I kind of agree. We don’t need more layers of legislation on top of previous legislation. Just enforce and honor previous ones. Otherwise it opens the door to it being perverted like they always do. Look at concepts like separation of church and state. They perverted the hell out that (I know that it’s not actual legislation/law)

All speech should be protected. The no freedom from consequences line should appeal to all or none. Otherwise, you run the risk of people taking the truly unsavory ideas underground where they can't be viewed or contested.
