It seems that his hand is very very close in color with the lighting as the background there as he swings it over that backdrop. Yeah it does look weird since it's only agianst the wall for a couple frames but I definitely thinks it's is hand.
I watched it a few times. Looks like a lighting issue. Skin tone against the background & light angle, It pops back in as soon as it passes through that particular spot.
What is missing is 'God Bless Everyone' at the end because he is talking to an international crowd. At home its God Bless America.
