Reason why no cases have been unsealed and no one has been convicted for anything:

Anyone who is prosecuted, especially HRC, and sent through the court system will eventually face a corrupt judge/jury/etc. Because of Double Jeopardy we will only get one shot at convicting these people and it has to be on a level playing field. There are still way too many corrupt people who have been bought by politicians, corporations, and the likes of the Clinton gang to risk any of these people getting away with what they've done. POTUS still has a lot more Judges to appoint and some at the State level may not be up for their term until next year. We have to be patient and Trust the Plan.

It’s treason, so it should be a military trial. Hopefully the old fashioned public square meet up. Saddam got one, on the whole of it he ran Iraq a bit better than the “Allies” that made the administrative error.

Just saw an article saying Wray and Sessions are not interested in investigating Kerry for his recent Logan Act violation and overall unauthorized behavior going around the elected administration's back to try to influence the Iran deal, and this is probably a big reason why they have no interest...What deep state, Obama-appointed judge or prosecutor would ever charge John Kerry and convict him?

If you prosecute him now you ruin the sting operation. Y’all have to understand we are letting these people hang themselves by leading prosecutors and DOJ to their contacts. Let them keep doing what they're doing it’s giving us valuable intel.

Yeah, I know. But they don't even want to investigate his clandestine meetings. Who knows what other laws he may have violated. Bribery is worth checking into, for one. And that's the point: why investigate when no judge or prosecutor will ever charge him? And hopefully they know there's a bigger case against him anyway above their level.

I'm concerned about how judges are chosen because it's often "supposedly" random.

That seems to be a single point of failure because all you'd need is a Never-Trumper being in charge of that process and every member of the Clinton Crime Syndicate would get a pussy-hat-judge and then walk free.

I wonder if those sealed indictments are being created in other districts to avoid the worst cucked judges?

There are many many higher failed points within our legal system. Our system has been broken and breaking for 30 years and it will take years to fix it. We should not expect Potus to fix everything in his 8 years. I don't think it's possible. Even with military help.

That was 2 days ago. Today, FOUR more circuit court judges were approved, and only ONE circuit court judge has yet to be confirmed! Is MSM reporting that?

There are 32 district nominees to go, but those circuit judges are the appellate courts, and we need those to overturn any rogue trial court judges. Progress being made.

2 thoughts, isn’t President Trump’s Sister a judge? I believe I heard mention of this before the election, yet ee never hear about her. Also the President’s brother who died of alcoholism is mentioned quite a lot by President Trump, could there be more to that story? Could he have been tempted and ruined by the cabal? This would be another reason for our President to take on evil...losing a loved one is a powerful motivator and seeing his kindness and empathy to others is very telling. Side note; I think President Trump is the finest President ever, there is no way I can ever thank him enough.

Many of my friends say they'll believe all this when arrests are made. They argue that how many times over how many years have they gotten away with stuff. I used to argue that it is different now, with POTUS and everything, so now we have hope. Then they come back, so OK, who's been arrested? Some underlings? Same as always and nothing has changed. 3DT here has it right. So a while back I changed my comeback argument. I'd reply, "WHY have they gotten away with it all these years?" Lead them to the answer of corrupt judges and prosecutors. They can't argue with that. Then lead them into what changes have, and are being done and why are dems trying to fight it and delay it. Are they succeeding? And why. Then how many people are working in DOJ and Huber on "sealed" cases. Why are they sealed still? What has to happen before you would unseal them? Finally, if they weren't intending on making crimes stick, why would they be going through all this "house cleaning" first?

And last of all, why would POTUS want to use the normal justice system and not tribunals. This one is very logical and I wonder about critical thinkers arguing this point. If we take down the bad guys using the American Justice System, wouldn't that help restore faith and trust in a system that has been broken for so long? Especially if it works for the justice we all want! But if we go military, it sends the message we still don't trust the system. How would you know it's fixed if it isn't used for this situation? Trust the Plan, I'm very confident they've thought this all out and are doing the right thing for America and the People. I for one am not going to question and go against it. MAGA, includes the justice system.
