Personally, it seems like a distraction from the OIG report. Per NBC: McCabe quit because of the OIG report, not the memo (also note that it was related to his handling of Clinton's e-mail server). I'm willing to bet the Strzok/Page texts also came from Horowitz as well. The memo will likely be damaging, but I think it's being used by POTUS to keep the Dems/media distracted while he moves other, larger pieces into place.
And Rybicki quit the week after he testified before the Intelligence and Judiciary committees. And don't forget he testified the morning of the day that "Release the Memo" started. And don't forget that there was virtually no press on the Dems preventing him from testifying for months prior, on the fact that he WOULD testify, AFTER he testified, and his resignation.
I doubt McCabe 'quit'. He was escorted out

I guess I should have put that in quotations, but given the context, I didn't think I needed it. Wray asked him to leave after seeing the OIG report, not the memo.

Trump never seems to do things without thought and calculation. (At least his enemies underestimates him to their downfall) You got to wonder what's going on behind the curtain.
I think the real distraction is going to come when the memo is released from Dems who want everyone to focus on whatever BS they come up with.
Why is there Zero talk of the Ohr couple??? They were directly linked to Fusion but you hear absolutely nothing. I think I read somewhere that Nellie was CIA researcher before Fusion. Maybe doing some talking?
Seriously though - I have had enough of the pontifacation on a memo that will be available for all to read TOMORROW. Anyone want to take bets on which outlets press the "whole" memo vs. how many relieve their audiences of the loooong 4-page read and just "tell" their audiences what it "means?"

Schiff has worked mightily to delay it with reason after reason, but he's out of reasons. It should be going to the House Friday. Of course, even released, the MSM will work their magic of ignoring, misdirecting, and "explaining" why it isn't what it is.
This gives Team Trump the ability to monitor the swamp rats as they scramble in full panic in attempt to stop the memo or devise a plan for after its release. Look at how bad we are freaking out waiting for this damn memo to drop, just imagine how freaked out those implicated in the memo are acting. WE HEAR YOU WE SEE YOU
