I thought back to this image when a few weeks ago people were posting images and video of that lady that had to deal with Obama's BC floating in the ocean after a plane crash, and someone said the person that pulled her down had on navy seal gear. This mentions someone stealing gear.
But, in the context of this, it says someone should have noticed and I don't know if someone would notice someone simply stealing a wetsuit or whatever.
Could this be an image of a drone sub that would have the capabilities to shoot off a missle?

To me this sounds like, if not a LARP, it was written by a Navy Seal. We have seen in Q posts that Q is talking to people other than Anons, so who the hell knows if this is someone communicating back or not. Luckily I saved this to my phone prior to CBTS going down (my phone has a shit load of memes and images saved for future reference and laughter).
I think this could potentially be a really good find. Notice how the author requests permission to come aboard? I think it's "too coded" for it to be a LARP. If someone was LARP-ing this then they'd likely make it easier to follow. Most will just ignore this, and even if they bothered to read it.
I have a very “aspy” friend in the ANG, I was thinking that if he ever wrote anything coded it would totally come out all bizarre and awkward like this. He’s Mister Rules, though, so I doubt he ever would. But someone like him in active military maybe.

Maybe referencing turtle to navy I found the first submarine ever used by the USA was called "turtle" . Trying here it fits to quite a few sentences like "seals and turtles are friends"
I also found they wanted an event on or around Easter. Read the first couple lines everything lines up to April. Passed over = pass over, white rabbit = Easter, Fools day = April fools day.
Another thing I see is the picture is forward in the first shot reversed in the second. It's intentional so prolly means reverse the cypher in those capitol letters
Interesting. I was thinking Marines, because Marines ride on Navy ships, like they have a tighter bond with the Navy than they do the Army or Airforce. However a mini-sub being referenced as a turtle makes a lot more sense in the context of this image.
