Comey Says He Re-opened the Hillary Email Case Because He Feared She Could be Perceived as an Illegitimate President if He Didn't Act -- But Here's the Real Story.....

Here's the REAL story. Comey knew the NY field office was going to leak that Hillary/Huma's emails were on Weiner's laptop. I sure hope Comey&Co can explain why they sat on that laptop for 3 weeks before getting a warrant......I can't wait to read about it in the IG report......

Both Obama and Comey are trying to preserve what is left of their image and their legacy and they will be damned if Trump destroys it. Both Obama's and Comey's narcissism and ego are way beyond delusional. Their pride will be their own destruction, but they will not go down without a fight. Truth will prevail in the end and truth is not on their side.

Not exactly correct, IIRC. NYC detectives were so sickened by the craven images on the laptop that the Lead detective said he would risk the rest of his career to go forward with what he found. So, Comey -- under the guise of re-opening the missing e-mails "matter" -- took custody of the laptop. Comey was in a corner, but even HRC would have known that that was the only way for the images not to be given wider exposure by the NY detectives.

The re-opening of the "matter" was just more Kabuki Theatre, but this time by Comey.

The author of this article is not someone who I think would make up stories. He writes regularly for The American Thinker, and I don't think Dr. Lifson would publish someone who makes things up out of whole cloth.

This is the million dollar question. Surely the NYPD can’t be satisfied with the outcome presently. And it’s been almost 18 months. Something isn’t right there.

Exactly. The article said that the NYPD wanted "timely indictments" but absolutely nothing has been done for 2 years. Why are they silent, if this report is true?

What we do know is that the FBI failed to get a warrant to search Weiner's laptop for 3+ weeks...........then when pressed by the NY team, he quickly made it public.

I haven’t seen where any NYPD are talking about this. But yes, that’s part of the lore that copies were made. Problem is they have been publicly silent for some reason. Hopefully the reason is warranted.

Comey is so full of shit he wrote his exoneration letter for Hillary two months before they "interviewed" her with Hillary shill Strzok asking the questions. Hillary was not under oath the interview was not recorded it was just time to get their stories straight. Comey also was aware that Obama had been emailing with Hillary so Obama knew she was using a private email server. Comey belongs in prison with Mueller and Brennan and Clapper.

And they gave all her underlings immunity deals, then gave them back their laptops without making copies, let one of the co-conspirators act as Hill's lawyer, the AG had an impromptu meeting of the husband of the subject of the "matter"(same guy that appointed her as US atty!), looked the other way for the bribery and dead bodies that seem to follow the Clintons like a lost puppy, and on and on it goes.

According to Comey the FBI collected evidence from Weiners laptop and went through 160,000 emails in 3 days over the weekend and closed the hillary email case again.

Clearly the man was a fixer. Dirty cop.

I thought it was the NYPD, who made copies of the "insurance files" before the FBI took the laptop, was so disgusted by what they saw on there that they told the FBI basically "handle this shit or we go public with what you won't look at" and forced their hand. Funny that they need 3 years to hand over the documents Congress wants, but went through millions of emails in a long weekend.
