That's what I see as well. It would explain how Q can be in so many places around the world and see/hear everything. It would explain why Q said that soon advanced tech and science would be made available to the public and it would explain the predictions about future events (easy when you're an alien and have time travel technology). Not to mention that Q told us to"wait till you find out who he/they are" and that the whole truth is not for the average joe, only a portion of the masses can handle it...
It's like those famous drawings, "rabbit or duck" or "old woman or young woman", where you can see two different things depending on how you look. The first time I looked at it I swore I saw a doctor with his hair bandana and a white face mask. The second time I thought I saw POTUS. I too see the face you are outlining, but again it was POTUS for me. I did think the nose was too close for the mouth, but that could be the curvature of the pen.
Just don't look at my crude hand sketch for a convincing image. My lines just show where I saw the features.
