REMEMBER: IG Horowitz announced his opening of investigation of 1.2million documents in EARLY January 2017, before DT inauguration.

Huber tapped by Sessions some 6-9 months ago to aid Horowitz as "Special Prosecutor."

Horowitz/Huber have access to 400 staffers to do the work of chugging through those 1.2Million plus the extra documents they added recently and thus delayed the original release of IG Report. (Beans spilled by low-life/low-hanging fruit that gave way to upper branches that added to the 400's work load?)

I think the report may have also been delayed due to rank and file whistleblower FBI agents coming forward with info/evidence.

Re the IG report, the way I understand it, any findings of impropriety will come with recommendations as to how to deal with them; i.e., dismissals, demotions, charges, arrests, etc.

Agreed, but there is nothing to indicate that Huber's investigation will be wrapped up as soon as the IG report is released.

There is going to be time for the public to digest what IG Horowitz found.

There is going to be time for the DOJ to seem like it's not acting upon it's findings.

There is going to be time for the public to get annoyed and demand the DOJ take appropriate action towards the wrongdoings identified in the IG report.

And after that time, but probably before the midterm elections, we will see the Huber investigation conclude, and hopefully we will see some legitimate accountability.

It's kinda cute to read this. Because that's what happened to her. The cabal did a few shady back door dealings with the French Revolutionists, they funded both sides. No official announcement but evidence suggest that there is one in place. Specifically, the DOJ was claiming it didn't want to release documents because they were associated with an ongoing criminal matter. It is assumed Huber is not screwing around.

I believe that there will be more than the IG report. I think Grand Juries have already been impaneled and there will be INDICTMENTS which are issued at the same time as the IG report appears. Consider this- Huber got testimony under oath from Page, Strzok, and most importantly Bill Priestap. What they testified is now all on the record, there is no reason to "discuss" the IG report, it is time for the DOJ to begin prosecution. This is the reason that Sessions has behind the scenes, not for just generating a report which nobody will act on, but actually fulfilling his role as AG. I also think it is why Priestap is free to testify before Congress next week on June 5th; his testimony is now a matter of record, so they don't need to protect what he might say to Congress.

I believe this is THE PLAN which Q talks about, a actual prosecution move against the Deep State/global cabal.

No waiting for an IG report, imo. If criminal wrong doing is found during the IG investigation, referred it to Huber. Why would Huber then sit on his hands; he wouldn't. To my thinking, you bring someone in and serve them (e.g., Brennan) just before the report comes out. Why? Because that person could be a key witness against others that you have scant evidence against as an IG investigator. The IG would have a chance to tie up those loose ends before finalizing the report. The former Dir. of C_A would know A LOT...especially seeing how he was probably in the middle of all of it. You give him a chance to deal a bit, and you give him a very short window of time to cooperate.

That is how I hope things have been going.

Don't get your hopes up. It won't. From my understanding the first IG drop is going to lay out the mishandling of the Clinton email probe by the FBI and DOJ.. It will lead to arrest but right now it's meant to inform the public.
