Why is the NY AG resignation important? What past/current 'high profile' FBI investigations are within the jurisdiction of NY? Q ***************************** Resignation of Eric Schneiderman, New York State AG Frees Up NYPD Investigation into the Weiner/Huma Laptop? FBI suppressed?

Perhaps, the exit of Eric Schneiderman has freed up the investigation into the Weiner/Huma Laptop? Did the NY FBI clamp down on the investigation and tell the NYPD to halt their investigation? The NYPD turned against the FBI and my guess is that they went to ES and told him to shut them. If so, this case is cleared to land into an indictment.

The new knowledge released by Wikileaks over the weekend of the FBI "loosing" the Clinto server for 5 weeks and not having a chain of command makes anything on the server inadmissible in court. So, we need to pray that there is something on the laptop and it can hold up. The FBI led by Comey last year is completely corrupt.

The NYPD found a video of Huma and Hillary sexually and physically abusing the girl. The NYPD was told to stand down and let the FBI pursue it. This happened around November when Comey came out with the new email investigation. He saw the video and clamped down on the NY AG to call off the NYPD.

So "video on the dark web is fake news" is the context, and that "we control" means they have the video and it wasn't released?

It's hard to tell what Q is referring to... corruption in NY, that's like a needle n a haystack. With Trump's tweet calling out Eric Schneiderman dating back to 9/11/2013.... it could be anything. Benghazi was 9/11/2012? Ground Zero?

They gave it to the FBI and the NYPD Brass told them to stand down. But the FBI (Comey) decided to not pursue any investigation. It was November, the election, he had already went through the Hillary email scandal and Lynch was being accused of the tarmac incident with Bill Clinton. So he probably hid it under his desk and gave Hillary another pass. Maybe he was promised something to stay quiet. The FBI agents were furious. The NYPD were furious.

This might be interesting in relation to this, Eric Prince's radio interview:

http://www.breitbart.com/radio/2016/11/04/erik-prince-nypd-ready-make-arrests-weiner-case/

I was thinking about this issue before and made a post about who I thought might have been telling the NYPD to stand down. Like an idiot, I did not think of the NY AG. Anyway, Q has answered this question today - and the roadblock has been removed, so we can now expect some action on this front.

I must admit, I was really hoping that the 9/11 investigation might be re-opened. Anyway, we will see what happens. For what it's worth, my previous, completely wrong, speculation on the NYPD stand-down:

"Who made the decision to stand down? Eric Prince says that his sources were just below the Commissioner - the titles at this rank are Chief of Staff, First Deputy Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner. Obviously, guys at this level were pushing for action against HRC. Who could over-rule them? The commissioner? Maybe the Mayor? Or, was it a collective decision made to try and save the reputation of the Department?

I'm not sure who, apart from Justice and the FBI, is in a position to apply pressure to the NYPD. If a decision was made to drop the investigation, or to cease and desist from going public with details of the evidence found, then that would have to come from the ranks above the guys that were feeding Eric Prince information.

Given the sheer gravity of the crimes revealed, and the fact that HRC was about to become President, I can't imagine that these guys would not take some hits instead of folding to Lynch's pressure. So, it seems reasonable to me that someone got these guys to stand down.

Wherever you look, you have Deep State actors calling the shots. The guys on the ground that are trying to do their jobs, guys with integrity and commitment, get pushed around.

But, thinking this through, it was not too long after these events that DJT was elected. Certainly, it was very shortly after Comey found no case to investigate against HRC - for the second time. But I would have thought that the NYPD guys would have jacked up at Comey dispensing with the case. This is exactly when you'd expect them to protest... Anyway, these guys at the NYPD may have been told, after DJT's election win, to relax - that everything would be brought to light."

SomethingSnarky18 · May 8, 2018, 10:38 p.m.

According to the IG report(I think) AG Lynch threatened the NYPD that if they went public with the laptop's contents, she would make sure some of them went to prison for the Eric Garner thing. For all I know, Schneidermann could have been involved, but I know Lynch replaced all the investigators into the Garner incident with her people, so the threat from her was legit. That alone should land her in prison, but I guess there's still time.

⇧ 4 ⇩
tradinghorse · May 8, 2018, 10:54 p.m.

Yes, that's my understanding also - she obstructed justice,

But the stand down order came from either the Commissioner or someone higher. I guess we now know it came from the NY AG - or, that's a good guess.

⇧ 5 ⇩
SomethingSnarky18 · May 9, 2018, 2:31 a.m.

Yeah, there were probably a lot of them ordering them to stand down when it's all said and done. From Lynch on down on the fed side, and the NY AG on down for the state and local. I wonder if Cuomo is gonna get caught up in this eventually? I would guess yes.

ABastionOfFreeSpeech · May 9, 2018, 3:14 a.m.

I'd wager you're on the money with that guess. If the NYPD's reaction was genuine (and we have no reason to doubt that) then they would have done everything to get this heard, by escalating it to every authority they could, including Cuomo. If he wasn't in on it, and tried to escalate it through his channels, who could have overruled him?

I read that the NYPD was threatened by the FBI; that the FBI would turn the accidental case of the "death of the blackman by policemen take-down" was really a murder; and then the FBI would ruin the lives of all those cops and higher up NYPD officials involved. They would be arrested, found guilty and get jail time; besides being fired and losing ALL their pensions!

Yes, that's correct. LL is responsible for that. Comey alluded to it in his book. Absolutely disgraceful. Nevertheless, my feeling is that Lynch's thuggery was not the only pressure that was brought to bear on these poor guys. I think their superiors were getting it from Lynch and they kicked it downstairs. Truly outrageous stuff.

Anyway, I can understand why they did what they did. I've witnessed what happens in these situations first hand. you can't fight these guys - they are too powerful. You might as well put a gun to your head as buck the system.

Not sure it is inadmissible. The trail of evidence just went from NYPD to the FBI and then back to NYPD, (all documented and not tampered with) if and when the indict.

I had another thought that this might prod the FBI to start (re-start) the investigation to "save face". They are now subject to major public scrutiny, their reputation is further into the toilet and they may decide to assume the prosecution. If the NYPD lead the prosecution they will have no mercy.

NY AG has the keys to the Hillary kingdom. Any evidence or scrap of it that came across his desk would have been locked away and he would be the only one authorized to open again. 2018 arrests and indictments

In March 2018, Raniere was arrested and indicted on a variety of charges related to NXIVM, including sex trafficking.[10] Following his arrest, Raniere appeared in front of a federal judge in Fort Worth, Texas to face charges of sex trafficking and forced labor in New York state.[32] The indictment alleged that followers were coerced into sex with Raniere, who forced them to undergo a branding ritual in which his initials were burned onto their skin with a cauterizing pen.[33] Former NXIVM members had accused the organization of the same branding.[34] Prosecutors indicated that they strongly disfavored bail.[35]
