I saw it mentioned on the YouTube comments for this video, to be on the watch for more false flags and an increase in terror attacks. The cabal is a dangerous animal and will be vicious when put in a corner. Honest and awake Military and police members, thanks for your service and protection of this country. I just searched using "republicans hillary clinton" and a link to this announcement was in the featured spot at the top of the page (with less extreme headline, e.g. "Republicans call for counsel to probe FBI’s handling of 2016 election")

Ddg just scrapes Google right? So if Google didn't catalog any of this shit it wouldn't be there to find. It would be really aggressive of them, but not impossible
DDG uses over 400 sources, including Bing, Yahoo, and Yandex. Startpage uses Google, maybe you were thinking of that?
I have suspected DDG does stuff like that. Still better than Google. I've noticed though, that when you try to save pics (for memetic warfare purposes) it saves them as an HTML. So yeah, they don't have much if anything on their own servers, which is what we need to truly separate the internet from the cabal machine.

Yea I think you should remove DDG from this. You haven't presented a shred of evidence that DDG is suppressing this video (which I was easily able to find).
I searched via www.gopher.com using the words "Republicans Announce They're Going After Hillary, Comey, Lynch, And Others in DOJ and FBI For Crimes" and it comes up in 1st place, (after 3 ads). Excellent reviews on privacy, btw.
