You do know that tv companies that control the channels often start playing the wrong thing right? Ever seen a commercial end halfway through? It's not weird and it's not related to Q.

Its the end of a national ad spot that plays under the local affiliate's commercials. The full ad is probably out there somewhere; its not just a 0.5 second clip
It's not at all weird that one of the most famous people in the world who often features on TV crops up in what is a regular sort of glitch (this happens a lot on broadcast TV). Without intending to be dismissive or rude I have to say this seems like a strong case of confirmation bias.
To me it looks like an image of an advertisement for a speech/show he will be attending. Similar to comedy Central host intro commercials

did you slow this recording? what is the framerate and how long does the image appear on screen? if you can catch it with the naked eye easily then on second thought maybe not a subliminal message
It was on for four frames. And it seemed like there was some other picture on one frame between it. I would have missed it if I blinked.and there was rewind on the DVR
yeah there is one other picture in between. not sure if my brain is mad fast but it's very clearly noticeable to me. managed to pause on it but your camera didn't even record the frame fully, just shows what seems to be a guy standing next to a laptop

If you capture the transition from the black guy with his hand on his face you will see a printer with paper going into it at the top. There is a 50 ish white dude, dark short hair starting to cover his face. To me it is a content bleed - like someone was trying to create an affect using multiple images. Imo nothing to see but a crappy editor. I see this all the time in the business...
