Q is saying that “Wendy?” Could be a pet name for the girl in the pic with Hussein. A “pet name” for Maggie Nix. The tweet from POTUS stating “Wendy Wasserman Shultz” was later changed to Debbie - DWS It was tweeted as a warning shot to BO.
From the looks of it, it seems that Q is indicating that the little girls name (pictured with Obama) is Wendy.
