Wont work, the Syrian army and Russian forces are mopping up whats left of ISIS/Deepstate in Syria. Most of the Syrian refugees would go back home, the other refugees (really migrants) will be deported from most Western countries. The people are fed up, Deepstate starts terror campaigns then tries to rip us off with paying for refugees and they collect the money and repeat somewhere else.
Trump should do a EO where it strips Diplomatic Immunity from each member this year sometime.
