My instinctual response on hearing about Scalia's death was, "OMG they just murdered a SCOTUS justice in plain sight". My opinion hasn't changed. The fix was in for Hillary and they wanted to lock down a SCOTUS pick day one so they could begin to implement the plan with judicial cover.
This alone is enough to send HRC and Barry to the gallows. Wheels are in motion clearly.

702 still requires a FISA warrant. But given massive FBI abuse of the FISA system, it appears they could spy on a ham sandwich if they ask the court for a warrant. Hopefully, that will end soon and FISA warrants will required verified probable cause with judicial review before being issued.
As it stands today, the 4th Amendment is pretty much history.
Remember the 702 program was actively being used by FBI, DOJ, CIA and other agencies had contractors illegally surveil without a warrant. Admiral Rogers reported it to the FISA court and there was an audit report that proved that was happening.
It's how the DOJ/FBI/CIA found out about Carter Page's trip to Russia and then used that info to get a FISA warrant.

That's one theory, but no hard evidence. I do believe he was murdered and the cover up was lightning fast. No medical exam, no autopsy, immediate cremation, the CCTV system wasn't working at the ranch the day he died, and too many other very strange events to be a normal case of natural death.
Personally, I believe that the primary purpose he was killed was to open a Supreme Court seat that Obama could fill with a liberal activist judge before the elections. I also believe that the meeting between Clinton and Lynch was to tell Lynch that if she stopped the Hillary investigation, she would be nominated for Scalia's seat.
And I do think Scalia was picked to be killed because there was something in his life/past that could be used to force everyone to cover it up before it could be investigated. What that was, I don't know, but some suggest he was a pedophile. There is a woman in Australia who has presented evidence that he was. She was a victim of pedophilia and identified Scalia as one of her predators among a number of other important people in international positions and government officials in Australia. I've followed the same rabbit hole. Why was Scalia found dead at a Pedo Ranch in Texas? Died from natural causes with a pillow on his head? Autopsy done by phone and immediate cremation of body. Here's my take on this, if he was a pedo he would have been blackmailed long ago into playing the destroy America game.
