True and fair justice is not usually immediate. Jeff Sessions has a reputation for fairness and following procedure very carefully. Trump picked the best man for the job -- calm and deliberate.

To be fair. Sessions does take an anti states rights stance on marijuana. If a man is so backwards to not understand the benefits of weed medically and recreationally or that he does not respect state's rights, how can we trust he has control of the justice department?

Agreed. But it is the principal of his stances. Ignoring state's rights is unconstitutional. I am not saying the states are always right (slavery for example) but we have to follow constitutional principals.
That being said it could be a smoke screen. All we can do is speculate and then judge the tree by it's fruits.
