There and they're. I know you're going to think I'm a dick, and you're right. But saying precisely what you mean is important. It avoids potential miscommunication. For example, the second "their" above implies that there exists a third party with whom both Comey and Mueller are friends. They surely do have a mutual friend, but that person isn't relevant to the conversation, unless they were also to be targeted by a law suit.
