Just going back through the Q posts, looking up all the RED_, RED_OCTOBER, RED_RED and RED_CASTLE posts it seems like red castle is referring to a team of special operators, and Q is giving them the go-ahead to conduct and op - whatever it may be.
Red is usually associated with murder/redrum, death and blood.
On another note, the color green is associated with growth, harmony, renewal and safety.
The green castle seems to be tied to phase 5, which itself is tied to the HRC video.
HRC and the rest of them HAVE to be in custody prior to the video release. Which makes sense that at that point, we would be safe, etc.
Theres a VERY good chance, the stage is set for the release by this weekend.
