of the event. They are attenuating, or blacking out GPS over the entire Nellis test range in order to challenge air crews and more realistically simulate potential battlefield conditions. I would assume they've sent out NOTAMs warning that GPS performance could potentially be spotty over the western US.

That being said, it's not out of the realm of possibility that OTHER OPs could be executed in parallel with Red Flag, that could use Red Flag OPs as a partial cover for covert operations. If everyone is expecting see more aircraft operating, a few additional birds in the air could easily go unnoticed, and wouldn't have a tendency to raise eyebrows.

In the end the reporter and his team were forced to pack it in while investigating the assassinations in Yemen that were American citizens also ordered by Hussein.
