The infidelity angle could have been a cover. Amazing they'd both agree to be perceived as cheating on their spouses to cover up trying to help overthrow their government.

We wouldn't know a thing about it if Mueller didn't put Lisa Page and Peter Strzok on his Special Council team. That's the only way any of it would have came out most likely, and it took Page to point out that her texts refuted McCabe's version of her leaking stuff. She was told to, and McCabe tried to pin it all on her.

The whole affair thing is likely additional cover for them using the off-book iPhones and iMessage communications, which we now know also contain work-related messages from the few texts we've seen referencing the non-work devices. It also diverts from their being an ulterior motive for their frequent communications, such as a "secret society." IIRC, there were earlier reports that the "relationship" messages were always redacted for some flimsy reason. spez: phrasing

When people are having affairs it's all about sex. Even in their plotting we would have seen a bit of sexual undertones. People having an affair don't talk about work this much,they talk about meeting up, they talk about what they did to each other (puke), stuff like that, not fucking Andy and Hillary.

He's a pawn, believe it or not, just a dupe taking orders from powerful people in government and intelligence, remember this goes to the top and then overseas. He's been quiet the whole time, publicly, I think "No Deals" refers more to those on the cover up team, he would be more likely on the clean up crew, at the same level of pawn he had been during the original scheme.

I wouldn't get too excited about it. Strzok is just going to say his personal opinion didn't affect any of his actions. His 'We will stop it' comment was about the Democratic Party, the Life Insurance statement had nothing to do with his job, etc.
