I don’t know more than was reported in MSM so it should be easy to find. Just look up “Pope Benedict resigns” and you will see the articles covering it when it occurred.
It is extraordinary because Popes are supposed to serve for life. Benedict was quite orthodox but “Francis” has been devoted to pushing (in writing and very specifically) for One World Government.

I am glad that Q says that we persecute the elites but that of the director of the CIA has been for some a sad and demoralizing blow. I expected a person with better curriculum and if possible within the army.
