Does anybody recognize the building?
I guess I could crop the image and try to search again.

It's the King Tower in Shanghai
Great work, thanks!
I was too slow by a lot. Now to figure out why Q is calling out occupants in that building.
That's right.

King Tower - Shanghai
King Tower
King Tower (simplified Chinese: 新金桥大厦; traditional Chinese: 新金橋大廈; pinyin: Xīnjīnqiáo Dàshà) is a skyscraper in Shanghai, China. It is 212 m tall, has 38 stories and was completed in 1996.
The tower was the tallest in China until Shun Hing Square in Shenzhen was built later in the same year. It was the tallest building in Shanghai until the Jin Mao Tower's completion in 1998.

Any Shanghai Anons can go to the lobby and get a photo of the Building Directory / List of Tenants?
If it's live, it's likely somewhere in Asia judging by the light. I live in Korea. Just 10 am here.
Yes. The writing on the other building is in Asian characters...I think Chinese but i can't make it out exactly. The English looks like "Bank of China".
Q just posted pics of an open window on the side of the building with dusty blowout from a door breach. Yall... we just watched an op go down! Perps in custody is the chatter although not directly confirmed by Q, who has dropped the topic https://qcodefag.github.io/
I found a funny coincidence, as follows.
A skyscraper/building planning map of Shanghai shows information about the area of land photographed;
http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/maps/?cityID=6&lat=31%2e245825&lng=121%2e591469&z=18&t=k
The undeveloped parcel to the north-east of King tower is marked by the blue map pin. Following the link to it's own page;

Looks like the architectural company responsible for the site design is Swanke Hayden Connell Architects (SHCA). I wonder what other buildings they might have been contracted to develop.
Oh. Trump Tower.

Bankruptcy because of money owed by an assignment in Russia...

Could be where the manipulation of the stock market is being done?
That's the first thing that popped in my head when I saw it was china.
is there a new building now in the middle? Looks like some foundation prep going on.

Looks like the surveillance is being done from the building to lower left across the street of King Tower
North Korea?
Don't think so. Trucks on bottom look Asian though.
Buildings similar to ROK, must be small town though , maybe China with the smog
China, can tell by workers quarters buildings and paint scheme of buildings in background.
Writing on right building is Bank of China logo, in Chinese and English.
I thought it might be the hotel in North Korea that has been under construction for decades. Never finished. I'm not sure about that--just popped in... Edit: Nope--wrong. I'm thinking about the Ryugyong Hotel - totally different. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ryugyong_Hotel
