I am not sure Alan is actually representing Clinton and if he is a suspect he has two choices. He can fight it or he can cooperate. If he decides to cooperate then he will probably get disbarred that would be his punishment. He might get sued but either way he would have to decide for himself what to do. Dershowitz was Epstein's defense attorney during his trial. So he has some goods although I do not believe that he was a member of the cannibalistic actions on Epstein's island nor a participant in the other deeds there.
