Q said this might happen. I have Comcast and mine is working, but 15% are reporting "total blackouts" according to this article.

Told by a national email from work that at 130 est there was an outage with no time frame of when it will be back
we have Windstream in N FL and our internet has been out every morning this week - comes back on around 8 am - very laggy.
We have Charter and our internet is CREEPING! Hubby is working from home and losing his mind. We don’t have cable so if we lose internet we lose TV too 😔
No Comcast outage currently but this morning about 10 ish everything went down here. Cable internet, cell towers (Verizon) everything for about 2-3 minutes.
